Ani: Guys are scammers. They gave me a dirty office shich I had to clean myself day one. And charged me 60% of my total contract value when I left in the name of “restoration fee”. I gave a cleaner pffice with no damage. Stay away ehile you can.

Options and Traders: One of our clients wanted to meet us here. The atmosphere was ok, but we started getting a ton of fees for things we didn't use or sign up for.When questioned, answers were redirected to "upper management" who could not solve the issue and refused to understand our problem.I would avoid letting them know your information. Only pay them in cash, otherwise you will see a bunch of random draws on your card.
Cirilla Casanova: We used this place for our agency and they were nice at first to get you to sign the papers.The "fixed rate" is definitely not true, they don't explain that they increase your rent when they feel like it.
Ken Ma: Customer service is helpful, but the home office policies are terrible.Indexing of rent increases occur early, and the locked in "rate" is invalid. They will always increase rent, automatic payments get messed up resulting in a default and you get random "late fees" even though you call and say you pay each month manually on time. I had to deal with this for 4 months straight even when there is money in the account. I have also started to take photos and document all payments to prove that they are paid, because card payments take a few days to show up, and so they claim there is no proof.When you pay, the system still says you owe money, and when you try to pay again, it will either keep saying you have a late fee, or the payment is $0, but still request you keep paying with no given receipt.When you ask for help, customer service is nice, but the home office will refute all errors on their end leaving you to pay more that you should and say that they can index you.If I were to use this service again, I would recommend pre-uploading all the money you need for the whole year at the beginning to avoid their system errors.

Marc LaBianca: Computer programmers beware: the internet offered here only allows for light web browsing / emails. Regus sales / mgmt will not disclose and claim to be ignorant to this until AFTER you have already sunk days trying to unravel why no cloud services will communicate with your machine. I also experienced a lack of responsiveness and support on connectivity issues. I wish I could get back all the time and revenue wasted here.Eventually they will offer you a VPN with more access, but sell it to you for a $99 w/ monthly as an upsell on top of everything else they charge you for. Wow. Stay away.

Tina Watts: They do not list pricing for day or hourly use on their website and when called, a sales representative was not available. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a price for a seat at a table or desk.
Mark Hohler: I've been here for over a year, leasing a private office for my law firm. The facilities are well maintained and clean, and the staff is very helpful and responsive. As a tenant, you have the option of being fully immersed in the community of entrepreneurs around you, or you have the ability to isolate yourself and focus purely on work. Great building; great staff; great environment!
Gina Rush: I work for a small construction company that has many high-end residential remodeling projects in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. Following the outbreak of Covid-19 in late 2019 and into 2020, the company was put in a position to seriously downsize its operations to survive. In December 2020, our company located its office to a private suite in the Novel Coworking building where other small business operate. The move has been nothing but 100% positive, the other tenants and the Novel Coworking management team nothing short of feeling like family, and the environment within this unique conglomeration of businesses nothing short of extremely conducive to growing a successful business. There are absolutely not enough positive words to express how very fortunate our company has been within this working environment and how attentive the Novel Coworking management team has been to ensuring that all of their tenants have the most modern operating environment possible to ensure the success of each business. If you are a very small business in need of office space with all of the amenities, I would - hands-down - strongly recommend reaching out to the Novel Coworking team and touring the beautiful facilities they provide.

The entire team, facility and office engagement activities and parties have been first class. You can not beat a red eye coffee or two for free in the morning and then easy access to food trucks and restaurants downtown is so convenient. Fabio Suave: terrible hiring experience. i completed their app process and the next step was an interview. they expressed interest in interviewing me and gave me limited times and dates. I told them those won't work for me because of my current job, the one i'm trying to leave. the next day i informed them that my work got cancelled due to the weather and i was available for an interview that day (being one of the available dates initially offered) and they said they decided not to move forward with my application. makes absolutely no sense. don't work for this company if their hiring manager makes decisions like that. they were fully interested in seeing me for an interview but decided not to move forward because i couldn't make their interview time and then suddenly could. trash.
Dan Prince: BusinessWorld sounded like a good deal because it gave me access to conference rooms. Turns out they rent the conference rooms out to anyone and everyone regardless of BusinessWorld membership. As a result there is NO benefit to this agreement whatsoever.In addition, they make it virtually impossible to get out of your agreement. They auto-renew IN ADVANCE without notice. They raise their rates WITHOUT notice. Talk about golden handcuffs...

Justin Hunt: We've been renting an office here for a few months now, and just love it. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the building itself is beautiful. Our clients definitely prefer the hardwood floor and brick walls to the cheap carpet and drywall of our old office; it adds a touch of class to our business. Best office space we found in the area for the price.The location is great: we are 2 blocks from the light rail and one block from the library. Our bank and the post office are just a brief walk down the street. There are also several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.The only problem is finding good parking, but that's a concern for everyone downtown so I can't fault Regus.

KC Happenings With Bossolina: I am a new broke Non-profit I went looking for some office space and made appointment with Susan Conley a sales rep for Regus of the Plaza. I was not satisfied with the space of the office/small she talked me threw paperwork because was thinking about getting it, but was told I could change my mind no obligation, so with that I allowed her to talk me thru each section of paperwork. Never went back, never moved in nothing, why did I get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe them $2700 lol. In these times Covid-19 trying to get something started and people still want something for nothing. its a shame, greed and to say the least wolves in sheep's clothing.

I love how secure it is and knowing that people have to have key cards to get in at night. The staff is super nice and helpful. The coffee is usually pretty good and I love the on the house beer. Sometimes parking can be rough but generally you can find a spot. The conference rooms are great for meeting with my clients.

Phil Baylog: I've worked here up until a few months ago and absolutely loved it. The building is kept very clean and presentable, great for making a good impression with clients. Fast internet, a solid desk and chair, and good working environment (I was in the dedicated desk area) made for some very productive days. The rooftop view/workspace is incredible. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything I didn't like except the free coffee only being available on weekdays, but there's a coffee shop right downstairs so it really wasn't a big deal at all. Also very convenient to anything accessible by streetcar, since there's a stop right outside.

Brianna Butler: I love this place! It's a great spot to host meetings, events and work in peace. I attended a company meeting here and I was thoroughly impressed. Clean facilities, free wifi, access to kitchen areas , modern office spaces and it offers several privacy pods to do solo work!
