Richard Dickison: Southwest BlvdMexican BuffetLot’s of authentic choices on the buffet… their Chili Verde rocked hard but watch out they have real bones in with the meat… nothing fake here like the pile of cut limes in the middle of the salad bar section should have told you. Delicious fish and shrimp served with heads and tails and all the body parts intact so be ready to do a little work when you eat here. Even the tortillas were real toasty and tasty. Not for the faint of heart but nothing good ever is this is honest down home style Mexican not your touristy prepackaged Tex Mex bull. Stick to your ribs good food.
Rex Morrison: I went to enjoy beef tamales with sauce, Refried Beans and Spanish rice. They only had 3 tamales on the buffet line and they were so dried and hard that they didn't even want to cut with a knife! The Beans and rice was ok,, but I never got a replacement for the tamales and they didn't have any sauce for them. The service on my drink was good and the place is very clean and sanitary. But $20.00 for that meal was and is totally ridiculous!

The small salad size was generous and lasted me for 2 days. We also got the half sandwich with a cup of soup and the tomato basil soup was really really good, highly recommended! I'm disappointed that my people- Blacks -have a reputation for treating each other poorly. There seems to be a high need for customer service training or something because some employees are even rude.A certain someone who is the face of the Peachtree cafeteria stands at the register and talks to customers in a rude tone like he does not want to be there and like he's not truly thankful for our business. It would better to stay silent rather than talk in such an aggressive tone. I only come for the food because I hate the way I'm treated here. Back in the day when they first opened, the customer service was wonderful, and employees treated us really well. things are just sad these days

I also picked out the spaghetti squash casserole as I love spaghetti squash with tomato sauce. It was very cheesy, and the sauce was delicious!I finished things off with the pink lime tart. I wonder if the crust would have been a bit more crisp had I been in the restaurant itself rather than eating at home, but it was still really good. I could only eat half of it after all that other food, and would say it's a perfect sharing size for 2 people as a meal finisher.Will definitely order from here again in the future!

Devan Burton: Can’t go here anymore. Girl in the front has the worse attitude. She had baby hair and thick king fake eyelashes. Older man serving the food kept stopping to talk to another worker who wasn’t on the clock. Then he gave half of a spoon for every side. Chicken was dry. I waited for Mac & choose. It came out and I was already at the register to pay. So they added it to my plate. Got to the car, it looked nasty and watery. I tried it, I didn’t like it. So I went back and asked to replace it. The young woman at the register had a horrible attitude. Told me “it just came out, it needs to settle” ma’am I’m going to eat this now, I would rather have another side. She rolled her eyes, and shook her head with an attitude and threw the Mac and cheese away. She was extremely rude. Corn bread tasted different. I tried giving ya another chance but it’s a no from now on. This place used to be the best. Idk if it’s the cooks, or front staff. Need to make changes. Would love to have back the buffet. It’s very overpriced for the amount you’re getting.

Stephanie Nye: I always love Panera! They are consistent and reliable. I have several food sensitivities (gluten and dairy) and they are able to accommodate my needs. I love the atmosphere and find it is a great place to get away and study.Update: post COVID, I can tell that the quality of the food is not quite as good. The turkey chili was less hearty than it used to be, but it's still very delicious. The atmosphere and customer service are still great! Also, they have added caffeine charged lemonades to the drink menu, and they are all delightful!! I might have a new guilty habit.. lolVegetarian options: Meal choices on the main menu have a V beside them to mark vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: If you have any food allergies, just let the person at the order counter know.. they will get the manager and a large binder with all the foods and their ingredients lists. Eidrick Halendore: I’m not really a salad person but I gave it a try just in case it will change my mind. Well, the meat on the salad tasted good but as for the veggies, I wasn’t able to finish it. Oh well, I guess I’ll just have to stick with the meat from other restaurants. The salad looks good though. 3 stars!

Jodi Kesinger: We live in a world where businesses are in a constant state of training new employees because of employee turnover. I've been a frequent customer at this Panera location for over a year and have seen many new faces often. The one thing I consistently see is a man who seems to be the manager training his new employees with heart. He cares about their success no matter what. Employees do come and go for many reasons, but his demeanor never waivers when the constant turn happens. We need more and more leaders like this running our open businesses. People need to see they are valued, respected, and that no matter the struggle someone is there to teach you the ropes in a positive way.I appreciate this manager going the extra mile for his employees and helping his entire team see what it takes to run a successful business. I notice.

Milton J: This was my first time ordering since the location moved across the street. At the old location the restaurant ran like a well oiled military operation. At the new location it seemed more like organized chaos. Everyone was so friendly and high energy that it was a great vibe and great seeing all of the activity. This led me to make a mental note that as I order from here more to give them the benefit of the doubt if service speed suffers. Efficiency can be coached up but charisma not so much. This group has the charisma to make me visit regularly.
Brooke C.: Placed an online order for an 8:15 pick up this morning to bring a breakfast burrito tray (best breakfast burritos I've had in a long time!), coffee and a fruit tray to a client meeting in the Crossroads. I was fully expecting it to take quite some time and be on hold for a bit first - but nope. The gentleman answered immediately, directed me where to park and greeted me right as I pulled up. He was super friendly and super fast. I would absolutely order from this location again - and I love Jason's Deli anyway - great food, great price and fairly healthy!
