Restoration1894 Events: This is by far the most adorable baby store I have ever stepped foot in!!! The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable and made shopping so fun! Sarah Powers: My husbands uncle has been shopping at Little House for a while now for our son William. We live in Dallas, TX and needed to return and item for exchange and working with the staff at Little House was fantastic! They made the process of shipping back the item so simple and even hand picked several options for us that would work for exchange, texted us pictures and helped us choose the cutest blue summer romper, and then shipped it back to us. This was all done quickly and without any issues. I was very impressed with their level of service and would highly recommend this store. We will continue to shop at Little House and are excited for when they add more items to the website for us to purchase here in Dallas!
Morgan Parker: I’ve been shopping at Little House for all three of my children since my first one was born. So many sweet and special birthday and holiday outfits were created at The Little House! I have always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful, many times going above and beyond for me. Love this store and my kids do too!
Erin: Staff is NOT friendly at all. Especially the taller young girl. Bad attitude, No knowledge of product! Way overpriced and definitely need more of a selection of items with reasonable prices. When asked if they carry a major brand shoe for babies / toddlers, neither of the associates knew of the brand. WOW! Not a lot of options as in baby stores in KC so, I will gladly order online or travel to Columbia where not only do they provide excellent customer service but, have a wide variety of all major brands and sizes for both boy and girl and are reasonably priced!
Liza cartwright: Literally 75% of the time I pull up to this store it is just randomly closed. This time 2 wks before school starts its just close for 3 days for inventory. Makes me insane!

K. S. (WannaBGourmande): Such a cute selection!! I personally found it to be overpriced. I saw a cotton dress made for a four-year-old and it was $110. If you can afford that, it's a nice thing, but it's something that a four-year-old would dirty up with chocolate pudding and mud within moments.

Wuji Fei: Very nice store. Didn't know they are a chain but the selection is very nice. The price is probably on the higher end for children's clothing but they look significantly better than anything that a large department store could offer. We bought a small coat as a baby gift in the end. Highly recommend.

Holly Davis: Love the little boys cloths and the fact that all the pants have adjustable waists. I also really like that they have mostly cotton and comfy cloths that still look dressy. I am a Jehovah’s Witness and dress up my two boys at least 3 times a week and they never complain cause Janie and Jack clothing fits so well and is soft.

Sethu Das: Very rude behavior from one of the staff, closing time is posted as 11.30 PM and at 10.45 PM when i went to try some dresses this staff was near the fitting room and she was very rude and told that they are about to close and I need to finish up fast. After 5 minutes she locked one of the fitting rooms. Customers was waiting in line to try out dresses, so we asked another staff to open up the closed fitting room and she was nice and helped us. While I was billing I could hear the rude staff arguing with other staff about opening the closed fitting room. To the Burlington management, what is the point of publishing store hours if your staff is not ready to adhere to that timings, also please ask your staff to go home if they are tired, please ask them to not to take out the frustration on customers.
Dale MacKinney: I was a little surprised by how sloppy it was. I'm not going to tank their stars with a super low rating, but the pictures included here were an indication to me that they are probably understaffed and overwhelmed. They manage to get stuff out, but keeping up with the chaos and the customers is not and option for them. We were served and had no problems, so I would rather them use their time on customer service; but there is definitely a line of orderliness that doesn't make the cut here.
