Lisa Brummett: They spent 45 minutes helping me pick a frame. When I came to pick it up, I just wasn't sure that I loved it and they spent another 45 minutes trying to help me find a combination I would love more. In the end, I decided the frame they originally suggested was the best for my picture. I got it home and on my wall it is perfect, this is a family heirloom, and I am very appreciative at the craftsmanship of their work.

I was impressed by the service and recommendations I was provided.I'm trying to see all 63 National Parks and I want to remember them by framing a poster from each Visitor Center. The first three turned out great! I plan on using their services quite a bit in the near future!

They even added the wire hanger in back and as a last minute touch of class and generosity, they even gave me wall hangers to hang it on the wall, free of charge! Now that is what I call first class VIP customer service. This was my first interaction with them and they have definitely earned a customer. Kudo’s to Juliette at the front. She even offered to help me load it into my car. Wow!

The first frame I received was unfortunately damaged during shipping (something relatively catastrophic that their packaging, no matter how strong, could have prevented). Fortunately, the team at Glowbox was quick in responding to all of my emails, was very helpful and communicative through the whole process, and quickly sent me a replacement with no hassle.Most importantly, the frame looks amazing. It’s like having a 27 x 40 LED monitor hung on my wall. It’s pretty bright and lights up my entire family room when all the other lights are off. It also has an optional dimmer. Loading the poster was kind of tricky with one set of hands but that’s because the poster was hard to keep rolled out while putting everything back in place—it’s built to make it as easy as it can be.It’s advertised as including hardware to hang it and that ended up being four screws and drywall anchors. I ended up hanging mine with gallery hooks since my house has plaster walls and already had the rail for gallery hooks.I definitely see myself adding more frames from Glowbox in the future and sort of wish I just bit the bullet and ordered a multipack

I bought it for a piece of handmade artwork that someone I love very, very much made for me.Heartbreakingly, he passed away right before Christmas 2021 and before he finished the artwork. His artwork was about 75% complete. I framed it as is..... unfinished. Sadly, I feel this is a representation of his life..... taken too soon.... an unfinished life...... so much talent, so much more to give.Receiving the frame was bittersweet. I cried for two reasons. Broken hearted that he's no longer here, and appreciative that this frame lit up his artwork BEAUTIFULLY!!!! Dan Fasching: This place was recommended to me by of all things, another record store! I was looking for a record player/amp/speaker setup as a gift for my daughters high school graduation. I called and spoke with Fran, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She even went the extra mile and sent me pictures of the options in my price range so I could decide. The job that they do refurbishing their equipment is top notch , it was packaged nicely when I went to pick it up, and it sound and looks amazing. One of the best customer service experiences of my life. Would recommend this place to anyone. They truly knocked it outta the park.

This place holds a sentimental place in my heart as I spent much of my childhood inside those walls being babysat by my grandma and grandpa. My grandparents were immigrants and their retail business thrived here from the late 1940s until 1989. They sold oriental rugs and antiques, often holding some of the largest estate sales of Kansas Citians as well. I hope to visit again, as my last visit was 2003.

Jordan took time to explain pricing and different techniques of printing. The prices that I was quoted were very decent. I was also able to see some of their work, posters and t-shirts. I can't wait to work with these folks. Also the building they work out of was amazing, exposed brick and lots of metal and wood.

Wilddest: LIARS and a WASTE OF TIME. I talked to one of the receptionists at Hammerpress in the shop as soon as you walk in to the left. I wanted some custom items and so we made an appt for me and one of the makers to meet. The female told me someone at Hammerpress would call me but they never did. I called back countless times to ask about my appt. I'm convinced she never took it up with her boss but instead threw my appointment away.

Felisha Marie: Custom ordered this charcoal Ally for all shirt. From the day I ordered until the day it arrived in store it was over a month and a half’s time. Thennnnnn, the shirt is the wrong size. I like the shirts and the “apparel messages” here, however this was a waste of time and money. :(

Jackie Johnson: Of course out of the t-shirt, however to hear the 2 girls working complaining that the news that covered them for having the shirts was misleading. Yet while I was there 5 people came and ask if they had them, no you may them but that made people come to your store who may not have. Any publicity is good, any sale is better than no sale.

Peppa Pig: After seeing such a lofty claim of being the "best store in the universe," I had to check it out. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by very friendly staff. Their merchandise is truly amazing and the employees are accepting of all walks of life. This feels like a truly safe environment to be yourself while browsing through some unique merch. I especially enjoyed their clothing section and selection of stickers. Upon leaving, I knew their claim wasn't just true, but a huge understatement.
