The managers (Both guys and the girl, I’m sorry can’t remember names) are very helpful and friendly with all problems and trying to help find solutions or if they don’t have the things I’m looking for, helpful for directing me to where I need to go. Hershel Rockett: Went here to sell an old Xbox one that I didn’t need any longer, the customer service rep that serviced us was very rude and un helpful. We had to return two separate times because she failed to explain the process properly. All of that can be excused when I left she refused to hand me the products owner the money for the sale but would hand it to my white partner who was with me. If you go here when Jessica is on shift be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen.
Luis Miguel Lopez: Couldn't even get in the store.. I showed up 2 minutes earlier and noticed they didn't open till 11 which is fine. Drove around and came back. It was 11:05, door was still locked. Saw lady at the register and she just went back to doing whatever she was doing. I couldn't imagine a failing company not wanting to serve all the customers they can get now.

Is a freaking ANGEL. She helped us tremendously. She sold us a visa vanilla card and it wouldn't work, not until 3 to 5 business days, and she started crying and told us that she couldn't let that happen to us knowing our situation so she gave us $60 out of the kindness of her heart out of her own money... it warmed our hearts so much. This woman deserves a raise, and some sweet hugs. She is beyond an AMAZING employee, she went above and BEYOND Call of Duty. We will never forget her. Tyler Gilbertson: This is simply to do with a rating of customer service/common curtesy. I visited this store a few days ago. And while waiting over a hour (not the problem) for them to update my console and test it for them to buy. I set my duffle bag on the ground by their front desk. I then came back today the first day they were open since it was after Christmas and Tali stated that it may have got thrown out. This wouldn’t be near as frustrating if the bag didn’t have my name embroidered on it and they didn’t take my drivers license and enter in all my info to trade in my system. The problem is that I guess they cannot put the two together and maybe give me a call since they had my license info and phone number or atleast hold it for two days to see if someone asked about it. Pretty much just shows a lack of concern or care for any bit of customer service. Very dissatisfied will never come back and would not recommend any to come here unless roanridge doesn’t have what you want.

There was one guy working who took about forty minutes to buy two controllers. we were completely ignored til he was done buying those items. when we asked him a question about ray tracing in a game he did not seem interested and responded “that’s a google question” and rolled his eyes. we asked him another question which again he said to just google it. He was not knowledgeable and had terrible customer service.
Khaotic Dark: I have to say that I used to really love this store back when Ashley and Connor worked there. Not the new Connor (the new manager.) I was on first name basis with everyone and they knew me when I came in. Were always so nice and helpful. Engaged each person who came in in conversation. Were so attentive. Now, there’s only ever one person working behind the counter. There’s rarely any good games on the shelves. Their inventory doesn’t match the website so I’ve called ahead the last few times I’ve gone only to find out they didn’t have it in stock. (Might just be the website) The new hires don’t really seem to stay long nor do they seem to know much about the product they sell. They have the basic knowledge of games and consoles but I’ve tried to engage in conversation with the employees about specs on the PS5 or new games coming out. They don’t seem too interested in discussing things like that much. It’s gotten to the point that I just do all my preorders online and have it shipped to my house. When they do an early game release, it’s so unorganized. They’ll give you a number but wait until the last moment to have everyone line up in order. Depending on the game being released the store can be really packed or empty. On a night a big game is being released. It’s usually full. So when the line isn’t started by number until the last minute. There’s a lot of crowding and bumping into each other. This GameStop just isn’t what it used to be. I miss the old employees. I would also like to add that it’s rare I get ahold of someone nowadays on the phone at this location. I hope they can improve.

samantha Mills: Obviously the staff here need to be trained to be aware of children with disabilities and not be rude and disrespect to the parents of them. My son pulled his shoes off in the store, having a tantrum and the clerk rudely said "next time he needs to have shoes on." To which we explained he had his shoes and just took them off. He stated "It doesn't matter, he can't be in here without shoes." So I picked him up and carried him outside to the car with my other son while my boyfriend paid. Needless to say we won't be visiting this store again.

When I couldn't find a movie I asked the clerk Will if they had one at a different store. He never once made me feel like a burden. Michael was also a major help to me and made sure I was taken care of. All around a great place. Definitely coming back !

"Oh you didn't see it, then must not have it, this computer system isn't always accurate." Wow. Decent store to kill time if needed, but I wouldn't suggest spending money there.

Kenny Connors: I was stoked that I found a super rare game I had been looking for. The girl at the counter barely looked for it (I watched her skip multiple game packages in the drawer), the other guy at the counter did the same thing when he looked. The manager came up and asked what the issue was. We explained it to him, then he proceeded to tell me that this location wasn't his store and he wasn't going to look for it. The girl then proceeded to say that she wished the store would burn down. The employees are a bunch of knuckle daggers and mouth breathers. Save your time, go to the liberty store.
Tracy Johnson: Always fun to go in there and see/get some great finds. Love going to see if they have new "Cards Against Humanity" expansion packs (along with other versions of that game). Their movie selection is phenomenal, they're reasonably priced, always nice and friendly. Always get greeted as I/we come in. Can always find great birthday and Christmas gifts for my nerdy kids. (Lol). Their music selection is pretty good, too. This is the place to go for Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemòn Cards and used controllers etc. Very huge variety of stuff.

Lance Deshazo: Went to Best Buy to buy an Xbox and saw this bundle for the price listed below. I took the tag to the front and it rang up for the wrong price. I told the cashier that it was marked as the picture showed and he called for the manager. The manager immediately stated that I was lying and that no consoles he had in the store were the price in the picture. I said that it was not my fault that his products were marked wrong. I didn't even have a chance to buy it, the manager took it and refused to sell it to me for any price. Stunned, I went back and took the picture attached and showed the manager, to which he mumbled something under his breath. I then told him that I was going to let their corporate office know just how much he cared for their customers! I would have paid the price for it, since I had to go to Target to buy the same one, but I will not be called a liar in front of other customers in the store and you act like a child when you refuse to sell it to me after I bring up a valid point!!! You should move the tags into a place where they cannot be misread or messed with by your customers!!

I checked today (Monday) & it says the same-thing. LONG STORY SHORT, I’m currently at the store where my item is at to pick it up & they will not give it to me because it has already been processed & it has to be picked up by some janky pickup service called “ Roadie”. The item is literally still in the store, in the back being held hostage. I drove almost an hour here after work to pick this up, which they have boxed waiting for a courier & the will not give me my paid for item. I’ve been on the waiting phone with the courier for almost 30 minutes & nothing. This is horrible customer service & I do plan to cancel my BestBuy account & never shop here again..Never!

Because they were short staffed on Sunday, their ONLY staff was 1 Lady who had to close the store down just to take a lunch break, the door dash driver cancelled my order because they thought the store was closed for the day! So I called the store with the door dash customer care and tried to get it reshipped but the girl just said she was by herself with no one else to cover and closed the store down temporarily. This caused my whole order to be cancelled! Very frustrating! Get more people! That's just poor management and poor payroll!

I picked up a game from the shelves in the store that was labeled “ New for $39.99” but during check out when the clerk took the box to the counter behind the register to get the cartridge he swapped the box for one that was labeled “pre-owned $54.99”. And rung that up. Thankfully I remembered what I saw on the box when shopping and noticed that the employee had placed the original box on the back counter under another game box. I called them out on it and they gave me the refund for difference but they were very non-apologetic. I don’t know if this was accidental but it did NOT feel that way.

D: 11/08/22 I called around 9:15pm and talked with a store associate about the release of God of War Ragnarok later that night. The lady on the phone confirmed with me that they were doing a midnight release of the game and answered all of my questions. She said they couldn’t tell me how many copies they had and that some of the copies were for people who preordered the game but she did say that they should have some available copies after handing out the preorders.Long story short, I showed up at 11:45pm and watched as 5 other cars pulled up and waited in the parking lot. 12:05am and the doors were still locked, nobody was inside the store, no one answered the phones, and most of the lights were off.This was terrible and my kids were disappointed as well. I called so I didn’t have to go through this. We got sooo hyped up… all I know, is that I’m not going to another release again. I’m buying my games from another location from now on.Super bummed out.

Austin Deceder: I recently was quoted for large sum of Magic bulk, after getting approval from a District Manager I was told to bring in the product. Cards would be quoted in flat rates of .50/100 cards agnostic of rarity, value, ect., I was reassured this repeatedly. I confirm the quote 2 more times before I bring in 200k+ Magic cards a few hours later and receive a completely different quote after another call to the district manager. The employee who previously quoted me then proceeded to gaslight me, apologizing that I was "under the assumption" that she said that. Any time she would reach back out to the district manager to clear up this discrepancy, she'd make a point to walk to the other side of the store to avoid me hearing the skewed narrative she was attempting to portray. From what i heard in pieces she was completely innaccurate about the contents of my product. 0 accountability. I wasted an entire afternoon on these people only for them to backpedal and re-quote me a number that was only barely over 10% of what was initially offered. I was blatently mislead , Absolutely ridiculous behavior. Do not sell here if you value your time.

Shining My Light: I got a 62.00 game for my Son a couple days before Christmas that was an XBox X game not realizing it's different then an XBox One game. I couldn't find my receipt😳 luckily I signed up for their rewards program. After talking with a very helpful cashier on the phone who looked up my rewards info and he found my purchase. I was able to get the right game. I am one happy customer and my Son is very happy too! The cashier even pulled the game I need and had it ready for me to exchange. So nice of him!!

brent seymour: I walked in today with my little cousin trying to buy him a 3DS. They didn't have it in stock anymore (too old) but that didn't stop the team from going above and beyond. Trevor gave me options as to where I could look locally, Kiersten was incredibly kind and offered her own solutions, and Suede (I hope I'm spelling that right) was very personable throughout. I didn't even buy anything, but I'm leaving a review because these three SGAs made a store feel like a community.

Todoroki Shoto: You Lied!!!An employee who seemed to be more interested in talking to his friends "Searched" for a game copy he claimed could not be found, no gamestop had any used or new copies of. The problem here is I drove all the way back home wasted gas money which let's be real it's not cheap now adays (almost 5$ a gallon). I had to drive back out into another gamestop who redirected me not to 1 but 3 Gamestops who had the copy!!!. Seriously if you don't know do your customers a favor and please do not lie to people. The employee at the gamestop were I purchased this game told this game had been sitting on the shelf for months!. Honestly it frustrates me to no end when people who get paid to do a job do the absolute bear minimum and avoid been helpful in any way. Again and I repeat for all future costumers if you don't know, don't lie to people!!!. The lie itself may not effect you but it can infact impact other people. You got your well deserved review I hope you can start actually help your customers and not favor your friends over your Job. Picture is there I purchased the game after driving 25 miles back and forth because someone didn't bother to do a proper search 😡

Anytime my wife and I walk in he always greets us with a big smile and and starts talking us like we are everyday friends and not just customers. He was working with another guy named Brandon and he always uplifted him and other employees, being patient and calm under any circumstance. Thank you Gary and Brandon for amazing service and you 2 are the only reasons my wife and I will return to this store!!!

The man who looked about 30 blond hair, a little stocky and glasses told us they probably proceeded to go to back counter to get it. He drooped over to the counter looking obviously annoyed that he had to help someone. Was a really upsetting experience and really killed me and my autistic brothers vibes and feelings.
