North Kansas City Hospital: what do users think?
Christian Smith: Very helpful, and has been a great hospital all of my families life.
Brian Burke: very nice directions to get you where you're going in the hospital !
shannon cantrell: One of the most helpful and useful hospitals for sure
Austin Long: I'm giving this a five-star rating because of the nurse that I had named Brooke. She was very sweet and kind and it's pretty much it
Monica C.: Took my 4 year old son in around 2am. Because he had croup and was breathing weird. (This isn’t his first time with croup. So I already knew, I took him for his breathing) they did Covid, flu, rsv tests. Which was negative. Of course. Sent my son home 3 hours later and said he didn’t have croup. No medicine was giving. Which stunned me. Took him to his regular pediatrician he did indeed have croup like I thought he did. Gave him the correct medication he needed. I will not be back. I rather drive to KU.
KGORE: Get ready to wait!
Paula Reese: If I could rate less I would. I went to the ER with an ear infection. I'm 28 weeks pregnant which I made VERY VERY clear, aside from the protruding tummy I'm obviously pregnant. I told them this like 3 times.. gave them my due date and all.. well they prescribed me a NON PREGNANCY SAFE ANTIBIOTIC! I'm already very high risk too
Tanay: I visited the ER with my wife and the medical team on duty (R.N. Jennifer Y and P.A. Lucas) were optimal in their treatment of us. We are grateful for their kindness and awesome bedside manner. Also, I cannot fail to mention that they both have a face for TV. 😊
Stephanie Baker: The ICU took great care of my son after a MVA trauma.Thank you, Blonde Ashley and Brown Ashley! And thank you to everyone there. Unfortunately, I think the holidays threw a wrench in care coordination after ICU transfer to floor. I would like to commend the social work team for being investigative and contacting me so quickly. Truly, a dedicated trauma team.
Penny Graham: Never go here they treat you for what they want to not what you need only interested in profit to hospital don't even tell you what they are doing b4 I am a diabetic and my sugars were high due to eating Easter candy the day before the emergency I went in for they only want you to stay overnight and treat you for something you weren't even there for I was there for a spider bite never even tried to treat me for the spider bite only gave me insulin for disease of diabetes never even gave me anything no antibiotics only worried keeping me overnight to treat something I wasn't even there for and I was there for 11 hours and left ama because they did NOT even try to help with what I was there for. STOP treating the disease start treating the person . That is why people are saying hipcrite not the oath they say they are. IDr just make educated guess well I can make an educated guess myself since it's my body and I know more of what's going on with than they do. Need to listen to what their patients tell them. No I will never go back. Just keep pushing your man made diseases. Worthless people trying to get rich.
Tiffany Best: I came in with chest pain and had an episode that mirrored a stroke. I had also been throwing up prior to that episode for several days. I wasn't able to keep any of my regular medications down. The ER staff was pretty good; but I was admitted and told by the hospitalist, that they were going to do everything by mouth instead of IV; which would've been fine had I not been throwing up for 3 days or able to take the medications by mouth. I sat there in pain for nearly 12 hours; which did not matter to the drs at all. Keep trying; what sense does that make? I have never been so irritated by the lack of care or concern. They told me my tests came back fine and sent me home. Later I finally went to another hospital and was told my treponins were elevated my blood pressure was again in the 220/100 range. The fact that I expressed my concerns to the doctor and her only concern was that I am someone who regularly takes pain medicine. I got to a pain clinic for endometriosis; I have had 2 pulmonary embolisms so I had to stop the estrogen and start xarelto: that's when I started with the pain medication and that is all the doctors heard. I brought my medications with me to show I didn't need a prescription or anything I simply was having issues with vomiting and couldn't keep my blood pressure, blood thinners, pain medicine anything down, in addition to the stroke symptoms. If not for going to another hospital who knows what may have happened; but I willnever go back. The nurses are scared to contact the doctors; once the Dr says something there is no one to advocate at that point for the patients I asked prior to discharge and was just told - those are her instructions. It's a joke and an insult. Please do better before you send someone home and they die: I never should have been discharged without knowing at that point I could keep my meds down.
Life of trell: I took my boyfriend to the ER here for a gunshot wound they didn’t use proper tools they use what it looked like to be a box cutter knife to cut open his wound we young so we didn’t know no better. they didn’t clean up after the procedure they left all the bloody gauze there until we left they didn’t knock on the door before entering my boyfriend was in a gown and they didn’t close the door behind them ever time they would entered the room.
Austin Wilhite: Worst hospital I've ever been to longest wait times and unfreindlyest staff I've ever encountered
April Mercer: So I HATE to throw shade, but North Kansas City Hospital, you've earned it. They refused to treat me for severe muscle and body pain because I've had the problem for a few years (though it got worse the past few weeks). They refused to do x-rays. They offered a pain pill at the hospital and were HIGHLY RUDE and completely downplayed my pain. I was literally in tears the whole time. I walked out of there ASAP and got a second opinion at another hospital ED and turns out, with an x-ray, the doctor found that I had arthritis in my spine and the damage was SO BAD, they asked me repeatedly if I'd just been in a car accident. No. Lie. Seriously considering an attorney. I would not trust them with my life. Please don't trust them with yours.
Brianna Reese: They have very skilled doctors and nurses. I wouldn’t really recommend this hospital because your bad incidents will outweigh your care and everything their good hardworking staff tries to do. I believe some of their staff is racist and cause harm to you when alone. For your safety as a black women please don’t go here for your care unless it’s only your primary. Meritas network is dangerous for you.
Joseph: Absolutely horrible experience for my grandmother
Steve moore: Patient room is dirty and no hot water in hand sink .this is not safe .patient has been in room 2 days with liquid diet and I cleaned a strawberry off floor tonight. Nurses are very loud in station discussing thing's from where to shop to patients that were positive for meth .against hipa I beleive.
Lorren Michele: This is my second time visiting this ER, this week, for the same matter. First time I waited well over two hours in severe pain until I finally left and sought treatment elsewhere. Today I have been here over an hour thus far; and was only one person in the waiting room, other than myself. I was triaged and brought to a room this time immediately. Pain at an 8/9...still haven't been seen. I even communicated that all I needed was a toradol injection for the pain and the details as to why. I don't live in kc and all the urgent cares are currently closed. This is the closest hospital to where I'm staying in town. If you have a medical emergency, I would not suggest coming here.Update: I repeatedly explained why I came in and what pain needed to be addressed. Still every person that came in inquiring kept saying I was here for back pain. Even when everything was said and done, my discharge papers are still stating I came in for back pain. How? I was told that I was given a 60 mg toradol injection, I'm sure I was only given 30 mg. Discharge papers don't present I was given anything at all. In less than an hour at square one due to being given a lower dose.
T Sears: Best around KC
Patricia Norton: I was visiting family in Kansas City and accidentally cut my finger. My family took me to North Kansas City Hospital ER. I have never received better medical treatment. I was quickly assessed and told I would need stitches. After a very short wait I was taken back and received three stitches in my finger. Everyone I dealt with was professional and compassionate. When I went to my doctor at home to have the stitches removed, he asked where I had gotten them. He said I would not have received care that good at our local hospitals.
E: Came in with my wife having trouble breathing still waiting after 4 hrs hasn't checked on her once except first intake asked several times explaining how shes in pain and having trouble breathing. There response all our beds are full nothing we can do worst er I've been to

Research Medical Center: what do users think?
Bonita Stevenson: Absolutely horrible treatment at the brookside location. Everything was rushed, Dr and his nurse were incompetent. They are trying to treat me for something that hasn't even been confirmed yet from the specimen they collected? How is this even standard 😐 it's like they threw a diagnosis at me to get me out the door. Ridiculous.
Tamara Waters: Before my appointment, I received several emails highly recommending that I prepay for the services I was scheduled to get. Not knowing which request was for which service, I chose to ignore the requests for prepayment. When I checked in I was asked for a copay, which was for the lesser of the two amounts I had been notified about. No mention was made about the second payment, which was about 6 times bigger.I also re eived an email and a text instructing me to go to a link for a QR code. I don't know why that was required of me, as the reception clerk ignored it when I displayed it to them. The actual service/ appointment I had was very professional, so I had no arguments there, but your pre-appointment procedures are atrocious!
Jackie Frinsthal: All of the nurses, doctors, and staff we dealt with were very nice and professional. Everything went as well or better than we had hoped.
jane hafner: The actual procedure etc, all the people were great. BUT I was instructed to go to the main hospital entrance & check in. ( I had done this a few years ago so made sense). When I entered the main hospital door there is no longer an information desk ( there is a sign INFORMATION with an arrow but no desk. So I called as was told that I needed to go to another building. Once I did this, the parking lot was dark & creepy, signage NOT great, found my way in & again signage NOT great. The information appeared to be for inpatients & I was outpatient. Finally, just asked & the lady at the check out apologized, said people are told the wrong thing all the time????? She was nice, the mammogram tech was awesome but I hope to not have to return. Luckily, I had gone early so had time for returning to car etc, what if I had taken a cab, a friend had dropped me off, if I was unable to navigate all this on my own????
Barb Scheidegger: Dr Blair Smith and her staff are friendly and very helpful. Dr smith takes time with you and listens to your concerns.
Mary Langford: My husband had professional and caring professionals throughout his hospital surgical stay. The hospitality staff in the waiting area were helpful and ready with answers to any questions my family had.
David burris: Good care
Tamika Gatson: I would recommend just about ANY hospital in the metro over this one for non-life threatening emergencies. I went in for severe abdominal pain and they gave me opioids and ignored me for over 3 hours. Then they told me I had a stomach flu. 5 hours after arriving I was still in pain and had no answer or resolution for my pain. I asked to be released due to their negligence. At that point, they finally administered medical care and an accurate diagnosis. I ended up needing to be admitted for 24hrs. The rooms reek of urine and the food is terrible. But I’m alive, so that’s something.
Kaimia-kai McLemore: I was on the L&D floor and the whole staff was very nice and friendly. The surgery team was very efficient. The food from the cafeteria was delicious. The security on the L&D floor gives you a piece of mind knowing your baby safe and sound.
Joseph Edwards: It was a really great place. I had a hip replacement and the staff was great.
Karen LeDoux: I can't say enough about the quality of care I received when I was in the hospital. All the doctors, nurses, even the food service, went above and beyond. I'm really glad my surgery was at Research Medical Center.
Christina Jones: I had great care.
Linda Power: I had to change oncologist at my six month check and was a little apprehensive but after I arrived and got checked in and met the new doctor my worries were over. Everything went smooth, the nurses were great and the staff.
Willie Jamison: Hi! I was in and out before I could blink! Everyone was very caring, concerning and professional!
Gary Wells: The medical staff was competent. Upon my exit the young lady that wheeled me out in a wheel chair lacked the trainging on proper wheel chair use. It was her first time using a wheel chair. We had to ask for a wheel chair escort/exit accompany. Communications between departments is substandard.
Pamela DuPriest: Everyone was really nice, very attentive. Made sure that I was ok and made sure that I received the medical care that I needed. They followed up with me as well.
Tara Wheatley: I had a car wreck in September 2022 and they have been there ever since the Trauma visit after the wreck to deal with complications.
David Brown: my over night RN I think her name was claire really took good care of me for my one night stay. I think she said she usually works in the ER. AND LIKE THE OTHER REVIEWS THE FOOD WAS SUCH that I hated to leave before lunch, but I was ready to go home
Robert Martin: People were very helpful and professional.
Amy M: The people were amazing. But what sort of specially-challenged moron decided to put dark numbers on a dark background on the north side of a building, so they are always, always in the shade? The building numbers aren't visible from the street or parking lot until you pull close to the entrance. Were they white, pink, cream, pale blue, anything but some sort of nearly-navy teal (I think, because, you know, in a dark shadow it is HARD TO TELL...), they'd be visible. Seriously, why didn't the designer just go the whole way and make them dark grey to match the wall they are on? Why stop at 90% of camoflauged?
BX Girl: It WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AS USUAL WHEN MY BP GOES TO HI MY BODY SENDS STROKE SYMPTOMS IN EVERY WAY literally has happened 6 times well one of the ER nurses implied to the Dr I was faking because I couldn't hold my arm up by myself so she slammed my arm to the bed and everyone gasped well she said I purposely DIDN'T ALLOW MY ARM TO HIT ME WELL IM CHUBBY MY ARM WILL LAND AWAY FROM MY BODY ANYWAY well the ER DR SAID YEAH I NOTICED THAT and he left the room smh well HER COMMENTS AND ACTIONS IMPRESSED ON EVERYONE IN THE ROOM AND THE CARE WAS LESS IMPORTANT. I HAVE HAD TEST MRI ETC... TO FIND OUT THAT SINCE MY FULL BLOWN STROKE WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN BUT NO ANSWERS . I DON'T HAVE TO EVEN COMMENT ON THE ROOM MY BED HAVING DRIED BLOOD ON MY BUTTON TO RAISE THE BED I was using my sheet to press ontop of the blood I tried getting it off COULD NOT TOLD THEM of course they did NOTHING. AND BREAKFAST AT 11AM LUNCH AROUND 3PM ETC.... SMH HCA DON'T CARE ABOUT INNER CITY HOSPITALS TO GUARANTEE QUALITY CARE

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City: what do users think?
Sharon Usher: Everything about my experience at the Emergency Room at St. Luke's was positive. They gave me the tests I had hoped to have done. The staff was knowledgeable, kept me informed, and kind.
J. Eidson: Kind, compassionate, quality care each step of the way. A 17.5-hour surgery and 4 days in the ICU - nothing but gratitude for everyone!

linda bergin: Wonderful and caring individuals. Good interactions with my doctor and staff.
lourace Moore: The emergency room is a mess I don't like the emergency department it is very slow no beds ridiculous
Got to be REAL Pending: My last experience was fine, a few months ago it was not
Anna Zimmerman: I gave birth at Saint Luke’s in late May 2023. The nurses, doctors, and staff were all professional and kind. Special shout out to Tessa, in Mother & Baby, for being an incredible nurse. She went above and beyond to ensure we were both comfortable.
Quit jackin With me: The last visit was fine, a few months ago, NOT
Frankie Glenn: I've spent a lot of time at St. Lukes and the time was always a good stay, the Drs. and nurses were always caring and nice to me. The best care for meThank you guys very much, especially Denis on the 5th floor.
Debbie Tangen: The doctors, nurses, nurse's aides, food service, radiology, housekeeping, maintenance & administration staffs were amazing! Everyone was so pleasant, helpful & willing to do anything. I was very pleased by my experience.
Judy Given: I had a positive experience at St Luke's Plaza. All the staff were very responsive and always informative and friendly. I would recommend St.Luke's.
Gary Summers: The very best care I ever had. They got tom the bottom of my problem. Thank you Gary Summers
Joei Pritchett: Everyone took care of me throughout my intense labor and delivery. After my delivery nurses, surgeons, and anesthesiologists came to check on me and my baby. They really went above and beyond. Along with the care the nurses gave me as I was healing from a c section was amazing really helped me through things.
Alyssa V: I can’t speak highly enough of the OBGYN team at Saint Luke’s hospital on the plaza. The nurses are the best and provide excellent care all while connecting on a human level.
Joni Roberts: The care we received at Saint Luke's was exceptional. Every where and from everyone. They know how to listen, treat and care for their patience's and family members. I highly recommend this hospital if you need care.
Mischelle Richter: Everybody is really nice and helpful.
Terri Miro: Friendly, professional from beginning to end!
Jamont Clayton: I had an appointment at 7:30am I wasn't seen until 10am in the kidney transplant office I need more respect for my time
Jordan “JDUB” DeMoss: They help me with a smile and did all the could
R Bennett: I was very fortunate to have all the Doctors and Nurses that took care of me. Dr. Cummings and everyone on the surgical team ( I wish I could remember all their names and their specialty) treated me with respect and their sense of humor was great when I teased them. I tried to have fun and keep a positive attitude along with the seriousness of the situation. Nurses KC and Liz also went above taking care of me after my surgery. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that my family was not kept informed of the progress during my surgery. Nothing was relayed to them after I was taken to surgery until one of them asked how things were going and was told I was back in my room! They were worried sick! Please correct this for other families.
Jeniffer Ray: I have been here for 10 days with my daughter in the nicu and they have been so wonderful! Every nurse we have had makes sure to ask if I need anything or if my daughter does and most of them have seen me completely break down and cry and they were there to listen and be supportive and I can’t thank each one of them enough! They are amazing people in the nicu! She has gotten the best care she can and they give her love too. Absolutely love the nurses!

Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City's Crittenton Children's Center: what do users think?
amy powell: Outpatient mental health services for adolescents are basically nonexistant. Thankfully, the inpatient psychiatric care and therapy received from Crittenton provided a true diagnosis. Crittenton worked hand in hand with our family, psychologist, and pediatrician on a discharge plan for continued care.
Demon Summoner: i was here 2022 when i was 12 and it was the worse thing ive ever witnessed. they were so nice to me while admitting me in, but as soon as my mom left they yelled at me and told me to stop crying. i was having a really hard time with food and physically could not eat due to anxiety. they weighed me and yelled at me to eat until i threw it up and made me clean it up. the quarenteen room is disgusting it looks like an actual jail cell and the person sitting outside my door told me to stop having an anxiety attack when they told me id be going in an ambulance to a medical hospital away from my mom. they didnt care about me and they are not good at creating a welcoming inviornment. they put me in the same room as a girl not even close to my age who was yelling and cursing. they threatened to give me a feeding tube while i was crying and had no idea what to do with me and said all the wrong things. i was starving and they couldnt do anything to ease my anxiety like they were supposed to do. i was only there for a couple days before i was transferred to somewhere much better but it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me. all they did was make everything worse, they used scare tactics on me and were completely rude and unprofessional..gave me more trauma than when i admitted. extremely trauma uninformed. not to mention that they allowed me to see my weight when they knew very well about my eating disorder.
Ariel Ladesh: I came here back around early 2013, early 2014 I was around 13 at the time and it was a mandatory 10 days day for suicidal thoughts and ideations and self harming. I had to sleep in the children’s area because there was “not enough space“ on top of that in the first three days I watched a girl get tackled and injected with a sedative. Another girl was sobbing uncontrollably, and we were forced to physically look away from her, not interact with her, not talk to her, nor attempt to console her on top of that we were given paperwork multiple times a day, ignoring what our actual difficulties were that put us in there in the first place, getting angry when you pointed it out and making the environment devoid of any sort of positive feedback. This facility put me in a position of genuinely believing I did not have a single person in my life that cared about my safety and especially not medical professionals that were there to make sure I felt safe the food was undercooked and I can sincerely say that for the rest of my life to the point that I am at now, which is 24 I would rather kill myself, then go back to a facility like this one ever again, if you are wanting to send somebody for help take them somewhere else it is not worth the time and energy or money and risking your loved ones safety.
nevaeh. e: if i could give this place 0 stars i would . the staff their really don’t like their job and it’s so obvious . the only staff that i could tell that actually likes their job is ms shelly. the rest of them are so draining and weird . the therapy sessions are so pointless they don’t teach you coping skills that are actually beneficial for yourself. the food their is terrible i lost like 20 pounds just being their for 8 days. it’s pointless if your trying to send your child here i promise you. The video they show on their website is nothing but lies, they show kids going outside and playing when you literally aren’t even allowed to leave the unit half of the time. they overdose you on pills that you don’t need as well . find a place that is actually caring & cares.
Samantha Raymond: I'm abt to go here so
ruby morgan: This place is a nightmare. My son has endured so much emotional abuse in this facility. The staff deprive them of food, call them names and even attempt to attack the children. I think this place needs shut down permanently
tierani smith: I was neglected and abused in this facility. They broke my foot in 3 places, my fibula and made me walk on it. Neglected me when i voiced i was about to pass out, no one helped me, gave me water... nothing, in fact a man stood and watched me do it with not a care in the world. A staff member talked about and made fun of me while I was there as well. Terrible, absolutely disgusting. This was 2 almost 3 years ago, i'm crippled/disabled to this day.
April Lewis: My daughter is only in intake they are very rude horrible people they smart mouth don’t even know what they are talking about they are very disrespectful and they are very rude telling you about your kid they know nothing about they try and make you keep your kid her for the Medicaid do not send your kids here this place is horrible he told me that 50 people are lying about the same reviews says they all mad about the same things that happened with differently people no it’s this place don’t send your love ones there I have conversations between us they are horrible
CJ Johnigan: Miss Celeste, miss grace and miss Carsen really helped and took care of me throughout my stay here. So glad this is where I went
Cs Nasty: The treatment I received here caused me permanent developmental damage. I can say this confidently after 10 years.I was a straight A student athlete before I was under St. Luke's treament. If you need someone to spell it out for you: This is NOT the place to take your children if you want them to get better. These people are still in the metaphorical hacksaw stage of their field of medicine.
Sarah Leslie: Terrible experience all around. I've basically wasted two months of my life for these people to jump through all their hoops only to have problem after problem after problem. And good luck getting a call back.
Haley Fudge: This place was terrible. A blurry nightmare.
Abby: dont go here. just dont…
Luna Headphones: Spent 3 years here from 2016-2018 this place accepts many foster kids and then keeps them as long as insurance will cover for money. Me and almost every person who I knew at the hospital still talks about the trauma we experienced here. From belittling and threats to full on bullying and neglect from the staff and nurses. I was overdosed on almost all of my medications including ones that are dangerous for children (Depakote and lithium) effects of which i still deal with including a autoimmue disorder gang behavior is encouraged by staff a d when I tried to hurt myself while in residential the doctor threatened to ask the cort to approved shock therapy. The only reason I was released was my bio father showing up (which anyone could have known was not a safe place for me to be discharged to.
Shaina Harris: Horrible.... don't help with the kids at all.
Audrey Patterson: Please don't send your kid here. Send them to center point or whatever its called
Ashton Valentine: This hospital traumatized me. I lived with flashbacks everytime I heard sirens for years. I had an attempt on my life and then was sent to Crittenton. I was on max doses of three different meds before I went. They took me off all of them cold turkey. I could've died, and I was very sick...couldn't walk, throwing up everything I ate. They would take patients clothes and put them in gowns when they were misbehaving. A trans girl on my unit was misgendered and told they'd call her a girl when she acted like one. They planned my discharge without talking to my parents, the only way they knew I was going home was when I told them on the phone. Please, PLEASE do not send your children here. It is the worst childrens psych hospital in Kansas.
Kanga: I was in unit 9 in december of 2016 when my all girls ward had to accept a male patient who was beat almost to death, completely unrecognizable in the face, because the hospital would not send him to receive actual medical treatment. I have not been able to truly think about this experience because it was so traumatizing to think about. only saw a therapist once in my 5 day stay, the hospital "nurses" just sit on there phones all night at full blast while everyone was trying to sleep at 8pm, making abusive comments towards any patient having an actual crisis because of the disgusting abusive conditions we were put in.
Jason Hiddleston: I can't remember if this is the place or not but I was admitted here when I was 9. I tried to run away and got taken here and my mom had no choice in the matter on whether I would go or not. I was taken by ambulance. I kept telling them. "I'm not supposed to be here!" And I kept repeating "I want my mom" over and over while crying in the corner of the room. I never stopped crying for one moment when I was there. I was so upset that I was there that I vowed to not eat until I get to see my mom because I hated being there with a passion. I don't remember how the staff team was but I do remember one thing. The only person who actually listened to me was this really kind black lady that was just so sweet. I'm pretty sure that she was the reason I got out of there in a day instead of a week like it was supposed to be. So for that I thank you. Whoever you are. I have nightmares sometimes about this place. It was truly traumatizing and it always lingers in the back of my head.I hate this place with a passion
/ᑕᒪᗴᗰᗴᑎTIᑎᗴ: No💖. For one their food was horrible and one time they MADE someone talk about their trauma in front of everyone and were denying the person's feelings because the staff didn't understand what they were saying and when they said exactly what had happened they were crying and they got upset as a normal person would be and got put on this thing called restart which probably made things worse and there was what looked like a camera on the mirror pointing right towards a shower so yeah i wish this place would just close down oh also sharing your social media isn't a hippa violation a hippa violation is sharing personal information of other people stop giving more trauma to people who come in here
Tziporah Schefter: I was there twice years ago, when I had no choice. It was a disaster. Staff would expect you to get better but then make fun of, belittle and shame you for anything they didn’t like. For example, hurting myself and talking loud. It was impossible to sleep because staff would be on their phones and computers all night without headphones. The second time I was there, we asked for me to get tested for mono when all the other blood work was done. They said they did and I was negative. Months later, found out I DID have it and had it for months before. That spiraled into a massive slew of health issues; all from their negligence (Epstein Barr virus can very rarely mutate and cause things like autoimmune diseases). The doctors were incompetent, just threw random meds at you. They put me on one that is not safe to take with a med I was already on and I had massive neurological issues while on the medication. When I was ready for discharge, they never notified my family and just waited for them to call. Intake process takes hours.Horrible facility.

Research Medical Center Brookside Campus: what do users think?
Mike O'Connell: GREAT WAS IN AND OUT IN ABOUT 30 MIN.
MeeMee Heart: I come to the ER when I have issues with my hand or my arm. At least once a year I need a prednisone and inflammation injection. When I mention this to the dr. He was acting like he didn't want to listen to my advise. I could of been in and out in 45 min or less. But i was there 2 hrs. I know my body and know what works for me.
Pamela Berry: They got me back very quickly,my needs were handled without running a ton of unnecessary tests, seeing as I am uninsured.Staff was friendly and professional.
E ROBINSON: Love it every time thank you so much
Steven Lesan: Outstanding
Bernita Cauthon: From check-in to the completion of my mammogram everything at Research Medical Center Brookside Campus was excellent! I have been going here for 5 years and they are always prompt, professional, and sincere. Allison is a great radiologist and I appreciate her so much.
Katherine J. Camacho: great experience
A'ngel Davis: took my daughter this morning waited 2 hrs for the er doc to come in there just to do NOTHING i had to tell him to do a chest xray on her because i felt like it was more to it then what he was saying because she was there last week for the same thing and he got a attitude when the results came back and said take her to her pcp all we do here is put a baindade on things he was very rude his name is dr pattel i think i dont remember but i will never be bringing my kids or myself here again he needs to be fired because he has no bedside manners and dont even do his job as a er doctor
Anastasia King: Initially walking into the ER I didn't feel like the guy behind the desk cared that I was obviously in distress, and didn't offer up any help. However, the nurses who immediately took me back and started caring for me were amazing. Very attentive and quick with everything they were doing. The doctor was there quickly as well and was great at making sure my pain was being managed and I understood what was happening.
Shabaka King: The Nurses are so kind and sweet. And they have some of the best Doctors in the area. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are not just healthcare professionals, they’re passionate about helping individuals. Traveling above and beyond to help you be well.
Linda Ross: I had a great experience, They got me in quickly dr and every one was pleasant and helpful. I got the treatment I needed, and I was feeling much better.
Larenda Lee: Excellent experience, caring staff.
Dee Moore: Very professional and friendly.
F. Parks: Everything was very good, especially the x-ray technician whose name I did not catch but she was a beautiful young lady great personality friendly outgoing and professional I took my CT scan at the Brookside campus.
Brian McDonald: Fast and efficient.
Sharon Jackson: My visit was just as I anticipated, the staff was professional, efficient , sensitive and caring. I would not consider going anywhere else for a mammogram
Cheryl Mrayyan: Never touched me . Just asked how did I want to pay! I guess I paid for a 👞 and them to say 2 days off that I didn't ask for. I just wanted Medical help. Left praying to God for relief.
Tamela Ross: Customer service was excellent! The staff from start to finish was amazing!
Tempestt Hicks-Wolfe: quick easy and clean
Veronica Graves: It was pleasant.. everyone was nice and made sure I was okay before being discharged
Roxie Brown: I always have had a very good experience wouldn’t want to go no place else. Just want to say thank you to all the hard workers.
