Emily (Selkie): Came in today as a walk-in to get my earlobes repierced after having had them closed up for many years. It was a great experience, I'm very impressed. Everyone was very friendly and professional.The piercer was very good at her job, the piercing itself hurt less than getting blood drawn at a doctor's appointment. The shop was clean and had lots of cool art on the walls.I would definitely come back for more piercings should I ever decide on getting some more, and I'm very interested in their tattoo work as well.

Bradley Munderloh: Got us right in for a couple walk in tattoos. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Long story short, if you're in Lawrence KS and wanting to get a walk-in tattoo, don't waste your time and make the drive over to KC to Working Class. Lawrence KS tattoo shops have no clue what "walk in" means or having dedicated walk in artists. Most weren't even open on a Saturday afternoon. We weren't looking for cheap necessarily and our tattoos were literally 2 letters, but Working Class's shop minimum was half that of Lawrence shops. Every time I go, the piercer always explains every step of what they're doing as they do it, so I always know what's happening. They go over cleaning, healing and ask if I have questions multiple times before any piercing tool is even seen. Picking out jewelry is super easy and fun. Also, every thing is sanitized! Same goes with the piercing rooms. The selection they have is beautiful & the atmosphere is relaxing & welcoming! There may be some accessibility issues with entering for wheelchair users if I remember correctly. There are short few steps as you enter. However I feel the staff would be eager to make an accommodation happen based on expirience.As someone with a bleeding disorder, there are certain precautions I go through with piercings. The staff was knowledgeable & prepared for a such clients, all while making me feel welcomed & in good hands! They calm all nerves through education & how positive and wonderful the team members are! Will be returning here & highly recommend!!
Kirsten Pinto: My 9-year-old wanted her ears pierced and I asked around for recommendations because I know nothing about piercings except that I didn't want to go somewhere with a gun. I'm so glad a friend recommended Supernatural to us. Clay was fantastic with my daughter. So great. He put her totally at ease while also letting her know she was in control and could change her mind at any point. Instructions about caring for her new piercings were thorough and everyone was so kind that I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if we had questions or concerns later. The shop was meticulously clean. I was so impressed with everyone and everything about this shop.

The reason that my review is so low is because I asked to have jewelry changed in 2 of my helix piercings because they had previously been pierced with silver and I wanted titanium because they were not reacting well. The piercer happily obliged and I got 2 new pieces of jewelry and he replaced them for me and assured me that they would be much better for my ears. He assured me that the posts were long enough even though I was worried about it. 2 weeks later I had to go to the doctor and have them removed because the posts were not long enough and the tissue in my ear had grown over the jewelry. One year later I am stuck with 2 huge lumps of scar tissue in my ear and a horror story of how a piercer wouldn't listen to me. I am afraid to use the jewelry because it is too short for ANY of my piercings, even the completely healed ones that I have had for years that are in the thinnest part of my ear. I would recommend going here as long as you are willing to argue with the piercer.Service:Ear piercing

Jennifer Silvey: My friend and I both went to get piercings today. We went during walk in hours, Tuesday through Saturday from 2:00pm until 8:00pm. We arrived at 3:15, and waited less than ten minutes for Joe Gallentine to get set up. Our piercer was awesome, put up privacy screens, completely professional, and we were both finished by 3:50. The price was on par with competitors. I had a wonderful experience and we will be returning for future body modifications.

Joe was super personable, made me feel 100% comfortable, and very patient! He marked my face, but told me if I didn't like the placement we could move until I did. I showed him a pic of where I wanted it, and he got it first time. He is very extremely knowledgeable about what he is doing, and gives off calm vibes that makes the whole experience easy. I told him that I usually get light headed, feel sick to my stomach all that good stuff after a piercing. And he just said well lemme know and I'll get ya a trash can. Christa Brown: I came in to get my daughter's names on my arms. He tattooed me with a broken moter that kept messing up. Paid him $200 to mess up what were supposed to be very sentimental tattoos. I didn't find out until after the tattoos were finished that it was an apprentice that did them. And I honestly wouldn't have had a problem with that if the tattoos would be good quality. They are horrible. And he scarred my arms up badly. They look like jail homemade tattoos. And to add to everything he changed the font that I had picked out. I called to see if anything could be done but they said only he could touch them up. I feel extremely taken advantage of. I regret paying honestly. I paid to ruin my arms. After my friends and family saw these tattoos they were so angry. And now that it has sank in just how badly everything went I'm angry too.

They were so patient and gentle with her!My mother and I then went back to get matching tattoos because we absolutely loved the service and family environment. Brandon did our matching tattoos and was absolutely amazing. I am very picky and he was patient and did amazing and fulfilling my wants! He is very light handed, I could have fallen asleep while he tattooed me. He was very comfortable to talk with during the session and was quick. The healing process has been great and no issues.

Avery 101: I receive a flat piercing and I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming back again, this is not the place to get piercings at, I never got a selection on the jewelry i wanted to be pierced with I’m not even sure what metal I was pierced with, it was gold, so very unlikely that it was surgical steel which should be one of the only things you get pierced with, no after care directions and I was pierced with the wrong gage, a typical flat piercing is 16g I got pierced with an lobe piercing that had a butterfly backing, and you really shouldn’t have a butterfly backing on cartilage piercing. They staff is friendly and that was the only reason why it is receiving 1 star! I do not recommend for piercings!!!Service:Ear piercing

Juan Acosta: I picked Cheyenne to do two tattoos. I had some pretty specific guidelines for their size and placement and he did exactly what I wanted him to do. He was very easy to work with. On my initial visit, I saw some of his work in the flesh that had already healed. He knows to apply a lot of detail and vibrant colors. He’s a great choice and I’ll definitely use him for some bigger pieces in the future. The shop itself is awesome. They have spared no expense to make it really nicely decorated and it has a great vibe. There is a $10 charge for paying with a card, so bring cash if that’s an issue. I had a great experience here and I would recommend you to give this place a try for your next tattoo.

Michelle: Okay, so I have had probably like four done here from two separate artists. One of them was super flaky and kept saying he would touch up one of mine and then eventually ghosted me and it’s SO faded and has healed so badly compare to all of my others even though I took care of it. I had another artist that was super fun and I actually loved his personality but the tattoo he gave me looks unfortunately so bad :( The shading is so muddy and so many of the lines faded after just a week. I felt like this shop just rushes to take as many people as they can for profit rather than giving truly quality tattoos. I have heard several things from other artists around the area about having to touch up tattoos from here. (Side comment: I heard a girl coming in and she wanted a spine tattoo and seemed super nervous about it and the artist almost shamed her. They said something along the lines of “Do you want that tattoo or something people will actually thing is cool?” to the young girl after she showed the reference photo. I honestly have anxiety and something like that would’ve truly made me feel awful. I understand working in the field, you’re able to see tattoos that are seemingly “basic” but if someone likes it why does it matter. So incredibly condescending.) All in all I would absolutely not recommend getting a tattoo here unfortunately especially not a walk-in.Service:Tattoos

Chris See: RACIST! I went in looking for a specific design and was referred to Caleb, who’s demeanor is very rude. He showed me one variation. Which I revised. He then went in the back and drew a different design, he came out with a racist “caricature” of a person of color. With VERY EXAGGERATED FEATURES. Like so obvious it was over the top! Will never go to this shop again, and I will not support any business who upholds this kind of behavior.

Brett drew up what we wanted and was totally ok with the few minor changes we asked for before the stencil. Since we both got the same tattoo, he put both stencils on before he started the tattoos to make sure they both looked good on the spots we wanted. He was so friendly and professional and we are both incredibly happy with the results! Brett was absolutely amazing and we could not have had a better experience!

After many attempts the piercer got a new ring in it I asked for help with something to clean my ear off. While I was still in the piercing booth the piercer left to eat, came back in asked why I was still there, to which I replied "I need something with saline so I can clean this blood off my ear" and I was using the mirror to change my Tragus piercing .
