Papa Trucker: I'm not a rider but this is about a call I made to them.6/19/23 about 5:15pm I called the 913goztrip that was on the side of the wheel chair van #1815 after several failed attempts to get the drivers attention because his driver's side sliding door wasn't closed all the way. Wasn't calling to complain just wanted them to tell him he needed to pull over asap and fully close the door especially since I couldn't tell if he had a wheel chair passenger or not because of the dark window tint.Customer service finally passed me to dispatch after having to explain 4 times what was going on. Then dispatch couldn't understand plain simple English either. Repeated it 3 times to her.I finally gave up and said forget it. Whatever was wrong is long passed now because it took so long for 2 people to understand that a WHEEL CHAIR VAN, of all vehicles, was going down the road with a door not closed all the way. God forbid there was a person in a wheel chair inside and it wasn't properly secured and that door came open and the passenger went rolling out down the road at 45-50mph!I don't know about anyone else but after being a professional driver of 28 yrs now in everything from a 72 passenger school bus to a semi with jet fuel I would call them to transport anyone any distance after this experience.Guess that's what I get for being nice & trying to alert someone of something like this and I even lead with this isn't a complaint just need someone to let this guy know so he can pull over somewhere and close the door.
Lyndsy Jenkins: Every driver has been wonderful so far. Plan to get to where you're going much earlier than you need to be there, though! If you do that, it's a great service!
Kyle: Do not plan to take their shuttle from Arrowhead stadium as listed on their website. The website says for all Arrowhead events a shuttle is available to either Crown Center or Marriott Downtown. This was our plan but upon not finding a shuttle after an event we called and were told ztrip has not done shuttles for 1.5 years. The ztrip cab to the stadium was efficient but the cab smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
Calliie Javaid: Had a green light to walk across the street, driver that was on the phone decided to stop using most of the side walk. #1 it's against the law to talk on the phone while driving. #2 the crosswalk is for pedestrian use.

LEAH BANKS: This is the second time I’ve called to get a ride to a doctor’s appointment and they failed to pick us up. My mother is in a wheelchair and they have no conscious or courtesy to let us know they are unable to pick us up. Stranded and vulnerable to the outdoor elements. I do not recommend this business for wheelchair individuals!
Davina Meyer: Out of the 6 times I've needed a ride, they only actually showed up half the time, and only called back on 2 of those occasions- about 2 hours later. The ones they DID show up for were the 1010 taxi rides though. And they were friendly for those, and quick and the rides were short and easy. So... I don't know, you got a 50/50 shot at it. Brandon Imak: This guys are killing drivers. Charging $95 per day to drivers. Drivers are complaining about $120 gas per day . All the cars here are selvage titles they have car shop there and they repaired there.I ride with this guys everyday but none of the drivers are happy. I heard drivers paying $95 car lease , insurance $100 a month, gas $110, car wash fee $1 a day and company takes 5%. Total driver’s expanses are about $270 a day. How come drivers are working there ? But 99.9% of drivers quit with in a week. They are always shortage of drivers and gotta wait hours and hours. Whoever own this place gotta change all this . Having a hard time for riders and drivers. So, we don’t need this company here at Kansas City . I don’t ride this anymore because of waiting hours and hours.

I always book A ride from the super shuttle website, and it’s always a Z trip driver who picks me up at my house to take me to the airport and then picks me up at MCI when I return and take me home. I always take an early flight out and return on a late flight. That means pick up at home around 4 AM and then upon return pick up at MCI around 1 or 2 AM. The Ztrip driver is always on time picking me up in the mornings and I never have to wait long upon my return.Last month I went to Mexico with a pickup at my house scheduled for 5:15am. At 10 PM the night before, Delta Air Lines texted me that my morning flight was delayed till 10 AM, which would cause me to miss my connecting flights. After being on the phone w Delta til 1:00am, they were able to reroute me on an earlier flight to different city to get to Mexico. At 1:30 AM, I was able to reschedule my Z-Trip ride to get a pick up for 4:45 AM that same morning and they were on time!! With 3- hour notice!!I moved to Kansas City from Sacramento 7 years ago. I don’t know when super shuttle was bought by Z trip, but in 7 years of traveling back-and-forth several times a year, I’ve never been picked up late (or stood up), not by super shuttle or Ztrip, for my early morning flights, and someone has always been there to pick me up when I return.

Riley Lyons: Wow.... What a terrible amusement park. Cedar Fair really just takes your money and doesn't care if you have fun or if the rides are safe. Some of the rides are incrediblely rough and ride operators barley check safety belts and lap bars. My wife's seat belt wasn't checked on the timberwolf. A ride that killed someone in the 90's. Also the Mamba was so rough on the return it hurt my back. Bad enough I'm still dealing with pain almost two weeks later.This park has multiple world themes much like Epcot but a rinky dink version. Theming was sparse and only visual employees were just there to take money and push buttons. Several rides were down throughout the day. The food was chicken fingers and burgers at every vendor. Or you can pay 4x the regular price for panda Express or the parks version of Chipotle. Overall I'm never returning to this park.Price for entry: $65.00

Tara Tirrell: If you are a smoker? DON'T GO HERE !!!!!! You will end up spending more time walking out of the park and not having fun at all. The hours of operation got cut down along with half of their food vendors. No more turkey legs, nachos, or churros. Basically chicken strips or pizza are your choices. ☹️ Half of their rides and water features are closed as well. No more aqua obsticale course or Monsoon either. One good thing to note is they added a killer pot roast to the menu at sand dune diner.

Elena McNickle: I’ve lived in KC for 2 years and I’ve been to worlds of fun 6 times. It’s super fun every time!! However the lines are really long on weekends, I made it a point to always go on a week day when I had a chance because then I was able to ride pretty much everything in the park. The only gripe I would say I had is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I went, the Mamba was under maintenance for at least 2 hours. And the last time I went, I visited both Worlds and Oceans of fun on opening weekend, and more than half of the ride at Oceans of Fun were down for maintenance and it was very disappointing. But other than that, it was a great experience with great staff!

JD Rammer: Went to the park Saturday evening, 6/18/2023. This was supposed to be the Zinger season pass day. Heard from other sources pass holders were told to get there at 10:30 am, did, and were told the ride wasn't ready. We went over to the ride when we got there around 6:30 pm and were told there were no more rides available for the day. Huh?! We noticed it was running one train as well and dispatches were around 5 minutes. The park really blew the opening for this ride. On the other rides, operators took their time checking restraints which made wait times unnecessarily long. This is not a staffing issue, it's a laziness issue. The park looks great but the operations are pathetic. One side open on Voyager, one tower open on Detonator, slow dispatches, Sea Dragon down, Timber Wolf down, train down at 7:30.

Mabel Morton: Very helpful, polite staff, especially the driver on the lot.
Kameron Ptasnik: The people that work here are fine. You can tell they don’t like what they do but they probably get complained to a lot and blamed for peoples vehicles getting towed. Seriously, don’t blame them. They just work there, they can’t fix your car being impounded or paying your citation. Be nice to them. Process was quick and easy as long as you follow the directions. However, I had my car towed because I parked in front of my house and I work night shift, unfortunately, slept through my alarm to move my car off the front of my house because M-F 8am-6pm, you can’t park on that side of the street. My bad. So it was towed. But the person who towed my car damaged my vehicle. My bumper has dents and scratches down to the metal on the back (I take pictures of my front and rear bumper every time I park my car so I know if it’s been damaged in a hit and run, etc). Obviously not much I can do about it, and I only own a older Honda, but it’s just pretty disrespectful. I understand I accidentally parked on “a city street” in front of my own driveway, that’s on me. But that doesn’t give people the right to damage my property. I think a lot of people who assume those who get their car towed or impounded are bad people who break the law or don’t listen, but in reality it was just a simple mistake…that cost me $320 and a damaged bumper. Kansas City…do better.

It's Sunday and the employee on the phone told me there is no possible way for me to access my car before Tuesday bc of the holiday weekend. I live 3 hours away. This is incredibly frustrating.Update: My request for my tow fee was denied even though my car was stolen, the decision took over a month to make, and the only way I can appeal is to pay $50 and appear in court in KC 3 hours from my home? Absolutely ridiculous.

Danielle was amazing at her job, laughed, professional, short and sweet. Thank you for being the worker everyone wants when they have to deal with there car being towed. Hopefully Eric can learn a thing or two

Kevin Ryan: I had a decent experience here. They did their job well. They impounded and secured my stolen, totalled vehicle behind a locked gate for a good two weeks and did not bug me once about the time-frame. They performed a CSI analysis at this site as well of which it's well-equipped to handle. They allowed me access when I needed it. Additionally, they answered their phone during business hours nearly every time I called and I had to call multiple times for reasons unrelated to the Impownd Lot.Thanks for recovering my stolen vehicle KCMO PD in only 4 days! I just hope the these worthless theives will learn how to drive next time before they total another vehicle it in a long high-speed chase! Lol
Jeff Smith: $365.00 tow fee for 10 miles??? This is an egregious amount for a tow that wasn’t requested. The BBB and local politicians need to hold shady businesses such as this one accountable for ripping off the community.
