Emily Dunn: I truly couldn't say enough positive things about this incredible practice!! Dr. Linz is our toddler's pediatrician and she is absolutely phenomenal! She's kind, respectful, sympathetic, great with my daughter, and possibly most important of all, receptive to our concerns and ideas as her parents. The nurse practitioners, nurses, and receptionists are also amazing. Everyone is kind, patient, warm, and prompt. We drive almost 30 minutes to go to this practice and tried to switch to somewhere closer to home, but quickly realized that Dr. Linz and Pediatric Associates are worth the drive!!!
Chonda: I once loved this clinic but unfortunately the physician we had made the decision to discontinue our relationship. I was accused of no showing appointments for my children and told there was nothing that could be done since the doctors make the final decision in who can come into the clinic. This really feels like discrimination but packaged up very professionally! Just be aware and observant.
LeKila Bryant: I've been going to Kelsey Ragsdale for at least 6 years. I recently gave birth to my son and didn't know that insurance didn't cover circumcisions'. I was on maternity leave for some time which but me behind a little financially. My son was sick, they denied him of services due to my balance. I made payment arrangements and they still denied him of services. This has changed my perspective of them but they do provide excellent care and services if you have a zero balance.
Caroline Knecht: Their billing department is completely incompetent and have billed the wrong insurance multiple times despite clear instructions. Their patient portal is horrible to use and has so many bugs. That said! We do appreciate the care team and the level of care and time they take to listen to our concerns and help our family.

Marissa Willingham: I always tell myself "I'm going to write them a good review" but rarely do and couldn't leave this place without letting you know how wonderful everyone here is. Originally we had Dr. Ragsdale while we were in the hospital for my daughters birth and LOVED her so we decided we wanted to stick with her. Unfortunately (for us at least) she was pretty booked up and we decided instead of waiting for an open appointment we'd try Dr. Linz. A decision i couldn't possibly regret. She is kind, patient, understanding and just overall a delight. Im 100% a helicopter mom - we lost our son at 36 weeks and i was horrified of ANYTHING happening to my daughter. I always felt like I had way too many questions, needed to call after hours, you name it. The entire staff here never once made me feel like i was a burden and they always got back to me quickly. We just relocated to another state and I wish so much that I could pick up this place and move it with me. I can't recommend Pediatric Associates and Dr. Linz enough.
Rola Mahmoud: I’ve received excellent care for my kiddos over the years. They get back to you quickly for any questions and concerns. Staff is friendly and Maggie, our nurse at last visit was super sweet, kind and caring. I was impressed by her communication skills.

Abby: Dr. Kevin is the best!! He is incredibly thorough, enthusiastic, kind and our 18 month old daughter adores him. He spends time with us and although he’s busy, he makes you feel like you’re the only patient that he has. He’s really helped us through those scary first few months of parenthood and gave us some of the best advice especially when it came to our daughter’s sleeping schedule! He gave us the tools we needed to feel confident and like old pros (even though we were clueless new parents back then!) The new building is a bit further of a drive for us but it is beautiful, the wait time is next to nothing and the waiting area is open, clean and has so many fun activities for kiddos which makes the whole process a lot less stressful on our daughter. We adore Dr. Kevin, his nurses and literally every single person we come across at Pediatric Associates!!

Make sure that you go to the south side of the medical facility - that's where the entrance is - not the emergency room entrance.Dr. Natasha is a compassionate, kind wonderful pediatrician who truly cares about her child patients and families. Courtney Mullen: Love Love Love this place. We switched to them after being fired from Priority Care and it has been nothing short of amazing these past 3 years. Like others have stated I never have an issue with being seen for sick issues or concerns. Shannon is THEE best!! They are are good but she’s our favorite ❤️
Dana Douglass: Update** is it really necessary to charge almost $100 every time a kid needs a strep test? I realized the same lab test is cheaper(FREE through my insurance) at most other doctors offices and urgent care offices.This dr office is awesome and the staff is great... scheduling is a real pain. I think you are trying to serve too many patients.
Murrie Harrison: New doctors believe being condescending to a child asking how a device works is an appropriate way to behave. Its a sad day when someone with a doctorate needs to feel smarter than a 4 year old. Front desk didn't seem to care very much, so I guess they need that validation, too.Edit: for sketchy billing practices. According to our insurance, a well child check shouldn't cost anything, but we keep getting bills for $20-something every couple months.

Ashley Seaton: We called in the morning to get our two girls in (10 months & 2yrs) for an appt right away due to this cold that seems to not want to go away. They were able to get us in same day and were awesome about everything they provided us. They ended up having ear infections and put on amoxicillin for it. So happy they got us in same day! Dr Burns was a wonderful!

Ashley Schroeder: We love Redwood for many reasons, but definitely want to comment on their responsiveness and ability to get us seen so quickly when needed! Two separate times now they have been able to immediately get us in to look at apotential head injury, rather than having to go to urgent care. All of the providers we have interacted with, from front desk staff, to nurses, doctors, and students are so knowledgeable, but also kind and understanding, as our parent hearts are already aching when watching our child go through an illness your injury. Stormi Mocciola: I am a first time mom and I cannot express enough how incredible this office is. From getting checked in, meeting nurses and the doctors, it is an incredible experience. Every time I have gone in I feel listened to, I am able to express concerns, questions, needing advice, etc and they hear me out every time. I don’t feel rushed and I feel like I am cared for just as much as my daughter. Even when I call in and talk to the nurse with a question, I am able to ask questions, hear solid advice and suggestions and I never feel rushed. As a first time mom, there are a ton of fears and questions and this place has eased me through all of that every single time! Josh Ford: to start this isn't about the doctors they're all pretty good. It's the clinic issues. Baby's throwing up and I have questions I'd like to ask the doctor but you try to get their hotline it says server error. Update this is a chronic problem you never can get a hold of when you need them I want some advice but you can't call you can't do nothing. And when they finally do call back you know what they say they don't ask about what's going on or anything like that they pretty much just tried making excuses.

Patients that are too young to be immunized get roomed immediately to avoid exposure to germs.The nurse practitioner, Shannon Gray has been very attentive to all our concerns and very Informative about caring for our child. She even took time after the office hours to call us about test results we had been waiting on. The lactation consultant, Emily has also been fantastic and is very accessible for quick questions. H W: Healthcare for Children has been our pediatrician for almost 7 years and we've had such a great experience. Recently, they have lost three of their main doctors. I was a bit concerned but have since had three great experiences with their new Nurse Practitioners. They were very interested in what I as a parent wanted and were absolutely phenomenal. I know this staff has gone through quite a few changes which can be hard for everyone, but they have continued to provide professional and quality care. I'm hoping to see a new male nurse practitioner or doctor in the future for those that have boys!
Kristen Mansell: Dr. Hertenstein retired and I will never bring my child here to these doctors since he is gone.
Jenny Avery: Called the other day and had to leave a voicemail for medical records (it was in the evening). The next morning I received a phone call and was sent everything I needed! Thank you for the prompt response!! Dr. Lively has been great with my little guy, staff is nice and listens.
Jennifer Peery: Be cautious and ask lots of questions or you’ll be challenged! Be mindful of how coding is done to your visit. You need to educate yourself on the complexity of your child’s visit to know how you will be billed. If you make a payment to then you need to ask for a billing specialist to make certain you have not pending charges to your account. You have to be clear an concise or you will be taken advantage of and owe more for services than the care that was received! Our sons office visit was with Dr. Lively who we refused going forward with seeing with our first impression and was billed 5 1/2 months later from our first initial office visit when we’ve been times after and had received bills on time. Health Care For Children blocked us on social media and no longer wants to see our children based on this post and we got a certified letter from the office manager stating we can longer been seen at their office.
Amanda Koehn: I have a feeling it's easy to get an appointment here because no one wants to deal with these people. Every single person I came in contact with were so rude, literally told me over the phone "well I don't know what we can do about that" before even seeing her! So disappointed. This is what I get for going to stuck up Liberty doctors, maybe I don't drive a nice enough car.

Furthermore, they wanted to charge for a whole doctor visit for their mistake just to get a vaccine. As a medical professional myself I took my child and business to a different office and the difference is night and day in the services and care received.

Dr Melanie Lively took her time and was very detailed, kind, and helpful. I've been to other offices where we felt rushed and the Drs were in and out and hardly spent any time with us. Dr Lively really sat down with me and my kids to make sure she had the full picture of their diets, general health, and well being. This is a practice that truly cares about your kids. We had a pediatrician we loved back in St Louis and after a bad experience with one here in KC, I finally know that we found another Dr that we love and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Dr that actually cares.

Meg Bell: Had one of the worst experiences of my life visiting Dr David Holleman. He interrupted me multiple times, he didn't ask or explain what he was going to do when examining my baby's diaper area, and was so rough during that examination that he made my baby cry. Not going back here.
Veronica Bolton: Both of my children have gone to Dr. Holleman. I delay vaccination's, and he is completely supportive of my decision. The appointments are always super fast. If you call first thing in the morning he usually gets us in the same day or the next day. I trust this doctor completely, and it took me about 30 phone calls/visits to find the "perfect" pediatrician. Very thankful to have this man help with my children! I highly recommend seeing him for your children!

Kimberly Martin: I LOVE my son's doctors and nurses here they care and take the time to listen to me. Just wish the front desk staff did the same, they rather correct your error before helping you or even suggest helping then share the correct process. I understand the medical field can't be easy to work in, even more so over the last few years. Doesn't mean we shouldn't treat everyone with fairness and understanding.
Alexandrea Foster: Dana at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly. She is willing to go above and beyond to help us out. I have only brought my child to this location once but the provider that cared for her when she wasn't feeling the best was there for us and answered the million questions I had. Love this practice!

They listen to any and all concerns and do their very best to make sure my children are taken care of.The building itself is clean, as are the rooms. Crystal Dessauer: My son has been going to Dr. Bonnie Jones since he was 4 years old and we absolutely love her. He is 12 now and she has been there every step of the way. She always listens and does everything she can to help. I recently moved 45 minutes away from the area and decided to take my 2 year old daughter to a pediatrician closer to home since she goes more often. What a mistake that was! I’ve been to two other pediatricians in my area and they were both terrible. I’m glad my son still goes to Dr. Jones and I wish I would have kept her as my daughters pediatrician too.
Kate Roe: I won’t give them 1 star just because we’ve been going here for 4 years. but over the course of 4 years, we were not taken seriously by a few people at this location. the clinical notes written by someone who works with patient care and referrals were unprofessional and incompetent coming from someone working in the medical field. as a mother, we should be able to confidently confide in our children’s doctors regarding their health and unfortunately the man did not take me seriously. after complaining to the office manager about this, we received a letter in the mail stating they will not be his doctor anymore. i had this planned and acknowledged hence why i requested medical records 2 months ago. please do not give up and stand your ground when requesting a referral somewhere. it may take over 15 children mercy visits, er visits, reoccurring ear infections and a very stern phone call for them to send a referral over. but they will include their own personal opinion in the addendum when doing so.doctor jones is very kid friendly.
Steven & Amanda Tyler: Wow, just awful. Literally NO ONE will answer the phone at any location. We have been coming to this office for YEARS and every year it gets worse. Unless you book an appointment months out you’ve child isn’t getting seen.My son is ill and there’s no way to book an appointment. Just goes straight to voicemail, unacceptable. Were headed to a different office.
Margaux Madenwald: I love this office! The front desk staff, nurses and my daughter's doctor all seem to care deeply about their patients. We see Dr. Bonnie Jones and she always makes a point to talk directly to my daughter about her care plan, not just myself. She's so great with kids! We also love how conveniently located it is to our house. Highly recommend.
Christopher Tirrell: Don't go here. I called exactly at their policy time limit but because I was suck on hold they told me to reschedule after driving half an hour to get there. The lady was rude and I wouldn't waste a minute with these people.
Allie Cobb: I have personally tried so hard to like this office for pediatric care (mainly for its convenient location) but after there inability to ever schedule a same day sick appointment (I think 0-10 at this point), showing up 45 minutes (we left after 45 minutes it may have been longer) to a 8:30 a.m. appointment, and being unwilling to refer to a children's mercy providers when they are clearly unable to provide the care needed, I've finally decided to start looking for a provider.

Crystal Keller: Dr. Baysa was AMAZING. I brought my little guy in for all the cold symptoms and she spent a lot of time explaining things to me and overall just spent more time than a lot of doctors usually do. I can't gush enough about her!
