Dalton Heavelow: Absolutely never coming here again. Rolled across the scales at 5,860 loaded and 5,680 unloaded. Would have been more but they told me I couldn’t drop off barrels that weren’t open. Lids were off but I didn’t see the point in arguing over it. Went inside and got paid, I was told I rolled across a hundred pounds lighter than what the scale said when I was loaded. Walked out with $4.60. I’d rather ride a bicycle to Advantage Metal Recycling and scrap only that, than take an entire trailer load of scrap to Langley. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

Stephanie Thomas: Usually always a quick visit. Though may want to watch what they price your stuff at. Took in copper wire but had not had time to strip about a quarter of it. Was given #1 copper ins price for the nonstripped part but was given #2 copper price for the stripped even though was the same stuff.

I needed it in a hurry as I wanted to attend a funeral for my cousin in Columbia, MO and only had two days to find one. The woman at the front desk could not have been more helpful. She found one and I was on my way to pick it up within a couple of hours. It was still attached to a tire and I thought I could get it into my van with no help. I was wrong. The woman at the desk (I'm sorry I don't know her name) came out and we were able to load the tire/wheel into my van. This is customer service at it's best. Stephanie Thomas: Used to love coming here, but the new staff are rude and not customer service oriented at all. Came in with a water pump for a 2000 Malibu for comparison and when I went to leave without finding a replacement but buying some other parts a rude woman followed me to the parking lot and demanded to check my bag (which they did not do on the way in). She dumped my bag in the cart and then accused me loudly and rudely of taking it even though another employee stated we had bought it the other day. She threw it in the trash and basically told us not to come back. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service recently which appears to be in great part due to the staff changes.Update: found my receipt in my husband's car and according to it I feel they owe me $13.08 which is what I paid for the water pump the rude employee threw away after taking out of my personal property for no reason.
