Casey Dyreson: Ordered a replacement piece of glass from them and called to quote shipping before i placed the order. Was told by the salesperson that the ups option was what I needed to select. So I placed the order. This morning I get a emailing saying that they will need to get a shipping quote. Hmmmmm I thought we were good? They come back with prices from $300-$360 more then doubling the price of the glass! Don’t waste your time unless your local!

I took my vehicle into get a crack from a rock repaired and I was a bit disappointed in the repair it is about 70% better.. so will have it looked at by another repair shop and if it can't be done better will replace the windshield

Shawn Deegan: Our experience with AWDD was a nightmare. We received our initial bid for windows on 8/10/2022, and measurements were done on 8/17/2022. We were told 8-10 week timeframe for installation. It actually took 15 weeks and our windows were installed on 12/1/2022.During installation, we realized an incorrect window had been installed. We paid additional for a casement window, and the wrong window was ordered and installed. We called the project manager, who said it would only be 2-3 weeks to get the correct window installed, and it shouldn’t take long due to it being only one window. We were also informed the issue was that when window measurements were done, AWDD put the measurements in wrong and no one caught it before ordering, which started the whole mess. We understood mistakes happen, and we were okay with the wait time.Four weeks later, after not receiving any follow up, we called in January 2023, and were told there was no update, and the ETA was now 2/6/2023. Again, we had not heard from AWDD during those weeks. We had called regularly and were continuously told there were no updates, but AWDD never reached out to provide us any updates.Around this time, we realized the sliding exterior door we had had previously installed by AWDD in April 2022, was having issues because they had installed the screen door upside down, and they did not install the locking mechanism. We brought up the concern, and an employee reached out to schedule an appointment for someone to come and inspect the door.After scheduling and appointment, the employee called back saying she had actually wanted to wait to schedule until our windows came in, and asked to cancel the appointment to look at the door. We cancelled the scheduled appointment, hoping to hear updates soon on the casement window.Apparently, this was not communicated. During our cancelled appointment time, two men from AWDD showed up at our house, unannounced, to inspect the sliding screen door. Luckily, the door was in warranty. They told us the door was missing pieces from when it was initially installed, and apparently was the wrong size. We're not sure how that happened, because they measured, ordered and installed the door.At that point, we started calling every two weeks to get updates on the windows. On 5/5/2023, we were told the estimated window delivery was now 5/26/2023.That date came and went…no updates from AWDD. We called again 5/31 for an update and were told it was a 2-3 week timeframe before they could be installed. When we asked about the delivery date, the woman on the phone said it was an estimate, and they didn't have the windows yet. When we asked what was going to be done to compensate us for all of the mistakes and time we'd had to wait, she told us she was not familiar with our situation. Keep in mind, this was the same woman we've spoken to each time we've called.Finally, someone reached out 6/5/2023 to schedule the installation. We asked about the screen door to see if we can do both at the same time and we had to remind them, yet again, of the situation. We had the window and door installed 6/6/2023, but only after they tried to reschedule our appointment to 6/9/2023. At no point was there an offer of a discount or anything given to rectify the situation.So…10 months later, our windows and door are (hopefully) correctly installed.The most frustrating part about all of this is that we were very understanding of the Covid manufacturing delays and labor shortages. The issue, however, was the fact we were told incorrect timelines and then we were NEVER updated about it when those timelines continued to change. Every update we received was when WE called. Continuously. For 6 months. On top of that, all of this happened due to mistakes THEY made (ordering the wrong window and installing our door wrong) and they did NOTHING to rectify the situation. The service was absolutely horrendous. We are truly baffled how our experience was this terrible. Paige Longmore: Amazing customer service! We had 6 cabinet doors that all needed glass, the owner couldn’t have been kinder and helped us find a solution at a good price. They were quick to complete the project and let us know right when they were done. We forgot to bring something to secure them with for the drive home, the owner gave us his own personal blanket, it was very kind! Also enjoyed a few good laughs! I’m a lifetime customer and would recommend them!
