Mardel Christian & Education: what do users think?
Roxanne Thierry: This store is so beautiful!! The workers are so sweet and nice!! I never knew this store was here until the day of, got my 30% off coupon from a nice customer!! Beautiful customer service ladies!! I will be returning!!
Janine/Dave Gash: Great
Jessica Stanton: Didn’t realize we still had Bible bookstores around. Nice to be able to put hands on materials before purchase instead of purchasing and hoping it’s what I think it is going to be.
Darren Tharp: It's a nice store for the most part.I don't really like being made to feel as if THEY are doing you a favor by serving your needs. That's a bit off-putting but the store is very well stocked.
Kristin Dukes: I didn't realize that this was strictly a Christian store. I was looking for some Catholic gifts and a Hebrew study Bible. They only had a couple of items that somewhat matched what I was looking for. They also seem to not have anything geared towards LGBTQIA study Bible or books. The staff were friendly enough but not as helpful as I was hoping.
Michael Nations: Excellent store with friendly staff
Lisa Tracy: I would love to see more homeschool curriculum on the shelves. It appears they only have one copy of most books. I like having a resource close by for homeschooling materials.
Jill Shinn: Nice store. .
Michael rogers: Went there to pick up a book for the men's group and bought one for myself and one or the person who forgot to buy, worderful store, there was on up north where we live and it closed several years ago, refreshing place to go.
Susan Johnson: I love this store! Being a Christian, I can get everything I need for my faith and then things for the grandkids, friends who have lost loved ones gifts, ect. Great place, great people.
Michelle r: Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful...I drove 65 minutes to the store in hopes of finding something for Easter...very last minute...(which they had exactly what I wanted)...:)...the employees and register lady was fantastic! Will return again...Thank you!!!
Susan Fansher: Very helpful and friendly.
Alisha Seefeldt: Very clean friendly atmosphere
artelia carter: A beautiful experience
Amanda Nachtmann: Always love ❤️ Mardels. It's fast. Easy in. Easy out. Had everything I needed for my classroom.
Lindee Hopkins: Looking forward to purchase of this amazing Journaling Bible! Wide margins inside for art & notes!
Ray Hibdon: I loved their seasonal items for spring.
Kevin Winn: Awesome store and awesome employees that work here. They have great selections of bibles, books, t-shirts/hoodies, and gifts to get for family & friends. There are some weird customers and ‘strange characters’ that like to do non-Christ-like stuff at this store, but .. that’s just about everywhere now, unfortunately. Check out Hobby Lobby next door, too! I could spend hours at these two stores.
mark neufeld: Great place!
Ricky Ramirez: So grateful they were open and the staff was so sweet and kind.Thank you!
Dona Lichtenthaler: They were very friendly and helpful. One can literally lose them selves looking at every thing. It's a very popular store.

Steel's Used Books: what do users think?
Deb: This book store is the most wonderful book store that I have ever had the privilege to visit. From the moment you enter there is a bit of nostalgia. If I had a bed in the middle of it and a small kitchenette....I would never ever leave. I will definitely return. For the reviewers that spoke negatively about how the books were positioned, u don't love books enough because if u did u would recognize that it is a wonderful experience and it's obvious that the owner really loves books. This was the perfect end to a very awful day. Thank you for that...13 books later...and he discounted the books that I purchased. It was an incredible experience. I will be back, especially on really rotten days when I need a pick-me-up.
Ryan Hood: Truly top-notch little bookstore, filled with all sorts of books. The selection and organization get better all the time. And there are some amazing hidden gems.
Gary Roberts: An amazing place
Lindsey Summers: I just loved this bookstore! Great Buddhist selection and great service!
Ancestor Explorer: This was a great little bookstore. Books from the ceiling to the floor. There are a lot of genres and much to choose from. The books were not all priced, and there were several out of place and still in boxes on the floor. I found a few books I liked that were reasonably priced. But there were several that were overpriced, and that left me a little sour. Overall, it was a good experience, but the store needs to be organized better, shelves labeled, and proces clearly marked.
William Craig: Great place, awesome selection and reasonable prices. Will definitely be a regular customer
Paige Saultz: Legit.
Paige Odell: Pretty ligit.
Regan Baker: Just what you want in a used book store. Lots of clutter and chaos - and also lots of great books. Perfect used bookstore vibe
Jess Howell: I love this store! Highly recommend. Hidden gem 📚
Jacob Patterson: What a wonder. Stacks of books hiding all kinds of surprises.
Jordan Nisly: Excellent used bookstore, lots of gems here , it is fun hunting through the stock. And the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you love books, take a look!
Jennifer Chambers: I love this place. He has a ton of books.
Dennis Myers: A great bookstore and a must visit! The proprietor is a nice guy, knowledgeable and helpful!
Nancy Villines: If they don't have a book, they do all they can to find it. I could easily look for hours. But for the time.
Cindy Graves: The owner really knows his books! He was very helpful.
Jeff Hunter: Such a find! It's a used book store, but. He has quite the collection! Found some excellent train books as well as old scify.
N B: If you're a bibliophile, you will LOVE this place. First time going here, it may take you an extra second or two to find the door; Its kind of hidden. Already fun! When you get inside, you will see books EVERYWHERE... Its so amazing! For the most part, the books are categorized. But there are also tons of books just stacked wherever there is room to spare. This place definitely has a lot of great books. Then you get to the last room before you've come full-circle.This room has REALLY old books in it. 1700s at least. Its just neat even being in there. The whole place is just exactly how you'd imagine a fun, cozy old bookstore would be, cobwebs and dust included. If you're more of a barnes and noble book store shopper, this one may not be for you. The prices here are comparable to what you'd find on Ebay, maybe a little less. If you love treasure hunting and books, this will become your new favorite shop in Kansas City!
Yeshua Kennedy: The owner was friendly and helpful and the prices were very fair. We bought ten or so books today. 👍
Ted Rodriguez: Excellent service! They can find any movie or book you want and order it for you! There prices are excellent 👍👌!
Lost_Umbrella: It's really cool if you've got an hour or two to kill!! They've got so many different kinds of books and it's just super fun to explore :)

White Light Bookstore, The Path Of Spirit: what do users think?
Vivica Crawford: Cute little store! There’s a lot of cool things and beautiful crystals. Sage works great! I had a great experience thank you!
Tamia Danae: Very welcoming energy and lots of options to choose from!
Emily Anthony: Love this place
Elijah Patterson: Super chill place. 100% come here.
Darin McCullough: This was a blessing. Found all I needed and the woman working was a great help. I will definitely return again. Thank you.
Najah Ray: Got to the bookstore at 11:27am on a Wednesday and could not get in. I called twice, no answer. so I would suggest calling and speaking to someone before driving there! Seems like a great little book tho. Will try again a different day and hope for a better experience.
Carmen Clough: Great store, great crystal options, book selections, incense and sage, and more. Friendly people. Definitely recommend stopping by
Anna Guzman: I absolutely love the jewelry they have there I have bought some jewelry there and it's still in great shape. Good quality. I Love going there!
Lindsay Brenner: Peaceful, helpful and just wonderful!!
Kent Bridges: Amazing selection of rocks, minerals, books, and lots more. I highly recommend you visit this store if you're in to geology, books, and education of the pathway to spirit.
Tessa Mills: Nice shop with reasonable prices.
Tristan Davis: Cute store, great jewelry. The staircase to access the store is right next to the entrance of Blue Koi. However if you're looking for a place that will offer you assistance, I would not recommend here. The young man that was working today seemed in a very bad mood, did not even acknowledge me until I came up to the counter to pay, and even cussed in front of me after hanging up the phone with another customer. Great products just a horrible representation of what the store is all about.
Lover of Light: Placed a phone call and received a kind recording announce they can't come to the phone because they may be with a customer. So, we drove 30 minutes to downtown to shop there. We drove by and a big orange sign on their door reads, " Yes, we're open!!!" We find parking a few blocks away and walk to the store and the door is locked because they are CLOSED!! Really, with so many way to communicate the shop could have just reported they were closed and saved their customers a lot of time and hassle.
Kris Lana: I've been here numerous times in the past. Love the shop. However today (my birthday) I decided to come back. Hours say 11am - 7pm on Saturdays. We got there at 3pm. Door was locked. No one answered the phone number. And I even used the door knocker. No answer. Very disappointed today...
Kelsye Hagar: They took the time to specifically research through their crystal books to see if they could help me find what I was looking for even though they knew they probably didn't have it. Some of the prices were a little high but, for the most part, the quality seemed to match the price. Very pleasant experience.
Big Mama: Had an amazing reiki experience there plus love the crystal selection and books!
Marcy The Diesel Gypsy: I use to love going in here to buy Crystal's but lately the sales staff seems disconnected (except to their phone), there's never anything new, when they run out of a particular crystal, they just replace it with something random. It's ok to visit once or twice, but boring as a steady supply. Wish they were more involved. They expect their merchandise to sell itself, I guess. That's a good thing, if it's changed up now and then. Will probably just start buying online.
Shawn Lynn-Bequette: My family and I recently shopped at this store. We where looking for crystals and jewelry. My mother purchased 3 rings for the women in the family. I was told by the sales person that my ring was aquamarine in a 925 silver setting. It's not. In fact none of the rings are real. All glass with plated silver. I will never buy anything here again!Your reputation as a metaphysical store selling fake jewelry is not a wise choice!!!

P G: This is the best kept secret in Leavenworth. This little store is a real gem. It is stocked with everything a Catholic (or non-Catholic) would need. Great selection of quality books, bibles, greeting cards, statues, rosaries, crucifixes, baby items, gifts, modest clothing, beeswax candles, gifts for veterans, holy cards, chaplets and litanies, knick knacks, kitchen items, even honey on the comb! So much to see, you'll enjoy browsing this store amidst Gregorian chant music. And it smells heavenly in there. They do not have hardware supplies like the name suggests.
Eric Davis: A beautiful store I loved it. The lady that was working when I visited listen to my testimony wanting to know my background which is extremely ugly and got to see what I transformed into she was even kind of enough to give me a handful of books for free to give to my friends which I did

Books (non questionable ones!), statues, rosaries, crucifixes, veils, items for kids, for the different sacraments, modest and cute clothing and so much more. I thought the prices were great too! The owner was more than helpful and accommodating. It is very nice to be able to shop without wearing a mask! There are so many things that one visit (unless you spend some serious time there) won't suffice to check everything out. Highly recommended!!

A STORE NAMED STUFF: what do users think?
Jason Hensley: Our teenager looked up stuff to do near me because we were tired of sitting around our hotel. This store is what popped up. So obviously, we had to check it out. The people who run the store are great people. If you are looking for something great to look at you must visit this store. You will be surprised by what you can buy here.
Michelle Herbert: I scored this 3 years ago. I have been battling cancer and can’t remember why I gave this score in truth. When I am able I will come in and go through your store and see if I maybe rested harshly. Thanks to the store owner for looking into this. Thank youI have been back to this store and it is adorable. I must of been in a mood the first time I was there. Great little shop with really nice ideas for gifts or for yourself. Really cute. Please go and check it out. You will not be sorry!
Shelley Wales: A+ shopping experience with a mix of hand-crafted art and jewelry and unique gifts to give or keep for yourself! The owners and employees will treat you like royalty with their kind and caring service. A local favorite for good reason!
Cypress La Salle: This is hands down my favorite shop in Kansas City. It is beautifully curated and arranged - just walking around to look at the merchandise is a joy. The store is full - floor to ceiling - with only the most wonderful items - many made by local artisans. But what is TRULY the best thing about shopping at STUFF is people. The owners and the staff go out of their way to help you find the perfect items, they remember you when you come back, and they genuinely make you feel like they're glad you're there with them. I love shopping here and recommend the shop to everyone I know.
Johnna Perry: This store makes my heart sing every time I visit. Unique gifts, many created by local artists, a welcoming and fun environment and the most delightful free gift packaging. Make at least two trips around the store, you’ll find new treasures each time!
Gail Sawrie: A Store Named Stuff is a wonderful shop packed with beautiful gifts, decor, and jewelry (among other things). Treat yourself to a visit in this quaint shop in Brookside.
Lizz Naughton: Fun store, unique stuff and outstanding service.
William Laws: One of the coolest shops in the whole city. Need an artistic or one-of-a-kind 🎁? Looking for a coffee mug or perfect necklace? This is the place,
Terri Maddux: All kinds of fun "stuff" here!

Cathy Varnell: One of the most fun stores I have ever been, and trust me I shop all of the time. Unique items for gifts and self. Employees were friendly, helpful, and fun. The only disappointment I have is I didn’t find this store sooner.
Oie White: It an awesome unique shopping shop
Brian Damron: The Van Gogh ornament tree ornament was exactly what I needed to make the rest of her gifts jive. Pricey.

Dustin Bartlett: It lives up to its name, it's a store and they have stuff in it. 10/10 stuff store.

Mary Jane Epolito: Loved this store. They have the most creative and beautiful items. Cant wait to go back.

Marilyn Anderson: Good selections of Bibles.
Dustin McKay: A large selection, with great deals. Definitely worth the trip to explore for yourself.
Jeffery Parker: Great place for Christian items
Tim Smith: They had a Bible in my favorite color.
Barbara Dolan-Wallace: Large selection of Christian gifts. I purchased a gift for a relative’s baptism. Clean store.
Kate Umphrey: Good Bible selection love the fact they can put a name on the Bible.
Merry Wood: Good selection of teaching aids
Peter Cunningham: Have everything at a reasonable price blessing to them
Carol Garrison: The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Elizabeth Vander Lippe: It's great for Christians. I went there for Easter basket pieces for my niece.
Will Riddle: The last of the Christian bookstores! When Amazon took off Christian bookstores pretty much came to an end. The ones that survived became gift stores with a book section and mardel's is no exception but it's a big gift store with a relatively bigger book section. It's nice to be able to still walk into a store and see what's hot and especially to look at all the different Bibles. They do a great job in their selection here in every regard. If you're a believer and you haven't been to mardels you are missing out!
Alisha Eastin: Lots of great Christian resources. Christian and homeschoolers dream place for educational needs!
Jorlyn Jones: Came here today, just left with my family. If I can give no stars I would. We were looking for bibles for our kids. Nobody came to try to help us. My husband asked for help twice, we heard them announce it on the PA, but nobody came. This is the second time we experienced poor customer service from this store. Would not recommend. We will just buy it on Amazon instead.
Alicia Wilson: I love the customer service, inventory, and my experiences are always excellent!
Liz Culter: Nice friendly people
Gregg West: Good selection for everyone
charles hankins: Great place we will be definitely going back because we found all that we were looking for in there and more and we were just really didn't have the time to really look around but I know we can find all the stuff we need
Morris A: A lot of school supplies and curriculum, and you can save on shipping and buy all in one place.
Tonya Cannon: Had a great selection of Christian materials.
ogundaisi emmanuel sunday: The store is so cute and organized bought a new Bible and they sell clothes snacks house decor scrunchies (my girls are upsessed with them ) and they loved it

M: Parking is $10 cashGet there at a decent time for the best parkingBe kind to the parking attendantsHad a wonderful time walking around and shopping with my mother. There's something for every one. It's set up beautifully and such a unique space. The only thing it needs is a wine bar or beer garden 😂 We will definitely return again!
Cynthia Wamboldt: First time visiting this gem in kcmo. So many beautiful and original items! My favorite is "My father's daughter " which featured one of a kind vintage clothing. Another favorite were the soy candles made by Lilly! So pretty and unique! A must see if you're in the area!

Michelle Sanders: We have been several times and each time at Good JuJu it never disappoints! It’s a perfect girls trip. This trip I purchased a chandelier and other goodies. And the nicest guy climbed the ladder and got it down just for me to look it over and helped me fold it the best we could for safe travels back to Arkansas. Then he carried down stairs for me as well. ( I wish I could remember his name. )And that’s where I met the vendor of the chandelier, Nancy. And she went above and beyond to help get a missing part to the chandelier to me. She communicated with me via text just to update me and brought me the piece to pick up the next day.
