Kaw Point Park: what do users think?
Charles Wells: Cool place, has a walking trail people often use for dogs, cool bird population, shore access for fishing, and a great view of KCMO.Restrooms here are really hit and miss
Brad Marwood: Looks like it could be interesting however it seems like it was not maintained at the point we were there.Restrooms: When we were there the restrooms were locked and said for special events only.
Zaira M Naame: It's a really beautiful place. It just needs a little bit of care and attention.
kortney marwood: The park has a pretty view, nice information and display about Lewis and Clark, but doesn't live up to it's potential. It is hard to find in an industrial area and the bathrooms are locked except for special events. It doesn't have picnic tables either.Restrooms: The restrooms were locked and a sign said they are only open for special events.
Joaquin De Ezpeleta Aguilar: Quiet and nice
Lloyd White Jr: A historic park. But more beautiful than anything else. Hopefully people will be respectful and not leave trash or be disorderly. It's a family place!Dog-friendliness: Just gotta pick up any poop your pet drops.Picnic area: Bring a blanket and make it happen.
C. Wang: Great place to relax. A lot of history.Restrooms: The restrooms are locked with a sign saying for special events only.
Anthony Doles: Beautiful pace to visit very breathtaking!
Corrigan Drews: Great place to go for a Morning walk and take it a mix of city and nature feel. It has a River front Bike trail and a boat ramp that looks like a lot of fisherman use. The entrance was a little confusing. go until you see the sign as right outside the park is a large Factory building.
Tiara Price: Absolutely the best view of the city! ❤❤❤ KC IS BEAUTIFUL
Leah Lambart: Small but interesting park. The boat ramp is steep into the river. It's wide and looks sufficient for getting the boat into the river. The current is pretty rough due to the confluence of the Missouri and Kansas rivers coming together. There's places to fish along the bank but it's pretty steep to get down. It's a great view of down town. The park is open from 7 am to 10 pm. There's lots of parking.
King Vic: Bald eagles all year around
David Lute: It’s a neat place knowing the history of it. Seems pretty clean.
Robert Arnold: Nice place to go for a walk
Laura Beach: Love this place. One of my go-to parks when I just want to get the heck out of the house and go for a stroll. People are always fishing here and there is river access for anyone with a boat. You can also cross the lewis and Clark viaduct which is a neat surprise at the park.
Caliph Bradley: Very peaceful
Mark Hungate: Great to get into nature. No amenities.
Todd Forbes II: It’s a nice little park with rich history! Some of the wood planks are loose on the walk ways and some of the park looks run down. Other than that it’s an amazing spot to get a good view of the city!!
Michael Johnson: Vivid sunrise!
Cher Oliver: Good view of Kansas City from across the river, but the “statue” of Lewis and Clark was pretty silly and pathetic to look at. Still a nice little walk and it’s free.
Jeffrey Bast: Great view

Kansas City Kayak and Canoe: what do users think?
Mike Pfeifer: Good time. Have a couple friends with in case you tip over. Great company for sure.
Chloe Ducrocq: 100% hands down one of the best experiences in Kansas City. Easy to book, they give you the precise location where to show up, and were super friendly. Loved every moment of being on the water and being able to kayak through the city. Highly recommend. Thank you KC Kayak and Canoe!
Alan Dall: Great experience! The river is a lot of fun at beginner level. Staff are awesome.
Weston White: Wonderful experience. Transportation, equipment, and KCKC employees were great.
Estelle Strother LMT: This business has refused to provide their services to me and my blind spouse. My evidence for this is the fact that the caller interrupted me several times to shoot down all of my ideas, and instead of providing any solutions even to reschedule so they had time to enact those solutions, described a completely different experience of dangers on the river that could kill you and needing a moderate level of experience. I did not want a refund, but that is all that was offered over and over again. I became worried this business was a scam and told them that if they stole my money I would report them. This is either discrimination for the disabled and they were unwilling to provide any accommodation at all or this business misrepresents the experience that is being paid for. Our experience at lake Jacomo was completely different! They provided everything they promised and were professional! We had a great time and it was safe and fun!! Good luck with this company.
Sarah Easley: Very cool experience! More people should get out on the Missouri.
Logan E: Great fun and a cool new way to see the downtown KC area!
Vanessa Norwood-kiddey: Easy and fun first experience kayaking!
Kevin Knapp: Bridge tour today was fantastic! Never kayaked before and was easy, safe and great fun!
Alexus Atchison: Definitely worth the money. We'll be doing this again.
Jon Imhoff: Had a great time! Tina was more than accommodating and great to deal with. If i ever make it back to town I will get back out on the water with them!
N T: had so much fun from beginning to the end!! Definitely worth the money you pay!!!
Evan Titus: This was an awesome experience, would definitely do it again! Very nice staff that were very helpful.
Laura McMullen: Did a river route a couple years ago with my own kayak and was very pleased with the care Randy took protecting my boat while transporting. also very organized. need to do it again!
Molly Postlewait: Randy was great with safety and the information about the river. It was super fun kayaking under the bridges and seeing the KC skyline from the Mighty Missouri.
Judy Whitmore: The guide (driver) was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He did a superior job getting the group prepared.Tour route was beautiful and well chosen. The types and condition of the Kayaks was poor. No one in the group wanted to use half of the kayaks. At least one the the kayaks with adjustable foot braces would not adjust.
Tony Sheets: Had an awesome time with my daughter. Beautiful morning, got to see the city from a different perspective. Perhaps favorite part was the ride back to my car with our guide. Got to learn so much about kayaking and long trips. I can't wait to go out again.
Brent Sweany: Randy is great. We've rented from him 3 times and I know we will again.

Riverfront Park: what do users think?
Tina Brooke: Could be a very awesome place to see the Missouri River. There is a lot of people living out of cars and they leave trash everywhere. Other people as well seem to not care about their trash left. Fisherman along the banks leave bait containers and other trash. The very few trash cans are always full and over flowing.Picnic area: No restrooms. No covered tables.
April Appleton: They need lights. Very quiet and clean. Now gates are open 24-7.Playground: NoneRestrooms: NoneDog-friendliness: Nice animals preferredPicnic area: Yes the area is very clean and accessible
Arthur Gonzales: A place we're you can relax and enjoy a day out doors
Arturo Navarro: Its nice
Cindy Humphreys: One day I was at the riverfront park and I was looking up and I spotted an eagle flying over the water
Felicia Mclean: Great spot to just chill and relax
Sarah Gib: Not in the best area. Not very well lit and a little remote.
Paul Wiltsey: I've seen this River in my whole life and never have I seen it so low. Where I was standing taking these pictures I should have at least been 10 ft underwater. So sad.
Ashley Maupinsdeml: Scary place to be weird ppl every where n sleeping in vehicles.
Wayne Olson: Riverfront park is not that pretty and is run down .. I have been coming here since I was s kid .. it use to be busy and had a couple of baseball fields but that part of the park has been closed off for anything but foot traffic .. it still has the boat dock and I'm not sure on park hrs as I know it did say closes at 10 pm and opens at 6 am and they would lock the gate but here lately I've been here at 2 am and the gate was open and a couple of vehicles inside.. the park also use to have lots of dirt bike trails and a few of them still here .. the park wouldn't be somewhere to take kid's unless your fishing or boating with them as the boat launching part is still intact and being used.. the park itself is used more than anything for people who just want to get away a that's why I keep coming here
Sarah Wilkins: Great place always colorful and clean thank you city guys n gals
Mark Courter: Nice views, lots of exploration area
Cynthia Braden: Alot of weirdo's 😁
Brian McCauley: This is a small park that fisherman come to; people dumping tires and homeless people. This is not Berkeley riverfront Park!!!! Mushroom hunting and ticks!
Jerry Pease: River is incredibly low.
Dudes2you: Pretty good and beautiful spot to visit and watch the sun go down if your in the area
Fernando Hernandez: Good 👍
James Large: Clam, serene, with ol man river slogging along with power to grind stone.
LARRY IP: It's good
Damian Eskesen: If there is a day that you need to replace and see some history then this is a need be
