Jen Townsley: The quality is wonderful. I've had many wedding photos printed here and have not been disappointed!Just know that they are a small business that is only open 3 days a week. I have never had a problem getting prints in a timely matter. I made an order on Monday evening, received a call Tuesday morning because they had a question about one of the items in the order, and picked up the prints a couple hours later. The canvas however takes 2 weeks.

I understand that orders can take a few weeks + holiday season and the actual shop is closed, but I have reached out twice and heard nothing. I certainly tried calling, but with no answer and their voicemail was full. Sent an email and still no timely response. I guess if you don't need/want your prints fast they might be good. I ordered elsewhere.
Katharine LeClair: After two weeks of poor communication, finally received my order. Help in the end was great and appreciated. However, once received, prints were not done as ordered, not useable. Phone and email messages completely ignored. Expected so much more from a small local business. A let down for sure. Can not recommend.
Rowen Zimmer: We have received amazing service at Heartland Imaging! I came in last week, not knowing exactly what kind of prints I needed and how to order them. They helped me save my photos to my phone and make sure that they were high resolutions, showed me all my options and got them done in a few hours!I am so happy with my purchase and definitely will order more!

Jaime Hobbs: We used Robin/AE Photography over 10 years ago for family portraits as an anniversary gift for my parents' 40th. My parents, 5 adult siblings, and a couple spouses - and EVERYONE loved the photos. Getting everyone to agree and LIKE something is quite a feat but Robin was phenomenal. She caught our personalities and family dynamic perfectly and made us all look great!So naturally, for my parents' 50th anniversary last month, we asked Robin to take new family photos and again, she did not disappoint! She chose a beautiful, close location and the photos turned out gorgeous! Everyone loves them and we are so thrilled to have been able to book Robin again this time.We literally cannot recommend AE Photography enough!

She chose great locations and happily incorporated my daughter's wardrobe changes and flute prop. It was very cold the day of the shoot and she took her time being patient, allowing my daughter to warm up frequently. She got some amazing shots! I would highly recommend AE Photography to anyone!

There was a little mishap in emailing, but when I called she immediately answered and got me all set up to go the following weekend. She asked me questions beforehand to make sure she knew what it was I was looking for. I really appreciated that she got me in and got me taken care of in a timely manner. Julie Mango: The photo session itself was ok. However the quality of the photos were really basic. I could have gotten better quality just using my iPhone. It doesn’t seem like much effort was put into editing them. The collection process is extremely tedious and complicated. Definitely not worth $250. And this is only for 2 digital photos and two prints. Bare in mind that you cannot share the prints with anyone. Meaning you cannot take a photo of the prints and send to your family and celebrate with them. Really unhappy I chose this business.

Each time she comes into our home she is professional and flexible. She has many tricks to get everyone to smile/look at the camera (including our dog!) and the photos turn out beautifully. Literally, we get no less than a dozen amazing shots per session. She has created beautiful memories for us and we will keep going back!
Crystal Barriga: I have had 2 senior picture sessions with Robin now, and I can tell you first hand that she's nothing shy of awesome! She's kind, she's patient, she's professional, but most of all, she's a true artist. She listens to your vision, and then works her magic to manifest it into reality. The picture quality of her prints are unmatched. And when the company that took my daughter's Quinceañera photo shoot, gave me my digital copies and told me they would give me a release, but no longer accepts orders for prints, Robin accepted the release and allowed me to put an order in for those as well!

Gabrielle Wilson: Purchased a $75 creative fee at AE photography. At multiple points in time she mentioned we would take photos at her studio. Me and my family spent a lot of time and money getting ready for this photoshoot. Then we drove across city lines in order to meet her at her studio. Robyn didn’t bother to show and when called she wanted us to take photos in the park in 90 degree weather. She had an appalling attitude for someone to claim they are professional. She claimed it was due to covid- 19 yet she had a photoshoot in April with a baby during the thick of covid-19 and her site says she is open.

She provides very high quality images and manages to capture all the little “real life”, candid moments you hope for. We always have a difficult time choosing which photos to purchase because we’d love to have them all! She’s a joy to work with, easy to communicate with, and is great with our 2 year old son. Her turn-around for proofing appts, purchasing the photos, and receiving the photos is impressive and quick! She’s trustworthy and now that we’ve found her, my mind is at ease that she will capture those precious moments you want to take with you for life.

Sine the second I walked in, she greeted me and my business partner with such a warm smile. A year later today I had her come to my business to take interior pictures. She was just so so detailed in getting all the best angles. In the spring I’ll have her back for exterior pictures! She is AMAZING a wha she does. 100% recommend.

Thy Dai: Jessica and her team (I've only interacted with Cassidy, her office assistance and Terra, her backup makeup artist) are a DREAM. Maros Blacklisted: What a joke. The employees, the managers, the ordering process. I ordered three 4x6's of my three year old to put on my desk at work. After waiting at the empty photo counter for roughly 15 min for help while two employees stand at an endcap next to me and chat (using language that for anyone else would be highly inappropriate), four employees pass me on their way to the back room, and finally two incompetent managers stop and ask "have yo gotten any help bud?". This al happens while the alarm is going off for help at the photo counter as the overhead sign instructs. Once they get there the two managers shuffle around their photo "lab" for another 10 minutes trying to locate an online order that was completed 30 minutes ago. Once they do find it they ask for a copyright release for the photos because "they look like they may have been taken in a studio", even though there is no watermark of anykind. After indicating that I took them my self they shuffle around for another 10 minutes trying to find a copyright release form for me to sign. I expect the walmart employees to uselss but I also expect someone with a managers nametag to have some form of common sense, as little as it may be. Time for another BBB complaint about walmart I guess.
