Tracy See: I'm very disappointed with this company. Rick came out for a consult at my home, we discussed the project and scheduled a meeting for 2 weeks later to see his proposal. About an hour before the meeting he emailed to say that he couldn't make it so we rescheduled for the following week. A few hours before that meeting, he cancelled again and said he doesn't think our project is a good fit for the company. If the project wasn't a good fit, we should've been told that during the first meeting. At no point during that 1.5 hour conversation did he ever mention that it was something they wouldn't be able to do. In fact, he said quite the opposite. I've now wasted several weeks and rearranged my schedule twice for nothing.

Crystal was our interior designer and she was just awesome. She helped us bring our idea for the kitchen to life, and she really made the material selection process a breeze. Most builders will come back within the first year to follow up on minor issues that come to the attention of the homeowner. Homoly did a fantastic job with that first year but they are still here for us. We had an incident with a chandelier over the weekend that was the fault of the sub. To make a long story short, they had an electrician at our home on a Sunday afternoon. They followed up the next day with a work crew and scaffolding to make sure everything was just right. Bryan Brower: Homoly is currently working on “The Tudors” in the KC plaza area, right off 45th and Madison.Where to begin...This company has no regard for the area or residents around them. They certainly don’t understand what private property is and are careless of the condition they leave the area immediately adjacent to their site.First, they’ve left a handful of 2-3 foot deep potholes on the only alley road that many residents in the area use. These pots cut a single lane alley down even more causing cars to bottom out and tire damage. They finally filled in the pot holes after 3 months. Clearly there isn’t project management onsite or caring enough of their surroundings to address this issue.Next, they apparently have no regard for private property. They routinely would park their work trucks and personal vehicles behind private residential parking spaces making it nearly impossible to get in and out of. To make matters worse on multiple occasions they would have a work truck parked in the residential spots themselves. Again, it’s clear project management doesn’t take their job seriously.Furthermore, I had personally spoken to the project manager and he assured me the parking issues would stop. That very afternoon, I came home to a work truck parked in my stall. The project manager then blamed it on a lanaguage barrier with his Mexican subcontractors.It seems that this company has a habit of not being able to take responsibility and making excuses. They lack maturity, professionalism, and common sense.If this seems unreasonable, I work for a construction company that has projects 5 times as big as this so I understand the hurdles projects have to go through to accommodate local residents.
