Easton: I ordered a pair of shoes online that came scuffed up with no tissue in the shoes or box and dirty/worn on the bottom. I have ordered shoes from DSW dozens of times in the past and have never experienced this. I took them in to the DSW at Zona Rosa and was shocked at the lack of quality customer service. I explained to the employee at the register the state that the shoes were in when I received them and she called for a manager. I don't know if she thought my story was suspicious, but she never asked any questions or explained why she was calling for the manager. The manager came up and did not make eye contact with me, only said "this is how you received them?" while looking at the shoes and then told the employee to damage them out. There wasn't an apology offered by anyone for the state of the shoes, which is the very least they could have done.

Adriana Miranda: I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and I am very disappointed on the service I received today.I had a return, it had been a couple weeks over the 30 day new policy and the associate told me that because of the time the items were not returnable, I asked to speak to a manager, when she showed up, (Chika is her name), she did not introduced herself and simply said "The items are not returnable because is been more than 30 days", she turned around and offer help to somebody else and left me there, didn't look at me or wait for a response, like I was invisible, I had to go around where she was to ask for the store manager's name, she said the name is "bolgena" I asked her to please write down for me, she said "We are not allowed to do that", I grabbed a piece of paper and asked her to spell the name for me, she said "The name is bolgena". and turned around to help the other customer, I was about to loose it so I left and went to another counter to get the store manager's name. Julie at the jewelry counter was amazing, she could tell I was upset and offer to help, she stated they can do a one time exception on the new policy and she did the return for me. Thank you Julie!I want to say, the main reason why I am so upset is not because I could not return the items, it is because how I was treated by CHIKA. She should not be in a manager position if she is unable to show respect for customers, needles to say, to provide customer service.

Jessica Collins: Been going to this Macy's since it opened in 1979 and so happy it is still open! I miss the old indoor Mall days but when I visit this Macy's it brings back great memories! Parking is way sufficient, and the clerks I interacted with were very helpful and friendly! I will continue to hang out at this Macy's, it is convenient and usually has what I am looking for!

They also had lots of sale items marked down quite a bit. They have very nice products and it was well laid out. They still have furniture and mattress upstairs as well. This associate also complains that customers try on a pair of shoes for more than a few seconds. I guess the quality of the staff is just as terrible as the quality of ALDO shoes. If you expect to have associates be patient with you as you look their options, be prepared for disappointment.

The entire time we were there the lady that was helping us was giving me some not so nice looks. We had called another location to see if we could return it there and they said that it would be no problem to return it the way it is.

Finally, I asked for a store manager Jeff Russell. The only thing he did was apologize. Can you imagine how this makes me feel? They kept bringing out a different size because mine wasn't in stock. You could just tell me it's not in stock, I'm not going to crunch my feet into a smaller shoe 5 times in a row and see if they miraculously fit.So I decide to order two pair they didn't have my size. The guy handed me an iPad and had me fill out the order information. I ordered in store because they were giving out t-shirts and gift cards. Otherwise there was no reason for me to waste the gas and time to come out. I could have stayed home and had more options from my couch.Well, no t-shirt for me since I did an online order. Seriously? I came to buy in store but only didn't because you didn't have any in my size? And I did purchase in store. From your iPad. The fact that I came in and bought two pair of shoes, when I intended to buy the shoes in store, should get the promotion. The only reason I didn't was on you, not me, so why don't I get the deal? This is just poor customer service. If I had known I wasn't going to get the gift for ordering in store, I wouldn't have. I would have just gone home and done it myself. Briona: I have had the best experience with this location! My dad is a really big Vans fan. There is not a day that goes by that my dad does not wear Vans. For Father’s Day this year, we bought my dad new AirPods. Come to find out they just released a Vans AirPod case for the Vans family but it was an in store thing. I am located about 3 hours away from the closest Vans store so I called this store and they were amazing and shipped me one in the mail that same day. Not only did they send the AirPod case, they also sent some additional things like stickers, a pin, and a flag. This made my dads day and I could not be more appreciative!!! I would 100% revisit this store.Shoutout to Dameon Putman!

I didn't ask for help because no one else did....the workers approached them so I was expecting the same which is normal procedure when a person enters an establishment. It's the Plaza so I wasn't too surprised, but still not acceptable. I can't say 100% what was behind this behavior, let's just say all the non black customers were assisted and we were not. Renee Bannerman: I found 2 pair of shoes to purchase and followed the directions as per the signage for the BOGO sale. When I got to the register I was told that neither pair qualify and I wouldn't get the discount. I asked for clarification and was told that if the 2nd pair was more expensive than the first they couldn't be half price. I explained the first pair couldn't be half price because they were NIKE as per their signage. The clerk asked me to get the signage so I went back and picked it up. These signs are all over the store in front of many of the premium shoes like NIKE. It only says premium shoes have to be the first rung up at regular price. It DOES NOT say they have to be more expensive than the 2nd pair. Another clerk and finally,the manager, came from the back of the store. They reiterated their pricing policy. I explained again that's not what the store signage says. I was invited to leave the store and told they have plenty of customers. When I picked up the sign to take a picture of it I was told I couldn't do that. And the clerk's parting comment to me was to call me a racist! I'm never spending another dollar with this company.

Abundantly Blessed: i've gone in here plenty of times over the past 2 years and when I ask for help for shoes the manager Britney she's always rude. She never speaks when I say hello. She gives a silent treatment. I don't know if they do customer service training but she absolutely needs it. and when she does speak, she comes off ghetto and rude. Not a good look for the store. The front girl had her help find my daughter some shoes and she had an attitude. I absolutely dread coming in here when she works not a good time with her! i'm giving them one star because of their shoe selection is great.

johnny howard: My first time going to Off-Broadway in Ward Parkway Sopping center was not a good one, I guess I didn't get the memo about how the stores buy one and get the other pair for half price goes.The first thing is all the Nikes are off-limits for the sale. The second thing is that if you find another brand and the cost is the same as the brand you are buying they are off-limit. Third, they are steering you to the cheapest shoes they have in the store for the sale. I think if it was a customer-friendly sale they wouldn't put all these restrictions on their shoes. I've been to Shoe Carnival and I have not experienced this kind of restriction on their buy one get the other half price. Just a heads up to management you need to display these restriction some where that the customer can see them plainly because I wasted a lot of time picking out shoes only to get to the cash register and to be told that the shoes I had didn't work for you guys sale. And that was it for me I just went on line and ordered a pair of shoes it was less stressful. Thank you for hearing my complaint.

It was due to terminal issues in the store. They couldn’t help me in store and blamed corporate. They could not call customer support and handle on my behalf. After 5 weeks and 6 calls with customer support where I was told no updates or told to call other numbers that never had anyone on the other end… I finally got my money back. Total headache. No one knew what was going on.

Lady M: The store manager working 03/19/2022 was rude and absolutely awful..the store is short staffed and with a manager like that it is easy to see why. She was rude and distant to store associates who are simply asking for help. She also liked to yell and them for no apparent reason. The manager Let a pregnant woman and her husband wait for 20 minutes because the associate needed help ringing up an item and the manager knowingly disregarded the associate. They decided to let her fend for themselves and continue checking out people who were behind them in line, including myself.. I left the store before they were even rung up!Seemed other customers were having issues as well, the manager left her associates out to dry. They were all trying their best, but their manager was failing them. Corporate should look into this.

She insisted that I was trying to get money, she also said I was being “angry “ and all I did was ask a question. If a store has a policy I would happily fo whatever is needed it was the way she said it. The cashier that asked for help was crying because of how bad the manger was speaking to me the manager Rebecca told the employee if she can’t handle retail she needs to work some where else. And told her she can work the floor and someone else can cashier. No apology nothing this lady is apologizing and crying and I immediately told her I wasn’t mad at her and that it was her manager doing a poor job. She tried calling security on me saying that I needed to leave her store. I’ve never seen anything like it my life. I feel bad for the employees that’s a hostile work environment. And a poor example of what customer service should be.

Christine Monday: Great selection on display but not much stock.

Christian Gutierrez: I went in this afternoon to look for shoes for my godchildren. When I went to the cash register, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked if the shoes I had chosen qualify for a bogo sale promotion she said no in a rude tone…… when I asked if there were any coupons she muttered under her breath and I couldn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat and she said “o don’t know what’s on the website” sometimes it’s not what you say but more so how you say it …. Terrible customer service. While I was looking for a coupon online she walked away for a good chunk of time doing something else.. when she came back I payed full price for shoes and left as soon as possible. Will not be returning. Disappointed in general.

David Osborne: In and out pretty smoothly. Sign says masts required at the door but people are in going in without them.

Becky Verner: They have a great selection of shoes. The staff has always been helpful and professional. I enjoy looking around sometimes but at least half the time I'll always leave with a pair of shoes.. The only con about this place is the prices. I know that their prices are a little higher than other shoe stores.

E W: Horrible customer service. The worker seemed more interested in the conversation on her phone than assisting me purchase a pair of shoes. I asked for one in my size, and while this seemed to disrupt her important conversation on her phone she did go check. However after returning with the information that my size was not available that employee disappeared to avoid being disturbed while on her phone. I intended on purchasing several pairs of shoes and had also placed cleaner supplies on the counter. The customer service is probably the worst on the plaza. I'd highly recommend going to a different location.

Very short with answering questions and don't like going to the back multiple times for shoes. Decent selection of Jordans but you need to get there on shipment day cause they only receive limited run of sizes
