Jennifer Murdick: I have been coming to Tractor Supply every week for the past year and never had a problem. Went in today for a hose connection the price was 9.99 there were several sitting there so I grabbed one. It rang up 19.99. The manager Wesley, told me a costomer must have put it there, he said he would fix it this time but any other time he would tell me to shop elsewhere. So, I returned the thing completely and will not be returning. You don't tell your regular customers to shop somewhere else over $10. Good job
Brenda Bigelow: Employees are all pretty friendly. I visit here, 1-2 times a month, they go out of their way to see if you need anything and are good about striking up a conversation. Store is pretty well stocked and clean. I have used the online purchasing, and picked up in store and also had the curbside pick up both went smooth and quick.

I could tell it made his day better to make my day worst. I feel absolutely disgusted.

Brandon Shumaker: I'm doing this review because I feel like Multiple employees were called to the front door immediately like some organized move assuming someone was gonna steal and run out with stuff. I'm the type of shopper that comes in and out for a handful of things and always fast..maybe I scared someone? Because the vibes I got were negative and the old lady cashier acted like she didn't want to talk to me I had to tell her I have a membership! and she was still very nasty. Next time I will be more alert and listen in but I never concern myself but the vibes impacted me enough to write all this even though they probably could've been watching a real thief it still made me very uncomfortable!On top of all that fearing the safety of the stock boys that would be ordered by management to act as security if such incident was to actually happen should be reprimanded.

Andrew Kolman: Mostly go here for pet food. They have a nice selection of that including science diet. They also have guinea pig and rabbit food. Store is always clean and people are friendly. Never busy. No complaints.
The One: Crazy Karen manager super concerned people going through a parking lot as they inconsiderately closed 4th street and Eisenhower's right turn. People like this deserve no business when the inconsoderation for others is a norm. To me it's a slap in the face to the community they obviously don't care for.

Lawrie Carvalho: Horrible. No customer service. No management for the pharmacy. No communication with the customer when they cannot deliver what they’ve allowed to be scheduled and followed up on. Only to show up and receive a shrug and sorry. We haven’t had it in a while. Then why are appointments scheduled and open?! Absolutely a horrible way to run a business. Zero stars.

hollow tip: Terrible! Everytime I go there they have a sign on the window that says pharmacist not on duty during the posted open hours. After 3 times in a row had to go down the street to kansas Ave.

Jackson Burlison: The staff is really nice and helpful. For someone on a lunch break with mental health meds, the difference of reopening at 2 pm and 2:07 as a medical facility is unacceptable. The automated pick up times are also not in sync with real time. If it was Taco bell on lunch break, sure...people who need meds and you are a medical facility, reopen at stated time please.

Even though they are always extremely busy there, they always help me with a smile and a genuine helpful attitude. I just really appreciate the level of treatment they provide me as a customer.

They are very fast and efficient, as well as usually take walk-ins even if they are technically full. Great place to get covid tested and get covid and flu vaccines.
Poet Jen Harris: Ice & snow covering the sidewalks- why are elderly and disabled patrons struggling to get to the front door of this Walgreens while two able-bodied young men are standing behind the front register *doing nothing* on their smart phones? When asked if they had salt or shovels, they said “No.” …Pictured is the ice melt at the back of the store. Are there are no standards of care in place?
Samantha Smith: This pharmacy has caused me so many problems. Including LOSING my prescription. I really try to be understanding but losing someones life saving medication is beyond negligence.
Magic Shop: It is apparent that Walgreens is incompetent when it comes to COVID-19 testing. Maybe try the other major pharmacy.I scheduled an appointment for a rapid test, and when I got there I was told that they didn’t have it, and that they called everyone the day before to notify them. I never got a call. Didn’t let me take a different COVID test.My mother went to the Vivian Road Walgreens and they messed up there too! We came to the conclusion that Walgreens doesn’t have their stuff together (the one place that should during a pandemic!)
Jase Wilmington: Worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 people in front of me to get the prescriptions filled. Apparently asking a customer to circle the building or come inside is too much to ask! This has happened everytime I have gone there. I will be switching pharmacies!
Angalena Scavuzzo: I just wanted to let you know that the store on Cedar Ave, Kansas City MO, has the BEST pharmacy team. While I have been a loyal customer for years - yesterday they proved why I keep coming back. I had a shot malfunction on the day I take the medicine and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to replace. Going as far as to send a team member to another store to retrieve same day so I wasn’t in pain. The whole while, communicating clearly and pleasantly. Thank you so much for making my scary, hard day, a bit less scary and hard.

Kaylie Giraldo: They have mixed our baby’s antibiotics wrong TWICE now. The first time he was supposed to have a 7 day course and instead the bottle was empty after 3.5 days, he got DOUBLE the amount of medicine he was supposed to have. And we filed a complaint and nothing was done about it. We were just prescribed augmentin and our son wouldn’t take it, well after my husband and I tried it, it was incredibly thick and way too gritty compared to what it usually is. Took it back, yup mixed wrong. I AM FED UP. Thankfully it’s not a life threatening medication, but what if it had been? This is not okay! And something needs to be done about it. We will not be back.
lindsey: The pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst. Unfortunately I’ve been using this location for a year now and they’ve got my prescription wrong more times than they’ve got it right resulting in multiple insurance issues and a reduction in the prescription. I’d strongly suggest using a different location!

Shelby Shull: Staff is very experienced and super friendly, somehow they manage to maintain this level of expertise while still remaining calm during their busiest times. Always great sales throughout the store and if you have any questions, the staff is very knowledgeable about their products! Also fill your prescriptions here they know what they are doing.

She had found a couple of things that she loved but put back.. I snuck them up to the register and was able to purchase and hide them from her until we left. The cashier that helped me purchase and then store the items by the register to assist in the surprise name was Maria. Nicole Ritter: I have been coming to this location for a number of years and have seen highs and lows. In the past, the store seemed a bit dirty and often short of staff. Since their remodel, this has changed infinitely. Store is clean, well stocked, well organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Jacob, in particular, has been of great assistance to my husband and I with loading purchases into our vehicles and providing insight on where to find items. He is a great employee that gives a small town feel to a commercialized brand.
Dale Holt: We always have a great review when my wife and I visit Tractor Supply in CLINTON, MO. People there are quick to help us find things. Yesterday my wife went by herself since I had another commitment. She bought a trunk full of bird seed, but before she put a single bag in a cart the Manager said she was calling for help for my wife, who is 70+ years young. A young man named Mike arrived very quickly and just as quickly and smiling all the time loaded up 100 pounds of cracked corn and 140 pounds of bird seed. THEN he proceeded to push the cart up to the checkout and assisted in getting it all tagged for purchase. THEN he proceeded to push the cart towards the door, and my wife asked, "Are you going to take it to the car, too?" With a smile Mike said, "Yes! And I will unload it for you!" Which he did, smiling the entire time and being very pleasant to my wife. She has been singing his praises ever since. We thought you should know what a fine employee you have taking care of your customers! Thank you, Mike!
D Alighieri: The employees are always helpful and the manager is super helpful. She went out of her way to look through the store for horse wormer when the crazy people began ingesting ivermectin. One of my favorite stores. Before you believe the negative reviews, click on the person making the review and see how many other negative reviews they've given to other businesses for asking people to wear a mask. Just because something's legal, doesn't mean you should do it. A person's political or religious affiliation is irrelevant when you're talking about public health. I very much appreciate TSC and other businesses with the intelligence to step up and protect their customers from people who are inconsiderate and incapable of understanding basic science. It's one of the many reasons I continue to shop there. Thank you TSC.
phill rooster: Good for what they are. Not a hardware store. General farm supplies and work clothing. Tools not first rate but you can live with it. Help is always friendly. Wish they wouldn't have such a turn over with the help . They need to pay the help more.

Sally M. Williams: Absolutely the worst pharmacy staff I have ever encountered!! Terrible service. I waited in the drive-thru line for 15 minutes tonight, and when I pulled up to the window they pulled down the shade, turned off the lights, and refused to serve me. This is typical. This pharmacy was great until Caleb, the manager, retired about 2 years ago. Since then it's been a mess.I am done and am switching to anther pharmacy chain
Ben Todd (Ben): My prescription got sent in around 7 for antibiotics for an ear infection, they said they weren’t refilling it because they close at 8.The told me to go to another walgreens and hadn’t released my prescription. Worst service of my life.

Cathy Flint: Ordered items for delivery should have been delivered between 5pm and 7pm. Received the third e-mail notification stating that my order will be delivered TOMORROW morning. I ordered items to make my pain more bearable and have been taking Tramadol today, otherwise I would have driven to Walgreens to pick-up the items that I wanted. The manager showed no empathy and his apology wasn’t sincere.
John Donnelly: Clean store, but why don't they ever have enough medication? I don't know how ordering medications work for a pharmacy but it seems like other pharmacies like CVS are able to keep up with their stock. I feel like Walgreens orders the bear minimum of prescriptions and it ####s a lot of people over.

Anthony Harris: Went in to ask the pharmacy a quick question. No one else in line. When I was finally acknowledged by the lady behind the counter, I believe her name was Serena or something similar, I asked about vaccine appointments. I was quickly met with the response "We have signs up all over the store that it's by appointment only." A very rude and short way to answer a simple question.

Xyzzy: I placed an online photo order through this location, and about 20 minutes later received confirmation that it was ready for pickup. Upon arriving for pickup, I was notified that their printer is down and they can't help me. They gave no estimated timeframe for when it will be fixed, and offered no alternative solution or escalation process aside from waiting an undetermined period of time for their equipment to be fixed.
Samantha Stone: Got a covid test here and was supposed to receive results by email within 24 hours. I never did so I called and the woman who answered the phone in the pharmacy was extremely rude, gave me my results and said if I wanted a print out to come and get it. Apparently their computer was down yesterday? Generally, an apology goes a long way…not sure why I was met with such attitude and rudeness.
God Bless: Wayne went out of his way to personally show me the items I needed to find. Great personality, demeanor, product knowledge, and willingness to make it a great experience. This is hard to find these days. Walgreens has a good one here.
Natalie Drybread: Tammy in the cosmetics department was phenomenal! Not only did she help me figure out which scent of perfume and/or body spray was best suitable for gifts to my children, my husband, and for myself (gift to myself hehe). But she went above and beyond to assist me in finding products that I would not have otherwise considered and turned out to be perfect! Her knowledge matches that of her brilliant personality.... To say the very least she is an extreme assets to Walgreens!

Eric Marmon: Do not order parts to be delivered. The driver stole my items and never delivered them(they use a 3rd party delivery service called Roadie that is probably nothing but cons). They then lied to me for 4 days telling me that they would redeliver it and did not. I even offered to pick it up from my local store and they even failed at that. They just cancelled my order without a call or any other notification. Take your business elsewhere
R Morris: A man, a very tall man dressed in cowboy clothing, hat and all, entered the Women's Bathroom as I was exiting! There is a Men's bathroom as well. This is shocking and not acceptable to me! I looked at him with dismay and anger and he went right in. Women don't appreciate men peeing on the floor in front of their toilet and on the toilet itself, this is one reason we have separate bathrooms in civilized society! We are different. This was last week, I recently just received my coupons for spending over $1,000 at this store. I drive a long way to shop here, and until this bad experience I've been happy to do so. I hope management is aware of this at this location and does not support it. I did report it to the cashier and today will call the corporate office and lodge a complaint. If TSC has gone "woke", and doesn't respect women, and women's private spaces, I will move my purchasing power elsewhere. I thought all potential customers should know about this in making their purchasing power choices too.

Jason Vallery: Don’t buy anything online if it’s not in the store do not buy it. Black Friday specials they claim they run out of inventory and cancel your order. I purchased online and thought I could pick it up at my local TSC.They canceled my order and told me it’s because I did not pick it up on time even though I was out of town. And then I called national customer service and they claimed they were out of stock.I recommend purchase from other companies online.

Chad Porter: I absolutely love Tractor Supply. Tonight I wanted to purchase chickens. I wanted 2, the policy was 4. I went to talk with the manager, whom was buried in her personal mobile phone, she quickly snapped back policy. I can accept ,and did the rule, however when I questioned the fact that she was not listening and buried in her own personal phone… she quickly ushered me out. I accept the rules, even when I ask for leaway…. But I do not appreciate someone snapping at me when they distracted with they’re personal phone.

Bob Hunt: Very friendly staff. I went in there looking for a specific item even though they didn't have it I was still impressed with their urgency to try to find it. They even went online to see if they could get it and when it would arrive if I did order it. They would have got five stars if they had the item in stock.

Dean Boyles: Ordered a truck box, when I showed up the item I had purchased for $437.89 was covered in dust, had paint chipped off of it, and had a dent in the top. Come on. Associate that helped me was super nice and very apologetic, but I'm never going back to this place.

luis l: Went down to pick up some tools and found a gearwrench set on clearance. Told the cashier Charisse if she would price match another tractor supply and she said no. Then she rang it up and it rang up as a 20pc but only 14 pieces were included. I mentioned to her that it was the incorrect sku and she insisted it wasn't and that I was wrong. So i pulled the correct one off the shelf and showed her and she was unwilling to admit she was wrong with both sets in front of her face. I walked out without buying anything including the other set I had. First and last time going to a tractor supply.
