Annaliese Willis: My partner and I have been exclusively shopping for pet supplies from Pet-Topia for a bit over 2 years now. When we first got our fur baby as a kitten two years ago we knew we wanted to give her the best an healthiest life we could, for us that started with her diet. I’ve heard night mares about certain pet food brands and the health issues linked to them and stores like Petco and Petsmart sold those brands along with a few ok and good ones based off of the research we had done. No employee at either of the stores previously mentioned could give us any suggestions on what food to start our cat on. We felt so frustrated that such major chains couldn’t provide a simple recommendation. We found Pet-Topia on accident just driving by it and I’m so glad we did. All the employees that we have interacted with have not only been friendly and kind every time we’ve come in but they also know their stuff. They were easily able to give us recommendations for food and every brand they carry is trustworthy and great for your animal. Our cat has never had a problem with the food they’ve recommended us and two years later she is as healthy as a 2 year old cat can be. We are also the owners of a boa constrictor and we love that we can pick up both of our animals food at once. While they don’t have a lot of products for snakes the rats they carry are awesome in our experience and our girl loved them. If you need a pet store to go to in the northland area of KC, I would only shop here.

People are very friendly, they have a Raw Bar for dogs now which my pit loves and they always throw something in your bag extra to help show you maybe a cheaper yet just as clean version of something similar to save you money or just a treat for your furbabies.

Deana W: Pet-Topia has an excellent selection of tropical and saltwater fish. I was recently there and was amazed by the different fish they had. The associate told me the store had a low fish stock and would have a new shipment Friday, the next day. The prices are not cheap but are appropriate based on the quality of their fish. I didn't purchase any fish, but did buy a new female pet rat.

Steven Jones: I have been an aquarist for over forty years and I have seen it all in the hobby. This shop is the best shop in the four state area from KC, MO. north until Minnesota. I know there’s heated competition on the Kansas line so I’ll speak on what I do know. Walking into his shop recently to pick up a custom tank from Planet Aquariums I was floored by how nice his aquatics section was. We have to support our local shops at all cost. They are the lifeblood of the hobby. Petopia’s effort in maintaining an incredible looking shop has to be commended. To speak about the one star reviews I have to comment. In most if not all cases it was a lack of knowledge before they entered the store. Know the fish you’re buying and signs of disease before you go home and rip the shop. No shop is perfect and we must take a step back before complaining. I hope my hobby relationship with Petopia last for years to come.

Nerds Corp: I asked an older gentleman that worked there about the hill stream loaches that I had seen a Facebook post about and he got really upset and frustrated about me asking a simple question he said some rude remarks and told me “you young people know nothing about fish” and goes on to say something about a waiting list that doesn’t get followed and how people don’t realize how big some fish get and bring them back. After all this I will not be coming back and I’m going to recommend people to stay away.

Rachel Silkwood: By far one of my favorite places for fish! I signed up for the rewards and I also get text kessage updates on new arrivals and daily sales. The selection is always broad for freshwater and salt water fish. I'm patiently waiting for them to get upside down catfish again! All of the fish I have got here have been healthy and lively. Aside from the time I got some khuli loaches. They happened to pass away a day later.. assuming from a parasite; they spazed out and then died.. but, definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the aquatic hobby!

Told her the gentleman I talked to, talked me through my options for the point system there very clearly and kindly at the time -then boldly told me "well that's my husband he would never say that" *insert condescending smirk* SIDE EYE not the place nor vibe I was needing!!! THEN proceeds to tell me the exact same thing her husband told me in a tone as if I'm dumb??? No girl. Just no. You're paying for convenience here it truly is way overpriced. Won't be back and disappointed as to how she treated me (also note there was another witness during this event who -when we walked out- pointed out the women's behavior as well... Smh) also upon reading previous reviews an issue of racism with a previous client with this same women was pointed out and I feel as though that could've been a contributing factor to her behavior (as I am back as well) who knows. Either way, very rude attitude.

Have not used them yet. But wrking with the salesman & explaining I was looking for something for aggressive chewers. Something to last that isn’t chewed up in mins. Grabbed a ‘ Mammoth‘ bone since it looked like it was nicely smoked with marrow visible. I usually get these from my local butcher, some ribs, & was recommended to get the knuckle bone. All we’re incredibly low, low quality. Very very dry & marrow was basically a façade. Looked full but tried to scrape and just dry bits & pieces fell out. My dog will hardly sniff them much less chew them. Over $30 spent on bones that aren’t being touch :(. wasting $$ is the worse right now! Wish I’d of not taken the plastic off the knuckle & I knew for fact they’d accept a return on that & the big bone cause it was a totally waste of $30. Would still go bk for the bath use but won’t buy bones from anyone but my local butcher or KC Pet Food in kck.

Bob has everything you need - and you probably drive by the place all the time anyway- might as well check it out :)

Tammy Forte: I take my long hair German Shepard Jyspy Rose to get groomed. Her groomers name is Chantel, she is patient with her & trims her like a short haired shepard does a wonderful job does her paws. Trims & files her toenails. I am very happy with the staff at Petsmart @ Tiffany Spgs. Chantel has been doing Jyspy since she was about 6 months old won't take her nowhere else. Thanks Petsmart...... posted photos backwards after 1st before 2nd. Recommend this Dog Grooming location & store.

Jeharrah Pearl: This may be the Pet Smart of all Pet Smarts lol. I no longer live locally but my grandfather frequents this store. He fairly recently got a new husky (Nanook) and with him getting older he's needed a companion. But as many may know husky's are pretty high energy dogs lol. The associates at Pet Smart have been so kind to my grandfather. He often has a lot of questions since he hasn't had a dog in 30+ maybe even 40 years...and they have been an amazing support for him and his new friend. My grandfather recently had a serious surgery, while I am with him at the hospital, I drop off Nanook and my dog Nutmeg at the Pet's Hotel. The trainers and associates have given me such grace when I have been late to pick ups coming from the hospital, they ask about my grandfather's health and ongoing recovery, and just take such a level of care as I am also figuring out Nanook's schedule and needs. Thank you so much, for making a challenging time a little easier for both my grandfather and myself. It's made a world of difference.

Evan Wahr: We’ve been taking our dog to nails and grooming ever since we got her. She has been very good when it came to getting her nails trimmed. About 3 months ago. One of the techs clipped her nerve. They couldn’t clip the rest of the nails for obvious reasons as the damage had been done to her front paw and was bleeding. They did put the powder on her and we had to pay full price for the nail trimming even though they didn’t get all of them. Now we did get her spayed there at the vet that’s right across from them and asked them to trim her nails while she was under. It was fine. But last Saturday, I took my dog in there again for a nail trimming as they are getting long, her trust is lost in people touching her paws, so naturally I want a “trusted” professional to perform the service I pay for with no injury. I told the tech before I dropped her off,” If you need me to help I can,” she said I think we can do it and we will get her taken care of. Well they clipped her nerve again. She called my Fiancé who was not at the store and said she was ready to be picked up without any regards to what happened during the process. Long story short, my fiancé called me to go up to the front and pick our dog up. I went inside, bloody paw prints everywhere. She said unfortunately, we weren’t able to trim all of her toes today, and they they didn’t even try stopping the bleeding with the powder! Needless to say every time I go in there there is a new tech that Dosent know what the hell they are doing. I’m never taking our dog there again. The experiences have kept on getting worse and the Damage has already been done. Our dog does not trust anyone to go towards her paws now. We’re done with this place.
Samantha Gray: If I could give this store more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat! Everyone one I’ve encountered at the store has been extremely helpful and kind. I’ve been taking my 10 month old husky to training since he was 10 weeks old. Cassie has done an incredible job working with us in the classroom and being a quick text away whenever I’ve had a question. She recommended that I bring Ollie to day camp to socialize with other pups and the workers.He’s been going to day camp on and off for several months, and he LOVES it!! From the moment we pull into the parking lot he knows where he is and he can’t wait to go see his friends, both four-legged and two :).About a month was in a pinch and needed to drop Ollie off while I ran errands, it was a party day and they had a lot of pups there, instead of turning us away Chantel found a way for Ollie to be able to play for a few hours so I could get things done. Nick has been extremely helpful in reassuring me that Ollie (who has separation anxiety) does well while at camp and really enjoys being there! Ollie loves when he sees Nick behind the hotel desk, and wants to greet him every time we stop in for a minute.To all of the other Tiffany Springs PetSmart employees thank you for all that you do for my fur baby! There are so many of you who have taken the time out of your day to give him treats or head scratches and he loves that you give him the attention!We look forward to bringing Ollie to camp more in the future and are looking forward to our next training session!

I have read some of the previous reviews, I hope the pitbulls comments are NOT true, and will further investigate these claims. Well I had to lower my review, went to get fish today, the employees were to busy playing with ice to even knowledge me. Guess not a big deal they had absolutely no fish that I came in for.

Dani Costanza: Do not use their grooming services. Staff was not helpful and seemed resistent to check my dog in for his grooming appointment (we arrived 10 minutes early; other stores have checked him in and taken him back early in the past). Upon picking him up, he was still completely wet and it does not feel or smell like he was shampoo'd. It smells like he was just hosed down, spritzed, then barely dried. I paid for nail trim/grind, teeth, ear, and eye cleaning and none of these services were performed. Go to another PetSmart salon for grooming and avoid this nightmare.

Khufu Haki: They have a lot of amenities for your pets and it's pet friendly. No dogs for sale. Dog grooming is available. Cats, birds, lizards, and a few other critters are for sale

Rogue Wilde: This is one of the better petsmarts in the area for selection of food specifically cat food. The reason my low review you might inquire. Their fish. They are doing the right thing by not selling them due to some is it bacteria? Algae? Issue. Here's my deal this is like 3 months now that I can't buy no fish from this pet smart. Look I know Rogue just go to another pet smart. They had a betta 2 weeks ago from 2/14/23 I was going to adopt. NO BETTAS! TF! Will I still give this store my business yes. Just fix your fish issue soon please. I want fishies!
