I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. Alexandra Steele: I had such a lovely experience with Glenn the GM. He was very attentive and gave me all the time I needed and really made my whole experience feel VIP! I ended up buying 3 pieces over the course of two visits. When I left, he told me to stop by and see him whenever I was in the area :) This kind of open and welcoming vibe just isn’t the norm anymore and it was great to connect with a fellow human. I highly recommend you VISIT the store vs shopping online just for the awesome buying experience!

I will definitely be contacting someone higher to have a conversation about this, since it seems not to be the first issue someone has had at this location, and I’m guessing it is the same person. I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..

Women should be lifting each other up, not making them feel less than. Guess what? Being rich and skinny doesn’t make you better. You know what else? Shopping in comfy clothes is normal. Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.

Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. Very inconvenient if you parked on that side. Went to shoe department and 6 teenagers standing around checking their personal cells instead of helping customers. I had to physically track someone down to get a shoe size. Very frustrating when the store has decent traffic coming and going and I have my young kids with me and I have to track down someone to help when there is 6 just standing around.

The staff that runs these events will let anyone cut in line and let people sit and wait in their cars and come back to their spots while people actually wait and suffer in line. If you can’t wait in your spot for hours then don’t come. People were trying to sell wristbands to people waiting in line that they found in the trash from prior events.

She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

Kristina Coverdell: Ethan in drive up is always on top of it. He knows me by name, always has a smile, and asks me how my day is always doing. He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. I did Walmart pick up today for 4 items and it took them 15 minutes. Thanks to Ethan for always making me feel special as a customer instead of just a number. His customer service is so perfect. Thanks again Ethan!!!!

Misha Roberts: This store just spent probably a million dollars on a complete store remodel. I've lived here for 8 years in the neighborhood and spend A LOT of time and money at this location. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.

Might have to find somewhere else to shop since they do not pay me to be a cashier nor do they compensate me in any way by giving any type of discount for taking on the role of an employee cashier.

Beth Fox: Worst Walmart ever. Turning more ghetto every day. You have to ask some Delbert to find a key to get in to a case for face wash and then go retrieve it from some other Dexter who can’t find it so you can pay for it. I am definitely going to be finding somewhere else to shop besides this Walmart.

Mya Ezzell: I just tried calling customer service twice and both times after no answer and about 20 rings it hung up on me! No customer service.
Allie Stella: I live right near this Target and have come quite a few times.No matter when I come whether it's early on a weekday, late, or a weekend there is always a huge line. There is one person sometimes no person actually at a check out ringing up people. You have to wait in a huge line and oftentimes check out your items.Most of my experiences though with staff have been pretty pleasant
Finn B: The people in the electronics department on 06/06/23 at around 3 were the most unhelpful and rude employees I’ve ever encountered at a target. They were teens that didn’t want to help and were just talking eating lunch in the electronic section. Myself and two other people were looking for other employees and one of the girls finally asked if we needed help only to press the call button. No one was coming so I asked her if she could press it again and she laughed with her friend and said they’ll be there. Once I was finally helped, the girl who came gave me what I needed as I stood at the checkout lane. She then proceeded to help someone else instead of check me out and I had to ask if I could take my product to the front because it was locked in a case and I didn’t want it to beep or anything. Overall this target is okay, but staff has never done anything above and beyond for the customer that me or anyone I know have witnessed or experienced. :( I normally don’t write these kinds of reviews but I was made very uncomfortable and embarrassed.
Jerrica Jones: I’ve literally been sitting here for almost 30 minutes waiting for my drive up order. I called twice and no one answered. More cars are pulling up. I called corporate to let them know about this (they were not able to contact them/help either, only took down a complaint) I would not expect this from Target. Walmart, maybe, but not Target. If I wanted to go inside I would have just done that instead of the drive up option. Ridiculous !

No regular cash registers open, only self check. Bought over $300 of items and had the pleasure of stacking my bags ON THE FLOOR because self check out counter is too small to hold more than 1 bag of items. Absolutely ridiculous and zero customer service. They are training us to expect nothing from them and be happy for the privilege of shopping.

TAMMY M: PEOPLE SHARE THIS! Supposedly this Target throws away all return pre-packaged sealed food. That means that if you return a box of cereal, sealed oreo cookies, canned goods, cake mix... it gets TRASHED.I returned some pre packed SEALED cake mix, marshmallows and other baking items that I knew that I would not get around to making or using and the lady at the Guest Services counter decided to pretty much shame me in front of other guests by telling me that food items that I was returning would be thrown away. I was like, these are unopened boxes of cake mix and cereal! I dont know any other stores that throw items like this away. I even asked a local grocery store right down the street from Target if they did that and they said NO. They used to during COVID, but not anymore. I mean if that is the case, cant Target donate the items to a local food pantry? I even asked that and she said NO, that there are too many risks doing that. Well, dont food pantries take risks every single day by taking food donations from food drives and people cleaning out their pantries or from people who just want to help out? That is where the food comes from on most occasions, so why not give the returned food items to them?I was there on December 22 at around 7pm. Yes the store was bombarded because we just had 2 days of bad weather, Christmas was right around the corner and there were 100's of people waiting in cars to pickup orders. I get that it was busy, but this woman at the "Guests Services" counter was less than pleasant. She was RUDE beyond words and shouldnt be working Guest Services if she doesnt want to be pleasant and helpful. I am not saying that she should lose her job, I am just saying that she needs to be in a position where she isnt speaking to or helping people as she obviously doesnt like to.
