My only complaint is their list of items that should be removed from the home is not comprehensive enough. Joe, who took my call, couldn't have been more helpful and informative.He suggested I contact my Housing Association to check if the treatment they had previously commissioned was still under warranty because, if so, it should cover any abatement measures in the garage.I was having problems getting a response from the HOA management, and Joe even offered to call them on my behalf to enquire about the warranty etc.--even though it might mean Miller Pest wasn’t going to get my business. Now that’s a true demonstration of integrity and high principle!In the end, it all got resolved through my HOA. But I'm extremely grateful to Joe for the recommendation that was instrumental in my positive outcome...and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process.If I ever need independent pest control services in the future, Miller Pest would most definitely be my first choice due to this encounter.
