River Roll Skate Center: what do users think?
Marcella Tice: We had a choice between Winnwood or River Roll, for the price we went with River Roll and I am so so glad we did. We booked a party for my daughters 6th birthday. I couldn’t be happier for River Roll’s staff and owner for making everything so comfortable and easy. They staff was so so helpful, very generous and so sweet. They have made this mama very happy and will definitely be back again!
Liz Hrusovsky: Our hostesses were super friendly and attentive and we had a great time. Thank you!!
Parker Games: i really like it. the hosts are very funny and nice and the people that go to there will not hesitate to help you if you need it.
Julie Young: Disclosure: review related to online purchase only. Last week I placed an order for a pair of roller skates that were clearly listed as in stock - and as a matter of fact, they are still listed as in stock. I never received any communication what so ever, and I discovered this evening that my order was cancelled when I reloaded the order page from my browser history. I also just received notice that my credit card has been compromised, which could be a coincidence, but the timing is suspect.
S. Lacombe: Clean place. Kids had fun.
Laura Rey: Awesome skating rink and great for parties. The only problem we had was my son couldn’t skate because they don’t carry size 16 men’s skates. Some kids don’t have small feet.
Mac Stands: Take my gkids (3) here frequently now, usually at other rinks and it's a 20 min drive but my gkids favorite rink now. Place is relatively clean especially in comparison with other rinks. My gkids only complaint is they don't play musical requests. I usually sit here during the night but trying to go relax and return when done next time. All in all nice place, little chaotic when busy. Really slow getting in but this is definitely the kids favorite, clean and safe.
Sarah Gower: Great place to go skating. Well kept up and reasonable pricing
ChesLea Allison: Overall, the place is nice. They have good icees. I fell once and didn't want to skate again, so I mainly just sat there for the few hours I was there. I got this cute little dolphin out of it, so that's that. My only complaint is that they didn't get around to playing anyone's song requests, even though only a few were requesting. Lastly, I think this place should play 80s and 90s music just to keep that nostalgia in.
Amanda B.: Wonderful experience. My daughter had the best birthday party. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you so much ☺️ ❤️
Cassie Cammisano: Honestly the best party our 8 year old has had! The glow room was so much fun for the kids and I loved the set up. It was minimal work on my part and the least stressed I’ve been throwing a party lol. Will definitely be back for another!
Olivia Rohlfing: Been here a couple times and prefer it to Winn wood. The staff is nice and they have plenty of walkers.
Cassie E: They refuse to serve you a cup of water at the concession stand unless you order from a specific party host. Other than that they will not serve free water. 🤔
Sondra Rose: Poor customer service
Pamla Singleton: It was a great place 4 a baby shower & ur kids & adults r included 4 skating along with pizza. Hoa much don't know. The kids had 2 hrs 2 enjoy themselves & eat.
Jessica Flynn: Tons of fun and reasonably priced!
Brittany Ryan: Great place to have a birthday party.
Treece1 Whit: Kids had fun.
Adrian B.: I’ve been to disco night on Wednesday twice. Very recently they got brand new rental skates! It’s great fun for a cold weekday evening and I’ll definitely come back.
Chad Highfill: It's a ton of fun. I skate rinks all over the Metro. Let me say this floor is by far the fastest. And great variety of music from current hip hop to old school 70s.

Winnwood Skate Center: what do users think?
Kamryn Gezidel: Came here for a kids birthday party and they wouldn’t/didn’t even turn on the air until almost 8pm on a SATURDAY . Everyone there was HOT & MISERABLE , majority of people just sat down . Unacceptable!!!
Artie Newell: Great place I would go again this place is good for ppl to learn how to skate
Hehehheheheheh Hop: The venue was very nice. The people that ran the business were very appable and professional.
Julian Grigsby: Great rink, music, people and energy.A whole vibe.
Blaise West: I love the lights and the music is great
Mila Baby: Had a great time with family and friends. They have good birthday package deals 👍🏼...
Olivia Rohlfing: Enjoyed skating and like they have a separate spot for the kids. Wish they had a hand rail around the rink though. Tried to rent a “walker” for kiddo and they told me they were out, yet there was only 2 on the rink floor.. A lot of the music they played was not appropriate for kids and we went on a Saturday mid day.
Whitney Buchmann: It's always fun to relive the skating rink days. They offer lessons on Saturday morning that my friends and I did for a bachelorette party. There is also a separate, smaller rink for the kids if they want a safe place to learn without getting run over. There is a concession stand and picnic tables to relax at between laps. It's a hidden gem (you have to know where you're going). Not a lot of signage.
Mikaila Livingston: Clean, lots of fun music. Lots of family's. Few games between 5 and 6:30 on a Saturday, but a dj was setting up.
corzet hall: I enjoy skating at Winnwood. I've not had any negative experiences worth complaining about!!! Although many seem to think this is a BAD PLACE to skate. I prefer to keep an open mind until I see differently.
Zahra Almoamin: Had fun taking the kiddos roller skating!
Jon Twibell: One of the best floors in town. Great staff. Clean and nicely updated.
Sherri Miller: It is a nice rink. But to much chaos on the floor. And not a good mix of music to skate to.
Journee: Cool skainting room
Leggs McGillicutty: Winwood is the go to family fun rink. Adult night could use a little more imagination. The DJs are getting stale with repeat Playlists you could practically predict the next song. I'll give Austin the props for the most original Playlist and crowd support. The staff is very friendly MY favorite is Judy she don't take s*** but won't give you none either. Bring your kids to skate classes on Saturdays at 10:30am. I have heard a few buzzing about the artistic instructor Amanda going into lackluster repetitive moves but I think she just doesn't want newbies feeling left out. All in all it is a very welcoming place for skaters.
Shallman Jordan: I LOVE THE LADIES
O'Brien 999: The best
Kynan Ramsey: Awesome it was fun I want to go back there again some time soon
Kenzie Brown: Very fun
Kozmo YT: Best stating place
Geraldine Sanchez: We are out-of-towners that needed a place to stretch the skating legs and burn some energy on a Saturday afternoon. The mini rink on the side is AWESOME. We did like the made to order concessions. The referee did a decent job on skate flow and resolving a skate walker confrontation for us. The bracelet/walker idea is GREAT. Great facility. Great look. Great employees. PERFECT price range. I can’t give 5 stars due to music choice on playlist/DJ. Salt N Pepa unedited is not what I want my 6 year old listing to.

Northland Rolladium Skate Center: what do users think?
steven Jones: We had my daughter’s birthday party here and it was not only a great time for everyone but stress free. The crew working did a great job and worked with us throughout our time there.
rebecca manthei: Everyone was very nice and helpful!
Justin James: Very maintained rink, floor is nice and defect free. Carpet is super clean and nice looking.Staff were super nice, a bit quiet. They did quite a few games but it was a bit disorganized. Some games they were ready for and then others randomly started and they rushed to get things setup.Music was very outdated, some of it was okay but it was pretty out of date. Plus only 3 of the speakers worked so you could really only hear the music on one side. That would probably be my biggest complaint due to how much music plays a role in skating.Very kid friendly rink 👍
Kay: Great
Olivia Rohlfing: Had a birthday party for my kid here and really enjoyed it. My only complaint is I asked to only be charged for the kids and have the parents that want to skate to pay for themselves. When it came time to pay it was way more than I expected because we ended up getting charged for everyone who came in.Carr
Tracey prosser: The place is great fun for all
Barb Schlapia: Great family fun.
Tony L: Kids enjoy it alot. Family friendly at least the 3 times we have been there.
Earron Thompson: This place has become a joke! It could really benefit from new staff. If you don’t mind, the drive check out Rink Ratz in Blue Springs, River Roll in Riverside or a number of other skating rinks in the area. My daughter and I skate every week but won’t be coming back hear!
KAydence Taylor: I LOVE this skating rink it’s a fun place to go to hangout with friends and family. Best time to go tho is on a Friday
102.7 The Hog: The kid that was the Ref or official or whatever they call him was very rude to my wife and . Maybe next time I'll take my grandkids to Winwood instead
TrillionVibes: Fun to go with my friends
Annette Davis: It is so fun and there are so many games to play
Mac Stands: Great family skating rink. Excellent controlled environment. Only drawback they need to clean a bit more. Kids love the place!
Lisa Tracy: Always a good time skating with the kids. Love the family atmosphere, Christian music during homeschool skate days. Really makes for a pleasant afternoon.
Carl Meade: Alot of fun place was hop n.
Jeremy Morris: Bad customer service and Martha is very rude to me and my friends for not wearing skates when we aren't skating
Jordan Dorman: We have never been to this location before so booked blind. When I called to inquire before booking the gentleman that answered was very polite. I also called the night before to ask final questions and the gal that answered was very polite. The day of party is when everything started to go downhill. It almost felt like they over booked themselves for the amount of parties that were going on. I kept returning to the party page to refer to what all was included. When I had called the night before I was told we would have two tables. Day of I’m told that was an extra purchase. No big deal we just snagged an extra table for the parents of the kids included in the party. When it was time for hot dogs they didn’t bother to ask if we had more than 10 kids coming (extra fee) so when hot dogs were delivered we had kids without food. A parent went and purchased hot dogs and it took 30 mins. When we asked for updates on the food as kids were sitting there watching everyone else eat we were yelled at however guests who ordered after us had already received their dog in a bun. Kids were having a blast and that’s all that mattered! The party area is wayyy too small so the skate trainers kept disappearing. When it was time to check out we were charged way too much. When booking online we paid $25 to reserve which was to be removed from the final price. REMINDER there was a $1 fee so a total of $26. No big deal. Final tab, should have been $90 plus the additional kid ($11.50) so $101.50. We were also charged for taxes (expected) $11.11 and then another fee (advantage fee) of $5.50 and was not explained of this for using a card to pay. This should have been explained online. Once I started questioning the bill the lady became very rude and defensive and asked for the “discount” coupons back that were included with our package. I can’t say we won’t go back to just skate but will not host another party there.
Lori Loya: There is really nothing bad to say about a place where families come together and just enjoy while getting some exercise and building memories. Fun!
Calvin Range: They hosted our group and they did a great job, staff was chill, no issues at all. Also, nice and cheap.
Abi Henneberg: Me and my friends went to the skating rink to have fun and skate. While we were there, there was people that we knew that were harassing us. I am genderfluid (born female) keep that in mind. So there is a woman's and and men's skate and me and my friend went on both and my other friend (trans born female) went on the guys only skate. One of the refs came by and talked to us and he said it was okay that we were on the floor. Then there was these teenage boys that were yelling at us to get off the floor and they said that if they saw us skating during boys only skate then they would kick us out. Then we decided to leave because we were getting mad at that point. While we were waiting outside to be picked up we were waiting around the corner of the building and some guy (idk if he was a worker or not) said that if we caused any more problems then we would be kicked out. We weren't even causing any problems at that point and they made us sit in front of the door till my mom got there. The second I stepped into the car I broke out into tears. Let me say I am never going back there.
