Megan Parrott: While the store is presentable and has a well amount of product in stock, the employees are not very helpful. A few times I’ve been in I’ve been greeted. But most times I am not. If I’m being greeted, they never offer to help or ask if they can help me with something (which I don’t expect if they are busy). After browsing around, it is often hard to find someone or get their attention to assist me. When I need help, I have to take a few laps to find someone available to help. After asking for help, they usually respond with “I’ll be with you in a minute,” and they never seem to help me.
Polly Weist: Crystal helped me this afternoon as I shopped. I needed help and had questions on multiple items including foundation and bronzer. She was patient, knowledgeable and super helpful. Great customer service!

Preston Smith: Bleach Blonde guy was very rude, me and my friend went in there once for birthday shopping and he was very rude when talking to us and watched as if I was trying to steal because I wasn’t a woman.Went in there again tonight and my girlfriend was looking for a certain makeup and she pulled the drawer open not realizing that it was “only allowed for employees” and he got snappy because she looked. I understand it being for just employee but it was the way we were informed very rudely. Makes me and my girlfriend feel very unwelcome. This is something that’s should def be reviewed. Was also very rude and sarcastic checking us out at the register.

Sim J: I love Sephora and shop there often. This location has been consistently a bad experience. Nobody is helpful. I’ve been in at least 4 times and not a single person has offered to assist. I’ve had associates walk right in front of me as if I wasn’t there. Just an uninviting and unfriendly environment

Kaci Schultz: I love Sephora but my experience yesterday sucked. I usually have my stuff shipped but I needed foundation asap so I did an online pickup order. Never again. I walked in and didn’t see an area designated for pickups so I stood in line at the checkout counter. The girl behind the counter was unbelievably annoyed that I was in the wrong spot and told me to go to the front corner. As I walked towards the front of the store I saw the “online pickup here sign”…maybe put that sign so you see it on your way in, not on your way out. The lady who helped me at the pickup counter was either a shift lead or manager and was even more annoyed to help me than the other girl. Mind you I spoke less than 10 words while I was there…I wasn’t being rude or needy, I just didn’t know where to go. Teach your employees to smile, maybe say “hi” and “thank you” to customers and at least act like they like to be there.

Austin: Came to check out the new Glossier selection and not very much was in stock at all. We were looking in the overflow sections underneath the display and one of the associates kicked it shut after coming to ask if we needed assistance. A bit rude if you ask me. After we mentioned we were trying to see if things were in stock, and mentioned they're not a big fan of people opening those cabnets. It's soured our shopping mood and we put back the things we were going to purchase and left.

Shay McField: I think they thought that I was planning to steal something?!?!?! As if.I went to seek out a particular fragrance that was listed as being available at Sephora. I don't like to blind buy fragrances if i can help it. Upon entering the store I was greeted and escorted around. Now I could read this as being attentive to me as a customer but no one else was getting this level of attention and/or monitoring. The rep would ask others if they needed help but only to that extent for the most part the rep stayed by my side. At one point there was another store rep in the area along with the original rep and there were plenty of other customers to assist but I was VIP. It was said that fragrances is their area of expertise but it doesn't seem that they could hold a conversation about notes or types of scents like gourmands, florals, aquatics, spices, etc. Eventually they backed off and I was free to explore my interests but low and behold when I was ready to leave the same rep was guarding the door as if ready to pounce if the sensors were triggered.Well, when I do find what I am looking for I won't purchase it from Sephora.

Grace Perry: For starters I’m frequently an online shopper as I feel more comfortable locating products online. That being said, I had the pleasure of being helped by an associate named KIRA today. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all of the types of products I was looking for, she took the time in a busy store to answer any questions I had and walk me through finding each individual product. My hair situation is a disaster and she made me feel less alone explaining her own hair healing process; made me feel completely at ease and heard. I will be back to talk to her about the products as I feel like I now have a familiar and understanding face there if I need assistance. I am in customer service and these employees are fewer and far between to find. This is the type of woman/employee that every customer wants to meet. Thank you, KIRA, for the incredible experience. You represent your company better than than the products they sell.
Leslie Seibert: I walked in needing help finding products for my upcoming hiking elopement! I rarely wear a full face of make-up - certainly not while hiking - so I was looking for some specific direction. I wanted waterproof, sweat proof, long wearing, yet natural looking products that would be easy to apply myself for an elevated, photography ready look.The store was quite busy, yet several Sephora workers were immediately welcoming and showering me with congratulations. It was notably impressive the way the entire Sephora team worked together to care for its customers. I was promptly paired with Taylor as my personal shopper, and I couldn’t have been placed in better hands! She was incredibly knowledgeable and asked all the questions while thoughtfully selecting products to suit my unique needs. She was also delightful to work with and gave me tips on how to successfully apply each product.I’m incredibly grateful for all the help and genuine well-wishes from Taylor and her team. You all are the best!

Allison Lester: I went to this location to shop today. While in the store, I sampled a perfume and did, infact buy a bottle. When I got to the checkout, the clerk asked, "what's that smell?" I replied "it's probably the perfume I just bought." She proceeded to tell me how it stunk and that it made her sick. I moved away from her as my husband paid for the 3 items that came to an $89 total. Seriously, this woman came across as rude and needs to find another line of work. Uncalled for. I hit gold a few months ago and bought all new panties for next to nothing and got a lot of good quality basic clothing necessities off their sale racks. Also found the most affordable and comfortable bed set. Every associate is so knowledgeable and friendly. I deliberately signed up for rewards because the associates are so amazing, the inventory is so well-stocked that I WANT to give this place more business.

mc c: Don't know much other than we didn't go in because we couldn't find the entrance. We parked in front of the jc penny sign and nothing stated where the entrance was. We're not from here and stayed in a hotel around the corner. We then assumed it was a building named JC Penney and left.

I figured that they would possibly get another shipment of clothing at some point, but no....many sections, including the plus sized women's clothes, looks like it's never going to be restocked.There are barely any cashiers or people on the floor to help you find something. It's mostly a ghost town when I visit this store. It's really sad how this store is slowly dying.

My husband was pushing me while I sat on my 4 wheel walker and came upon one of those transition strips. It was like hitting a curb, it was not hardly gradual at all, I ended up tipping backwards and bruised my backside/hip pretty good as well as jarring my whole body. Those NEED to be redone so no one else whether on a walker or in a wheelchair would get taken by surprise like we did and get hurt!!
