Evan Mitchell: Tell your associates to stop bypassing the email receipt option when checking out. Several of them try to hit the bypass option as fast as they can. E-receipts are much easier to categorize over pictures of a receipt.
Bullseye Bullman: Usually have the items you need. Downfall is there is almost always a pretty good wait in most of the lines.
Melanin Poppin: The location on Linwood Blvd is the ABSOLUTE BEST out of ALL the chains in Kansas City. The Linwood Location has Super Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Welcoming Staff members.I have been as far as 154th in Olathe and ALL the other Stores act as though Certain People of a Melanin Complexion have some sort of time limit as to how long they can be in the store. They act as if People of a Melanin Complexion are not Allowed to Browse. They want you In and Immediately Out. I see in the reviews at other Locations customers of a NON Melanin complexion saying they could not find help on the floors. This is because there will LITERALLY be 5-6 employees, in a Row, following the People of a Melanin Complexion around Asking a Million times if THEY need help when THEY aren't even Asking or even Looking as if they desire assistance. It's like security sees the Melanin Complexion people on camera and Instantly put staff on THEM, Way in Corner Aisle 44. Hmmmmmmm !!

And when you do get a hold of someone to try to find something in the store, they have to get out their phone and Google the location. Wth?!??? The self checkout system sucks. Bring back cashiers please. I really hate going to this store even though it's close to me. I usually drive further to the Westlake or strassers because the service is much better.

Derek Sharp: Last year, someone appeared at the door from Cintas and told my employee that I (store owner) had approved some kind of fire extinguisher inspection/repair which was untrue. Although we had used Cintas in the past, we stopped some years ago, telling them that we'd get our 3 fire extinguishers inspected/updated elsewhere. This fellow proceeded to do things including recharging and updating some small hand-held fire extinguishers...with a bill of around $440.00. We can buy 3 new ones that satisfy our local code for less than $100.We disputed the charge and were then threatened with being sent to collections, so my manager paid under duress. I spoke with several folks at Cintas who promised a full refund, half refund, an around $181 refund...each time no refund was sent and I had to call multiple times to follow up. I don't dispute that they did some work and might be owed something, but I've not ever been strung along and lied to by a service company--especially considering that the initial service was unapproved--like this before. I've been patient, but not interested in calling back to receive more promises that will be broken.
Shalleena Marie: So long story short. I have a huge property inspection on the 13th. And I am finding out last minute details about what needs to be done to prepare. I called Cintas yesterday at 12 and had an appointment with Carson by 4pm. Not only was he willing to meet me if absolutely necessary 30 til 5. He was able to come to me at 10am. Very professional, polite and very detailed. Long story short. I am always impressed by Cintas though they may not be the cheapest they always prove their worth.

I have always felt that their customer service department is only a group of attorneys that enforce their agreements. I definitely experienced that today. I hate our Cintas service and will never recommend. Would love to get out of our agreement. Their handshake agreement is like a choke hold. Never engage these people for service unless you wish to be disappointed. I spent an hour and a half only to be told that we would need to sign a new service agreement. Well, that won't help Pooches Paradise out because you already cannot properly or adequately perform even the simplest of tasks. I hate that my company is associated with them. Please use this as a warning. They are launching this new operation but they cannot serve their current one. Oh, but if you need a job, they will hire you, as long as you cannot perform simple tasks and cannot communicate. Best wishes.

Steve HW: This is more about customer service than this branch. I ordered some parts online, incorrect part, called to return. Grainer doesn't refund shipping or have prepaid return shipping. The local branch hours are during the work day (Mon-Fri, 0730-1600), so cant drop off at the store. So at this point it is cheaper for me to throw the parts in the trash and take the loss, than return them for someone else to buy and use.

Kylie: This home depot actively, willingly and consciously kills animals and birds in cruel ways.In the garden center, they have netting along the ceiling to prevent birds from nesting. The birds can get inside this netting, but cannot get out. I have witnessed a bird starving to death up there and panicking for a way out. This is extremely upsetting for me and others to witness, not to mention needlessly cruel.There was also a nest of baby birds that were sitting in a Shrub outside and our team of vendors set it aside and kept an eye on it, making sure it wasn't taken or sold. The next day the nest was gone. I believe someone in the home depot team took the nest and killed them while we were gone.I don't know what it is with this home depots management, but how are you going to have a garden center and then get upset when something that is apart of nature comes along? I would much rather see happy, chirping birds than starving and dying birds in a garden center, and i'm sure most others would agree.Your handling of this is extremely cruel and upsetting. Every single life is sacred.

They have everything from carpentry supplies, to plants to hang on your patio. Having a get together? Check out the smokers! And lawn equipment galore! I'm tellin' Ya! Got nasty critters in your garden? They can help with that too. Did your refrigerator go out? Get a good price on a new one right here. Building a deck? Need a new ceiling fan? Maybe that decorative light fixture for that added touch of glass. Yes glass, no isn't that classy? Get down to Home Depot, your building, painting, cleaning, gardening, mowing, lighting, home decor, and so much more store! I like how that rhymes! I'm tellin'Ya!

Shorty 1994: Store has lots of plant varieties. Although when you ask the workers about plants they are not knowledgeable about plants so usually they can't help you find what your looking for. Customer service depends on who's there really at checkout.

Teddy Tompkins: This place has a really nice garden center with a nice selection of plants and gardening supplies. Only negative is that there was a really long line of people checking out and only one cashier.
vick swishem_3s: Went in to buy a couple power tools. No hardware associate in any hardware aisle. I asked another employee to page them so the case can be unlocked. I heard the page go out and I waited then waited then waited. 15 minutes later no one still has not showed up. Asked for another page and waited 5 additional minutes with no hardware associates appearing. I’m trying buy hundreds in power tools. Locked the tools up and no employees to unlock it to make a sale. 🤦

When they arrived they were super professional and they were nice enough to tell me that the fridge I ordered would not fit in my kitchen properly and they were able to take it back for me. I appreciated their honesty rather than they just setting it up and leaving!!

Collin Smith: Audrey helped me load a lot of soil and mulch tonight, she was very helpful and friendly even though it was close to closing time. I appreciate how she did it all, and I would give her a raise, she's worth keeping around. Also the girl at customer service, I didn't catch her name, but she was very kind and even said she'd help load it herself if she could leave her register. 10/10, I will be back, and if I was in charge I'd give both of these kids a raise. They helped me above and beyond what I'd expected or hoped for especially an hour before close. Both of them went above and beyond, if you want to keep them working for you, I'd be giving them raises. I don't work for your company, I don't know what you can do, but PLEASE do the best you can for those girls. Their kindness and help made a world of difference to me, and I hope you use it as grounds to make a difference for them.

Nick Potter: I went in to pickup some electrical supplies. Since all the wire is now behind locked gates, it's impossible to buy any since there is No customer assistance at all. I asked 2 orange aprons for assistance. Got none. They pa speaker asked for help. 30 mins later I checked out my items in Self checkout since there also had no employees there to run a register. I've been using this location for 20 years now. As of this week. Never again. They should build a Menards next door and shutter this depot.

It took forever for help from the time I got there till I lefted. I didn't get any papers or book of any kind with my lawn mower it was a Murry Briggs&Stratton thought about calling or going back took me forever the first time.
