Marie Pascal: I actually like this Target. I can usually find what I'm looking for and there's usually not a terribly long line to check out. The parking lot is absolutely terrifying though and I avoid this Target just because of the parking lot.

Jake Phillips: Visited whilst staying in KC from the UK. First time visiting America and I was looking forward to going to a Target, but weirdly, I was underwhelmed. From the UK, Target is always known to having loads of exclusives for vinyl records, funko pops etc, but I couldn't find many. Some areas were slightly messy too. On the bright side, I found Oatmeal Creme Pies, which I fell in love with whilst visiting! 3.5☆

So I wait in the one manned checkout stand and get to the front and the checker says, "I'm closed" shuts off her light and walks away. I just left my cart full of stuff there because I think Target wants to keep it more than they want to sell it.

Everett John Graves-Swinney: I went in after 5:30pm and there were only two teenagers in the electronics dept trying to get people to change mobile services (without knowledge of when the promotion ended). They didn't know where or when the electronics person would be back. I tried to call the department with no one answering the phone for 30 minutes. I then tried to call guest services with similar results. I guess don't try to buy anything in the cases after 5:30!

DJ Crockett: I got stopped at self check out and asked how many items I had I said only 12 and it looks like more cuz it's a small pile of clothes I wanted to buy and then I scanned all of my items very carefully making sure to only do one at a time and the supervisor of that self check out area was literally standing right next to me and saw everything. Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!

Austin Long: Dollar tree employees there at my favorite store or very kind and very sweet. They deserve a big hug and some respect for their hard dedication work. That's why this is getting a five-star review because I really do care for the people that work at Dollar tree. It's a really cool people

Karen Verdusco: This was my first time shopping at this Dollar Tree location. It is, bar far, the largest and most stocked Dollar Tree in the Kansas City Northland area. I don't know why they don't want to put self-checkout stations here, but maybe it's because cashiers like working here or they have no problem finding cashiers. Still, I believe it would be feasible for Dollar Tree to have Self-checkouts at every location. This would be a great convenience for shoppers as I noticed several shoppers getting in line to checkout. They could basically check out their own items themselves and much quicker too.
Regina Huffman: Staff extremely helpful-prices have increased to $1.25 but still worth the trip. It seems like they have alot of new and interesting things, especially for Valentine's, St.Patricts Day ,Easter and Spring!

Liz Chvatal: The kids did great with the training they've had. However, this falls to management of not teaching and training order and time management. Again, none of this was the fault of the kids working there - they're all well composed and kind. The manager failed horrendously on showing up late to Fathers Day to help them. They were clearly overwhelmed and orders had been missed. Management needs to get their act together before they lose kind hearted employees who deal well with stress but the management is needing training and discipline of how to manage overwhelming orders.Well done to the kids working. Not so much to the management.Food was great! Well done to the unfortunately overwhelmed employees. We see you working hard.

Liyi F: Fresh donuts, nice toppings, but when I ordered for pickup the icing was all melted because they'd applied it fresh out of the fryer/oven when it was still hot. Not great when it was melted all over the bottom of the box and combined with the other donut icings.
Krista Kemp: Went here while we were staying in Missouri and, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about their donuts ever since. They are fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant is super cute too. The restaurant is fun with all of the ducks and their color scheme. The customer service was great, and the woman that checked us out was very helpful. I will be back, no to visit, but to eat donuts.

Add in the other two employees who stood around doing nothing the entire time despite the dirty bathroom and every single table covered in icing, really rounded out the whole experience.

I spent twenty minutes or so, not worth the wait and poor service.Update: went back for a kids birthday, it's only gotten worse. Worse service, good makes you sick, they charge for water, place smells like burning plastic. Whatever ownership there is had given up, Do. Not. Go.

Nameless Mannequin: Used to shop here all the time but recently the management has allowed the store to run straight into the gutter. Shelves look unorganized, none of the prices match what are rang up. I asked an employee what had happened and they said they follow management's "priority" for the day. Absolutely horrendous, Walmart looks 10x better than this store.

Barb Pruden: normally I have no issues with this store. I am in here frequently as I don't shop at WalMart. I went in on Saturday evening, 2/4/23 and there was not 1 register open. I asked the lady that was just standing up front checking out someone with some Gatorade and she informed me that she was the only one there. I know this wasn't the case as I saw other employees just standing around chatting. I have no desire to check myself out. I do not work there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come over to say yes I am over 21 so I could purchase some alcohol.

But here’s the thing… I wouldn’t even be retuning it if you didn’t sell me a defective console.And here’s the other thing… You know this is an exception to the typical return policy. Why was this information not relayed at the time of purchase? Now I’m stuck with a useless, $60 purchase. I talked to 2 people and one of them spoke to their lead. Everyone gave me the same response. “There’s nothing I can do for you.”As a retail leader of 8 years, I encourage you to tell your customer’s when there is an exception to the typical return policy that will prevent your customer from being able to make a return. I would have been happy with a store credit even. But nope. Nothing.

She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. Someone talking to her over the radio with saying, “ keep staying with her.” I ignored the fact she was obviously being told to follow me for some reason. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. So I politely asked her if she knew anything about the new hair product for curly hair that Target just got in, because I can’t find it. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. I did Walmart pick up today for 4 items and it took them 15 minutes. Thanks to Ethan for always making me feel special as a customer instead of just a number. His customer service is so perfect. Misha Roberts: This store just spent probably a million dollars on a complete store remodel. I've lived here for 8 years in the neighborhood and spend A LOT of time and money at this location. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.
Tabitha Fjoser: Well stocked with friendly employees. Fast and accurate service on drive up orders.
Allan Wrinkle: Remodeled and they even less men's wear. No dress shirts, slacks or shoes.
Tammy Fleming (Kiwiseekers): After they remodeled they seemed to have taken out all the full service cashiers. Might have to find somewhere else to shop since they do not pay me to be a cashier nor do they compensate me in any way by giving any type of discount for taking on the role of an employee cashier.

Paul Emery: Bought a Wal-Mart plus membership and had a horrible experience on the first order. They didn't deliver all the groceries and charged us for them. We then had to call 3 time and talk to 3 different people before they said call the 1800walmart number. Each person gave us the run around we were even transfered to the team lead Erin who said she was in the middle of working on another order and directed us to the 1800walmart number. I understood that she was busy but it made me feel very not important that she was more concerned about another order than the one that they already screwed up. Not a great feeling. After spending extra money for a service, paying for groceries, and then not getting those groceries, I basically paid a lot of money for incontinence, frustration and a waist of time. I'm canceling my membership and telling my experience to anyone who asks me about walmart plus. Also did not receive a gift bag like my brother for a fist time walmart plus member, just the little extra cherry.

Sadly for them, we left after 3 hours,with no help, and went to another retailer and purchased what we had tried to buy at walmart.

Veronica Bolton: We use party city for like all of our party stuff. We have three birthdays throughout the year and they always help us with the over 200 balloons and they even deliver it to the place they blow up the balloons for us. They give me a great price the store is always clean and fully stocked of everything. The staff are super friendly and nice. Sometimes I notice a deal with a really rude guest in the south keep a happy face on, and that shows a lot so that’s why I did this place a great review.

Clary LOPEZ: Well I spent over 30 dollars in 8 balloons. The dollar store is a better option. The balloons from Party city are special. In order for the balloons to last more than 8 hours you have to pay 30 cents extra for the clerk to pretend putting a jelly substance in the balloons before inflating them. She actually does not put anything she just pretends . Then you get charged a dollar for a bag to carry the balloons but you have to remove them immediately from this bag because they “suffocate “ and will deflate within 6 hours. Then you are asked if you want the string floor length or table length? I answered floor length. The clerk immediately grab the strings tied a knot and cut them “table length”. Please go to the dollar store for your balloons. Never again!!

Merika Burke: The workers were super helpful trying to make sure that I found what I was looking for. The cashier was so personal. Just extra friendly and down to earth. She made sure that she did not go too far from the register because she wanted to make sure that she was available when finished making my selections.

I messed up my balloon order for delivery and asked the store if they could help, but they would only refer me to the website telling me to "see what's available." When I said I'm talking to the store and asking you to help and the employee said ok thanks goodbye.

Lucia Huonker: I went to two Party Cities today and I am so glad I went from one to the other!!! ... This one on E 152 highway was outstanding! Super attentive, helpful and courteous, vested employees .. and I met several while making my purchases. The store was well lit and welcoming, and fairly well stocked and while shopping, I had 2 employees offer to help me and then each time walk me over to where items were that I needed. So nice to have a Party City nearby!!
Erika Wooley: I purchased favors for my son's birthday. It has a Chiefs theme. Everything was pricey I thought. We spent about $79.00. We can pick up his balloons the day before the party. The Chiefs stuff was kind of picked over but we found some good stuff.

Annah Murray: Friendly service and staff, but their Halloween stuff has not come in yet so those selves are a little bare. The rest of the store is well stocked and as always had very reasonable prices.
Kaleigh Wilson: Typical Party City. Hard to tell if the store is open because of the windows. They are tinted so it looks like there are no lights on inside. Other than that the store is clean and organized. They have lots of options and themes for birthdays and events.
Elle Lynnette: This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Four workers were standing at the register and didn’t bother to greet me. I am not from the area and was walking around countless times looking for something specific. For my experience, customer service does not exist and I will never be back.
Sammy Dee: Party City is highly recommended by myself and my family. First glance walking in is something you'd see on a commercial. (Minus the singing and dancing- but that would be awesome to see 😆) The store was very clean and organized. 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction and customer service. Each team member was working very hard but still made us feel welcome.(Great Job and keep up the hard work).I love the variety of themes, characters and colors the store has. You can't forget the great prices either.❤🧡💛💚💙💜💯Can't wait to get the party started!
