Kansas City DMV: what do users think?
Deborah Guillemot Scarritt: Don't go early. Everyone else is
Calliie Javaid: Couldn't get simple answers. Finger prints all over dividers. Not a clean place.
Elizabeth F: When the system is down there should be a plan in place and signage to let the tens of people waiting in line know that they system is down.
Wondwoson Darios: I was there to renew my driving license. However, with no adequate reason they were not willing to renew the liecence and after many up and down they did but it is still pending. It is the third month I did not get my card liecence yet. I do not know what to do.
Robert Thompson: Obtained Real ID with renewal of driver's license. Very efficient. Excellent with short wait time and prompt processing.
Gerald Campos: Busy, but staff are very courteous and helpful.
D.J. Springer: In & out in 45 minutes @ 3PM on a Friday afternoon! 😱 I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady who assisted me was friendly & exemplary at her job.
Phillip Hardy: Good place to do your license and license plate
Paden Fackrell (r3dark): Fast easy the folks over there were extremely helpful. If your a first time car buyer you have to go to the courthouse and get a waver. Only catch is you have to get the q less app on the app store to get a ticket to save your place in line. Location does not use pysical tickets. Only the dmv uses tickets. to even be served at the courthouse. Requires reserving 4 to 5 hours in advance be warned ⚠️. Once you have proof that you don't have any taxes owed for MO, then you can go get your plates. Requires lisence registration and title and documents from the courthouse if a first time car buyer in mo.
Carla Butler: The few gracious people that do work there are WAAAAY OVERWORKED.
Michelle Brockington: This place needs to be closed down, the lady charged me 98.00 the first time 77.00 the second time and I kept getting letters from the DMV saying that my money and application went to history, so i had to go back, this time i went to raytown, raytown said 47th street messed my license up, the lady voided my CDL with passenger took it to the police station they say no its Vailed and 47th st should have never voided them out, i was told to ask for a refund letter and they said they don't carry them though all offices are supposed to have them, i was also charged 68.00 i gave the lady 80.00 she gave me 4.00 back, i told the old guy they was stealing money and he forced me out of the office so i had to go back to get the s endorsement and she didn't charge me at all, they need to investigate this place not only are they taking money from ppl but they are messing our license up just so you'll have to go back just to be charged again, i will not recommend this office at all, ill be requesting a refund for money i was forced to pay though it kept going to history not knowing that i had to hold a permit for my S endorsement for two weeks, they need to tell ppl that so we wont keep coming back and getting recharged, i want my monyback or im filing a claim.
Catina Taylor: Small space but the employees moved quickly. Sadly they had printer issues and had to stop providing some services while there.
Bishal Sapkota: The experience was good. I didn't have to wait for long and the people working there were polite and generous.
Joe Langle: Workers were very nice. Smooth process
Rita ROLAND: Helpful
Deven Smith: This DMV never responds/answers their phone(s). I've called multiple times over the last two weeks and nothing.
Crystal Rice: Very crowded but the driver's license side the lady was incredibly friendly. Not easy to find parking. Depending on your needs not too bad of a wait but they stop giving out numbers an hour before closing so if you need something done make sure to arrive there at least an hour before closing
Angela Sampson: I went to get a savage title for my 2005 Dodge 1500 on March 31 2023 and was told that my vehicle was too old. Then she told me I didn't have to do anything I contacted Mshp and got my savage title at 2421 Burlington I am so glad I did didn't take 15 minutes
Megan Anastasia: employees are sassy, contradictory, and rude. i imagine they need much more training for their jobs. this is the last dmv in kansas city you should ever consider for service. wait times are insane on top of that. it’s impossible to contact the office by phone.
Chris Hudson: This DMV is on it! I updated my driver's license and renewed my tags all in trip.
Garrett lee: As far as a dmv goes I have talked to two different front desk people and they were both great to talk to and helpful. Pleasant surprise.

Roula Khawam: Enjoyed our time at the National WWI Museum. Very informative. There is a lot to read in the display cases, so take your time. Not likely an entertaining museum for very young kids. My only real complaint is that a small number of the display cases had so much glare on them from the overhead lights, which made it hard to read the informational text. Worth a visit, but not the kind of museum you'll go to over and over again.
jpg archive: The amount of information here -- text, illustrations, actual artifacts - would put to shame several locations of the Smithsonian system. It's that good. Please plan to spend most or all of your day here. With your ticket stubs, you can give yourself a break by going to the tower pavilion, strolling the grounds, grabbing lunch at nearby Union Station or Crown Center (etc.), then return to pick up where you left off. If you want to understand "how we got here", it wasn't the big show of 1937-1945. It was the Great War that wrecked a world.

Jeremy Miller: What a great an amazing place! I was there for 2 hours and still could go back! Such a great example of American and world history. A great place to help any generation learn about history so we don’t repeat it!
Frecky Lewis: This is certainly a sobering museum to visit. The experience begins with a short video explaining the events that led up to World War I, and as soon as the war "begins" the video ends and the doors to the museum itself open. It's a powerful way of setting the stage for everything you are about to view in the museum. Obviously I wouldn't recommend bringing small children here, as the things portrayed are pretty horrifying, but this is history in all its grisly detail.

The staff was an equal highlight of the museum as they were all welcoming, informative, pleasant and just really great.Even if you don’t go into the museum, the views and green space can’t be beat!

Verlee Gilkerson: If you have never visited you absolutely put it on your places to visit! The WW1 Museum encompasses the history leading into the war to the final Signing of the Versailles Peace Agreement. I just can't list all you see. Be prepared to do a lot of walking, stair climbing, and wandering. If you are thinking of doing the tower it has an elevator BUT then there are 45 steps to get to the very top! Plan a half day to make sure you can see the videos, exhibits and read the information. There is a lower level as well.

Raytown Drivers Examination Division: what do users think?
Amy Crowe: My child's examiner (Offill, I believe, was his name) was very kind. He clearly detailed where my son lost points and had a friendly smile through it all. Based on other reviews, I hope we are fortunate enough to have him when we go for the second attempt. It got very busy right after we arrived. We were there for about 90 minutes.
Brooke: B**** be for real!!
Fernan Cabal: The nicest place to get your documents!
Jonna Nevins: My experience with this office was highly disappointing. While our first visit went smoothly and we were met with a patient and kind officer who explained our issues clearly, the second visit was a complete nightmare.During our second visit, one of the female officers was extremely rude and impatient with us. She humiliated my family in front of the other people in the waiting room, which was unacceptable. The way that she treated us was highly unprofessional and left a sour taste in our mouths.Given the behavior of this particular officer, I would not recommend this office to anyone. It is unacceptable for any public servant to treat their clients with such disrespect and disregard for their feelings. While our first experience was decent, the second visit left a lasting negative impression, and I will be sure to share this experience with others.
dalton thomas: The testing officers and counter staff are simply awesome.
Ron Park: Awesome experience and very helpful/friendly staff.
Jeremiah: I just love going there
Nosakhare Ohanmu: Do you need your permit to take drivers test here if you are over the age of 18? I’m currently 19
Steve s: hmm. don't know what to say
King Jewels The Drivah: In and out just study before you go the staff is cool just strict try not to take it personal your there to take care your business if you pass you won't have to see them again
Dayton Borisouth: They used to be really slow insanely long line but they’ve recently made improvements on the building and speed of their flow
Spanish McNuggets: I was in and out within 10min. But all I need to do was get an endorsement on my class A CDL.
Kelly Chesley: Very quick, not too busy when we went (9:00 am on a Wednesday). The staff was responsive, helpful and friendly. Clean waiting area. We were in and out in an hour.
richard naughton: Lady at the desk when you walk in was as rude and nasty. Wouldn't answer any questions. she was just useless.
joni watkins: I was in and out within 30 minutes
Serena Smith: No wait, helpful staff
Joy Nevarez: I went here to take my drivers test since I was told it was friendlier and fast, and its true! I passed my test with ease
Nicola Barnes: I am a 🇯🇲 Who is used to driving on the left side of the road so I was super scared to do my license here since I am not used to the right hand driving. Went to do my license today and was pleased with the service given. From the lady who took my information, sent me to computer 5 to sit my exam which I passed on my first attempt to the other lady who did my vision and road signs. I was then sent with examiner Spencer to do my driving test and it went smoothly. He was very pleasant and made me feel very comfortable driving. Everything was super fast and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone who need to get their license.
Nichole Davis: Amazing in and out perfect day for daughter to get her licensed 🤗🤩🤸🏾‍♀️🧘🏾‍♀️
Dale Reed: It really awesome place and the officer very nice and helpful
Christopher Johnson: Loved it passed my driving test!! Yay!! So excited.

Missouri Highway Patrol Drivers Testing: what do users think?
Latasha Cottrell: The sign says they take the last person at 4:15. we were there at 3:15. They are horrible. We waited over 30 mins in line only to be told no, they didn't have examiners left when the person who told me just got done testing. If there was less joking and talking then maybe they could service their customers.
G. Hite: Went in there today to get my kid her learbers permit. There is a lady officer who litterally is yelling at children to move. One lady needed help switching the screen to Arabic and the officers exact words were "What now.....just touch the screen"listen I'll just say it. You are highway patrol and not real cops so I understand your frustrations. However you shouldn't take your insecurities out on children. You all are kind of disgusting up there. And yeah I grew up around law enforcement. I know the deal (wink wink)
Kurdish beastboy Mode: My experience at Missouri Highway patrol drivers was an amazing experience and the people here are great but especially the professor I was with which was Officer Hawker!! She was an amazing professor and I recommend you to go to her she is amazing nice and polite.
Shabaz Zhalah: It was a great experience very professional, officer hawker was nice and professionalThank you
hawre ismail88: The highway petrol officers were all very helpful and they had very good communication with us especially (Jessie), thanks for everything definitely they respect everyone.
Bakhtyar Jaf: I took my driver test today everyone was very professional thanks officer Mahoney
Xarman_ali_ Blbas: They are professional stuff DMV Missouri State each one I did my permit over there and then my license too ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ good job to everyone DMV Missouri State .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐best regard
Jake Waisi: Took my friend to get his driver's test the other day, And everyone was very professional, great and very easy going to deal with.
Arian ibrahim: I took my test a month ago and They were very professional and helpful. Thanks Jessie
eddie nading: While trying to read and process the questions on the test I could not focus due to the loud and obnoxious staff. The environment should be more of a library setting and not a comedy show.
rangerlee: Took my grandson to get his driver's test today. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. I have to say I don't believe the poor reviews posted here. They're understaffed so if you're in a hurry it's not their fault. If your car fails the operability inspection it's not their fault. Overall a good experience. Thanks MOHP.
Chanda “Norman” mubanga: Very professional and supportive .
Elizabeth Tembo: The fact that this place is almost impossible to find is beyond ridiculous! Have a sign in the lot directing ppl! Painting your window when it’s hidden doesn’t help anyone!
HeIsMySpaceDad: I watched the staff here make a racist remark toward a muslim family after they had left the building. This is ridiculous behavior and should be modified.
Linda Vercelli: Because of the bad reviews, I took notice while waiting our turn. The staff was professional and friendly!Mr Bishop was friendly and cheerful-“fist bump” congratulations for my son passing his test was awesome!! Highly recommend!
Jennifer Robert: Never would have found it if Dan Smtih had not posted the photo with an arrow on Google. Outdoor signage is terrible.
honey bunny: super rude. i have severe anxiety especially with drivers tests and they verbally told me i was doing horrible. laughed at me when i didn’t pass and wouldn’t help me when i had a question.
Kyle: Very good experience, very professional and got through the testing very quickly.
R R: Unbelievably loud and rude staff at this location. How in the world can you concentrate to take the difficult CDL tests with this going on? They should be fired
Alexandra White: Rude staff that are unpleasant and aggressive
stink meaner: Staff is rude. Didn't surprise me any. Acted just the way you think a state trooper would act.

Harry S. Truman Library and Museum: what do users think?

Housing Authority-Kansas City: what do users think?
Elvin Robinson: These people act like you are a bother to them when you have questions or need help. If you are not passionate about the job you work at then you won't like your job and will lack compassion for others especially those who you deem beneath you because they need help and a place to stay. But that's America in a nutshell.
Ephrena G. Hoyett: I've been trying to talk to someone about my HAKC account. I call then they put me on hold and after 30 minutes, let me repeat 30 MINUTES!!! and then, THE PHONE HANGS UP!!! I'm on the phone now for 25 MINUTES! OH! And don't forget! It's telling me I'm the #1 in line!! THIS IS SICKENING!!!😡
Ds Cheney: I have not been able to get a hold of anyone for 2 months to straighten out my account. I was told I'm going to have to pay more rent and found out it's because they failed to apply my medical expenses to my account and I am disabled. December 16th I finally managed to speak to an operator and she told me Tamya handled my account and would check to make sure everything was applied to my account that day and that she was standing right next to the operator as we spoke. Plus I was given a phone number to send some newer medical expenses to her, but apparently I was given the wrong number because I tried calling that number and the recording said it was the voicemail of James Krebs. I've been on the phone for over 2 hours non-stop calling all of the different phone numbers and nobody's not here will answer the phone. As you can see by the photo this last call I was on the phone for over 30 minutes without anybody answering and I repeatedly kept getting the message that I was the next caller.Someone needs to take control of Housing Authority and hire all new people, people that will actually work and help those in need. All of the current employees need to be fired.
Passion Danridge: Checked everything. Told me what might help. To move things along. Emergency move
Sasha Minx: It's housing authority of Kansas City. What do u expect??? Certainly not timely service or friendly greetings when u arrive. Currently doing construction on the building. Case workers never answer their phones!!
Roxanne Rowland: When I call I wait on hold and then I get disconnected.
Rashe Wooten: Long wait sometimes
Jamall Hudson: When I went up there it seemed koo less people less wait times to be helped the lady at the front looks like she get sassy real quick if u have no idea what u talkin bout when it comes to taking care of business up there with your paperwork
A Brown: Best location for midtown area. Haven't dealt with the staff yet. Just to drop off.
Precious White: Very helpful woman in the office. Kind, friendly and always complying with the covid guidelines.
Leona Thompson: Went to get my emergency voucher and it didn't take long
Tierra wilson: I have been trying to contact them for over a month no one has returned my phone call I am with Team 3 I have a Left so many voice mails I emailed them to nothing at all no call no email I am trying to get paperwork so that I can transfer to another state this is ridiculous the voicemail is full and even when it’s not for you get nothing
michelle cox: Great
Andrea Tillman: Great job amazing co-workers awesome work environment
Rebecca Kennedy: Why can't you get ahold of anyone at any office your call just disconnects.
Marshon Patrice: My brother is a client here and has been trying to get answers from them, because THEY messed up his account. They got uncomfortable so to get him off of the phone they said they would have a supervisor call and answer his questions. He waited and waited. Finally he emails to inquire about the call that THEY set up and they have a rude supervisor LAURA BRANDON call him to tell him she can’t talk over the phone and then hang up in his face. These people are horrible. They do not care about their clients. As long as they get paid they couldn’t care less whether you or your family live or die.

State Line Nissan: what do users think?
Camelia Edwards: I always have the best experience. Jack is awesome!!
Amy Campa: Just had a safety recall done, however I was very impressed with the business.
Minnie Roby: I was quoted a price online, but the price was lower when I came in for maintenance, l love it!!
Angela Rodriguez: Was very helpful kind courteous to me
Tammy Gay: Update: 5/26/23: 30K mile service. Another great visit to Stateline Nissan!Update: 12/5/22. Another great service visit! The staff and technicians are great! Even the rest of the customers in the waiting room are happy every time I am there. It just goes to show that when you treat people well, you make everyone's day better. Thanks Stateline Nissan!Service Center is great. Justin was thorough and clear. It it done quickly. I also bought my car here. My experience with Sammy during the sale process was also pleasant!
Vicki Ibarra: I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue. It replaces my 2011 Nissan Rogue which was a great car for me. Jason Gordon is my nephew and set me up with Mike Tolbert to assist me. Mike showed me exactly the car I was looking for. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Jay West: Wouldn't take my nissan anywhere else
Abbie Emmons: I am completely happy with Justin Charles in service and whoever was helping him (I did not catch his name, but he brought my car out front to me and was super polite and double-checked to make sure everything in my car was clean - even cleaner than when I brought it in!) However the fact that there was a woman with her non-service dog and its treats playing (yes, leashed) in the waiting room and I am highly allergic to dogs has me re-considering any of my service and purchases here. This is the 4th car I've bought at State Line (despite you telling me your records don't show that, which is also concerning, even with a last name change). I tried to make sure I didn't miss a sign indicating State Line is pet friendly like one of the Florida Nissan dealerships.
jacob grangruth: I love most of the service here. But im suspicious of their hiring tactics. Theyve employed some very shady people. Will not be going here again.
Nick Alspach: I didn't end up buying from here, but my shopping experience was awesome. Mike Tolbert spent at least an hour with me answering all of my questions, and took me on a couple of test drives. He was never pushy, rude, short, or any of the other things bad salesmen can sometimes be. I will be looking him up the next time I'm in the market.
Jenny Heap: They told me my front brake pads needed to be replaced and only had a millimeter of pad left and would cost $800. I replaced them myself and they had only been half worn, with plenty of life left in them.
catalina hernandez: Not explained enough
Lester Weston: Frank is your best representative ever.....
Robin Anderson: Justin is great. He walked me thru the issues and let me know what was needed to get it fixed.
Linda Rainey: My salesman, Ziad, was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a fantastic experience and I absolutely love my new Kicks!
Tania Castaneda: Excellent service
John Marquez: Very polite service staff. Clean bathroom and waiting area.
Jeremy Claerhout: The staff are the most courteous I’ve ever dealt with. Every customer should work with Mike Tolbert. Kari Ruddle made the financing paperwork easy and fast.
Heather Williams: ED Hammouri and his team went above and beyond for my mom and I. They listened to her wants and needs then found her the perfect car. They were able to give her a fair trade in which was double what another dealership offered and kept her in her budget. Who you are in business with matters. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy you need to go see them. They are fair and honest!
Leo Pacino: Ed Hamouri is a professional and certainly proficient at what he does! A shout out to him and his team
Christian Lyle: They did my oil change and inspection quickly and thoroughly.

Better Business Bureau of Greater Kansas City: what do users think?
Patricia Holland: Crooked company to try to do business. Senior Citizen abuse along with crooked sales team. You can't talk to 1 person to get things fixed no it's like 2 hours and Numerous people and guess what? They aren't qualified to Help You, just to try to get you to take their services anyway. No! So now they want me to pay $28 for their abuse! Very crooked practices. This company needs to be looked at and anyone considering their services had better enjoy being screwed because that's what you'll get from spectrum.

ryan jones: This BBB open my complaint and sent it to the business. They closed my complaint after I asked them. Why was I giving the option of having to force to accept the BBB response. While they are still investigating my complaint. Then I get a message saying the BBB is closing my complaint due to it being out of their purview. Well why would they sent it to the business in the first place. This is plain anti-consumer customer. At this BBB.
Becky: Bob Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C. After multiple attempts to recoup the service call as promised after spending $1200 on repair, I have received no response, after every contact attempt using every method has been used at least a dozen times - phone, email, website. It is completely unethical to target a single older woman. I am now seeking legal resolution as remedy since I can't even get a simple return call.
Andrew Burton: I'm nit really sure of the benefits other then I guess it looks good to be acredditeted by the bbb even though it coat me 40 bucks a month for the last 3 years I'm not sure what else it does for me
Greg Otterstein: Great people to work with and great facilities.
Israel England: KC BBB has been very beneficial in helping me grow my business. The staff are very helpful, and knowledgeable which allow me to use them as a great resource.
