Midwest Recovery Centers: what do users think?
Timothy Kavanagh: This is the best treatment center in the state of Missouri and probably the best a lot further out than that (im not aware of a better program in the entire Midwest) The staff is absolutely on point. They are very meticulous and follow up with you about your loved one. They make sure you know how they are doing and. What is going on.I've never encountered that kind of follow up and communication from a treatment center. My friend that got in there told me he loves it. That he is getting so much from the groups and the counseling. And that he wants to stay for 90 days. This might not not seem like a big deal, but keeping people engaged in treatment is a very difficult task. I've worked in recovery for 10 years now. I am honestly blown away by the clinical staff, the admissions process, and the quality of programming at Midwest Recovery Centers
Stephan Booth: Scam artist they over charge and lie make sure u call your insurance to comfirm
Elias Goldman: MRC has amazing and well educated counselors who have seen or been personally affected by addiction/alcoholism. Which makes it so much easier to build a real genuine connection and bond while working with them. Although I did not go through their 30 day residential detox I was gratefully accepted with open arms into their Phase 1 program. Structured sober living, with two highly devoted peer support who live in house that helped me to relearn how to live on a day to day basis. Once completing and graduating I was accepted and currently living their Phase 2 program, sober living. Through the guidance of MRC I have attained and maintained a strong foundation of recovery and fellowship that I carry to this day. Can’t express how grateful I am that I am in MRC’s care and how blessed my life has become because of it.
William Frasdilla: I am a recovering alcoholic. I went through the 30 day detox and it was a great program to start with. I had a slip. When I reached out for help again MRC was there once again to help me pick up the pieces. I have now gone through the 30 day detox and have committed to the phase one program which is another 60 days and I haven’t looked back. The therapist and nurses and staff are very professional and very supportive of your recovery plans. The 12 step program is a life saver to me. Without the help from MRC I seriously don’t know where I would be today. They have saved me from a life of misery and pain. If you are serious about recovery from your addictions this is the place to go. I have felt like a part of a recovery family from staff and other clients struggling with addiction. I would recommend this to anyone looking for help with addiction. MRC alumni for life.
Josh C: This program is nothing short of a gift straight from God himself. Addiction is no joke, life or death in my case, and thanks to MRC I have been given another shot at it. They have given me the tools and knowledge necessary in order to have the best chances to face life on life's terms. From the 30 day detox/residential (top notch 24/hr professional medical care) to the 60-day phase one (continued counseling and learning classes integrated with much needed structure to ease back into the real world with introduction to AA/NA meetings) to the final phase 2 (up to over a year if needed) where you are in a sober living house and get help finding a job and can become a productive member of society. Thanks MRC for saving my life. I can now be the husband and father my family deserves. My mom also doesn't have to stress and no longer has sleepless nights worrying about her son.
Oliver Stutzman: Not easy to get to ourselves to a place like this but made coming back worth it. It’s super beneficial to have the extended care option to better my chance at staying sober for myself. I love the staff, everyone wants to see me do good and are there for me when I’m not. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction, it has been a LIFE SAVER for me!
Nicholas Williams: This treatment center is top notch! They have a 30 day program to help start the foundation of recovery, as well as a long term program to get the life in recovery set for you. I am a person who did 30 days and relapsed and they welcomed me back with a smile and open arms. I am now in the next step ( 60 additional days in a structured sober living) where I am getting classes and outside NA and AA meetings. I plan to go to the next step which is a sober living. If you or a member or your family needs help call MRC. They staff and nurses are the best in the Metro. I'm proud to be a part of the program.
Zsaimir Hughes: This facility has definitely given me a life that I never thought I could have . Living clean and sober wasn’t even a thought in my mind , I never thought it was possible to live sober but since day on of being in detox I have been shown so much love, compassion and understanding from all staff from nurses to therapist to the techs that do all of the upkeep around the facility . It is a clean , loving and safe environment to be in and I wouldn’t have found this new way of life with out coming to Midwest ! I came here beat up , with no ambitions or goals , I did not care for anything or anyone but my self and getting high and now I have a new appreciation for life in general ! I see that I can live life clean and sober , I have support from people who understand how my brain works and make me feel like I’m not insane . Recovery is a beautiful thing and life is so important to me now . If it weren’t for Midwest I would for sure be dead or on the streets right now. so truthfully I owe this facility and this program my life because now I can live ! Rather than just surviving !-zsaimir H.
F B: Midwest Recovery Center has given me the ability to live a much better life from addiction with a knowledgeable staff made up of counselors and therapist who really care about the clients well being not only from a professional level but from personal experience as well. The facility is awesome as well. Very clean very nice! I would highly recommend MRC to any individual who is seeking a new way of life free from addiction hands down!!!!F. Brandes
Myla Hughes: Google review Midwest RecoveryI am speaking from the bottom of my heart writing this review. MRC has been the piece to our families puzzle. My son has connected with the staff at MRC from every level. I was very scared that this experience was too good to be true but has been nothing less of a God send. I am not a particularly faith based person but I am spiritual and have prayed for this. My son has had  so much success and has made so much progress. I as a mother, have appreciated every touch from the staff. Taylor and Jeff and all of the many other staff members have affected our lives directly. We need more of this in our personal and medical community. Understanding not only from the medical standpoint but having the resources for the family is invaluable. I 1000% would trust my loved one to this team of amazing staff! Thank you for all you do and helping bring my son back to be the trailblazer he was meant to be!
Bree Cobb: Throughout life there are times when life gets hard to handle alone. By alone, I mean, without professionals to encourage and guide you through an impossibly hard situation and come out on the other side with a new perspective on life. And an appreciation for the real struggle that addiction cannot be beat alone. The people at MRC are life savers. I appreciate all that Midwest Recovery has provided for my family and will continue to provide for my community. We NEED more people like this everywhere. I am so thankful for what they have given my family!
Raised Wolves: I can say enough good stuff about each & every person that works here. I have never seen so many good & well meaning staff perform with love & compassion. Bravo 👏🏻
Daniel Bartz: When I came into MRC I was at an all time low. The staff were super welcoming and the facilities were clean and cozy. They let me relax through detox and I could get food any time I wanted. During the residential 30 days the group lessons helped me learn a lot about addiction and tools to use when I have cravings. The therapy sessions really helped me focus on more personal problems. They have a nurse practitioner that got me on helpful meds and is very knowledgeable. I'm now on the second phase of the extended program. They never bill you for what insurance does not cover and I'm extremely grateful for that! I've had lots of ups and downs but I would not have made it this far without the help of MRC.
Charles Fickel: Mrc really saved my life 11months ago I was drinking and drugging my life away and didn't care to live thought my daughter would be better off if I didn't so one night I saw a commercial for mrc and decided I needed to go and I'm so happy I did it was hard at first but everyone was so welcoming and happy I was there from the nurses to the techs and therapist I knew I had a bad problem cuz I did it for 27 years I knew to stay for the max amount of time detox was 30 days in witch I learned a lot about myself and how to handle it and they have the best chef there then phase 1 witch is 60 days where they take you to a lot of outside meetings of all types and you can see what fits you best and you continue to learn about yourself and get a sponsor and start the steps What!! Get a sponsor and work the steps and they provide groceries and you get too cook what you want huge house and great fellowship then phase 2 where you can stay up to a year and I highly recommend doing it you get your car back and go to your own meeting's and get your own groceries and they help you with money for 1 month so you can get a job and slowly get back into life central location in the city easy access to jobs once again I highly recommend going the full year 11 months ago I would have never thought I could be where I am today asst manager salary a investment account 2 bank accounts and getting my own place financially stable and the best relationship with my family again don't give up before the miracle happens they always say that and I'm here to say it's true from the bottom of my heart if nobody has said they love you today I love you and get yourself to Midwest recovery center they saved my life and they will save yours too if you let them
India Kirk: I don’t mean to brag, but I’ve been to my fair share of rehabs… 🧐 I’m a kind of a connoisseur of substance abuse treatment centers, if you will, and I must say that MRC is top notch experience. Thoroughly recommend. All kidding aside, I felt like a hopeless case. And MRC gave me hope. The staff is amazing, the facilities are beautiful. The food—omg, the food 🤤. Other than the obvious compassion and outstanding care from the staff, what sets MRC apart from other places I’ve been is the different phases of care offered to set the client up for success—all the way from detox to over a year in sober living, they’ll hold you up for as long as you need your recovery training wheels. I’d start naming all the staff that have been an integral part of my recovery thus far, but then I’d feel bad because I’d forget someone! They’re all AMAZING.If you feel like you’re out of options, like no one cares… THEY DO!! WE DO!!! Never give up!!
Tristan Ortiz: After years of struggling with addiction, Midwest Recovery Centers has shown me that there is another way to live. I owe everything that I have now, and everything that I will gain in the future, to the facility, the program, and it's staff.
Amy Haake: MRC has truly saved my life. I have been battling addiction for over 10 years now. I have been to 7 treatment centers, 3 hospital detoxes and 2 IOP's. MRC is by far the best experience I have ever had and more importantly, the one that kept me sober. Most of the staff are in recovery themselves and understand 1st hand the misery and destruction that this disease causes. They provide a controlled but loving atmosphere for the addict to heal. They challenged me and built me up at the same time. MRC is the only place that educated me, supported me and didn't necessarily give me what I wanted but gave me exactly what I needed. I left MRC with a solid foundation to recovery and the hope that I can live a happy, sober life :)
Rhonda Smith: I highly recommend Midwest Recovery Center (MRC) for anyone who wants to recover from alcohol and/or drug use. From my first contact with the center’s admission and administration, I was greeted with true and genuine concern for me, no shame or judgement. As a matter of fact, I could not afford my deductible and they worked with me to make sure I could have this opportunity to become sober and have a new life on life’s terms. They showed me God’s grace and made me feel worthy, which meant the world to me.When I walked in the doors, I was completely broken mentally, physically and spiritually. I was also open and willing to give my everything to this program. Every single staff member was committed to providing the best possible support with lots of love and structure for each client and the families. I am currently continuing my recovery by participating in an Intensive Out-Patient program with MRC.Both programs have given me so much knowledge and many tools to take with me to live sober and have a better way of life. Suggestions were given to seek the ongoing support of the A.A. program. To read the literature, find a higher Power, attend meetings, and get a sponsor to work the 12 steps and help others. I’m all in and have 60 days sober today by the grace of God.I am humbly grateful for all the care, love, and support of MRC and them leading me to A.A.
Colby Wassmann: A time finally came in my life 19 months ago where I finally got it....In the midst of all my fears and insanity I stopped dead in my tracks and somewhere inside my head I heard a voice inside say enough!! enough!! This isn’t working!! That’s the exact moment I decided to stop using and get into recovery and fully surrender!! I found my way and passion for living again at Midwest Recovery who provided me with the Tools to thrive and grow through there hands on personal care and direction. They encourage you to live the life you deserve not the life I had been living. I highly recommend MRC.
Robert C.: Thank you MRC for giving me my life back. You have restored my faith in humanity. I appreciate all of the staff but I have to give a few special thanks to Suzanne Taylor, Taylor Brown and Meagan Howard for helping me open my eyes and being a symbol of hope and strength. I am a current client here and have completed the 30 Day Detox and the 60 Days in Phase 1 and I am now going into Phase 2 (the phases slowly integrate you into the real world). I feel empowered to start the next chapter of my life and am excited to start building a purposeful life. Everyone at MRC is on the same page with communicating well with all of the clients and they truly care and are very patient with us. MRC is family and they treat us with respect.Midwest Recovery Center specializes in teaching people how to break the chains of addiction. They really do put that extra human touch that we all long for when we are being cared for. Thank you for giving me my life back.
Elizabeth Brick: MRC without a doubt is the reason I’m still alive today. I hit an all new rock bottom and had nowhere else to go, and the staff did everything they could to get me help. My insurance wouldn’t pay for treatment so they helped me to get a scholarship so I could get the help I needed. I’ve been to treatment before but MRC is on a different level. The facilities are great, and the staff genuinely care about us, our well-being, and doing whatever they can to help our recovery. I am currently in Phase One of their long term program and plan to stay for my first year of sobriety and there is nowhere else I’d rather be to get back on my feet. If you are struggling and ready to get help, this is absolutely the best place to get it. I can’t say enough good things about this facility and the people that work here!

Orthopedic Health of Kansas City formerly Drisko, Fee & Parkins ( DFP ) - North Kansas City: what do users think?
Casey Donahue: Was referred here by my primary care physician for a knee injury. After two visits, they still have not requested the MRI I was sent here for. Charging me for x rays that I had already had done and providing zero guidance on how to treat my injury. I would suggest finding a place that will listen to their patients needs, urgent care was more helpful in an hour than this place has been over the course of two visits.
Joseph Littich: I showed up willing to work and figure out a diagnosis. Absolute minimal effort on their part.
Jennifer Ferson: My 6yo daughter had a fracture in her elbow. We got in quickly on a Friday early evening. Kyle and NP Alison were wonderful. She was not scared at all. They put a splint on her and now we're waiting next steps. Great experience for my little one. Thank you.
Matt Davidson: Ty Dr. Hedgecock for making me better again. Nice cuts... 👍
Kendra Van: Don't even try. They never answer the phone. Worst place ever. They take days to call back. I would find somewhere else.
Jeffery Sryniawski: Absolutely terrible experience with the FMLA ans STD coordinator. They never call back. They dont do their job. They took my $70 for paperwork processing fees to not do the paperwork. Now im on my last day of my fmla/std form to be submitted. Their voicemail says they will call back in a day or two. I called 3 weeks ago and never got a call back. Ive called multiple time. Ive email. This office is a joke dont waste your time or money.
MurphmishForever.v.3.01 MurphmishForever.v.3.01: Because he also works here. Enjoy.Don't expect to be listened to if you are a Workman's Comp patient.Anything for a dollar regardless of the outcome. Huh Doc?Office staff fumble the easiest of things. And as I will say now only to repeat later, thank you so much to this entire team for being so derelict you honestly begin to wonder in hindsight how you got to where you are one full year later. No better. In fact damaged from missing life and a surgery that failed.I want to say a special thank you from a real person.A former patient.Without you I don't know where I would be.Maybe walking? A jog? No....For those that take time to read please notice the disparity between the reviews of the entirety of the clinic and this particular clinicians.INVESTIGATE.All ratings are not commiserate with the other ratings. Or in other words, there are some real average doctors dragging down what would otherwise be a clinic with a higher rating. Results May Vary. Buyer beware.
Akirah Miyamura: Called over the phone and as nice as the staff was, they refused me treatment for being a homeless youth. I have a torn rotator cuff in need of an immediate orthopedic assistant and I have a guardian willing to present ID, and have paperwork saying I have the authority to make medical decisions for myself. They are following a policy that refuses to treat kids in desperate need and if it and refuse to even TALK about making an exception. It's immoral practices to turn away someone for not having an ID when they're still a minor. Despite me, repeatedly, saying I have a guardian who WILL present an ID they require that *I* have an ID as well, even though there is a guardian there. The staff is fine but morality and ethics are poor.
Dawn Martin: I would give 0 stars if I could. I cannot speak for the doctors because I never made it back to the doctors. At first I went to the urgent care, and no issue. They had me get an MRI. I did that, and was never contacted about the MRI. After a week I called the nurses like, and no one returned my call. Two days after I called the nurses line I called the front desk. They said that they never received my MRI reports and that I would be called by the end of business that day. I wasn’t called until the next day. I tried to let it slide.I came in for my follow up appointment. The woman who helped me at the front desk was so rude to me, I was literally speechless. My injury was related to workers comp. I was not aware of needing pre approval, so I came in with the paperwork from my adjuster. The woman at the front desk spoke about me on the phone loudly. Then she called me back up and said I no longer could have my appointment until I am pre-approved. I explained to her that I took off work, no one explained that to me, and that the doctor is only in their office once a month. She then asked me to step out of line so she could continue helping other people check in. She wouldn’t make eye contact, and could have cared less at all. I have never been treated so poorly. I would never go there now.
Patrick Miller: I had surgery on March 31 on my femur on March 31. After not being able to bend my knee after surgery I just kept being told that the bend will come or they can fix that with a second surgery. The second surgery has done nothing but cause more discomfort and lack of trust in all of these Doctors. The Nurses I have felt with have been super nice and helpful. When asked about the bruise I have now had on the back of my knee since July I was told “that’s interesting” then sent on my way. I’m beyond fed up and hope to find someone definitely not here though that can at least give me answers as to what’s going on.
Robert Miller: I wish I could do a split review. The Dr that did my surgery was great! Dr Jakoi.Unless he has something to do with billing I don’t have an issue with him. I had 3 post op visits to their office. The very first one they told me I had to pay my $40 co-pay.I said I don’t think so this is a post op visit. They didn’t ask on the second or third. But I received a bill for the third one later in the mail. I called and they said it’s been more than 90 days, you get charged for an office visit. I argued my point but they disagree. I only went to the visit because it was a follow up visit. I felt completely fine. Didn’t need to go other than the Dr had said I need to see you one more time and we’ll be done. Some Orthapedic issues take longer than 90 days to heal! I will go elsewhere for any other Orthapedic needs because of this billing practice!
Kris Williams: They provide decent care. The reason I am rating them so low is due to the iPad patient form system they use, it is absolute garbage. I've been a software developer for 25+ years and I would be ashamed to put code like that in a production environment. For me, it didn't save my address, for another patient it didn't save his list of medications, and for a third it wouldn't accept her name. I could tell the receptionist had heard about issues way too many times. Finally entering your entire medical history on an iPad is an issue for many, especially older patients.I then tried to provide feedback through their website, but the contact web app would not send my email.
Charmayne Robertson: I was impressed with how quickly I was seen. I wish there had been a couple questions I could have asked before leaving. You know, you think of them as soon as Dr leaves. Also would be nice to have a card or something with the Dr name as I can’t remember who I saw. It was a female, maybe a Sarah??
Matthew Fetters: After months of not knowing what my injury was Dr Jeffrey Bradley figured out that I had a rare break in my wrist he is the most professional awesome surgeon I have ever met and I am grateful that he is letting me get a part of my life back thank you so much Dr Jeffrey Bradley for helping me for believing me and most important for fixing me I highly recommend this place and if you have a wrist injury Dr Bradley is your man
Stephanie Hutson: This is the worst place ever especially Dr. Roberts. All he cares about doing is cutting he doesn't care if your injury is healing or not. My gut told me to go get a second opinion and I am so thankful I did. My new doctor stated there should have never been anything said about amputation because I have a good working foot. Dr. Roberts did no after surgery X-rays or anything to see if everything was healing. He just said my foot would need to be cut off. Please DO NOT go to this office hate to see people loose body parts for no reason.
Scott Wilmes: Appointment went fine but good luck getting someone on the phone or returning your call. I finally gave up after 30 minutes on hold just assuming that nobody was actually there and just left their phones on to waste my day.
Brooke Kunkel: Thank you Katie for going above & beyond to help me in my time of need!
Michele Yankee: What an incredible caring medical team! Huge thank you to Sarah and her excellent customer service for her patience and kindness when answering my one million insurance questions and to Summer who examined my daughter last night! Top notch orthopedic care team!!!
Linda Moreland: My husband got quick treatment, too bad I can’t say anything about their billing department. We paid our bill, insurance paid only for us to get an additional bill. This is not an organized clinic and I would not In good conscience refer anyone to it.
Jon Bidwell: Dr. Jakoi and his staff at Orthopedic Health KC are incredibly unethical individuals. The doctor refused to even have a consultation with me because I didn’t have x-rays to provide them with. I was not informed x-rays were required when I made the appointment. I didn’t have time for new x-rays and simply asked if I could speak with the doctor or come back for them. I was told the doctor refuses to see me. I provided them with an MRI taken less than two weeks ago, and they failed to have these images on-hand for examination at my appointment even though I arranged their transfer weeks earlier. So they instead wanted me to get x-rays, with them, on the spot, for a verbal consult. Dr. Jakoi’s nurse told me, flat out, “You will have to leave and schedule another appointment for your cervical spine.” Funny thing is, I wasn’t in the office for a cervical spine issue, which is yet another factor that doesn’t exactly lend a lot of confidence to the professionalism of this medical office. Regardless, I did call to do that from the parking lot immediately because I’m in a great deal of pain, and the receptionist told me the next appointment was in September. It’s March. I asked if there was anything they could do to make an exception. They said Samantha the office manager would call me. Still waiting. Samantha? Dr. Jakoi? Nope, no one cares. Dr. Jakoi and Orthopedic Health KC are substandard medical practitioners in every sense of the word substandard. If you want to arrive in pain, and leave stressed, unseen, unhelped and unrecognized as a patient… this is the orthopedist for you.
Bryan Forbes: Very attentive staff, doctors listen to you, quick to respond to questions and concerns. Fixes the problems and explains procedures in a manner that you can understand. Over all great experience.

Kansas City Orthopedic Alliance- Leawood: what do users think?
Rick Andrews: Easy to get an appointment, courteous and competent staff at front desk, quick X-Rays for the Doctor to review, and Dr. Jones gave me a thorough explanation of the severe arthritis that was causing my pain and problems, as well as steps to take to manage this issue. In and out in a very respectable time with all my questions answered.
richard darr: Service is good but results are less than desirable. Beware of experimental drugs or procedures. If your looking for stem cell therapy this isn't the place to go.
Sandra Oliver: Exception Physician and their Hospital Care is wonderful .
wes kemple: Dr. Unruh has helped me out more than any other doctor I've seen for the past couple years. He was quick to treat my symptoms and seems genuinely concerned about my well being. I've seen about 8-10 doctors and none of them have given me the care that Dr. Unruh has. I wish I would have started seeing him years ago.
Sara Kline: Dr Halloran has done surgery on me and he and his team are outstanding. They took all the time to speak with me and my family members and didn’t rush me out of the office. They have been extremely kind and understand during a very stressful recovery process. In addition, they have treated my family members and have been exceptional with my children whom are athletes. I highly recommend.
Don Leming: Great experience. I was treated very well and the communication with the medical staff was very easy and thorough. The facilities are top notch.
Cheryl Pope: I have seen several Doctors from this clinic and all of them have been great. We drive about 60 minutes to get there, but the drive is worth the service we get.
Kay Korte: I had a knee replacement on February 6. My experience at the hospital was very nice! Dr. Wingerter is great at this surgery. The nursing staff at the hospital is caring and compassionate.
Marie Gazda: No doubt I made the right decision. I have had the best doctors and treatment from Drs Koreckij and Santos!
Keri Jordan: Dr winston is amazing. He's the one who helped me get my hand fixed after two other surgeon's said it was fine in which it wasn't.
Allison Wilson: Wish I could give 10 stars. From walking in the front door to leaving, every person we came in contact with was so welcoming and helpful.Shout out to nurse Kellie(possibly the best nurse we’ve had) anesthesiologist Powell, anesthesia tech(?) Pat and Dr Chernoff. All 4 of these wonderful humans made procedure day as fun as it could be! Thank you for taking such great care of my husbands knee surgery.-The Liebers
Matthew King: Dr. Moore has performed two carpal tunnel release procedures for me in the past year with fantastic results. Her and her staff have been nothing short of amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend them.
Rheta J. Smith: I retired back to the KC area 16 years ago. As the complexity of aging has advanced on me I have been seen by many physicians, I’ve fired a few, as our misfit (for whatever reason) became apparent. Now I have found my permanent medical home —the KCOA staff is the best I have ever experienced! All of them. From the support staff through the practitioners! The BEST I’ve ever experienced. Give me a survey and I will check all the boxes a “10”, because there is no “11+”. My family wants me to relocate near them to Seattle. I’m sure there are excellent physicians in Seattle, but I am staying in KC with my KCOA Doctors and staff. I thank them so much.
Bliss Weeks: Professional, polite and knowledgeable.
Michael OGrady: Best doctor and hospital to have orthopedic surgery at.
Dan Bryson: Very business like, checked in went to MRI area waited maybe 5 minutes before being escorted to get the MRI. The attendant was extremely nice and got me situated even letting me pick the music I enjoy! Whole process did not take an hour!
Charlene Van Pelt: The experience was good.
leidy yohana yule pelaez: This is a good place, all the staff really take care you… thanks 😊
Kathleen Raccuglia: I stayed at the KCOI facility for two nights. It was a very quiet and private room - quite comfortable. The nurses were very caring. The food was quick and good. My only concern was a physical therapist with a very bad cough. I didn't think she should be around many older people, even with a mask. At one point, she had to lift her mask to spit out whatever she was coughing up. Minus the cough, it would have been a fine stay with good, caring nurses, and the surgeon visited each day.
Donna Bucey: I always recommend KCOI to anyone who is in need of the care provided by this institution. I have, over the years, used several other providers to help with my orthopedic needs. None have provided me with the care and support I have needed to return to my daily life as I have experienced with my doctors here. I hope they continue to be the strength of patients for many years to come!
tracy whitcher: They keep pestering me to leave give an evaluation

Tyler Owen: I had what I thought was a bacterial eye infection and scheduled an appointment in Olathe with Dr. Beek. It took less than ten minutes to diagnose it as a viral illness and discuss treatment options. He was great at developing rapport and confidence in his work. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Beek and Discover Vision as a whole.
Martha Carter: Met with a smile Very short wait before going to exam room. The nurse referred to me as Mrs C… and I thanked her for that Last but not least Dr Sayed has Excellent bed side manners and was very attentive A great experience

Arthur Koenig: Dr Beek is great! Extremely professional and always listens. I definitely recommend him.
Maria Zeee: DR. Sayed is very professional and the news he delivered, my eyes are safe and no danger of cornea detachment, is like music to my ears. The assistant is very courteous and nice to chat with. The only thing unpleasant is the super super strong light, maybe unavoidable for checking the conditions of my eyes, that almost made throw up. 😳
Judy Woodruff: Very in depth exam, treated very well, all questions answered with in depth information. Dr. Beek is a great doctor. Explains everything very well, takes time to answer aby questions I may have. Gives me options for care and contacs.
Tom Werner: Seems to be very skilled, very efficient, and very personable. All around a good experience

Children's Mercy Adele Hall Campus: what do users think?
Ally Gordon: I'm here at children mercy 22nd st. In the ER with my 17 yr old in pain in a rm. And no come for 5 mims.
Amy Gay: Amazing people they helped save my son another reason we are moving closer
Carman Meade: Great nurses and service. The cafeteria is horrific. The times when different stations is open is inconsistent. I was told it is all based on staffing. Often food in coolers is out dated. Cafeteria staff need a strong course on customer experience and professional behavior. I would think a hospital where each patient mostly has at least one guest could be better than this.
Christa Hedberg: I went to go see my MS doctor; Tyler Allison. He is the best doctor you will ever have. He has great answers to your questions or concerns. I have been seeing him twice a year for 4 years. Children’s Mercy is one of the best places to take your child for their medical needs. Thank you to all the kind staff there for all they have done for me. I appreciate it!
Marcus Miller: Joelle Guthrie in the behavioral sciences department is amazing with her patient support and communication!
Chrisy Fairman: Horrible staff they act like high schoolers who has nothing going on that they have to start rumors and they refused to stitch my daughter up until we talked to CSP because there was a rumor going around we abused our daughter CPS said they didn’t see any concerns. grow up and do your jobs!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SMH
Davon Beachy: Easily the best hospital experience we have ever had. We have been there twice for open heart surgeries for our child. The caring atmosphere and compassionate culture are second to none. I am amazed that a hospital of this size can maintain such a positive culture. I’ve been to other hospitals that are ok or even good, but the care at Childrens Mercy was above and beyond!
Jake Huppe: Our son was diagnosed with spina bifida at our 20 week ultra sound and we spent every week since at CMH in the fetal health center and my wife even delivered there. Everyone in fetal health and neurosurgery is PHENOMENAL! We give them 5 stars. Our problem is with 4 West. Our son is currently 4 weeks old and we have stayed there overnight twice after neurosurgeries and it’s the same stuff with different staff. None of the nurses seemed to know anything about our son. The first nurse was trying to calm him down by patting him aggressively on the lower back. If you knew anything about him or spina bifida, you’d know he has a big wound right where you’re hitting him and you’re hurting him. Every staff member seems shocked when we mention that we have to cath him every 6 hours. Again, if you read anything about him or knew about spina bifida at all, this wouldn’t be surprising. We had an instance where our son was screaming after eating and it was clear he was in pain. He also had an IV in his leg and his leg had swollen to the point where it was solid as a rock. We told one of the nurses who was just sitting at the desk looking at her phone and she said she’d let our nurse know. It wasn’t until about an hour later, we went back out to the nurses station after our son had projectile vomited and we found our nurse just having a casual conversation with the other nurses. Then, everyone rushed into our room and finally took care of him.Shortly after, I listened through the door and heard the nurses talking about us and laughing, making fun of us for being concerned when his monitor was going off. Our nurse jokingly said, “I should’ve turned his vitals off while I was in there.” There were other things said that we’re simply unprofessional and not warranted at all.My wife and I are pretty passive people and don’t raise a big fuss over things, but when our newborn is projectile vomiting, screaming, and swollen solid for over an hour, we expect a little more urgency. The entire 4 west staff is horrible and needs to do a better job of actually knowing about their patients. It’s not hard to find his records- he has been seen here since 20 weeks before he was born. It’s so sad because I know this is a great hospital and not every unit is like this.
Jerry Kelsey: We made the mistake of going to Dr. Horii and Children's Mercy in Kansas City. Initially we were told by our pediatrician that our daughters hemangiomas were not a cause for concern until they reached a total of 9. Our daughter had 6. Out of precaution, we went to see a dermatologist specialist (Dr. Horii).Upon arrival they were surprised to see a healthy baby girl and expected her to be very sickly (did they mix up the children?) Dr. Horii told us actually 5 or more hemangiomas were a cause for concern. She had us take X-rays of our daughter to make sure she was okay internally. The X-rays came back as innumerable and apparently unable to be counted because there was so many.We then were referred to go see a cardiologist to see if she was healthy enough to be put on blood pressure medication to treat the hemangiomas. We were skeptical at this point. The cardiologist questioned the need for treatment because he could not see any on her liver. At some point we saw an Angela Tendick who seemed to keep trying to schedule follow ups and keep us (spending money) with Children’s Mercy. We had moved to Wichita so she set us up with a doctor from children’s mercy there who also told us that he could not see any hemangiomas on the X-ray.My wife got a job in Hutchinson with good local insurance. Hutchinson confirmed that our daughter did not have hemangiomas. Angela Tendick did a zoom call with us and tried to tell us that Hutchinson was not equipped with the proper equipment to see these. At that point we realized they were innumerable because they didn’t exist and could not be counted. The billing at children’s mercy is also one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We received bill after bill for what we thought we had paid or insurance had covered. The billing department was unhelpful because they had turned us over to collections without any phone call or mail saying we had anything overdue. When we called they couldn’t help because it was out of their hands. Thousands of dollars wasted and we continue to get bills from children’s mercy even though it’s been 9 months since we have had work done. Something is truly corrupt in this money pit you call a hospital. Nothing helpful came from this place, just wasted time and money.Edit: I forgot to mention that weeks before we were turned into collections that my wife called and was told that we had paid everything off. Also, after this whole mess she was frustrated and asked to just pay it all off at once so we wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. So how are we receiving bills after that and we haven’t been to children’s mercy since?
Rafaela Abdulmassih ferreira: Never in my life I have seen such bad ER, I have been waiting for more than 6 hours with my 2 yrs old daughter, they just said to me that still has 10 more in the line! Where are the doctors????? Huge structure, looks beautiful inside, but they are missing the basic! Where are the doctors, the children are suffering, … I will never recommend this hospital for anyone. There is no human being responsibility. Can not believe that in a country like that this could be possible!
Valerie Ma: We LOVE this hospital and today I had the most amazing experience over the phone with Danielle from billing. She was so patient and kind, taking the time to research and help me understand our bill that I was more than happy to pay it!
Kim Miller: It is going to take 5 months to get a MRI of my son’ chest and brain because it is a 3 hour procedure with anesthesia . This does not seem like a reasonable timeframe. This is after many other issues we have had. 10 years ago I was proud to have CMH care for my kiddo. It does not seem like they value him or his wellbeing. I called the patient advocate line and no one returned my call. Can CMH staff other locations with anesthesia??
Rockie: Nice facility with easy parking access.
Donald Smith: Very unprofessional treatment. Felt very disrespected and treated reduculously. Would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.
Kristen Burts: My daughter got really sick and was transferred here from Joplin. She was so well taken care of by all staff. I would recommend this hospital for sure.
nich H: Absolutely the slowest hospital I’ve ever been to for emergencies. I do not recommend coming to the emergency services here unless ur child is seen here regularly. We waited almost 7hrs for a prescription for antibiotics to be sent to Walgreens. They didn’t even give him any while we were there. Terrible experience everytime we come here. I suggest brookside medical center
Heather Parsons: This hospital's er is a joke. Brought my son in with BREATHING PROBLEMS and they let him sit in the er waiting room while taking a child who came in with a tummy ache before seeing him. This place already killed one of my kids and now they are trying to take a second one from me.
shenicka lowe: Children's mercy use to be very easy to communicate with. Here lately it's difficult to get things done. Like a physical form complete after a well child exam. When you call you receive different information about the same issue. My son's provider offered him a helmet and we didn't receive it. I'm highly disappointed with the quality of care we've been receiving lately.
Amy Sanders: My son was cared for with patience and love.
Rachel Morgan: I recently took my child to get some lab work done that we were told would take about an hour. From the time we were brought back for the testing, Tawny was patient, explained the process well, friendly, and even had a tablet available for my son (it was early and I forgot to bring entertainment with us).He was apprehensive about the needle, and she moved so quickly that he barely knew what was happening. I've never seen someone find a vein that expertly. His previous experience with a blood draw was difficult, so just wanted to thank her for our experience and let the facility know she is doing a great job. Also, both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Tam-Williams for a few years now. She has always been funny, sunny, explains things thoroughly, and is patient to be sure I understand things fully. She really takes her time during each visit. As of late we've been needing extra information. She and her nurses have been exceptional at communicating through the portal quickly and thoroughly the multiple times I've contacted them.We are very appreciative of the staff we have encountered so far at Children's Mercy.
Joe Yakopec: Words can't describe how awesome this place is for care. My 10 year old daughter needed emergency surgery and the care that everyone provided was amazing. From the janitors to every doctor the service, care, transparency, and facility were amazing.i hope I never have to come back but I wouldn't want any other place taking care of my little girl.Don't eat at the cafeteria however. The food and food choices aren't very good and the rude staff was even worse.

Northland Rehabilitation & Health Care: what do users think?
diana dugan: I have been in a nursing home for 15 years, two others, I'm familiar with the operation.i believe that Northland does a good job! They allow me
Casey Renee: Newer Facility , Clean, with welcoming staff.
christy williams: A beautiful facility with a welcoming staff. Highly recommend!
T G: Please DO NOT bring your loved one here. They have no compassion for their patients. My mother was here for 2 weeks. If she would have stayed any longer she would have died. We took her to the hospital and come to find out she had a serious medical issue that they kept ignoring. She would push her call button and it would take 2-4 hours for them to respond. Most of the nurses are lazy and don’t want to be bothered. This place needs to be reported to the state. I think the only reason they are 3 star is because their employees get on her and rate them 5 star. Don’t let that fool you!!
Brigitte Mullin: If this place could be given 0 stars that's what it would be.
Brooke Brownfield: My grandmother was here for two weeks & was deteriorating from the lack of care that she was getting from the staff. The nurses were lazy, at times it would take HOURS to answer when she’d put her call light on & when asked questions about what was going on with her we would get multiple different answers. On two separate occasions, two nurses/CNA’s complained about having to stay late. My grandmother does not complain at all so for her to be so disappointed in “rehabilitation” facility says a lot. Also, you could hear patients screaming “HELP” from their rooms & you wouldn’t see any of the staff making an effort to see what was going on. The state needs to do an inspection on this place immediately. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
grace w: Absolutely horrible. Short staffed. When you call on them they don't come for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. And when you complain they kick you out!
Lydia Jones: Horrible people work there
Kris Dunn: If you want your loved one to lie on the floor with a broken hip for 45 minutes while staff are on their phones - this is the spot for them. If you want them to be cared for, this isn't the place.
Johnnie Crawford: Absolutely the Best rehabilitation center I have been at. The physical therapist and occupational therapist are second to none they are Phenomenal ‼️I love this place the nurses are concerned and very caring. The CNA’s were great even though there were a few in the group who did just enough to get by. Jojo was exceptional when she showered me😊 I really appreciate everyone at Northland. Please keep up the FANTASTIC WORK. This is definitely a place to send your loved ones. This rehabilitation center is definitely the place to come. You will not be disappointed 😊💕 Thank you all soooo much for the professional, caring and great patient care‼️
Robert Redman: Having retired from managing skilled nursing facilities I am now finding myself on the patient side of the skilled nursing and rehab experience. No facility is perfect especially in this day of staffing challenges. Northland Rehabilitation and Care certainly is a breath of fresh air in these challenging times. The nursing care was very good, and attentive. Two particular shining stars are Joselyn on days and Susan on the evening shift. These two Caregivers consistently went above and beyond in their approach with their experience making my stay much much easier. William in therapy also was a real source of encouragement. Administration was attentive and helpful. The only weak area that prevents me from giving a 5 star rating was the food service. Over 30 days this was gradually improving and I trust management will give sufficient oversight to improve this vital patient experience. If you or a loved one need skilled or rehab care I highly recommend Northland Rehabilitation and Care.
Kaycee Sweany: Rushed and annoyed staff with patients as they 'help' them.
Benita Townsend: When I first went to your Northland Rehab, I was very impressed because it didn't smell, they keep the place clean. My mother was there for 5 weeks of rehab. When she first arrived she couldn't walk and after therapy, she was much better and able to walk and went home. The therapy was excellent. I have no complaints about this place because they took very good care of my mother. If I had any concerns, they were adequately addressed. I would definitely recommend Northland to anyone.
Jamelah Perkins: Tutera is a great company I personally work here and the facility is very well maintenance, neat and clean the residents are very happy in their environment
Nancy Chandler: Everyone is very nice and helpful.
Crystal Burns: This is a beautiful facility inside and out! The staff and administration here are hands down the best I’ve ever worked with.
Briana Johnson: It's a great place to work at
Jason Parker: Honestly, in my opinion, I feel this is a great company to work for and if really like the fact that they potential for growth in the company.
S. L. (Ellie): They gave away my mother's room when she went back to the hospital for a short stay without telling her she needed to pay ahead to hold it. All of her things are STILL THERE in the old room. This is completely deplorable behavior; she's trying to recover and instead is more stressed than before because of this facility's lack of communication, empathy, and clarity.
Annasue Wilson: The whole team at Northland Rehab has been stellar, so helpful. I want to especially thank Arial, an exceptional nurse on the rehab side, Shiann, social worker, Casey, admitting, and Karla at the front desk. I cannot begin to properly express my appreciation. They've bent over backwards to care for my aunt, who is in long term care, and now my mother, who is there for rehab after a stroke. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
tejal patel: We have got wonderful, great & best service at Northland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. All staff are very helpful ,kind & generous. We got great help from Doctors,Social workers, physical Therapist, Nurses & all staff. They all took great care of patients.Heartily Thank them all.God bless all of you.

Advanced Health Care of Overland Park: what do users think?
H B: As far as I know this is the best place for anyone to get rehabilitation. The food is exceptionally good and clean facility.Talking about under stuffed is everywhere but as far as I know they are doing great 👍.
Cheryl Chaffin: This place is terrible. I would not recommend it for anyone. My mother is not getting the help she needs. They don't have enough staff to help everyone that is staying there.
Desiree Rivas: They have agency workers who are unqualified and neglect patients.
Sharla Stutson: They over medicated my Mother. Came home with bed sore (3) and she couldn't speak when she got home!
Tamara Cummins: If you require only minor assistance and don't take too many medications and don't require much nursing care-then you might like this place. But if you are elderly and require assistance to go to the bathroom, or to get in and out of bed...then stay away. Average wait for the call light to be answered is 30-45 minutes. And I think an hour a couple of times. Therapy is the only reason to give this place 2 stars. There is more to add like not getting a straight answer from staff about medications. My mother wasn't given medications she was ordered to have. She was ordered a bi-pap machine...the one she was given to use was recalled!!! Then they said "it's only a voluntary recall...she can still use it."Do yourself and your loved one a favor and go somewhere else.
Sandy Nieman: My Mom spent 3 weeks at this wonderful rehabilitation facility. They made her stay so nice! The nurses and therapists were so caring and sweet to her. The food was delicious and she was helped anytime she needed anything. Your family member is in caring wonderful hands if the need to go to rehab. I highly recommend this beautiful facility!!
Lou Willingham: I give this place two stars. On for the cleanliness and one for the food. My mother who is 81 years old was a patient there is February 2022. for 3 weeks. Shortly after her arrival I noticed her feet were beginning to swell. I knew this was not a good sign. I contact her cardiologist who made arrangements for her to come to them. A handwritten note was sent back to them because they could not give a verbal order over the phone no one answered. It stated for her to have daily weights, if increase by 3-5 bl to contact them, to increase her diuretic, to apply her support stockings daily and remove at night and elevate her feet when sitting. On several occasions I was told they were short of staff did not get her weight and she did not have on her support stockings. It took them too long to answer her call light and a couple times she fell going to the restroom. Less than aweek of being discharged she was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and fluid overload
M. W.: Our mother stayed here for 3 weeks in July/August of this year (2021). She was a diabetic with Alzheimer's and was released back to her home on the premise that their Home Healthcare would be at her apartment to evaluate her the evening of her release as well as the following day. Our family was okay with this ONLY because we knew home healthcare would be there and would contact us if they felt she shouldn't be alone. Home Healthcare never showed up. When we checked on her (less than 24 hours from her release), she was passed out with a broken hip. She was rushed to the hospital where they had to ventilate her along with a multitude of other problems. She passed away 3 weeks later. Advanced Health Care's innumerable errors are ultimately the cause of her demise.
Amy Swanson: My mother asked for her pain pill and 9 hours later no one has brought them. The nurse has been rude and tells her she “will get there whenever I get there”. Can’t even get her Tylenol! What about her required blood pressure meds? Not getting them either. No one answers the phone and when the message stops playing and you request to be connected, guess what... it hangs up! I WILL be reporting this!
Rebecca: Don't be mislead by the 5-star statements, dining and other elegant amenities. This is not supposed to be a spa and resort, but a place to rehabilitate and HEAL. Healing did not occur for our loved one. After depositing the patient into their room upon arrival, it took TWO HOURS for anyone to come introduce themself or offer any assistance or care. From there on, sadly, our experience did not improve. They may not be as new or beautiful, but there are definitely much better places for rehabilitation and skilled nursing in the KC area!
B Barca: Pros: A lot of the staff nurses, aides, therapists, direct-care staff are super, caring and compassionate as you would expect in a skilled nursing setting where the majority of the clients are elderly. Nice modern facility, very well light and maintained.Cons: Marketing director Jen comes across with a car sales type pitch saying everything she thinks you want to hear to get you to be admitted without regard to fact or fiction, therapy director lack of timely response to requests for updates on loved one, rounding doctors not having enough direct interaction with patients to ask about their care or notice symptoms changing that need further treatment, .
GINA HOPKINS: Place is horrible at answering the phones. I can see why families are wanting to pull their loved ones out. You cant get anybody on the phone....
Terry Pritchett: I've had an experience with this place. I am a caretaker and one of the people I take care of fell and it wasn't addressed properly. And than my people got attitude for me reporting this. Something should of been done. But some people are really sweet and will be missed..
Phil Sigafus: They take very good care of our loved ones!
A Brown: Fabulous atmosphere place the bathroom is very elegant. Would 💜 2 work there
Gabriela Tjahjadhi: Excellent leadership from administrator Corey Craig and also great work environment. It has been a pleasure to work for Advanced Healthcare and I am proud to be a part of the team.
steph c: My mother has been cared for several times at this facility after hospital stays. We have experience with four other local facilities. None compared. The administrator, DON, transition team, fabulous nurses, pt's, ot's and attentive care staff have made every stay stress-free and comfortable, so my mother could focus on her strength and healing. Their communication was outstanding with myself, the hospital and her senior community. All of this in a fancy hotel setting. I would never take her anywhere else.
Rev. Jim: As a retired Methodist Minister and MSW, Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experiences in direct involvement with rehabilitation Centers and recently had my wife admitted, efficiently discharged and later received Home Health Care Services, I am a highly satisfied caregiver with this commendable facility. My family was singularly impressed with the dynamic leadership of Mr. Corey Craig, its administrator, competent and empathic staff. The therapeutic milieu of Advanced Health Care is enhanced by its decor, ambiance, delicious meals, and daily classical music. In all my many years of interactions with leadership and staff at rehabilitation centers in the MidWest, Advanced Health Care is premier.
Stephanie B: My special-needs cousin, age 56, stayed at Advanced Healthcare of OP for 20 days for inpatient rehab after surgery. Every staff member from the administrative assistant to the kitchen staff to the nurses, PT's, OT's, admitting and discharge nurses to the Administrator worked seamlessly together, gave compassionate & great care to her, and went over & above to accommodate a rather delicate situation. Working in healthcare myself for over 2 decades, I recognize how professionals treat each other and how they treat both their patients and the families of patients even when they don't know they are being observed. Their care was so spectacular that we chose to use Advanced Healthcare of OP Home Health when we had several other good options. I have already found their Home Health to be a continuation of the best-quality of rehab who looks out for their patient's needs first. It's a well-run, beautiful facility, but the true gem are the people inside the organization. If there were 100 stars, I'd give them 101.
Kay Boyd: I made the choice of Advanced Health care based on the great care my husband had following back surgery. My 97 year old Mom had broke her neck and needed rehab. I am so disappointed and upset by care she received. First, they lost her nightgown to be found 2 weeks later, and then miscellaneous other clothes disappeared but were eventually located, broke her hearing aide (which I have been told they will pay for the repair)) but the really sad part is someone came into her room and took her purse and lost her Medicare card and Insurance card and then placed the purse in a different location. they are unable to find the cards or to find the guilty person. I cannot take my mom to any new hospital or Dr. until I can figure out how to get a new Medicare card. I found this behavior unacceptable to invade a 97 year old purse and then take things from it. I had thank goodness removed credit cards, and money but who would think that the Ins. cards would be stolen. If you go there, DO NOT leave anything of value as someone has sticky fingers! The care was OK but I got the feeling they didn't want to mess with her and had her dead anyway. The Administrator did offer an apology but that doesn't help me much with the mess they have created for me.
Alfred Wardlow: Nice facility good staff I recommend it to everybody

QC Kinetix (Kansas City): what do users think?
Meley King: I wish I would have made my first appointment sooner! When I made my initial appointment it hurt to cough or sneeze. Sitting hurt, standing hurt, moving hurt, everything hurt! This past weekend I played volleyball with my daughter without pain. I can't believe how much better I am. I am so thankful for QC Kinetic! It's worth the money - I promise.
Susan Schlacks: I am 73-years old and was experiencing a lot of joint pain in my knees which had me contemplating knee replacement surgery. I hoped this non-surgical procedure would help my body with its own healing so I began the restorative process in May 2022. To be honest, I was expecting immediate results, but learned I needed to be patient for the healing to progress. By mid-summer, my knee pain was gone and I was walking the dog, climbing stairs, playing on the floor with my grandkids, and finding those activities effortless again. I am incredibly pleased with my results and I found Jason and all his staff to be friendly, supportive, and very professional. This was a definite win for me.
T Rags: Best decision I've ever made for my knees. I'm no longer in pain all the time. QC Kinetic is truly life changing.
James Schlichting: It didn’t completely cure my problem but it was a big help
Connie Caputo-Belcher: I have to say this whole experience has been better than I imagined and not as scary as I thought. I am now 60 years old and my knees were bone on bone. I really wanted to avoid surgery and downtime. Dr Jason Mildenberger and his staff have been absolutely amazing. If I had any issues between treatments they were more than willing to get me right in, which I did but only once. They have given me my life back. The reason I decided to go in the first place was because the pain was getting intolerable. I was unable to get on the floor and play with my grandchildren, I was unable to do all of the activities that we used to do and I was unable to stay as active with my cycling, pickleball and other activities. I have always been a very active person and was becoming very depressed that I could no longer stay active or be able to keep my grandchildren on weekends, go on all our outings and adventures we did. After my treatments, my knees and I are back to enjoying life again with my husband, grandchildren, family and my friends. Thanks a million.Connie
Susan Briner: I have been dealing with stiff knee issues for years. My daughter who is a nurse practitioner knew some people that went to QC Kinetix for shoulder issues. She suggested I try it out. I’m so glad I decided to sign up! I am moving better than I have in years. No I’m not perfect but I am able to keep moving from sun up to sundown. Just recently I took my granddaughters to a carnival and walked and walked! Before I started my treatments I couldn’t hardly walk to the mailbox! I am still taking treatments. I’m trying not to “baby” my bad knee and feel like I’m getting “there”!! I’m so thankful for Dr Mildenberger and his kind staff. I’m always treated with such kindness and care! I so appreciate all of them !!! They REALLY do care about me !! Thank you!!!!
Kathleen Clay: I love QC Kinetix and everyone there! Jason and his staff are always pleasant to work with and my pain is just about gone BEFORE the completion of the shots! I feel confident that this was the best coice for me! I highly recommend it to anyone with lots of joint pain.
Michael Ewing: Extremely happy with the results of QC Kinetix therapy on my knee so far. I am four months in to the treatment and have very little pain as to before treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Jason, will answer all your questions as I have had a lot.
Connie Lewis: This Office is concerned about YOU! VERY professional yet courteous & gentle. All the Staff are nice people! PA-C Jason Mildenberger is AWESOME! I have told many friends & family THIS is the place to go if you have Arthritis Pain or any joint pain!Connie Lewis
Lauri Laughland: QC Kinetics makes everything about the process of treating joint pain effortless for the patient. I am bone-on-bone in both knees, but have had ZERO pain since the first of five treatments. I am recommending QC to everyone I know who has joint problems!
Windy Garrett: I'm getting my quality of life back. I'm moving without pain, returning to normal activities. I thought I was looking at surgery, this is so much better!!
James Robertson: My knees are so much better. Jason, it was everything you said it would be. Appointments were on time and in out quickly.I'll be coming back for my hips soon. Thanks Jason and crew for the good treatmentJim Robertson
Gina Robinson: My husband has completed 4 of 5 treatments, 5th will be completed in December 2021. He is feeling and doing things, with no pain, for the first time in 10 yrs!! It is amazing and we just pray it continues to be this great! Jason and all the staff at QC Kinetec have been wonderful!
Dakota Rosenfelt: Outstanding experience with a dedicated, caring team. I am bone on bone in my left ankle due to a complex medical condition, and the stem cell treatment protocol I received at QC Kinetix got me off of Celebrex and most importantly decreased my swelling and pain. Highly recommend this service to anyone who is curious about the "what if" this could help you aspect of your situation. It definitely helped mine! :-)
JOHN MILLER: I went in for knee pain. I did not want to have to get cortisone shots every time my knee pain became bad enough that I was forced to use a walker. My final treatment at QC Kinetix was a week ago, and my knee pain is gone for now.I am anxiously looking to the future and hope the knee pain will not return.
