Kati Wertz: Dr. Dyer has completely changed my life and the way I look at my health. Prior to meeting Dr. Dyer I had been passed around by doctors, dismissed and told nothing was wrong with me. I was in chronic pain and nobody was listening to me. I had inflammation throughout my entire body and I couldn't take it any longer, but I didn't know what was causing it. I was exhausted from my symptoms, searching for the answers and searching for someone to help me. I had lost all hope. I was hesitant to begin the program. I hadn't heard of functional medicine and no doctor had helped me yet. Why him? Well, now I know. He truly wants to help. I am so glad I took the chance and trusted my gut. Everything I was doing up to that point was making me worse, not better. Since working with Dr. Dyer and his team, my life has only been improving. I am no longer in pain! He still supports me through all my health issues, and we are getting to the root cause of them. Having him there to support me has been a game changer. I no longer feel alone as a complicated case that other providers don't want to work with. I have not been sick since I've started working with him! Mosetta Weefur: Terrible customer service and terrible products avoid using this company and their products I’m currently in a negligent Lawsuit with them . Also the products they provided me caused allergic reaction to my eyes and I’m currently in a law suit with them. Please avoid their products. You’ve been warned.
Joanna Vamplew: Major impact on my ability to work and damage happening to my eyes due to a rare autoimmune disease that these drops are mandatory to treat. No issues the first several times. After having to take off work due to mobile phlebotomy not wanting to be mobile and come to my work for over 3 weeks I had the blood draw done at a local lab but was unable to get my drops once done. I have multiple jobs and float work locations and have always had them delivered without a signature. This time sent direct signature. Apparently I’m supposed to take a full day off work to sit at home waiting or in this occasion be awake fie 36 hours since I’m working overnights this week. Got a bad attitude when I called. They are refunding me but I will be out of drops and in extreme pain with vision issues in 2 days. Poor poor service.

So the 5 stars are for them only.I noted the review about the blood draw services -- that is a different company named Exam One. And yes, it totally depends on which phlebotomist they send you!!! Vladimir Talskiy: Yesterday received my autologous tears, and they are absolutely amazing. I'm struggling with severe dry eyes after a lasik surgery 20 years ago.I'm very sensitive (read: allergic) to any tear substitution drops. Tried them all, including virtually all modifications of Refresh, Systane, Alcon, Genteal, Thera... The first two brands are the best, but even with them I've had intermittent reaction. Now, for 2 days, using autologous from Vital Tears, and they feel very natural, no reaction! Very impressed!Give them 4 stars, because they use same-day delivery only by Fedex, with signature required, which is a problem: should I wait the whole day? The only other option is to deliver to a local Walgreens or similar pharmacy depending on your location.Was told to track delivery online, and then pick up from Walgreens.Was waiting until 7 PM, the tracking never said it is out for delivery, until the tracking said there is a "delay". Called Fedex cust. service, they have no idea. The problem is that tears are supposed to be kept in a freezer, that's why must be delivered the same day. In the end it appeared that the tears were indeed delivered to Walgreens at 10:30 AM, but never scanned there! Both FedEx and Walgreens now blame each other for the mistake!
Anne Marie Lawlor: I've been using Vital Tears and their phlebotomy service, Exam One, for 3.5 years and I've always had excellent customer service. FedEx messed up once with delivery, and my serum tears weren't good anymore, and VT assisted me in getting new ones promptly. These eye drops have drastically improved the quality of my life after LASIK ruined my eye health.
Jaye Lee: Terrible customer service. They use a phlebotomist service , Exam One, that is undoubtedly the most unprofessional entity I’ve every had the misfortune of dealing with. They do not honor appointment dates and times to collect blood. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted.

They have very little ability to pay attention to details and make many mistakes along the way. Their blood service labs are unprofessional and unreliable. Overall, if you can get serum tears elsewhere, I recommend you do. I do not recommend Vital Tears.
Leah Carroll: There is no way to contact this place --- 800 number does not work "for my service area". Also, they insist on using FedEx for delivery, which is completely unreliable, and that's a big problem because the eye drops are very perishable. If they spoil, I will have wasted a big blood draw.

We went with the Breckenridge because we specifically like the solid, heavy feel and have NOT been disappointed.They were upfront about the time it would take to complete but the anticipation was worth it. It took a little less than six months to get the table but that was early! The team that delivered it was very professional, took their time, didn't bang into anything while moving it in and explained everything about the care of the table.Lastly, you get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.

Unruh allows you to select the type of wood and uses a high-quality stain that is covered with an extremely durable water base topcoat that will last forever.The Unruh staff helps you through the selection process and keeps you updated on the construction of the furniture. I liked the no pressure process and payment only when the furniture is delivered.

They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

Joyce Layman: I've always been a fan of Williams Sonoma until we ordered a hair-on-hide bench. The order was placed April 9th with an estimated delivery of early May. Ryder Last Mile was handling the delivery. Ryder sent an email on April 28th and the delivery was supposed to happen on May 2nd. We got a text on May 2nd that it needed to be rescheduled which we did for the 6th. We then received a call the morning of the 6th to let us know there was an issue with the delivery. I called Ryder back and the woman said there was a problem with their system but the bench was not lost.....a few minutes later she told me the bench was lost and hung up on me when I asked how urgently someone would be looking to find this. And so the customer service nightmare began.I called Williams Sonoma customer service and was told they couldn't do anything - I had to be the one to talk to Ryder so they connected me. A dock search was supposed to be initiated but a two weeks later, I found out NOTHING had been done. The next time I called Williams Sonoma to get an update, I pressed the extension for updates on orders scheduled to be delivered but the system said the order was already delivered. Seriously! The only way to get through to someone was to press an extension to place a new order. This time the rep told me she could order a new bench only to find out they are OUT OF STOCK (of course). The only option was to call Ryder again and this time a new rep said she would personally make sure the search was done and promised to call me back in three days. She didn't call so I left a VM on the number she gave me and nothing again. I contacted Williams Sonoma again expressing my frustration at the time I had to spend tracking an order down with their delivery service. The customer service rep kept me on the line and contacted Ryder who said they would do the search and would call. It's been a week and no phone call so I contacted Williams Sonoma again. The rep checked the system and told me I should have had an answer on a dock search 72 hours after it was initiated. She also confirmed the bench was not in stock and issued a refund.We've ordered bedroom and living room furniture from Arhaus and Seville in the last year and it was delivered as promised. Based on the month-long customer service nightmare experience with Williams Sonoma, we won't be making another purchase from the company. If you find something you like, good luck getting it!

I could have let it slide without a negative review had not the store manager told me 3 times that one cannot leave a spatula in the pan. This specific product is poorly designed & overpriced. Own that and save me the lecture.

Kim Carter: 5-14-23 @1:05pmTarget, 1201 W 136th St, Kansas City, MO 64145Today as I was checking out… I told the cashier I was using a Snap card that only had $5 available And I used my Target dollars and would pay the rest in cash… well the cashier didn’t know how to apply the payment method so she went to ask a team leader… which told her no I can’t pay that way that it would have to all be on the snap card. Now I clearly told her there was only $5 on the card,., and that there is a way to put a specific amount in to come off the card.. and that it’s been done there.., she rudely replied that she will address it because it’s not supposed to be done.. and proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me I can’t pay with the snap card. After they have already applied my Target cash… and it did not get put back…. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase there. I took my business somewhere where the staff was friendly and professional.. I will not be returning to shop in your store, I will also be contacting Snap (Department of Social Services) to alert them that customers are not being able to properly use their cards in your store.Some serious DIVERSITY TRAINING is needed with your staff.

I needed an item removed, and I was looking around to see who could help me. The person I got didn't way a word to me, but sighed and glared the entire time he assisted me. I love shopping at target, and I get it he might've been having a bad day. But it wasn't my fault that the item I wanted was put on the wrong price fixture, and I certainly wasn't trying to ruin his day.

She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. Someone talking to her over the radio with saying, “ keep staying with her.” I ignored the fact she was obviously being told to follow me for some reason. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. So I politely asked her if she knew anything about the new hair product for curly hair that Target just got in, because I can’t find it. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. I did Walmart pick up today for 4 items and it took them 15 minutes. Thanks to Ethan for always making me feel special as a customer instead of just a number. His customer service is so perfect. Misha Roberts: This store just spent probably a million dollars on a complete store remodel. I've lived here for 8 years in the neighborhood and spend A LOT of time and money at this location. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.

Crista Ell: Incompetent, rude and degenerative staff. I was consistently hung up on by a “manager” named “Chris” after attempting to place an online order. I would not recommend this location.
Scot Reeser: Be aware of Crate And Barrel‘s procedure on discontinued items. I bought a coffee table 2 years ago and are missing a couple parts when I moved. It’s a part that I could order from the manufacture but they won’t give me the manufactures name and since they have discontinued, the Parson table line of products, I am SOL and I’ve been buying from this company for 20 years never again Crate And Barrel never never again. I called customer service and they reached out to their group to see what they would do for me and they gave me links to Amazon to try to buy a part which won’t fit. This is the kind of service I get from a company like Crate And Barrel I might as well buy from Tuesday morning and they’re going out of business.After I posted this, they asked me to reach out to them which I did and they said they were sorry there’s nothing they could do for me, and would not give me the manufactures name. Why did they asked me to call them in the response statement?

Standing off to the side while obviously shopping on my phone to find ramekin retailers nearby, I kept being interrupted by sales people asking if they could help me. "Help me on my phone?", I would ask. Automaton sales people drive me nuts. I did purchase a single glass to replace one that had broken and the cashier was friendly and efficient.

Delivered fast via UPS. 2 plates and 1 cup damaged during shipping. Called immediately customer service - was expecting long wait time and having to jump through hoops to fix. Instead, customer Service answered quickly, and said they will ship replacement right away with no further steps required from me. Received replacement within a week in perfect condition. Certainly they gained a fan - between perfect customer service and fantastic quality of purchased items and reasonable pricing, I will be a return Customer for sure.

Mya Ezzell: I just tried calling customer service twice and both times after no answer and about 20 rings it hung up on me! No customer service.
Allie Stella: I live right near this Target and have come quite a few times.No matter when I come whether it's early on a weekday, late, or a weekend there is always a huge line. There is one person sometimes no person actually at a check out ringing up people. You have to wait in a huge line and oftentimes check out your items.Most of my experiences though with staff have been pretty pleasant
Finn B: The people in the electronics department on 06/06/23 at around 3 were the most unhelpful and rude employees I’ve ever encountered at a target. They were teens that didn’t want to help and were just talking eating lunch in the electronic section. Myself and two other people were looking for other employees and one of the girls finally asked if we needed help only to press the call button. No one was coming so I asked her if she could press it again and she laughed with her friend and said they’ll be there. Once I was finally helped, the girl who came gave me what I needed as I stood at the checkout lane. She then proceeded to help someone else instead of check me out and I had to ask if I could take my product to the front because it was locked in a case and I didn’t want it to beep or anything. Overall this target is okay, but staff has never done anything above and beyond for the customer that me or anyone I know have witnessed or experienced. :( I normally don’t write these kinds of reviews but I was made very uncomfortable and embarrassed.

That means that if you return a box of cereal, sealed oreo cookies, canned goods, cake mix... it gets TRASHED.I returned some pre packed SEALED cake mix, marshmallows and other baking items that I knew that I would not get around to making or using and the lady at the Guest Services counter decided to pretty much shame me in front of other guests by telling me that food items that I was returning would be thrown away. I was like, these are unopened boxes of cake mix and cereal! I dont know any other stores that throw items like this away. I even asked a local grocery store right down the street from Target if they did that and they said NO. They used to during COVID, but not anymore. I mean if that is the case, cant Target donate the items to a local food pantry? I even asked that and she said NO, that there are too many risks doing that. Well, dont food pantries take risks every single day by taking food donations from food drives and people cleaning out their pantries or from people who just want to help out? That is where the food comes from on most occasions, so why not give the returned food items to them?I was there on December 22 at around 7pm. Yes the store was bombarded because we just had 2 days of bad weather, Christmas was right around the corner and there were 100's of people waiting in cars to pickup orders. I get that it was busy, but this woman at the "Guests Services" counter was less than pleasant. She was RUDE beyond words and shouldnt be working Guest Services if she doesnt want to be pleasant and helpful. I am not saying that she should lose her job, I am just saying that she needs to be in a position where she isnt speaking to or helping people as she obviously doesnt like to.
