Jen Townsley: The quality is wonderful. I've had many wedding photos printed here and have not been disappointed!Just know that they are a small business that is only open 3 days a week. I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.

Phone and email messages completely ignored. Expected so much more from a small local business. A let down for sure. Can not recommend.

Pepe Ruiz: A bit of a Scary place! -also, heart breaking. I went on a Thursday night and there were several people hanging out near the entrance just looking at customers come in and out. That was the scary part. When I was inside there was an agitated lady walking around wearing only socks on her feet, talking to herself and walking aimlessly through the aisles. I just smiled and said hi when our eyes crossed, but she had other things on her mind. I wish I could have done something more for her, but I was traveling and I didn't know phone numbers for places that could offfer help. Also, I just needed some toiletries for my trip and needed to get out quickly. I waited for an Uber inside the store. My heart broke a little for that lady. I hope she's fine. The store was not very clean, or well stocked. I was looking for a pair of socks, that most walgreens carry and that whole section was empty.

Told Cashier I wanted to purchase two(2)..she opened package & removed 2 & then she replaced the remaining e-cigs back underneath counter, instead of stocking items up on display next to the other flavors of NJOY! Not Good!👎[I'm a Walgreen's employee at a different location, which is why I knew where to look for the product...e-cigs] Other than that, store looked decent & clean.

Ty V: I had such a good experience with the print staff here. Not only did expedite my printing order at no cost, they also called me to tell me I had the option to printer on a different kind of paper and save myself $100+. The guy I talked to was so friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to help me out.

Lex Presley: I had my boyfriend go in around 7:45, and I was aware that they closed at 8. I needed him to send a fax, and when he asked one of the employees for help, he was told “the fax machines are over there and we close in like five minutes”. Apparently the fax machines are set up to charge your credit or debit card, and my boyfriend only had cash. I’m sure it was obvious that he needed help sending a fax as he was unable to send it. It doesn’t take more than a couple of minutes to send a fax, but yes, it’s pretty archaic technology. This is when someone should have offered to assist him. Instead, when my boyfriend walked back to the fax machines, the employees turned off the overhead lighting, a sure fire signal they were done for the day. Yet no employee had helped him or asked if help was needed. My boyfriend had little else to do besides ask what time they open the following day and to leave without accomplishing the task which he went there to do. I get it, no one likes the customer that comes in last minute and asks for mountains to be moved. But this was not the case. I really wish I had been there, because I definitely have a call planned for the manager. I just unfortunately don’t have the name of the guy who was there, (though I wouldn’t say he was actually “working” there), and turned off the lights at 7:55 with unaided customers still waiting for help.

Robert Bergholz: I went into the store to drop off a computer part to have it sent to a family member. This was a very expensive computer part so guaranteed 2 day shipping and $2000 worth of insurance cost me $64.Fast forward 3 days and the package hasn't moved from the original hub. As mentioned, this part is very expensive and currently next to impossible to find so no updates after the promised delivery date came and went was obviously a large cause for concern.. After multiple phone calls and getting the standard "the computer shows it's at the hub" I finally got a call from a case manager. This manager was incredibly muffled with, from what I understood, no new information. I told him I was having a hard time understanding him who then repeated basically the same story. I asked if the the package could simply be held where it was at and I'd pick it up and figure something out. He offered to send it back to me and I said okay as long as I could get a refund. He acknowledged the request and hung up. Several hours later without update I call again, asking for information. At this point I'm essentially told that they wouldn't help me because I requested a return to sender and that refunds can't be issued with such a request. They also refused to escalate any further because of the request even though 1) That wasn't my initial request and 2) He didn't explain any of this to me.Never using FedEx again. Hopefully my item gets back to me undamaged because I can only assume they're going to void the insurance as well.
Equal People: Jesslyn gave me the best service and attention I’ve ever received.I was sending a car title to my grandfather before my shift at Trader Joe’s,my phone wasn’t working to confirm the address I was sending to,but she understood the inconvenience and at the same time I was in a hurry.I restarted my phone and after several attempts of receiving a phone call, my grandad informed me we made a label for the wrong address, by one digit,and without hesitation Jesslyn reprinteda new one.She was kind, patient, smart, and quick.I really appreciate everything she did for me that day.
Danielle Davis: I normally go to this location because of the proximity to my home and the service is always excellent. However over the past weekend I’ve encountered an employee who rushed me off the phone, told me the store didn’t do curbside pickup, and also had an attitude when I had questions.The young lady named Jesslyn i believe was very rude and not friendly. I called the Saturday afternoon before pickup to see if my package had arrived. She took my name and said no. I attempted to ask questions after her response however she cut me off and the tone of her voice sounded as if she was annoyed I called.The day of pickup I pulled up and saw the curbside drop off AND pickup sign. So i parked and called into the store. She answered and told me “we only do curbside drop off” I told her the sign in front of me says pickup as well. She said “well I will just bring it out to you”. As I attempted to say thank you she ended the conversation with “k”. The tone of her voice over the phone was as if I was bothering her.When she came outside I again informed her that the sign in front of me says I can pickup via curbside. She again told me it’s only for drop off and you have to prepay for your package.If this location ONLY does curbside drop off then the sign out front needs to be changed ASAP.
Luai ALAHMAD: This location is the closest to my office, I always ship with FedEx, unfortunately very poor service and an professional customer service.They will always try to sell you boxes claiming that your box does not Match Fedex specifications.I took it to a different FedEx location and kid you not they took it the way it is.

marsha ramsey: I spent almost 2 hours at this location making copies, using scanner, etc. The last thing I needed to do is to cut some documents and signs. The cutting board was gone! I asked where it was and was told district manager told stores to take it away because of Covid19, and it would have germs on the handle!! RIDICULOUS. If that is the reason every printer, fax machine, computer, etc needs to go away! I would think the cutting board is used less than anything in the store! I used my own sterilizer to wipe down printer buttons, cabinet, etc. The scanner screen looked like someone had sneezed all over it so I cleaned it. There was nothing around to clean equipment, and no-one cleaned anything while I was there. But he wants the cutting boards gone! It is almost laughable. So I had to pay them to have my items cut!!...wonder if that is the real reason he took them out - in order to make a few cents! There is no other logical explanation. The one positive experience is the young man, Alex, working behind the counter that was very nice and helpful.

Melissa Tope: Awful. Lady at the counter was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes and asked me “did you see the hours on the door” when I asked if they were open on Sunday. Terrible customer service. I asked two simple questions and this woman acted INCONVENIENCED that I had asked her to do her job. Did I mention the store was EMPTY and there were no other customers inside due to corona. I’m trying to mail a personal cell phone to its owner who accidentally left it behind - a friend who is now in an emergency situation at a hospital in Oregon. Sorry, but there is no excuse for this kind of treatment to customers.
Elissa Prager: I have had several instances in the store of extremely poor customer service. Today I use the self-service machine, which clearly was out of ink. I went up to the counter to ask it to be reprinted the assistant manager proceeded to belittle me and say that I must have printed incorrectly and that I needed to re-insert my credit card so that he could see what I did to make it print that way! Absolutely ridiculous! It was two pieces of paper. I could understand if I printed a novel. Unfortunately this is the closest FedEx to my house and my job requires that I print on a weekly basis. I usually attempt to go to the Westport location where the customer service and quality of prints is excellent. My mistake for coming here today and wasting $3 on unusable prints.

Zach Leffers: There’s no better place to get film developed than Express Photo. The owner is a wizard. Perhaps straight out of a Pixar movie, in the best way possible.During peak summer/fall season, turnaround times for photos can reach 1-2 months because photographers around the country know that Express Photo is the best. And we’ll all still send film and wait, because it’s 100% worth it.
Roan: Wanted to express my immense support of the two who run this operation. I don’t think a lot of people realize how minute film photography has become, and not only is a privilege to have a two/three day photo shop in KC, but also the affordability of it considering the recent uptake in film prices due to its popularity. Both Steve and Sherri work incredibly hard to turn film around for students, amateurs, and professionals, and though may sometimes be stressed or busy, are great people who are willing to talk about your work and your process. If you can grant them some extra patience, it’s a well worth experience that’ll help you grow and learn as a photographer. Hoping this place stays open as long as it can because we need more places like this!

Which is a shame its right down the street..I called to inquire about rates and time frames for developing some rolls I have. I am brand new to the art of film photography and had a few questions to better understand the process. After a few questions I could tell the man on the phone was becoming annoyed. The man that was a representative of this business started gatekeeping what I assume is his profession. Making snide remarks about how could I not know what the process or timeframe of developing film was? How I should go elsewhere if I didnt like the time it took to process film and that I should go to him for his "quality of work"..They were simple questions in my head and I found it really off putting and not so "quality of work" to make such juvenile remarks to a potential new client. He didn't even have my rolls yet.So I decided to go to Process One in Overland Park. Based solely on the first impression of my interaction with a rep of Express Photo.TL:DRCalled to inquire about rates and timeframe, representative (potentially owner) was condescending and brash to a potential new and returning client.
