Mike Smith: The ethics behind the check-in personnel are absolutely breathtakingly disgusting. EVERY SINGLE time we are in here they look over and mumble little secrets ABOUT the people in the waiting room. As keen of an ear as I have, unlike most of their visitors, I know for a fact on multiple occasions it was in a negative way and regarding us occasionally.On top of all of that, they are still scanning temperatures OF THE GUEST ONLY! with no regard to the patients temperature. All while it is no longer policy to do so, considering they are a KU campus. Any statement in regards to "our patients are immunocompromised" is invalid as SO ARE SOME AT CAMBRIDGE AS WELL AS MY WIFE who I'm here with.This specific location just consistently has the worst medical experience that I have ever had on so many occasions.I try to be very patient considering what we deal with very regularly, but this place is starting to get out of hand.

barbara claibourn: Unfortunately I see doctors and nurses all the time here. I keep having lymphoma different locations of my body and have to have chemo and immunotherapy since 2014. Everyone from front desk to Drs and nurses are great!!

jackie rickart: Doctors and nurses were fantastic, my chemo treatments were successful but my problem is the follow up that was scheduled for today and when I had asked them back in July how much the CAT scan was going to cost they said they would let me know, I have that on paper, and now this is October 20 and after being on the phone yesterday and being passed around and passed around and passed around and passed around no one was able to answer my question on how much the CAT scan was going to cost so that I could plan accordingly with Medicare. I contacted Medicare and they said I should ask how much it’s going to cost so that I would know how much I’m gonna pay but could not get the answer. I ended up Canceling the appointment until I can get the answer I need, hopefully someone there knows what they’re charging and then it won’t be a surprise when you receive the bill but then again maybe it’s planned that way.
Amanda Snyder: This place is always great every time I go. The staff is always friendly and my doctors are amazing. Very good care!
joyce mcfarland: If you have cancer or a blood deseàse they are a group of doctors to go to. I go once a month for infusions. The infusion room and their staff is remarkable. There is also a couple of volunteers that makes sure you have something to drink or eat or if you need a warm blanket. The doctors are great but the nurses are fantastic.

Angelica Crump: They almost killed my mother because the doctor wouldn't see her at all through her chemo, even though we tried, he just told the nurse to give her more. So I wouldn't trust them. I just want everyone to be safe, my mom couldn't eat and could barely breath. Just a warning
Sherie Donnelly: This is where I took my chemotherapy and Radiation therapy. The office is quiet and peaceful, yet very functional. The employees are phenomenal, courteous, kind and caring. The chemo room runs like a well oiled machine. Nurses are very knowledgeable and specially trained. My doctor was fantastic. I was kept up to date on everything. Nurse Practitioners are always around to help if there is a problem. I never had any long waits to be seen or treated. I have recommended this office to everyone that has asked.
Lori Smart: Excellent care by kind and compassionate, doctors, nurses and staff. Very grateful to have this team of caregivers!

Shawn Hillman: The gentleman at the front desk is always extremely friendly and courteous every time I have been there. The rest of the staff is great as well.

Nae H: My mother was referred here for a bone marrow transplant. She had multiple myeloma cancer discovered in her spine at Research. KU did nothing to help my mother. Instead, they did not give her chemo while she was in STAGE THREE OF MULTIPLE MYELOMA and it spread from her spine to her sides, legs and throat. Two months under their careless care, they advise our family that they've never cured or succeeded remission of a multiple myeloma patient after the two times they hospitalized my mother. They referred us to hospice providers, i watched my mother die. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!

Rachel Honn: I can not say enough about Sarra Cannon! The doctors there quite literally saved my life this past year. Dr. Massey and Dr. Lyberger are the best doctors that I could have ever hoped to have. Dr. Massey and her nurses were so patient and supportive of me through every treatment and answered every dumb question that popped into my brain and explained every procedure as well as every detail of my treatment plan in such a way I was able to understand what was happening to me. She was amazing and deserves more than five stars on this review.
annette lindsey: This review is for the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute in Independence, MO. Located at 39th St and Jackson.I have been going to Sarah Cannon since 2018 after being told I had cancer. They have made this terrible journey bearable with the love and unconditional care they have shown me. The things they deal with daily never keeps them from being upbeat when they see the next patient. All the staff are always friendly and kind. My nurses are very sweet, My NP Liz Melton is simply awesome and I am especially fond of her. There are not enough good things to say about Dr. Shawn Lybarger he has been an amazing gift from GOD his kindness and sincerity and knowledge is very comforting.I highly recommend Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute if you unfortunately ever hear those 3 evil words.You have cancer
