Joe was the technician who arrived and he was courteous and professional. While we were not sure what caused our clog, he performed a service to break up whatever was in the line and so far, we haven't had further issues. There was a bit of splash back on the wall that he was able to flawlessly clean as well.

The scheduling coordinator, Maria, responded almost instantly and I was put on the schedule for the next day.Lorenzo was the tech that came out and quickly solved my issue. Lorenzo was extremely courteous and informative. While he was cleaning out my mainline he took a look at other pipes for potential issues. He gave me tips for things I could do myself and things to watch out for in the future. Overall I had a great experience. My issue was solved quickly and I appreciate the helpful staff members.

Michael McKinley: I called A1 after having another company come out to clean my main sewage line the previous day. The cost was a little higher, but they actually fixed the problem. The other company was not able to perform the same service and basically suggested that I needed to replace the entire sewer line which might cost up to $12,000. I decided that seemed like a drastic measure and wanted a second opinion. After 15 min the tech was able to remove the clog and ran the line multiple times to ensure that the problem was solved. It's nice to see that companies still exist that aren't in it for the big payout and suggesting services that aren't necessary. Oh yes, lest I neglect to mention that you will also be charged an *exorbitant* amount of money for drive time...so you had better be well within their neck of the woods if you should even consider calling them. My advice? Get someone else if you can!!!

Chris Pruyser: We own a commercial boarding and grooming facility for dogs and cats. The first time they came out to service our system they did a great job. Then it all went down hill from there! The next technician to come out left our garden hose on and emptied our well and burned up the well pump. They did send the tech back out and he offered to give us $20 for the water! It only cost $1100 to fix our well!! Seems right!!! I let that slide and didn't say a word to them about paying for it! The next technician came out and "serviced" our system and said that there wasn't enough water in the tank to check everything! Strange we also groom dogs and use water to clean our kennel. All that water goes in the tank! So I called them up and told them what had happened, talked to a supervisor and he told me the guy was inexperienced with our system and that he would come out! Oh yeah forgot to mention that the pump burned up in the septic tank which should have been noticed when the inexperienced tech came out! I was told it would be 12 days before they could fix it or they could send someone out to fix for overtime! Who can wait 12 days to have a septic system fixed??? I went to their shop bought the new pump and installed it myself! I called them back and told them there was water in the tank (always was) with a new pump and they needed to send someone to calibrate all the pressures. They sent someone out, I told them the K Rain valve was leaking and wanted it replaced, the tech which was the first guy said he would fix it and raise all the plumbing up so it was easier to service. Don't know what he did, becasue my alarm has gone off 2 more times and now the tank is overflowing!! They sent me a bill for $6 for a new light bulb, guess that was supposed to fix it all!! So today I called to tell them the tank is overflowing, and the alarm is still going off. They had a tech in the area and could come by, but it would be over time pay to fix it. Sound familar, who doesn't like over time!! Thats when I wanted to talk to a manager or owner. I did. I told her I shouldn't have to babysit her Tech's and I should trust them to do thier job. Or in other words what i pay them a yearly check to do. She then told me that if I didn't trust her Tech's, I should find someone else to service our septic system!! Wow!! Now thats customer service at it finest!! She did say she would refund our service contract for Dec and June. Guess we'll see if thathappens!! I think it's sad to not be able to find good employees that do a good job and are proud of their work. They all want to be paid but don't have any pride in thier work. Also think it's sad to have a family owned business that treats it's clients how we have been treated. Take this review how you want to but Mark my words, they'll do it to you too!! Wish I could give only one star!!

Michael came out when we next planned, and he lead the job doing most of the repairs, and now my home is done right and things work as the should. Extremely professional, on time, and incredibly professional customer service both by the professionals that did the work, but also fantastic and personal customer service over the phone. I had a water heater replaced and was told by other bidders that the job was “not possible” because of the limited space to work in. My home was built in the 40s and there are always surprises when making repairs. Not with these guys- they got it done faster than expected and cleaned up after themselves like they were never there. “Not possible” was easy for them.
