Kai McCoy: Plenty of awnings for shade; a large pool for swimming and keeping cool, 3'5" all through. Diving boards and deep water in a separate pool to the side. Very safe for young kids not confident swimmers! Though it's a hot day, it's not very crowded. A $12 pass gives you 6 visits, that's two for free! That means if Mom doesn't swim, it doesn't cost us when we go to the pool.

Kelly Cline: If I could give zero stars I would. This pool is HORRIBLE!!!! The dirtiest pool I have ever been to and I’ve been to some cheap motels in my life and this one is by far the dirtiest. There were dirt, leaves, bugs and DEAD FROGS in the water. Staff is very rude. There were two female lifeguards that treated my kids and I very poorly. They also had only 2 lifeguards and would only open one pool at a time so the kids couldn’t use the diving board area when the wanted to. Don’t go even doe $3.

Harry Ingels: Great place for school district residents to get all weather exercise. They have good discounts for seniors also.
Madi: This is a great place to swim laps. Only $5 if you don't have a membership. You can reserve a lane online. Locker rooms and bathrooms always clean, pool is heated, and they play music over the speakers. Also, you get the lane for a whole hour. Highly recommend.

Makenzie Wardlow: Took swimming lessons here and the instructor had no idea what to do. We really just stood in the water for 30 minutes. Each week we were late getting in the water and were made to get out before 10:30( time our class ended) in order for the next class. They do have nice people working though.

Paul Glaser: We love taking our kids to this pool. First of all, it's free. Secondly, it has a shallow area for smaller children. Thirdly, it has a playground and exercise equipment close by that can be used during the pool breaks. The water is always cool (even on hot days) because they drain and refill it everyday.

They have a bigger pool for bigger kids, small pool for little bitty ones **its only inches deep** . They take breaks each hour to check chlorine levels etc... they have a play ground right next to the fenced pool area. It's quite impressive. Thank you Jarboe Park for re-opening!

Jasmine Scott: This water park has become a summer destination for my friends, family, and I for the last 5 years! We love it here at The Springs. There is plenty of things to do between waterslides, the lazy river, kids play area, splash pad, and the lap pool. Definitely worth the money. Adult passes are now $11.00 per person while kids under 48 inches are $8.00 per person. They also offer concessions and lockers in addition to providing life jackets for kids use. They do not charge for the life jacket rental. They just take down your information and then you return them when you’re ready to leave the park. The staff are also friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions in addition to helping to fit my nieces for their life jackets while they were in the park. Thank you all for great customer service! We look forward to our next visit to The Springs!

Robin Kansas City: Springs doesn't control the hours listed in google. The website lists the hours which are correct and that is where people should be going to look at hours. If the google hours bother you that much put in a request to Google and may be enough requests will get it changed.Staff that work there are seasonal, if you want to keep having a public pool I suggest you stop complaining so hard or staff will leave. Prices have gone up everywhere, these complaints are getting old..get over it.The Springs is a great place to go to cool off and hang with friends/family. We can't always have that perfect day, so brush off the small stuff and get back to what you were here to do....HAVE FUN, Only person that can control that is YOU.
Matthew McDaniel: Hours are actually 12-8, even though Google says it opens at 11. They say they notified Google, and can't control it. Well...you could put a SIGN up out front with the hours so dozens of people don't stand out there wondering what's wrong...that you can control.

Chelsea Cole: Got up early to take my family to this park for Memorial Day weekend. We got here right at 11:03 because online it states that they open at 11 on Saturdays and Sunday’s. The gate was locked and there were people sitting outside on the ground. Apparently they didn’t update their hours online so now we have to sit outside on the ground for an hour til they “actually” open. Been watching the employees ride down the slides while we sit outside and watch. Extremely unprofessional.
Angie Patton: I have been very disappointed over the last couple of years with this water park- When this placed first opened it was a beautiful water park but since then instead of fixing things they have let things remain broken. Last year the pools were more dirty with dead bugs- the lazy river -blow up tubes were flat and they needed more- also a lack of staff-- if you are to charge for a day of fun or even a season pass shouldn't you fix your equipment?? I will not be returning to this park until I have seen some improvements!!!!!

Kevin Huebner: Great public pool! They have a large lap pool, an adults only pool, one for young kids, one for the whole family, and one with slides and diving boards. The only downside is the relatively high price, but after 4:30 it's half off.

Our last visit on the final day of the season was a little disappointing because the main pool was closed and they had to open lap lanes to accommodate everyone. Overall, a great place for summer sun and fun.

Matt Bailiff: I live close to this pool and it looks nice, but my little kids were whistled at constantly by the lifeguards. Then they whistled at me for having my son sit on my shoulder. I then asked for the rules about it, and they just said oh anything within "reason". So I asked if I could throw them, roughhouse a little like you do w/ little kids having fun in the pool. Same answer...within reason. So basically you are just doing stuff waiting for them to whistle at you for whatever they deem is too much? Post some rules, and let people have fun
