Sabrina Fire: I went to go see Mike Baldwin with my sister for her birthday. It was our first time here. We were blown away by the ambiance. From the outside of the building it is unassuming. Everything is clean. The staff is polite and attentive. I loved everything about this comedy club. The owner even said greeted us as we came in. He is very polite and welcoming. I can not wait to go back again!

A B: Meh, I had high hopes but the staff is rude. Dinks were fine, we didn't order any food. They need to consider some building maintenance, bathroom doors don't latch completely and if you're not careful you'll give a select few people another kind of show than they came for. Sound system needs a major upgrade, if you like listening to static with your jokes this is the place for you. No comment cards on table, just overall seemed very unorganized and unprofessional. Comedian was funny, openers were funnier, but will likely not return to this specific club again. There re better options out there KC!!

Not only did we get up close to the stage, but service also starts with us so we weren't waiting for food and drinks. The wait staff made continuous laps making sure everyone had food and drinks andnour ticket came at the end of the show, everything was seamless. It was definitely an expensive date night, so not something we will do super after, but if we know there's someone we enjoy we'll definitely go! What a great time!

I called them and told them my new date change and the woman I spoke with said I would have to put down a new deposit. I told her how many times I'd called and been reassured that would not be the case. She said she knew nothing of that and couldn't help me. Needless to say, I am done with this company. Bad communications, broken promises. STAY AWAY.

Jacquline Buso: My mother was downsizing from an 1800 square foot home to a 2 bedroom duplex. Unfortunately either she did not relay the information correctly of how much she needed to move or their office was not asking the correct questions then fact finding to see what was necessary to get her moved. Therefore they sent one truck and 3 men. Once I arrived at her home the worker informed me that not all of her things would fit on their truck. We had to use our own truck, trailer, and man power for all the boxes, they transported all the furniture they could fit on the truck. The workers did not use their dolly for all furniture that they moved into the duplex. Needless to say they scratched the floors moving the furniture. The workers also broke a mirror on the antique dresser. They had to send another truck for the next day. The were awful! The worker let the four poster bed frame fall, which broke the top off one of one sides. As they were getting ready to leave I realized they did not get the furniture off the deck. They refused to take it. We had to go back the next day to move it ourselves. The worst part of that day was that the driver almost went under an electrical wire then backed into my uncles car! His excuse was he was not experienced in driving a box truck! When unloading the boxes the workers just threw the boxes in the spare bedroom, didn’t bother to stack them; it was a complete mess! With all this said I would not recommend this company!

They booked me within right away.I didn't know this was a legit company with insurance and everything! The guys worked hard and when they pulled the old washer and dryer out, the professional even asked for a broom before moving my washer and dryer in the spot to connect it!!!Very respectful, went above and beyond!

Brooke Keith: All My Sons turned my move into an absolute nightmare!When I called, I provided one of the managers with an entirely accurate inventory of what I needed moved. I was QUOTED $600 some odd dollars for the entirety of the move. When all was said and done, I was charged around $958. When I called to discuss pricing misrepresentation, I was transferred to a manager. He was extremely unprofessional and rude when I attempted to discuss this with him. He told me, “You do understand what a quote is, right?”. I told him I didn’t appreciate the way he was speaking to me and he hung up on me. Do YOU understand what a quote is? I don’t think you do. Look up the definitions. It’s not difficult to understand this. A quote is a fixed price that rarely fluctuates, while an estimate is just that.. an estimate. I suggest this company fix its terminology, for one.Secondly, I was told my movers would arrive around 10AM-12PM. They did not arrive until 4PM. Two different managers told me they’d update me; they never called me back. I was not told about certain costs, such as fuel, etc. I was told by the movers that my original movers were supposed to be from KC, but they called out. I ended up receiving movers from Kansas. I’m not sure if this raised my total price, but it’s not my fault my original crew didn’t show up? I was also charged for packing supplies, but I declined packing supplies and did NOT use ANY. I had my own boxes packed. I used my own tape. I didn’t use their mattress covers. Yet, I was charged for those.When they moved my washer and dryer, they tore up my flooring in the apartment. They informed me to call management to be reimbursed. I was given the claim papers by corporate office via email.The movers were exhausted and definitely rushed towards the end. Let me be clear, my grievances are NOT with my actual moving crew. My grievances are with the company and management.Do NOT use this company. Just save yourself the headache, please.

That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.

Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic.There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.

Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.

I also like the idea of how their seats are sold in order of purchase.The 4-stars is due to how tightly crammed everyone is together. I once sat on the right side of the stage with a seat to the left. There's no room to adjust your seat since you're literally touching the person behind you. I just had to settle watching the show with a stiff neck- it can take the fun out of the experience. A different style of seating would make this venue easily 5-stars. The food, drinks, and service are all stellar otherwise.

We were on top of each other with a shared table I couldn't even sit my food on the table had to hold it in my hand. The servers were walking over people tripping and bumping guests. Just open another row up I paid the price I would like to sit comfortably and laugh in peace.

CAT: This is my fiancé and I’s third time at the Improv! They always have a great lineup of comedians!! The food was great as well as the drinks! The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is because of the seating… it’s a bit tight and their tables are pretty small…

Michele Puckett: We visited a week ago, our first time. The show was funny. We sat at table 67 price $29 (per ticket), but it was a struggle to hear. The very next week we paid for VIP tickets price $94 (per ticket) we were seated in the same row at table 69 a total of 4 feet from our first seats. I asked the person at the front door if that was correct given our VIP tickets we were still the same amount of rows back. He was rude, and said that was the computers selection. Consequently VIP tickets are not worth 3 times the price of general admission tickets.

Keshia Hunter: I had a blast! My lemon drop martini was on point, not to sweet and just strong enough.Tony Tone was freaking hilarious, had me crying 🤣🤣🤣. Impersonations were on point to.Then Mr. Don DC Curry-funny af and factual. Loved them💜 God bless🙏🏾
