Then made me go thru my receipt one by one and made me late for my appt. Also made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. Not coming back!

But I was so hungry on impulse I opened and indulged just to find my funds had not been applied to my pay card as expected. Terrifyingly and as ashamed as I was I bought what I could, and didn't get thrown out, or in jail so I'm relieved that it ended good. Walmart employees and their grace here is as attractive as their prices and products placement. It's always clean and stocked and I am just blessed that compassion is also in the forefront with all their wonderful selections during my poor judgement in consumer relations. AT THIS LOCATION!

Evan Mitchell: Tell your associates to stop bypassing the email receipt option when checking out. Several of them try to hit the bypass option as fast as they can. E-receipts are much easier to categorize over pictures of a receipt.
Bullseye Bullman: Usually have the items you need. Downfall is there is almost always a pretty good wait in most of the lines.
Melanin Poppin: The location on Linwood Blvd is the ABSOLUTE BEST out of ALL the chains in Kansas City. The Linwood Location has Super Friendly, Helpful, Professional, Welcoming Staff members.I have been as far as 154th in Olathe and ALL the other Stores act as though Certain People of a Melanin Complexion have some sort of time limit as to how long they can be in the store. They act as if People of a Melanin Complexion are not Allowed to Browse. They want you In and Immediately Out. I see in the reviews at other Locations customers of a NON Melanin complexion saying they could not find help on the floors. This is because there will LITERALLY be 5-6 employees, in a Row, following the People of a Melanin Complexion around Asking a Million times if THEY need help when THEY aren't even Asking or even Looking as if they desire assistance. It's like security sees the Melanin Complexion people on camera and Instantly put staff on THEM, Way in Corner Aisle 44. Hmmmmmmm !!

Bring back cashiers please. I really hate going to this store even though it's close to me. I usually drive further to the Westlake or strassers because the service is much better.

I do not work there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come over to say yes I am over 21 so I could purchase some alcohol.

Allan Wrinkle: Service has gone downhill severely. Only person who knows their job is the guy that checked me out at self serve checkout. (Think about it). Everyone else is either rude, Lazy or doesn't know how to look up out of there phone.

C Rod Allen: We pay for the Walmart+. This is the second time our grocery delivery was delivered to the wrong house. Their answering machine to report this is frustrating. My husband had to tell the machine twice. Answering service says we need to wait 48 hrs to report lost. Even though the photo of their delivery is not even in front of our house. This is the second time they’ve done this. We are not in a rural area. We don’t have vicious dogs or a fence. We’re on a major street. Very easy to track on GPS. I don’t understand how they can miss my house twice. You need to do better. This was a large order that is lost due to driver incompetence. If this happens a lot, I would suggest adding a confirmation feature to their delivery that we sign off on it or get a text to confirm everything went fine. Needless to say we won’t be using Walmart+ anymore.

Kim Carter: 5-14-23 @1:05pmTarget, 1201 W 136th St, Kansas City, MO 64145Today as I was checking out… I told the cashier I was using a Snap card that only had $5 available And I used my Target dollars and would pay the rest in cash… well the cashier didn’t know how to apply the payment method so she went to ask a team leader… which told her no I can’t pay that way that it would have to all be on the snap card. Now I clearly told her there was only $5 on the card,., and that there is a way to put a specific amount in to come off the card.. and that it’s been done there.., she rudely replied that she will address it because it’s not supposed to be done.. and proceeded to rudely and loudly tell me I can’t pay with the snap card. After they have already applied my Target cash… and it did not get put back…. Needless to say I didn’t make a purchase there. I took my business somewhere where the staff was friendly and professional.. I will not be returning to shop in your store, I will also be contacting Snap (Department of Social Services) to alert them that customers are not being able to properly use their cards in your store.Some serious DIVERSITY TRAINING is needed with your staff.

Sara B: Almost every aisle of this store is a complete disaster. All of the price checkers are broken. It’s so unorganized! There are no cashiers. Only a self checkout lane with 15 people deep waiting. But they have 3 employees dressing a mannequin and laughing!What has happened to Target?
Tam W: As I was walking around shopping, looking for certain items like people do I noticed I was being followed by a Target employee suffering from severe facial eczema. She was obviously an employee wearing the usual Target shirt and had the radio clipped to her belt and shoulder. Someone talking to her over the radio with saying, “ keep staying with her.” I ignored the fact she was obviously being told to follow me for some reason. As I turned around she was literally standing directly behind me I could have stepped on her. So I politely asked her if she knew anything about the new hair product for curly hair that Target just got in, because I can’t find it. She said, “I’m not sure what you’re talking about, and she led me to the hand lotions? She then proceeded to act like she was facing the small hand lotions and just walked away!! As I was walking around the store getting my items I came there for, there were several teenagers being loud throughout the store and two middle school boys running around the store! Now do you think anyone of Target staff addressed these issues?!? Not a single one! Let’s make it a point to focus on the person that is actually doing shopping, but taking their time while doing it! Makes sense to me!? NOT! Talk about having your safety priorities backwards! I’m all about quality control if I’m I were the type of person to do that, but I’m not!! Let’s get it together TARGET and train your staff better!!

Kristina Coverdell: Ethan in drive up is always on top of it. He knows me by name, always has a smile, and asks me how my day is always doing. He truly cares about his customers, and today he even got outside before I even got there. He was out there with the bags just patiently waiting for me. I did Walmart pick up today for 4 items and it took them 15 minutes. Thanks to Ethan for always making me feel special as a customer instead of just a number. His customer service is so perfect. Thanks again Ethan!!!!
Dey Wlliams: This target is never stocked with anything. I’ve been coming here on and off as a frequent KC for work and it’s such a tragedy they need to get new management or new standards.
Misha Roberts: This store just spent probably a million dollars on a complete store remodel. I've lived here for 8 years in the neighborhood and spend A LOT of time and money at this location. The remodel of the customer service desk was completed with a beautifully crafted "Exchanges and Returns" sign as you can see in this photo I took; however I was told today.... "we don't do exchanges; our policy has changed".... so after a million dollar remodel with a sign that includes your policy..... its now something different. Twighlight ZONE. Seriously.
Tabitha Fjoser: Well stocked with friendly employees. Fast and accurate service on drive up orders.
Allan Wrinkle: Remodeled and they even less men's wear. No dress shirts, slacks or shoes.
Tammy Fleming (Kiwiseekers): After they remodeled they seemed to have taken out all the full service cashiers. Might have to find somewhere else to shop since they do not pay me to be a cashier nor do they compensate me in any way by giving any type of discount for taking on the role of an employee cashier.

I said I'm sorry but I can't reach them from position..He did finally load the bags in the cart but with great resentment- and these young people wonder why jobs are going away and why people perfer self check out...So they don't have to deal with rudeness, attitude and lack of customer service from the employees
Carol Quiroz: This location NEVER has enough cashiers and hardly ever has any of its quick check out lanes open for people buying just a few items. This is an ongoing problem with this location and I must say that at least 4 out of the last 5 times I have gone here to grab a few things I needed I have ended up leaving my cart setting and walked out due to not having time to stand in line for 20 min just to purchase 5 or 6 items. The manager at this location needs to be removed from his or her position and someone with some customer service experience hired to replace them asap!!!! I personally will not be going back here again!

Terry Tucker: On the 3rd of June an order of more than 400.00 was placed - requesting an expedited delivery charge. The order was first being shopped by Justin, with least than 30 items, a second shopper Evans started the whole order over. During which I communicated, with both when there was a need to substitute. One minute I'm notified that the order was on the way, next notification - your order was attempted to be delivered, but I was not available and we will try later. I have had to call three times requesting cancellation. And a full refund. To date no refund. I will have to follow up with my bank on fraud. I am done with walmrt
