Jazmyn Pedersen: I’m a wedding planner in the KC area and I’ve worked with the Photo Bus KC a handful of times over the last year. I am always impressed with the booth quality as well as the attendants! The company is very communicative in their planning prior to the event. I love that they offer extra services like neon sign rentals or even custom neon signs. Another big thing that I’ve noticed The Photo Bus is able to do that other photo booth companies cannot is that they can set up the booth early in the event day and then the attendant arrives right on time for the rental time. This is so helpful because a lot of times you don’t want to open the booth until later in the reception, but you also don’t want the company setting up the booth during the quiet portion of the reception (like during toasts). The Photo Bus is always a great company that I look forward to working with at my events!
Katie C.: They were great to get set up, kept checking in with me to make sure we got it set up and held my place even though I was slacking on getting back to them. They were great at the event. But afterwards, our pictures were not posted to their site, they wouldn’t respond to my emails, it took 3 months for them to get my pictures to me and even then, after downloading, they were all blurry when printed 😩.
William Ferris: We rented the gif booth for our wedding at the Bardot and had a great experience. We put it in front of the greenery wall which was plenty big. Booking and planning was easy and it wasn’t too expensive. They send an attendant to the wedding to stand by the booth and help people use it. Guests can text, email, or airdrop photos to themselves on the spot on the night of the wedding, and everyone can view all the photos online. We were able to download all of the pictures the next day to our computer to be saved. The only thing they could improve on is the attendant could ask more people to come over to the photo booth to use it, but that might be on us for not telling the attendant to do that! Overall very good!
Deb Eblen: The Photo Bus KC took care of our photo booth and candid photography needs for our recent company 70th anniversary and holiday celebration. THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The entire process was flawless from the initial communication to receipt of the photographs. To say we were happy with their service would be an understatement. They will certainly be our company's choice for all of our future events!
