Rob Villanueva: This review is for a Business-to-Business project, and we worked with Steve Puppe on a corporate photo session in December 2017. We (RVSF Inc.) are a design and photography firm based in San Francisco, and we had previously finished a complete photography campaign for a financial client of ours in Northern CA. The client did not have the budget to fly our photography team out to shoot their remote office in MO, so we relied on Steve's KS-local team and skills to match our corporate head shots from CA, while our RVSF team art directed remotely from CA--the ultimate goal was to make the KS head shots and lifestyle photos look like they were shot from the same photo team from CA. The shoot and results were flawless, and Steve was very communicative, responsive and easy to work with. We would highly recommend him and his photography services for any corporate, financial or B2B shoots.

Our family has not had a true family picture taken in almost two decades so in the short time (a mere 42 hours) we planned on occupying the same space we were able to have the most beautiful pictures taken by Rita. Taylor Cullen: I recently had my first 1-on-1 class with Matt and it was nothing short of awesome! I was gifted a camera and knew very little about photography and capturing pictures going into my first class. Leaving the class I feel like I have all of the necessary tools to talk about and capture some great photos (and in MANUAL mode!). He was very easy to talk with and an excellent teacher. His patient and welcoming personality made it very easy to ask questions whenever I was confused, and I even got to practice taking pictures with him before I left. I will definitely be back for another class!
Allison Wurtz: My husband purchased a lesson with Matt for me since I was getting a new camera. What an awesome gift!I didn’t have the understanding required to take pictures in manual mode and needed help with the basics. Matt was patient and put things in terms that I could easily understand. He taught me the basics of shooting in manual mode, helped me set up and practice using my new camera.I achieved spectacular results in taking newborn photos of my new grand baby and am very thankful to Matt for the instruction. Definitely would recommend him as an instructor and will take additional classes from in in the future.

Brant quickly gets a sense of his subject and places the subject at ease and in the right frame of mind to capture the right expression. Jaime Hobbs: We used Robin/AE Photography over 10 years ago for family portraits as an anniversary gift for my parents' 40th. My parents, 5 adult siblings, and a couple spouses - and EVERYONE loved the photos. Getting everyone to agree and LIKE something is quite a feat but Robin was phenomenal. She caught our personalities and family dynamic perfectly and made us all look great!So naturally, for my parents' 50th anniversary last month, we asked Robin to take new family photos and again, she did not disappoint! She chose a beautiful, close location and the photos turned out gorgeous! Julie Mango: The photo session itself was ok. However the quality of the photos were really basic. I could have gotten better quality just using my iPhone. It doesn’t seem like much effort was put into editing them. The collection process is extremely tedious and complicated. Definitely not worth $250. And this is only for 2 digital photos and two prints. Bare in mind that you cannot share the prints with anyone. Meaning you cannot take a photo of the prints and send to your family and celebrate with them. Really unhappy I chose this business.

Gabrielle Wilson: Purchased a $75 creative fee at AE photography. At multiple points in time she mentioned we would take photos at her studio. Me and my family spent a lot of time and money getting ready for this photoshoot. Then we drove across city lines in order to meet her at her studio. Robyn didn’t bother to show and when called she wanted us to take photos in the park in 90 degree weather. She had an appalling attitude for someone to claim they are professional. She claimed it was due to covid- 19 yet she had a photoshoot in April with a baby during the thick of covid-19 and her site says she is open.

She provides very high quality images and manages to capture all the little “real life”, candid moments you hope for.
