Owen: Miles of Exotics is a pretty cool pet store that sells all kinds of things for taking care of reptiles, amphibians, snakes, arachnids, fish, rodents, rabbits, cats, and dogs. They have a very big selection of fish, rabbits, and snakes. They also have a couple of store pets which are really cool to take a look at sometimes, such as some huge fish and a couple of huge snakes.The customer service here was very helpful and polite and I'd recommend this place over big brand pet stores .

MS Betrayed: I love that this store is family owned, and the staff are always available to answer your questions. What I don't like is the fish guarantee. 48 hours, and you have to bring in a water sample. If your water fails the test, you are not provided with a replacement. Fish can die from other reasons. From experience, I have had water that was not perfect for weeks, and my fish are fine. Because of the warranty on fish, I purchase my fish from the bigger retailers. I have brought deceased fish and a water sample in by my choice. If the water is high in ammonia or anything else, my fish is replaced. Iam then advised how to correct the issue. This usually ends up with me buying what I need to correct the issue. That purchase always costs more than a fish replacement. I would definitely give this establishment a five-star rating if the warranty was different.

They are all so friendly and so knowledgeable on the livestock and supplies they carry!I only ever stick to the aquatic section. Jerry, and the fellow aquarists, are so great to talk to! They’ll give you great recommendations and opinions on various fish keeping practices. If you catch something on sale, just know you’re about to get a fantastic deal! I’ve bought a good 90% of all my supplies/livestock/plants from here and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.If you’re looking to add some new uncommon and rare pets into your life, look no further than Miles of Exotics! I guarantee they have what you need!

Rachel Gambrell: Been coming here since I was 5 years old, I’m now 23 and bring my children up to see the big pythons in the back and for their hamsters or bunnies. They’ve always had the nicest animals since I can remember, since they get regularly handled. The staff is there for any help you need, and always polite. Love this store, will always go here, and recommend to others. Even if you don’t find what it is you’re looking for, the reptile room is worth stopping in and seeing!

Easily the best pet store I have ever visited.

Haley Hill: Associate James is awesome! Super thorough in explaining the Vital Care program. Made sure to get out his phone and show us how to use the PetCo app. Very personable and informative. He deserves a raise!
Madeline: Took my dog here to use the self service dog wash because the place closer to me had maintenance issues today. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, I really just needed a higher powered nozzle to help get some of the winter coat off of him. Shampoo and conditioner were supplied and a scrubber, no aprons because people stole them (that's what staff said). And no dry brush like I assumed since they said they supplied "everything you need". There are some other upkeep issues going on here as most of the buttons didn't work properly, possibly just needed a product changed. The restraint could be better as well and I wish it had another loop on the other side for dogs like mine that don't like to cooperate. Small gripes for a $20 self wash experience but I likely won't be back for it any time soon.

They have a strict 30 day return policy on hamster bedding even after the hamster has died, they wouldn’t take it back sealed perfect in the wrapper lady helping me was very nice, but the manager was very cold. MS Betrayed: The staff is always so helpful! The store is clean and laid out by products and manufacturers. This makes it easy to locate the brands you like and browse in the same area. Pricing is comparable to other pet retailers. I just wish this location offered pet training. The sign outside says it does, but it doesn't. Very convenient location and an abundance of parking. They offer an awards program also. I highly recommend this store.

tay mckibben: Went to get prescription dog food and they wouldn’t sell it to me with the prescription I have. You have to go threw their vet clinic there. Which is fine for dog food. I wouldn’t trust them with anything else. Front cashier was very rude and said my prescription wasn’t an actual script.
Michael Thiemann: The staff is helpful but the manager needs to learn inventory control and item display. Took the staff and I an hour to find the in-stock heated cat beds which was stored in a shipping bin in the dog area next to the grooming area.

Rachel: They have a fishtank but they don't sell certain parts for it. You can't even order them online. You gave to rig it up or take a chance and buy stuff in hopes that it works.

The closing manager kept the store open so I could quickly get the dogs food. She didn't have to because I know it delayed them getting out by a few minutes at least.
