Kyle Orr: Amazing person she is. From first contacting her to the final session, I have never felt more cared for by a professional. Bob Leipziger: I am so happy to have found Dr Randa!I have suffered from some issues for quite a while.I have been to several therapists with very little help towards my fears and issues.Dr Randa immediately answered my phone call and discussed my needs.I was a bit nervous for my first appointment but quickly relaxed.A great listener who did not judge me.I knew right away that she was a perfect fit for me.My treatment plan was about 10 weeks in length.I am now finished and I feel much less anxiety and have more confidence day to day. I haves refered several co-workers to her and they have also been very greatly helped.I never write reviews, but in this case I thought I would make an exception.Thank you Dr Randa!

Chelse Love: Absolutely useless phone directory. Designed to make you hang up in frustration. Can't leave a voicemail and when you hit zero you get transferred to another entirely useless department that cant even transfer you to where you need to be. If you cant take my call or even let me leave a voicemail, there's absolutely no way I'd be comfortable pursuing therapy with you. You'd think a profession such as mental health care would give prospective patients the courtesy of answering their call. Not CenterPointe, apparently.
Jennifer Ingala: Claude has helped my husband and I, and my parents for years. He is THE best therapist is KC hands down. We have seen tons of counselors and he was a good fit from the very first appointment and we still see him as a couple 6 years later. I have referred tons of friends and colleagues to him.
Jessica Smith: I Love Claude Brunell here. I have seen him for about 7 years constantly. I have seen great leaps and bounds since starting. Even people who my husband and I refer him to really enjoy seeing him.

Casey McDowell: I made an appointment in early November and my counselor never showed up to our scheduled Zoom session. Thriveworks has continued to charge me for services not rendered and all of my attempts to contact someone at their office have gone unanswered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will attempt to report them to any necessary governing body.This type of behavior for these companies is predatory and preys on vulnerable people.
