Of course they had NO issues putting a sign in my yard advertising their business but cannot bother to help current clients. Michael Robertson: First I want to say this whole process took 7 months. That is ridiculous. After the roof inspection we were told we didn’t need our gutters replaced but our insurance did pay for them. We were also told nothing out of pocket. After our roof was replaced our gutters were destroyed. It looked like someone jumped on them. Premier sent someone to fix them. They partially fixed but it didn’t match what we had. They did finally fix our gutters to about 90% satisfaction. When I got the final bill we had $367 out of pocket. When I questioned this I was told getting a new roof for that price was a good deal especially since I was one of the only ones my insurance approved. First that was unprofessional and I was their customer. I didn’t have to use them. Also I never complained about how long it took. I just questioned the out of pocket. I was offered a gift card which I declined. That wasn’t the point. The point is I was lied to and told I should be happy about it. They also left 2 marks on my garage and smashed a hydrangea bush. That was never fixed. I documented all of this when I sent the check but I never heard anything back but they had no problem cashing my check. I never write reviews but I felt this was warranted. Jennifer Bauer: The adage that if it sounds too good to be true applies to my dealings with Premier Roofing. I was approached by a salesman on 6/4/22. The insurance claim was started and the salesman met with the adjuster on 6/10. Premier had a written and approved estimate in hand that day.Things went downhill from there. I planned to use another vendor to replace the gutters. That was going to require modest coordination of work and also some things that Premier would normally cover in their scope of service would be done by someone else. We were haggling over that up until the day the installation started on 7/12.The roof installation was average. Things on the exterior of the house that were supposed to be covered were not and one tree was nearly destroyed. The roof leaked the first time it rained.I could live with that. What I cannot live with is the sloppy business practices. The contract that is signed before work starts clearly states “first (ACV) payment plus copay or deductible is to be made upon commencement of work. Final payment is to be made upon substantial completion of work.” I NEVER received an invoice or anything else that would allow me to make the first payment AND we are 7+ weeks out and I still have not received any accounting/bill from Premier. My insurance company has made their final payment to me. I am concerned because I have zero confidence that Premier will net out the work done by the other vendor. To compound things, I am days away from being unavailable for over 2 weeks. I fully anticipate getting a bill at the 11th hour and they’re being the expectation that payment will happen immediately.Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy. Roofing is a commodity product. Rebecca Williams: The company knocked on our door soon after a recent hail storm. They said that they were doing free inspections of our area as we have neighbors that have secured their services.The gentleman got on our roof and returned to inform us that we did have roof and gutter damages, showing us pictures. He then had us contact our insurance company and file a claim.Today, 3 days later, our insurance company sent out a contractor to look at the roof. He did an inspection and found minimal hail damages and said our roof looked great.Just before he left another gentleman with Premier came and said that we were going to be denied the insurance claim because we didn’t have enough in damages. He looked at the roof and came back with an entirely different report than the first guy with his company. He said the roof was in great shape and that we didn’t have any significant damage.It’s amazing how we go from it’s in rough shape and needs replacement and by Thursday it’s in great shape with minimal dings from hail.Seemed like a complete waste of time for so many people to come out and look at a roof in good shape that was said to look terrible. We even filed a claim with our insurance and now we’re having to hopefully cancel before it’s denied as we don’t want a claim to impact our future needs for our home.Very misleading information, very disappointing for a company to report damages to the point of roof replacement and that not be the case.

We would get door to door storm chasing salesman asking if they could look at my roof. I’d ask where they were from and that would be the end of my conversation with them. I noticed that my neighborhoods Facebook page kept talking about Blue Rain Roofing . The last storm we had tore shingles off of my roof so I called Shannon Webb. This was the contact name off of the Facebook page. Shannon came out the next day and we discussed all my options. His team looked at the roof and said I had enough damage where I needed a new roof… my insurance co ( at that time ) sent a claims adjuster that was a 3rd party picture taker. They tried to settle with me for $1200…. This is where Shannon’s expertise came to the rescue. He explained to me what was going on and then told me to ask for a 2nd inspection. This way both parties could inspect the roof at the same time. I’m not going to get into a name dropping soapbox but folks if you have had to deal with insurance co that don’t want to pay you then you need someone on your side….after the second inspection it was deemed I needed a new roof and gutters. Shannon fought for me and his crew did a professional job. They were fast and experienced roofers. They cleaned after themselves and were very polite. After this back and forth game with my insurance I asked Shannon if this was a common thing he dealt with and he said some are worse then others. He then referred me to a insurance broker who save me over 1100 a year in homeowners escrow. They also beat my auto by 600 a year with my 16 yr old son just getting his license….. because I live in a neighborhood with an HOA, there are forms and documents that needed to be filled out, submitted and then approved. He had everything in order that I needed and my request was approved in 1 day from the HOA. If I ever need another roof or roof inspection I will defiantly call him again… I normally don’t spend this much time on a review but when you find a company that has done you a fantastic job you want other people to know! Kasandra Blevins: Would not recommend using this company. Tony came out and wrote up a bid for my mother-in-law. He gave her one price if they left her chimney and just did her roof and another price if they removed her chimney from the rooftop, seal it and then replace her roof. Only the higher price (removal of chimney)made it to the contract. We’re talking a $2k difference in prices he told her. He then handed it off to workers who did not even look at what was to be done per the contract. Needless to say the job was not completed per the terms of the contract (her chimney still stands). The foreman for the crew came out to check things over after they were “finished” and said that they could not adjust the bill even though the work was not correct. My mother-in-law had even mentioned the chimney to him the day before while they were working and he said he knew nothing about it and would have to talk to Tony and he left. She has tried calling the company directly and no response. Tony has avoided her at all costs. They charged her full price for a job that was not completed as stated in the contract. If you have elderly parents who choose to use them please make sure you are there to look over the contract carefully and there when the work is being done.

Mark Stalsworth Sr: I should clarify that my roof was installed by Pyramid in 2004. We've never had a problem until last week. A small spot showed up on my garage ceiling after a rain. I naturally assumed I had a roof problem, so I called Pyramid. I was scheduled for an inspection three days later.Tony showed up on time. Very friendly and professional. I showed him the spot, and he told me he knew what my problem was, but got his ladder and checked it anyway. The problem wasn't my roof. A piece of trim was too close to the roof, and over time debris had collected and cause a small blockage, which caused the leak. Explained how to fix it. Jen P: At first this didn’t start out very well. My roof was only 4 years old (installed by another roofer the builder used) when I started having blow offs. Pyramid was local so I contacted them to repair. They performed 3 repairs over a 3 year span and not once did anyone question why a new roof would keep having blow offs. On the 4th repair I finally questioned if this was a manufacturing defect and asked if someone could thoroughly inspect the roof. They sent someone who basically said he wasn’t going to check the entire roof and denied it was a manufacturing defect. I called to question this and couldn’t get anyone to call me back. FINALLY after threatening to go somewhere else they connected me to Gary and it was smooth sailing after that. He was extremely accommodating and as it turned out it was a manufacturing defect. He responded to all of my questions, helped me with the manufacturer, always returned my calls, and even worked with me on the price of the new roof since the manufacturer wouldn’t cover the full cost of a roof replacement. He went above and beyond and essentially saved this job for the company and even cross sold me an extended warranty. After the new roof was installed they sent someone to inspect it and they found a couple things that needed fixed, then I found something that needed fixed so it wasn’t a perfect job BUT they came out promptly and fixed it no problem. They did two sweeps of my yard for any nails and did a good job in picking up debris. I specfically requested a proper quote as I had to present this to my insurance. I looked passed this. Then the day comes where Mr. Obermann was to come on site to finalize the quote. Another email saying "meet this afternoon" to which I replied for him to just let me know when. He was a no show. His response to the notification we werent using his company? "Thanks for the update." Highly recommend avoiding this company. Owner doesnt act professional, doesnt show for appointments, and doesnt even have a coporate email. Operates using a gmail. Avoid at all possible cost.Edit after posting: Owner, Shawn Obermann, emailed a threatening email stating "Well now you've picked my interest I'm gonna do a little digging into your a**". Kay True: Aaron came across as friendly, honest,and reliable from the moment we first met. All of the employees were friendly, and worked very hard.
