Carina Devera: If you have a stroller or handicap this place does not comply with regulations. I visited the store two days ago, and on the first level the elevator does not work. My partner had to carry the stroller done the first set of stairs. Second level elevator does work. But I can’t imagine someone who was in a wheelchair being able to shop due to this issue. Please fix it, the neglect is not a good look on the store .

I was planning to simply rebuy the comforter in a different color. Urban received the package and never processed the return, so I called a few weeks later and they noticed this error and said it would process, then Urban mistakenly returned it in the form of credit to the original purchaser. This was a gift to me, so now the person who gifted it awkwardly contacted me asking why it was returned. I called urban outfitters back and they said they would not give me a gift card as they cannot reverse this payment. Seeing as the error is on them I would’ve expected better customer service and that they would still either resend the original item or give me a gift card. if I’ve ever had an error with another company they have always made it right… figure I would share this experience as if I would’ve known I would’ve selected an item from a different store. It’s been frustrating to say the least

Asia: Is this location closing or something? I came in to look for a jewellery dish which you'd usually find on the lower level...that level was dang near empty! Some of their items had dust on them as if they'd been sitting for awhile. I know the pandemic might've played a part in the place looking like it did but I think it's time for some new merchandise. Not to mention, there were no associates around to help.
Kathy Nguyen: I think it’s important to have the dressing rooms available anytime you go into a clothing store. Understandably with COVID-19 I can understand why some clothing stores do have their dressing rooms closed however the urban outfitters website specifically says that the dressing rooms are open. This is my second time wasting 40 minutes to drive to urban outfitters only for them to tell me that their dressing rooms are closed. I tried to call ahead, probably 20 times, with no response before driving there. To my surprise the sales associate told me that the dressing rooms are closed today because they didn’t have enough people working. She also proceeded to tell me that the phones weren’t answered because they were on their lunch break. Oh for 2 hours??? Ok. Maybe have a social media account that posts whether certain services are open or not. Sales associate was lazy and in empathetic. The only positive thing I have to say about this store is that Kelsey is a good worker.

Really appreciate the extra effort!! They had gone back and re examined the days orders and found a way to get my size to me quicker. Not too many places do that!

Marilyn Solsky: This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.
Tasanee Dumas: will not be coming here & I am a plaza resident.Was talked down by a cashier & manager (associate number:556647) tonight after paying $100 cash.. shopping with my boyfriend.I got some pink shoes for my birthday dinner, we had our dog with us so I had to help my boyfriend with his wallet so I was the main one in this transaction handling money.I gave him the $100 bill with a $38.83 total, he gives me back $21. He then calls the manager to open the drawer and says “wrong change.” , she walks away. (i do not understand why she did not handle the transaction after this point as a retail manager).After she walks away, he tries giving me back $40 and a $1 bill is all I had after he took the $20 from me. I told him, no this is incorrect.My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager.The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

I liked H&M before, but I will have to find another store. Even though I’m sure they don’t care.

Michael Wooff: Cool location, and a tremendous variety of KC sports merchandise, past and present.
Hugh Jaynus: First time at this location, I’ll go to Independence or Legends instead. Was the only customer in the store, I walk in and 4 associates are at the register just looking at their phones, never said a word to me. That part didn’t bother me, but when I go to pay, all 4 looked at me, no words still, before Diego very reluctantly steps up to help. It was strange to say the least.Selection was good, a little unorganized but I’ll chalk that up to having to find sudden room for all the super bowl champs gear.
Paulina Perea: Derrick an employee there was called to assist with a purchase I was making with a gift card and he told us he could not run it without us calling to find out the balance, said that we could go to “walmart” and use it (when it said it was for rally house) and when I said: it does not make sense. He responded with a very negative attitude making sure everyone heard him including other customers: yes it does make sense. Very poor customer service, very bad shadow and no help. We left empty handed. We have used that same card with no problems at the downtown location.

Just didn't seem inviting, and AS for prices. I am sorry, I was in sticker shock. I know to expect to spent money for jersey.▪︎But there were no "Sales" going on. Especially for right after Xmas, for folks to get a little something extra for themselves.▪︎Got lucky and was even able to get a parking spot out front.▪︎No Handicap parking to be seen, anywhere.

I would never… ever… go into this over priced, terrible service store again. AND THEN the worker behind the counter who accused us of stealing… flipped us off and blew us a kiss.

Ox Wheeler: I have tried numerous times to visit the store. Must only before the folks that live in the downtown Kansas City Missouri area. I can absolutely never find a parking space. I have tried numerous times visiting the store and no matter what time of the day it is parking is nonexistent. I am leaving one-star because I have never actually seen the inside of the store. Unless you plan on walking to the store good luck finding parking!

Jessica Zenitsky: Will not be returning after a sweater with a tag saying $60 was magically upcharged at the register to $75. Not a sign in sight saying this would happen. When I returned seeking a refund for the difference, I was told they “must have forgot to mark the tag up”…well you forgot for the whole store then as every item I touched had an unaltered price tag.My refund was issued on a gift card, even tho less than 5 mins from the original transaction occurred, I had the receipt and card used to purchase. I will be calling corporate as I do not want a rally house gift card, I want my money refunded.Do not buy merch here, they’re adding $15 on at the register. If you notice, they just refund it on a gift card.You’re better off buying from the pop ups at the gas stations.

Other places did not have it in stock. Rally House filled the order faster than estimated given on line. Location of the store is so easy to get to. I parked, walked a few doors down, received immediate service,and was on my way. The store is packed with all the sports swag you can think of. You will love shopping there.
Jeff J: As if they didn't try hard enough to get your email, now they won't even print out a receipt for you or give you money back on returns unless you sign up. Plus everything is $10 more expensive here. Save your money and skip Rally House.

Rally House Union Station: what do users think?
RedBullKC: Outrageous prices, to say the least! If you're actually looking for local sports memorabilia or clothing, there's other options and locations! Very limited supply and options available! I was looking for a particular brand for a local sport and the employee had no clue what I was looking for! The store was difficult to move around in, especially if other people were also shopping! 🛍 Not their best location!
Moya Joslin: Associate sitting behind desk doing something on the phone.. she did not acknowledge us the whole time. I was needing a price on socks, will go to another location. Very disappointing!

Scott Aitken: I called ahead to reserve a Travis Kelce away jersey size medium yesterday. It was the last one in every single rally house location in all of Kansas City, MO. They reserved it for me, and took my name down. Next day, I went into the store, and they told me they sold it to a lady minutes ago because it was not marked for being reserved. They then called the person working yesterday who reserved it for me, and she confirmed that she had reserved it for me. They asked me if I would be willing to go a size up for the jersey, a size that would not fit me, or take a 20 percent discount on a different store item. That is not the purpose of calling ahead to reserve something and having it confirmed to be reserved for you. I'm not from the area, so this was time wasted on my trip. Driving a half hour to pick up something you clear as day reserved, to then have to pay for parking at union station, and to come up empty is a very disappointing customer experience and I would not recommend anyone to come to this Rally House location. A 20 percent discount on something you don't want is not enough to overcome this frustrating experience or even the expenses paid. A different rally house location, where I reserved a hoodie had no problem with keeping their promise and holding the item.
