Angela Chalmers: Brought my 7 year old here.. coaches were not friendly or encouraging.. .. my son has never done agility and speed trying . I'm trying to get him to be more active . And they weren't very nice to him. A coach stood and watch him ..struggling and breath hard trying to keep up and turns to me and says . What's wrong w him?? I replied with. Well sir this is his first time he's gotta get use to it. Of course he's not gonna be at level with others I left and will never go back. Definitely not a very encouraging place..I definitely need a more encouraging place to motivate.. would of been nice if coaches woulda at least even said hello to me. .. just rude. ..glad I only paid for that 1 day . Money wasted . ..
DaShaun Carter: The staff here is the most professional in the area. Hands down, if you are looking to grow in the off-season, this is the only place I recommend. Their incredible level of expertise is a perfect match for their unmatched heart and passion for the community!

Greg Welker: Very disappointed with KC Athlete Training!!Communication and follow through was zero. I took my son for his first session (one on one training). We had a great first session and my son was pumped about getting more. When we ended the session we were informed by Jim that he would email us and get something set up to get in sessions so they could provide him additional training. The hype my son was sold regarding how much they will help him turned out to be empty talk.We never heard anything back. I called several times and sent several emails trying to get a response. (4-5 emails and calls)Finally after persistence (only because my son was energized about the extra training) did I try again. Finally got a response apologizing for the calls and messages being ignored.I was then told by Jim that he could not help with training due to full schedule, camps, etc.This is information that should have been relayed to us from the beginning and I would not have wasted our time. Very unprofessional. And it irritates me more when all this hype was told to my son and on how they can help him.This is bad business and ethically wrong especially when working with young athletes.I would not recommend them to anyone. They could be great at how they train but to treat someone this way shows their moral character and would not want any young minds to be part of that environment.

Emma Ishmael: I've been going to games here for 10-12 years, 6 of those with a baby under 2. Finally visited the mother's room this trip and wish I would've in the past. Air conditioning and rocking chairs for mom's who need to feed their babies!The kid's outfield experience is nice. Free playground and they added a splash pad. However, adding some sort of shade structure over the playground would be a good idea. It was too hot on the slides. There are also activities you can pay $2 each.Love that they let you bring unopened water or sports drink in, as well as food! Makes it much more affordable for families.

George (Everbruz): Pretty cool place for some bball. I think it hasn't been cleaned in a while. I think I saw a drink I spilled at a Garth Brooks concert in the 90s. Overall. Good place for some sports tourneys.
Paige Sowell: Great facility. The inside courts of the top floor are difficult to see and it can get very stuffy up in the seating area.

Karolyn Shikles: Good place for H.S. graduations. Parking directions aren't the best and traffic can be a problem.

Same complaints both Saturday and Sunday. Not a good place for graduations! Wait parking was good with no problems..... Kemper Arena did rock back in the day!

Heather .Heater: Nice facility. Came for a graduation and seating as nice. There were some poorly executed plans, though. I don't know if it was the arena, the school, a combination of the two. It was not clear how handicap was supposed to get up to the second floor. It was not clear that you were not supposed to sit on the bottom, and the parking was absolutely terrible. There were no parking attendees, and it took more than an hour to exit the parking lot.Again, the facility was, it was clean, and it was ideal for a graduation of that size.

will c: The venue is nice, but could use better directing of parking in the lots. Most congestion in the parking lots and roads was lack of knowing which lot were full and everyone driving all over all them to figure out there was parking further around back. And this was the only parking lot left. What should have most likely taken 15 to 20 minutes to park took over 45 minutes due to driving through already full areas that could have been corded off or had traffic direct to by a person to the quickest path to the only parking available. I arrived a half hour earlier than venue start time and was still late to get inside on time. An easy fix just has to be done by venue staff.

Ri19Co: If I could give negative stars I would. The owner of the establishment runs scheduling for tournaments. They posted game times a week prior and changed game times 24 hrs before game. Highly unprofessional as this information is only portrayed via email. Switching game times 24 hrs before a game where you have a team with families and job responsibilities is hard to believe. When I tried addressing the situation with the owner I had to reach out via email when he should be there in person to be accountable for his league. When I tried reaching out he told me that my team was the only one affected by the time switch and held no responsibility. If you plan on playing here make sure to turn on your notifications on your phone, put the loudest ringtone, sleep with your phone beside your ear, you may even have to have two phones just in case your first phone does not receive the notification, and check your phone every hour on the hour to be sure that you have plenty of time to make changes in your personal life to accommodate the switching of times as this is how you will be sure you get the correct schedule for your team. The league is decent but “times may be subject to change”, at least make that be known to all new teams. Website is hard to navigate, be prepared for a goose chase. The onsite staff are nice at least.

Spencer Kaufman: Love what KC crew is doing, I participated in the pickup basketball program. Great workout and great networking opportunity. They make you feel super welcome and there is no shame! That is saying a lot as a wrestler who can barely dribble and showed up in running shoes. Still had lots of fun, and the facilities are nice. Definitely give this organization a shot!

This is pretty messed up that you guys treat your veterans this was. Why announce and say there was 2 winners if you weren’t going to honor it?"I was told "If you are going to treat our staff with disrespect for something FREE (you have the option to play or not) that is meant to be a fun, mental, and social release for those looking to stay safe at home AND use the veteran card we'd prefer if you no longer attended our events in the future."Super disappointed that I was treated this way by a fellow soldier . This was his way of solving things."Our staff manages the events and then we process the gift cards for the winners reported. If the staff didn't report you as a winner then you don't get a gift card. That's how it works.If they said your name and didn't tell us you won then that's what happened and we apologize. WHICH IS WHAT HAPPENED!So at the end of the day I will no longer be playing because I am considered a disheartening Vet because I was playing a free game and wanted to claim my prize!Very Disappointed! Luke you are very rude and that email was unwarrented.
