Stephan Gott: I went in March 9th to find out what decals would run on my new company truck. She gave me a rough quote in person but told me that she would work up a few templates for me to take a look at. I gave her my card information that day and left enthusiastic!After a week of hearing nothing back from this company I decided to go with another company who got back to me promptly.On March 18th I finally received an email from Signs-now with my templates and today the 21st I got a call from them asking why I hadn’t responded. I explained that I went with another company after not hearing back for several days.She proceeded to act as if I put her out and that I sent her a half jpeg/pdf so it was difficult for her to make the templates she designed. I have my logo in all formats but there was no communication asking for a different format or anything.Definitely not the company you want to go for if your looking for professionalism or customer service.
