Huge changing rooms which I didn't think would be such a big deal but was so nice considering I had a ton of layers on and getting in and out of swimwear takes a lot of maneuvering.5. Such nice employees! Very helpful in finding the right style for me and showing me different options. It was really wonderful having such positive energy around because trying on swimsuits can sometimes not be the most fun.

D Fro: Realized that I needed a new suit for an upcoming trip. I am different sizes on top and bottom so it makes buying a good-looking suit challenging. The store had so many suits and allowed me to mix and match tops and bottoms. The staff were so very helpful in helping me find the best fit and best looking suit for me. I will definitely return! Andrea Corcoran: Let me first start off to say that I HATE swimsuit shopping. Honestly, it's something I dread doing and I know that I am not the only one out there. After another baby last year, my body still isn't 100% 'back to normal' (let's face it, it will never be 'normal').But this store was recommended by my mom and I actually had a great experience! Jewel was very helpful in guiding me on selection and what styles would look nice on my body type. I was able to select some great two-piece suits that flatter my body and have a great design. Thank you for making a normally painful experience into a great experience. I am excited for my family beach trip next week!

Marilyn Solsky: This is the second time I have had a bad experience with a return at this store. The first time was several years ago; I had not worn the item, but there was a powder transfer from trying it on and the sales clerk would not accept the item for return. I took it to the Overland Park store and returned it without a problem.Today I had a horrible experience in the store. There were only a few people in the store, but the people ahead of me had a huge order. The clerk, who was new, was doing his absolute best. He deferred a couple of time to his store manager who was only aligning shoes on a shelf; one time he asked her if an employee who was no longer working there could still use her employee discount. The manager came over, engaged the person in conversation, as if she were an old friend, saw that I was waiting and went back to rearranging shoes. The second time she came over I asked if she could help me, but she waited long enough that the kind clerk was finally able to help me. I was incensed by her lack of customer service and after thinking about it, decided I would return the item right then. Because I called her out on her poor customer service she said I had disrespected her, she refused to take back the item and said she would call security. I am not sure she was the one who was disrespected. I admire H and M for trying to recycle clothing, but not enough to tolerate poor customer service or nonresponsive managers.
Tasanee Dumas: will not be coming here & I am a plaza resident.Was talked down by a cashier & manager (associate number:556647) tonight after paying $100 cash.. shopping with my boyfriend.I got some pink shoes for my birthday dinner, we had our dog with us so I had to help my boyfriend with his wallet so I was the main one in this transaction handling money.I gave him the $100 bill with a $38.83 total, he gives me back $21. He then calls the manager to open the drawer and says “wrong change.” , she walks away. (i do not understand why she did not handle the transaction after this point as a retail manager).After she walks away, he tries giving me back $40 and a $1 bill is all I had after he took the $20 from me. I told him, no this is incorrect.My boyfriend steps in, mind you he is deaf so sound is not apparent to him. Tells him he doesnt trust him with the money, please get the manager.The manager steps in and goes “are we yelling?.” I go “no one is yelling.”, her response “please don’t yell at my sales associates.” , mind you- no one was yelling & my boyfriend is deaf holding a dog.I then explain to her what happened, she interrupted me to say “let me talk to my sales associate first.” which then that associate tried to say he gave me the money ($61 which I never got) and then tries to play it like we were trying to get more money when we never got the correct change to begin with.We left with the correct change and a sad place it my heart because I will no longer be shopping here as a plaza resident.I would give 0 stars if I could, this used to be the best place to shop since I was younger. Now it’s gone down hill, need new managers who assist & employees who know how to count accurately + have customer service.

I tried it on, it didn’t fit, I returned it within the 30 day timeframe and they told me it looked worn so they wouldn’t accept it. *I had folded them because I knew I would be returning them. They don’t have changing rooms, so if I can’t try something on in store, and they won’t accept the return, then I don’t know what I’m expected to do. I liked H&M before, but I will have to find another store. Even though I’m sure they don’t care.

Angela Miner: My first time there was a poor experience unfortunately. They were having a sale "Buy 1 Get 2 Free". One table had tops & leggings, another table had tops & shorts, and the third was a hanging rack of mixed items. The sign on the table with tops & leggings did not say specific items only....it just said "Buy1 Get 2 Free" on the sign on the front of the table. I had picked a tshirt from that table but the cashier said "Sorry, the tops on that table are $10 (she pointed to the sign on the opposite corner) but ANY of the leggings there are included in the B1G2 Free sale". So, I went back to the same table & picked a pair of leggings. The cashier then said "Sorry again, but these leggings must have been put there by mistake & are not included in the sale because they are on clearance." At this point I stated, "Ma'am, you told me any of the leggings & besides, the sign did not specify." I insisted that I should only be charged the $18 for the skort, get the 1 top & 1 legging for free, & then the other 2 tops for $10 (a separate sale)...which would total $28 plus tax. If I hadn't stood my ground, she would have billed me over $40! Very poor treatment for a first time customer....

Marie Pascal: I actually like this Target. I can usually find what I'm looking for and there's usually not a terribly long line to check out. The parking lot is absolutely terrifying though and I avoid this Target just because of the parking lot.

Jake Phillips: Visited whilst staying in KC from the UK. First time visiting America and I was looking forward to going to a Target, but weirdly, I was underwhelmed. From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

Everett John Graves-Swinney: I went in after 5:30pm and there were only two teenagers in the electronics dept trying to get people to change mobile services (without knowledge of when the promotion ended). They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

They were still large, but they looked like sad little deflated balloons sitting inside my bras and i couldnt find a solution despite trying on dozens at so many different store. Thankfully a great friend took me to Birdies and I will be a customer for life. With 5 mins they had me in a bar that worked PERFECTLY. I was preparing for a date night with my hubby and had a super low cut dress I wanted to wear. They found me the perfect bra! By the time we left i had 3 newbras plus other goodies and couldnt have been happier. Do youraelf a favor and just go!! You wont be disappointed!!

Hands down amazing customer service, incredible luxury pieces, and free self confidence. Size inclusive! As a L/XL person that’s usually the last size a store might carry and somehow they still don’t feel true to size and feel small. Not at Birdies. That’s middle range of their sizes and a Large fits a Large. It’s amazing how such a small footprint can house such a big change for someone. You will leave with more than just well made unique lingerie, you will leave with a greater sense of worth, a connection to a community you didn’t know you needed, and a craving to come back and experience it again. Stop in for something special and realize you deserve to feel this way year round.

Wuji Fei: Very nice store. Didn't know they are a chain but the selection is very nice. The price is probably on the higher end for children's clothing but they look significantly better than anything that a large department store could offer. We bought a small coat as a baby gift in the end. Highly recommend.

Holly Davis: Love the little boys cloths and the fact that all the pants have adjustable waists. I also really like that they have mostly cotton and comfy cloths that still look dressy. I am a Jehovah’s Witness and dress up my two boys at least 3 times a week and they never complain cause Janie and Jack clothing fits so well and is soft.

The lady was from a different department than I needed but she did her best to assist me with my concerns.I'd planned on making a return but was told I wouldn't be able to unless I'd purchased this company's products through Macy's and not directly from the company. I was disappointed because I'd spent time, gas and effort to come into the store. I also, wasn't able to exchange and get the free gift that was being offered at the time.While disappointing it wasn't this lady's fault she was simply stating the store policy, which I can respect. They've changed the store around quite a bit since the last time I was there so it's a bit challenging to find things now until you get used to the new layout but sometimes there's pain in progress.Overall the staff was professional, worked to assist and clearly stated and provided required information. Atmosphere is esthetically appealing and there are good deals to be discovered.

Clearance sales in most every department. Friendly staff. Few sales associates throughout the entire store. Clean and open aisles, not crowded. Disabled Access was not operational on my visit, today, 3-3-2023 on the North side of the Store. Ample parking with limited parking for Disabled patrons. 6-3-2023. Mgb.

Teresa Hill: Unfortunately today I was racially profiled at the Macys Town Center location. I was in the store for about an hour or so. While in there I noticed several different workers watching me. Never offered any assistance just watching. So once I purchased my items and walked out to my car a white police officer, drove pass me and just stared at me? I proceeded to drive away and that same officer followed me for about 5 min. Only to finally go around me after running my car tags I’m sure. So it’s safe to say Macys called them on me, because I was shopping while black is my theory? The parking lot was full of white women, and I obviously got singled out this was no coincidence. Beware people of color!!!This doesn’t deserve this one star trust me..

Tamara Smith-Hinchey: went to the Kansas City Store at Country Club Plaza with my biracial daughter. The staff was very disrespectful and staring at her, and following her through the store. They were whispering and looking at her with disgust. My daughter brought it to my attention and I looked up at the ladies. They both stared at me rudely and I looked back with a questioning look. They again looked at my 21 year old with disdain. I loudly stated. “ I guess they do not need our money in here Olivia!” I said this while looking straight at them. We walked to the door and as we were exiting someone asked if they could help us. I replied, “no”. This happened today at approximately 125pm to 130pm. It is very unfortunate to experience this kind of micro-aggression and to be made to feel less than, in one of my most favorite stores that I enjoy. Unfortunately, I was not able to try on the dresses I was eyeing because of racism.Horrible, disappointing experience.

I did a lot of catalog ordering back then so this the first time I ever went into their store...wasn't impressed at... I wanted something in a loafer and They had nothing... How weird is that. They had some shorts and pants out front of the cash register and I couldn't tell if they were women's or men's clothing... What does that say.. And the dark colored ladies pants that were in the women's section looked men's... Ulgy looking... I love their leather loafers without the tassel.. I get it.. Its summer time...but still they didn't even have summer loafers... This store has changed a lot from back in the day when I ordered from their catalog... I wasn't impressed with one thing I saw in there.. Which is sad because I use to absolutely love their clothes...not so much now😭

This irritates me because I work in the plaza part time at Sur La Table and I make sure I greet everyone even if I'm with someone. Saying "Hi" goes a long way. I dont like to go places I'm not wanted. HUGE coaching opportunity.

Nameless Mannequin: Used to shop here all the time but recently the management has allowed the store to run straight into the gutter. Shelves look unorganized, none of the prices match what are rang up. I asked an employee what had happened and they said they follow management's "priority" for the day. Absolutely horrendous, Walmart looks 10x better than this store.

I asked the lady that was just standing up front checking out someone with some Gatorade and she informed me that she was the only one there. I know this wasn't the case as I saw other employees just standing around chatting. I have no desire to check myself out. I do not work there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come over to say yes I am over 21 so I could purchase some alcohol.
