311 Action Center: what do users think?
Lorraine Black: The Trash pick up men are Lazy and Unprofessional I had 2 bags out which is Rare and they took one and left the other leaving an extra job for me to resolve No supervsiorto address the issues Nothing Sad Lazy Men workers that Don't Do they job but get away with it Sad😞
B: Reported illegal dumping and received an email a couple days later saying that it was resolved. Items that were dumped is still at that location.
Connie Teeter: I'm very impressed with the guys that paved our road on 108th and Marsh. It was trash pickup day the same day and They Carried everybody's recycling bins and trash up to the corner and labeled each recycling bin with the number address on the recycling bin. That's awesome good job guys thanks a lot Happy homeowner on 108th and Marsh.
Jenny Cavallaro: The kc trash company on request does nothing for someone who reports on non trash pickup, all they say is resolved! I'm sick of people who can't do a job as easy as picking up a bag!
LaFrance' Johnson: The 311 Action Center is a very effective and efficient organization! Every time I called to open a case--each call was strategically handled! Thank you 311 for being such a blessing in our the Kansas City Region and for helping the citizens of Kansas City resolve various issues for the betterment of our City and communities. I personally have had a very pleasant yet rewarding experience with this governmental entity! Be blessed 311! Be blessed Kansas City!!!
Chuck Williams: 311 had been a blessing for every issue I've called about in our first year and a half loving in KCMO. They've resolved street flooding, broken water mains, potholes, and today someone lost a 50-gallon oil drum into my neighbor's yard. KC Water was dispatched along with City Management Environmental Services. They cleaned and treated the street, removed the barrel and called for a street sweeper to come collect the car litter.Staff on the phone and in person have always been top-notch professional and courteous. During one storm water drain replacement project I emailed concerns to the mayor's office and City Management answered my concerns with an email and action on the same day. I'm very pleased with every time I've called 311.
Kathryn Brockenberry: The trash company I've done very well picking up the trash promptly play
Chris Miller: The community needs to do more to help people who has special needs and disability olive off of SSI and SSDI but don't get any help at all as far as support or food I did not even get 1 thing for the holidays
Jean Warder: I want to let you know James Coates and his crew did an outstanding job fixing the water main break. Very courteous and kept us up to date when we went out to check on things! You don't pay those guys enough!! Thank you so much!
James Ring: It's a miracle! For the 1st time in months our trash and recycle was picked up on the same day! Wow I am seriously in shock! It was even our scheduled day. The recycle was actually a full week late but still this is a huge step for Jim's. Congratulations keep up the good work!
A Arnold: The Action Center is wonderful. It’s great the citizens can help make our city great with the help of the kind staff at the 311 center.
M W: The staff is very nice but Eric Goodman the supposed manager doesn't return calls and the call center doesn't actually get any services accomplished
sandy Anderson: Thanks so much for plowing our street today! At 47th and Vermont. We all appreciate you guys getting out do we can get to work! Stay safe! The Anderson family
Michael Shaw: Courteous, professional, knowledgeable staff
Tina Jones: Just tried calling and it says it can't be completed as dialed. I've never had a problem calling before. What is going on?
Amy McWade: Called yesterday about an issue that ended up being a Spire issue not KC, the lady could not have been nicer and led me in the right direction of who to contact.
Thor Nelson: I always get an email reply. The problems I report are corrected quickly, especially with the street and water departments. One might try calling 311 on the phone to speak with a person.
K M: Cant talk to a "real" person now - I have left 2 messages and can't seem to get a call back. If this is supposed to be a process improvement - it must definitely is not. Terrible customer service!!! I will continue to leave messages until maybe someday someone will call me back :(:(:(

Kansas City Direct Primary Care: what do users think?
Jason Fusco: They foisted a merger upon current clients that required not only a change in location (which is obviously important when deciding to whom you intrust care) and where a one-year contract was required. New location, completely new people, very little continuation of care. No good KCDPC. At the end of the day they aren't any different than other healthcare providers.
Carinn Ake: My family of 4 have been patients at KCDPC for two years. We are always well cared for whether I call in for reminders on best practices for my 7mo’s upper respiratory infection or when I need a quick appointment b/c my 5yo is favoring his wrist after a scooter fall. The nursing staff is always warm and friendly over the phone and in person. Conversations and appointments never feel rushed. In the last month or so we’ve had appointments with Nohemi, NP, and have felt just as well cared for in those appointments as we have with Dr. Edwards. I love all the above and that KCDPC is always open about what is happening at the clinic through regular communications by email. My uninsured family currently receives better healthcare with KCDPC than we ever did when we actually had health insurance making calling the doctor one less thing for this mom and wife to worry about.
Dennis Jones: This place doesn’t have a Doctor in the clinic most of the time. I specifically asked to pay for a Dr. visit- A Nurse Practitioner shows up and says they don’t have a Dr. there but she could do everything a Dr. can. And if she can’t she could call the Dr. if she had any questions. I like NP’s.they are sometimes better than Dr.s, but they should display that a NP is going to see you most of the time not a Dr. Plus the Dr. that was in the Clinic` is now on maternity leave. I’m happy for her, but they should have another Dr. fill in until she returns.
Jessica Hovis: Dr. Short and his staff are very great to work with! Highly recommended!
Mike Scherer: Don't think I could possibly be happier.
adam farinelli: My Doc. Dr. Allison Edwards is the coolest most capable doctor I know. When my kids are sick she's available and always makes them feel better. Also she's available when I need 7 sutures in my shin to close up a wound. And she knocked it out in less than an hour. Back to work . Forever grateful forever my doctor. Thank you very much
Joseph “Pirate” Sekavec: Dr. Edwards is professional and extremely talented. I have been in for a minor procedure, as well as discussing future healthcare goals and getting a series of bloodwork panels done, and Doc has made sure i understand them and how they affect me without being condescending. This is indicative of her overall great bedside manner, making even nervous patients (like me) feel at ease.Additionally, the business model is great here. If you want to have cheap, high quality medical care that is personal, you need to support this practice or one like it. I will be a patient here as long as i live in KC.
Dyana M: Top-notch physician truly in the profession for all the right reasons. She very much cares for those under her care. Wonderful staff as well. Very resourceful in offering options for expensive procedures.
Abigail Johanson: I have received excellent, compasionate care from all members of staff at the Kansas City Direct Primary Care. Dr. Edwards is genuinely interested in what I have to say, addresses my concerns and questions head-on, and gives straightforward pricing, medical testing, and advice. At KCDPC it is easy to get an appointment or a phone call from a doctor I trust. On the lab work side, Laurin Myers is one of the most skillful phlebotomist I've ever come across. If I have to have blood drawn or immunizations (which is never my idea of a fun day), Laurin makes it painless, quick, and simple.Everyone I have encountered at KCDPC has been courteous, professional, and understanding - I am fortunate to have found this practice and can't reccommend it enough. Thank you KCDPC!
Jonathan Bush: Very thorough with her work, and she shows that she really cares about what's going on! Also, about a third of the price for my entire family than it would be to get health insurance for just me. It helps to have this option available when health insurance is not.
Kayla Asher: Dr. Allison & Laurin are both so great they made the whole experience super comfortable and easy. I will definitely be referring anyone and everyone. The business model is great and so is the atmosphere.
Joseph Lalli: Amazing experience, business model, care, and most of all - people.
Jay Warring: Fantastic doctor who takes time to meet with patients. Easy and fast to book appointments.
Cole Fam: As a mother of multiple children, it is important for me to have a doctor that is accessible for those unexpected acute illnesses or injuries. Its easy to make an appointments but those acute urgent matters are what’s the deal breaker for me. Dr. Edwards or her colleagues has been available in a timely manner every time I’ve had an issue like that. Hopefully one day she can grow to expand and cover all 7 days/week.
Harmony Lane: Dr. Edwards has been my primary doctor for about a year and a half. She also sees my kids even though they have insurance. She’s very easy to get a hold of and returns calls quickly to avoid unnecessary trips to the ER. I refer people to her all the time...although I hate to only because I’m selfish and don’t want her to ever get too busy for me. 😀
Dahnika Short: Dr. Edwards is patient, kind, and empathetic. She is a highly qualified, experienced primary care physician.
Jason: I've had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Dr Edwards.
Kelsey McLellan: Dr. Edwards really takes the time to make you feel comfortable and to ensure a pleasant experience at KCDPC, I highly recommend her services!
Jordan Pratt: I heard the nurse and Dr. Edward's through the bluetooth of my friend's car, and they were both shockingly rude and unprofessional! Needless to say, I wasn't impressed. I implore you go to a minute Clinic instead.
Jessica Corsi: Dr. Edwards really listens and has helped me figure out the best course of action for my health. I highly recommend her.
Charlie Albers: Doctor Edwards is creating a new movement in healthcare with KCDPC. Outstanding care, transparency, affordability and prompt treatment! The membership covers about 95% of typical medical care while taking a preventive approach to treating disease and illness. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a sustainable solution to the future of healthcare.

The Kansas City Public Library: Central Library: what do users think?
Jeremy Miller: So much fun if you have kids! They loved riding it!
Cynthia: We visited from IL and had the best experience here! Specifically, the children's area. But first, the parking garage-- it is SO cool! We took quite a few pictures of that, alone. The entrance to the children's department was so neat. It's spacious, fun, clean, has a teen area, and we happened to go during their summer reading signup. We were able to sign up, even though we are from Illinois, and we got amazing prizes for reading while we were there! The library itself was a bank, so there's a lot to history. We got to see the vault (which has now converted to a little movie theater) in the basement. There's also an outdoor area/ rooftop that hosts native wildflowers. Loved, loved this library!
Roaming Tigress: What’s not to like in this incredibly large building? I am curious to know approx how many books they house? 🧐 it’s amazingly stuffed full of goodies everywhere! My two spots of interest are the rooftop - the chess ♟️ pieces were gone prob due to needing space for the movies 🍿 shown up there. And the children’s /teens library. From the bookend benches, printed tutorials to teach you checkers or chess, huge faux tree, & much more to dazzle before your eyes!!Everything is free including the movies in the vault on the lower level. Great room for fun pics! The outside is the best with the book decor & steps that look like books. Check out our local library. You will be glad you did!!Periodically they will have exhibits on the first floor on various topics.Happy reading 📖!
Mary Brown: Great information
Julie Vaughn: Beautiful old building. Was sightseeing, looking for the Bookshelf. Stopped in to view the architecture.
Greg Bem: Stopped by as a tourist. Really cool First National Bank building. Fantastic galleries and the services all look really great.
R Cusick: Do yourself a favor and plan a full day at the library. I mean it! I got stuck there in the rain when I had planned to explore much of downtown KC, and it was a blessing in disguise. I still didn't see it all, though I did check out every floor. The first floor is grand and old-fashioned. The second floor has a neat art gallery that was holding a collage exhibition. The children's section of the library is absolutely astounding. The Grand Reading Room is a lovely space--I sat in the windowseat, read, and watched the rain. I messaged a friend where I was and he mentioned a chess set on the roof. I hadn't gotten out there since it was raining, but I popped my umbrella and took a look. I'm so glad I didn't miss the rooftop terrace! All in all, this was more than enough to fill my day, and I hope to get back again soon.
J Graham: Quite chill laid back
Ruth Frank: I love libraries, and this is definitely one of my very favorites! The historical, enchanting bank building with its surprising vault theater and welcoming, helpful staff, a new treasure around every corner!! It is a fascinating museum in itself!
Avya Thomas: Beautiful!
Brian Lee: Plenty of quite space.
Delaney Lange: So much history, a beautiful building with such an interesting downstairs! This used to be a bank and there are still original fixtures from those days including a vault they've converted into a small movie theater! Very cool. Very populated with homeless people though and some scary individuals hanging out in the bathrooms
Ray Vunovich: Great place to relax and learn. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Susan Ikazaki: The KCMO Public Library is a critical community resource. Their staff are unsung heroes. One example comes to mind: when I am using a library PC, I often observe staff members who are going above and beyond to help people who have little experience in using computers.
Gunner Meyers: Beautiful library, and friendly staff, the second floor rooftop has great views of downtown. Elevator was out when I visited and it was hard on my knees.
Brent Gieseke: Visited for Citizenship Ceremony for 2 friends.
alexander Mantilla: La lectura es cultura
Keith Nolen: Appreciated the help been a long time since I was in the main branch will go more frequent
Maya Luque: I love the KC library! My husband and I moved here for a year from Portland, Oregon. This library has been one of my favorite aspects of our time here.To start, it’s a beautiful building. I love the art gallery, the Eviction art installation, and the curation/layout of the building! From the clean bathrooms, to the comforting reading nooks, printing center, and musical events, this is my favorite library! I always feel so safe and happy here.I have truly loved my time pursuing the shelves, and am currently reading my 145th book of the year thanks to this library. Thankful for this haven of literature!
Armita: This is one of the best libraries I've visited. The design of this library is amazing. There are many elements of the book in this building. The parking garage steps are book. The garage walls are book spines. The wall of the musume is desings of the books. And the most amazing part of this library is the children's area. The entrance to the children’s area is walking into a fairy tale book. Absolutely beautiful.
Ounjanise Williams: Nice atmosphere

Kansas City VA Medical Center : US Veterans Affairs Department: what do users think?
Mark Waite: Great staff and 5 star care
Kyle G.: Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional phone operators. So glad I don’t go through this VA anymore.
Rick Layson: My dad goes to Kansas City Medical Center for all his medical needs and doctor's appointments
Frazier Taylor: Good place to go once you're in the VA's system. You can get access to a lot for your military health records.
Katherine Menges: The VA is my go-to for all my health care needs. I love the people who work to serve the military and veteran population.
Jirozation Hari: Everytime I call to this place, the operators always direct me to a dead end number. It seems that most of thier front desk and operators can't operate a phone transfer or their directory is just messed up.The emergency doctor in night shift also lacks detail at work that the nurse had to call him twice just to ask me a question that hasn't been asked before... I mean if ur a doctor, does ur nurse really have to remind you to do stuff? And after all that, he has to say "thank you for your service" annoyingly repeatedly.
Joseph Jines: VA has always been awesome to me.
Jo Jo Beans: Terrible place to work. The whole VA and surrounding area is filthy, disgusting, lawless, and just plain horrible place to work and/or visit. Traffic is horrendous, drivers are rude and downright dangerous. There is no police presence until AFTER something occurs. The streets are filled with homeless, and drug deals are out in the open.Population is not afraid of cops; cops seem to be afraid of the general population. Beggars at main intersections with garbage and other debris filling the sides of the roads. If you're passing through, don't stop. Seriously, it's dirty and dangerous. It's not a place for civilized human beings and the people who live and work in that area seem to be inured to it all.
Ernest Mcafee: Very nice staff ,but another wild goose chase
Kenneth Gallagher: Had a great in and out experience with the silver clinic and lab
Rafael Escobar: Great place, treatment, service, staff can't complain.
Alene Wesner: Most of the workers are top-notch and seem to care about us (veterans). However, after observing a radiology report that said "normal... for a premenopausal female.", I highly doubt the integrity of its doctors since I am 68 years old and went into menopause when I was 44. If doctors can't be bothered with checking the file of the case they are observing before giving their prognosis, they need to change careers.
BUSH: I've been a family member with the Eastern Kansas Medical Center, Behavioral Health, and Domicilary for years. I describe the facilities as being best obtainable, in what they do, to be my VA home of choice.
James Miller: Very efficient out-patient clinic.
Rodney Davis: No issues at all, they have always been great to me.
Charlene Richardson: Very clean professional employee curtious ,if only the front door wasn't so far away,no seats to set in if u get winded or legs hurt Thanks covid 19.
Ernest Morrow: My 2nd Home...
David French: All in all I've gotten great care.
Connie Plemons: The new improvement is amazing.
sal rios: Great staff & Dr.s. great job
Ron Burgundy: Best VA I've been to.

Children's Mercy Adele Hall Campus: what do users think?
Ally Gordon: I'm here at children mercy 22nd st. In the ER with my 17 yr old in pain in a rm. And no one comes for awhile then 3 unfriendly nurses she sees never introduce themselves , No doctor seem , and got my child's test report Wrong.
Amy Gay: Amazing people they helped save my son another reason we are moving closer
Carman Meade: Great nurses and service. The cafeteria is horrific. The times when different stations is open is inconsistent. I was told it is all based on staffing. Often food in coolers is out dated. Cafeteria staff need a strong course on customer experience and professional behavior. I would think a hospital where each patient mostly has at least one guest could be better than this.
Christa Hedberg: I went to go see my MS doctor; Tyler Allison. He is the best doctor you will ever have. He has great answers to your questions or concerns. I have been seeing him twice a year for 4 years. Children’s Mercy is one of the best places to take your child for their medical needs. Thank you to all the kind staff there for all they have done for me. I appreciate it!
Marcus Miller: Joelle Guthrie in the behavioral sciences department is amazing with her patient support and communication!
Chrisy Fairman: Horrible staff they act like high schoolers who has nothing going on that they have to start rumors and they refused to stitch my daughter up until we talked to CSP because there was a rumor going around we abused our daughter CPS said they didn’t see any concerns. grow up and do your jobs!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SMH
Davon Beachy: Easily the best hospital experience we have ever had. We have been there twice for open heart surgeries for our child. The caring atmosphere and compassionate culture are second to none. I am amazed that a hospital of this size can maintain such a positive culture. I’ve been to other hospitals that are ok or even good, but the care at Childrens Mercy was above and beyond!
Jake Huppe: Our son was diagnosed with spina bifida at our 20 week ultra sound and we spent every week since at CMH in the fetal health center and my wife even delivered there. Everyone in fetal health and neurosurgery is PHENOMENAL! We give them 5 stars. Our problem is with 4 West. Our son is currently 4 weeks old and we have stayed there overnight twice after neurosurgeries and it’s the same stuff with different staff. None of the nurses seemed to know anything about our son. The first nurse was trying to calm him down by patting him aggressively on the lower back. If you knew anything about him or spina bifida, you’d know he has a big wound right where you’re hitting him and you’re hurting him. Every staff member seems shocked when we mention that we have to cath him every 6 hours. Again, if you read anything about him or knew about spina bifida at all, this wouldn’t be surprising. We had an instance where our son was screaming after eating and it was clear he was in pain. He also had an IV in his leg and his leg had swollen to the point where it was solid as a rock. We told one of the nurses who was just sitting at the desk looking at her phone and she said she’d let our nurse know. It wasn’t until about an hour later, we went back out to the nurses station after our son had projectile vomited and we found our nurse just having a casual conversation with the other nurses. Then, everyone rushed into our room and finally took care of him.Shortly after, I listened through the door and heard the nurses talking about us and laughing, making fun of us for being concerned when his monitor was going off. Our nurse jokingly said, “I should’ve turned his vitals off while I was in there.” There were other things said that we’re simply unprofessional and not warranted at all.My wife and I are pretty passive people and don’t raise a big fuss over things, but when our newborn is projectile vomiting, screaming, and swollen solid for over an hour, we expect a little more urgency. The entire 4 west staff is horrible and needs to do a better job of actually knowing about their patients. It’s not hard to find his records- he has been seen here since 20 weeks before he was born. It’s so sad because I know this is a great hospital and not every unit is like this.
Jerry Kelsey: We made the mistake of going to Dr. Horii and Children's Mercy in Kansas City. Initially we were told by our pediatrician that our daughters hemangiomas were not a cause for concern until they reached a total of 9. Our daughter had 6. Out of precaution, we went to see a dermatologist specialist (Dr. Horii).Upon arrival they were surprised to see a healthy baby girl and expected her to be very sickly (did they mix up the children?) Dr. Horii told us actually 5 or more hemangiomas were a cause for concern. She had us take X-rays of our daughter to make sure she was okay internally. The X-rays came back as innumerable and apparently unable to be counted because there was so many.We then were referred to go see a cardiologist to see if she was healthy enough to be put on blood pressure medication to treat the hemangiomas. We were skeptical at this point. The cardiologist questioned the need for treatment because he could not see any on her liver. At some point we saw an Angela Tendick who seemed to keep trying to schedule follow ups and keep us (spending money) with Children’s Mercy. We had moved to Wichita so she set us up with a doctor from children’s mercy there who also told us that he could not see any hemangiomas on the X-ray.My wife got a job in Hutchinson with good local insurance. Hutchinson confirmed that our daughter did not have hemangiomas. Angela Tendick did a zoom call with us and tried to tell us that Hutchinson was not equipped with the proper equipment to see these. At that point we realized they were innumerable because they didn’t exist and could not be counted. The billing at children’s mercy is also one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We received bill after bill for what we thought we had paid or insurance had covered. The billing department was unhelpful because they had turned us over to collections without any phone call or mail saying we had anything overdue. When we called they couldn’t help because it was out of their hands. Thousands of dollars wasted and we continue to get bills from children’s mercy even though it’s been 9 months since we have had work done. Something is truly corrupt in this money pit you call a hospital. Nothing helpful came from this place, just wasted time and money.Edit: I forgot to mention that weeks before we were turned into collections that my wife called and was told that we had paid everything off. Also, after this whole mess she was frustrated and asked to just pay it all off at once so we wouldn’t have to deal with them anymore. So how are we receiving bills after that and we haven’t been to children’s mercy since?
Rafaela Abdulmassih ferreira: Never in my life I have seen such bad ER, I have been waiting for more than 6 hours with my 2 yrs old daughter, they just said to me that still has 10 more in the line! Where are the doctors????? Huge structure, looks beautiful inside, but they are missing the basic! Where are the doctors, the children are suffering, … I will never recommend this hospital for anyone. There is no human being responsibility. Can not believe that in a country like that this could be possible!
Valerie Ma: We LOVE this hospital and today I had the most amazing experience over the phone with Danielle from billing. She was so patient and kind, taking the time to research and help me understand our bill that I was more than happy to pay it!
Kim Miller: It is going to take 5 months to get a MRI of my son’ chest and brain because it is a 3 hour procedure with anesthesia . This does not seem like a reasonable timeframe. This is after many other issues we have had. 10 years ago I was proud to have CMH care for my kiddo. It does not seem like they value him or his wellbeing. I called the patient advocate line and no one returned my call. Can CMH staff other locations with anesthesia??
Rockie: Nice facility with easy parking access.
Donald Smith: Very unprofessional treatment. Felt very disrespected and treated reduculously. Would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.
Kristen Burts: My daughter got really sick and was transferred here from Joplin. She was so well taken care of by all staff. I would recommend this hospital for sure.
nich H: Absolutely the slowest hospital I’ve ever been to for emergencies. I do not recommend coming to the emergency services here unless ur child is seen here regularly. We waited almost 7hrs for a prescription for antibiotics to be sent to Walgreens. They didn’t even give him any while we were there. Terrible experience everytime we come here. I suggest brookside medical center
Heather Parsons: This hospital's er is a joke. Brought my son in with BREATHING PROBLEMS and they let him sit in the er waiting room while taking a child who came in with a tummy ache before seeing him. This place already killed one of my kids and now they are trying to take a second one from me.
shenicka lowe: Children's mercy use to be very easy to communicate with. Here lately it's difficult to get things done. Like a physical form complete after a well child exam. When you call you receive different information about the same issue. My son's provider offered him a helmet and we didn't receive it. I'm highly disappointed with the quality of care we've been receiving lately.
Amy Sanders: My son was cared for with patience and love.
Rachel Morgan: I recently took my child to get some lab work done that we were told would take about an hour. From the time we were brought back for the testing, Tawny was patient, explained the process well, friendly, and even had a tablet available for my son (it was early and I forgot to bring entertainment with us).He was apprehensive about the needle, and she moved so quickly that he barely knew what was happening. I've never seen someone find a vein that expertly. His previous experience with a blood draw was difficult, so just wanted to thank her for our experience and let the facility know she is doing a great job. Also, both of my kids have been seeing Dr. Tam-Williams for a few years now. She has always been funny, sunny, explains things thoroughly, and is patient to be sure I understand things fully. She really takes her time during each visit. As of late we've been needing extra information. She and her nurses have been exceptional at communicating through the portal quickly and thoroughly the multiple times I've contacted them.We are very appreciative of the staff we have encountered so far at Children's Mercy.
Joe Yakopec: Words can't describe how awesome this place is for care. My 10 year old daughter needed emergency surgery and the care that everyone provided was amazing. From the janitors to every doctor the service, care, transparency, and facility were amazing.i hope I never have to come back but I wouldn't want any other place taking care of my little girl.Don't eat at the cafeteria however. The food and food choices aren't very good and the rude staff was even worse.

City of Kansas City Health Department: what do users think?
Calliie Javaid: Clean, employees are polite and a pleasant visit.
Kaila Watkins: Front desk man is completely inconsiderate, rude and unprofessional with giving out information to individuals who are needing help.
Charlie Goodrich: Impressive decor. People seem friends enough.
Antonio Rodriguez: Super rude lady. My mom went and the clerk wanted to charge her an additional $315.00. The clerk was also being intrusive (disrespectful) and demanding $315.00 from my mom even after my mom already paid.My mom couldn’t defend herself because her English isn’t great, so this rude lady clerk was taking advantage. This is not how Kansas Citians are. She does not represent our lovely culture. Please check your office staff. In the end, a Hispanic guy who translated had to step-in and be a voice for my mom.
Mary Manning: These people are more concerned about free food made with love for homeless people, than actual fast food places. Example KFC on Barry road is filthy. I have never had a reason to go to building, or actually deal with these people, don't think I would really want to
Istchel Morales: Took my kids they were very nice!
joy biggs: Very organized and quick
Ray Vunovich: The lady that helped me today was very informative as well as being helpful in getting me what I needed. Thank you to everybody in the office at the health department for making my day a lot easier.
Raquel Pineda: Esta bien!Fui para un examen físico!
Mintymonkeynuts: Very nice experience
Jozzy Zigg: The staff was helpful, the transaction was quick. It took longer to fill out my form than it took to get my documents. 10/10 would recommend. 3 out of 5 stars. Wouldn't change a thing.
Mike HARRIS: Great
Mamiegirl Dorbor: Fast service and great experience!
Rob White: The security guards at the front are very rude an didn't seem to wanna do there job! They should be the friendliest ones there! If they don't wanna do there jobs then they shouldn't do security an don't schedule no appointment cause they don't honor appointment times my appointment was at 1pm an still sitting here waiting at 230pm horrible service
Edwin vav: Rude disrespectfull and with a mental issues. Gave no chance to a hispanic lady today at her business. Fire the lady she got mental problems.
Shakera Ross: Waited 5 1/2 hours at their back to school immunization clinic. Workers were calling people out of order and were very rude when people asked questions. They continues to belittle and talk down on community members who were there to get shota.
Rachelle Huntley: Very unprofessional. No pleasantries ladies at the Birth/Death certificate office to busy in their cell phones!! RUDE
wendy alvarado: Security guards and staff are very rude. They never answered the phone so i walked in and the directory/security guards rolled their eyes and were very rude then the receptionist was rude too. I just had to walk out it was very disappointing. Never coming back.
Randy S: Called to report a KC Urgent Care Dr. giving Erroneous advice on Covid Vaccination, was told it wasn't their problem! The lady acted like she could care less!
Khandi Myers: I get my booster here. Now appointment necessary and done in less than an hour. Going back for my flu shot.
Queen W: Literally will never get through to anyone. I literally called like 8 times and NEVER got anyone to answer. Just go down there. They still won't be helpful but at least you'll speak to someone
