TJ assured me if anything goes wrong, MAX Sound will fix it. I look forward to listening to my music in my classic ride as if it were Carnegie Hall on wheels. Highly recommend!

Their customer service is top tier, let me explain.....I had them install a touchscreen rear view camera assembly in my 4Runner. A day later, there seemed to be a small electrical issue.1.) They allowed me to use their equip to take home and jump my vehicle.2.) After I got it back to the shop, they gave my daughter and I a ride back home.3.) After inspecting the issue, they found it was a bad battery connection. And not only did T.J. go to the parts store and get the part, he also fixed it without some insane markup on my installation price.If that isn't customer service at its finest, then I don't what is. I will continue to have all of my work done by them and send more customers their way. I wish more businesses had this type of care .Thanks again guys, especially you T.J. You guys are dope.!

They hooked up front and rear Focal speakers, an amp, and a Kenwood sub. The type r's stock system definitely lacked a punch, but the new set up is so good. They had my car done and ready to go even faster than they said they would. Don't let the shop set up fool you. These guys know their stuff and really do provide top notch service. Good chance we'll be back in the future.

Rod's Kustoms and detailing: I called the because my 15 year old remote starter stop working about a year before. They made me an appointment and were able to troubleshoot and fix it, they saved me around $275.00. This is a great place, and I'm very happy with their customer service.

I feel safer knowing my equipment has been installed correctly and will no longer be draining my battery (got original install from someone who obviously didn't know what they were doing.) He even made it where I had more space in my truck. You know a woman needs space to put her multiple travel bags. Would use Extreme Audio in the future!

Mills Media Presence: Went to get a cup connector, was going to buy an extra battery. The middle eastern guy behind the counter was very dry and unfriendly. I decided to go someone where else for my battery.

The PeeWee behind the counter had the nerve to call me a “Smart Ass” to my face when he pretty much robbed me without a gun. I spent $120 and the same stock radio is in my car just like when I arrived there. I brought everything that he needed which was the radio itself, dash-kit, and wiring harness and for my car and he told me that only one side of my car speakers were working and tried to rack up the price on me for a more expensive wiring harness , by the way he told me this instead of showing me. Also asked him to pull the my car back in the front parking lot so I could pay him and he refused to do so even after I gave him my ID to ensure he would get paid. These people are a ripoff! 👎 horrible experience. Mohammad or whatever your name is…..My message to you, What you did was wrong! You wanna run a business..learn how to treat your customers with some dignity and respect. Your gonna get yours some day for treating me like that.

Prentes Potts: Horrible experience! Do not go to this place! Sales reps do not know what they are talking about, and will try and wiggle out of any and everything they have suggested. Suggested a amp that was entirely two small, when I called to have a conversation about it after purchasing, the rep got upset because he thought I wanted to exchange it! Simply wanted to know if there was an amp bigger so I didn’t blow this one. Do not spend your money here! I definitely won’t be back!

I agreed. Big mistake! The little weisel working the counter accused me of damaging the wiring. I told him I pay to have work done. He called me a LIAR to my face. I wanted to deck him but he wasn't worth it. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire! They suck!🤬

Scott Hale: Did not have the stereo I wanted (was listed as in stock on their website) so he tried to sell me an alternate that was a reasonable swap, only problem is he added 30 bucks to the price. (Same price I expected for the model I wanted - however the model he offered lists for $30 less) not a great first impression. Bait and switch with a little price gouging on the side. Look, I know stock is low and I know you want install customers, but this is just bad business. I'll never shop here again, too many alternatives.

The guy wouldn't even make eye contact with me. A year later the stereo is completely out of wack, When I went back to this place, Again no eye contact from anyone there, finally the guy I talked to wouldn't even tell me his name I asked a few different times to be able to address him by name, he never told me his name. I truly sense that if you are a female customer they will not value you as a customer, nor they will take the time to listen to you, but they will try to pull your leg... So, ladies, don't go here without male company!In case you were to be accompanied by a male figure, I am almost positive that they will not even look at you, much less talk to you, and ONLY address to HIM even if you are the one paying.He the guy there (whom never told me his name) finally determined that the stereo that he sold exactly a year ago was no longer a good stereo, I continued to ask him what did he suggest, he gracefully offered to sell me another stereo. I insisted that there had to be something that can be done, surely these stereos are not built to last a year, and that even trying to reach out to the manufacturer would be a good idea. The whole time he kept nodding "no"I proceeded to ask him, "so you are telling me that this stereo that I bought from YOU and paid YOU a decent amount of money for, is junk, and now you are offering to sell me another stereo that could very well be just as good, but you are not willing to work with me to try to reach out to the manufacturer if indeed this stereo came defective?"He then seemed very defensive and proceeded to convince me that there is nothing they nor the manufacturer can do for me, and even added "I don't know what you did to the stereo"I am sarcastically thinking to myself "well dang it what can I do to it? take it out and dance on top of it?"I finally gave in and asked him to please put my stereo back the way it was, It was then when he was going to charge me for this, and I disagreed. He was kind enough to not charge me. (Mind You I was never notified by him that there was a charge for this, if it wasn't that I read a hand written paper on the wall (in Spanish_So if you don't read Spanish you will never know) I happened to have read it after they had already removed my stereo.When I got back in my vehicle my USB port from the stereo was missing. When I confronted him about it and informed him that I depended on that port to charge my phone he said "Well the stereo don't work anyway and since I didn't charge you i just left it like that" Wait "you mean to tell me that you are not going to leave it the way it was because you waived a service fee of $20.00 dollars?"... FYI the USB port was functioning before i went thereI will let you be the judge of this, but if you are seeking Professional Service this is not the place to go to.
