Jon Miller: We had a move with Let’s Get Moving on 5/24/23. We have moved 10 times in the last 10 years, don’t ask :-) this is our first time using let’s get moving. Without question or pause, this was the best moving experience we’ve ever had, the crew that we had were exceptional, courteous, took great care of our belongings, and also great care getting them out of and into the homes. We had no damage, and often times damage is unavoidable when you’re moving big things, but our crew went out of their way to examine potential issues or damage opportunities before they moved things, they made plans, and it went off without a hitch. I hope we never move again, but if we do, we will be using let’s get moving again. I cannot recommend them any more highly .

uhhhkris: Called these folks in a panic a week before my move because I had originally planned on moving myself but got injured. They got me quoted right then and there. The fellas who showed up were professional, careful, and courteous. There was a little mix-up as I wasn't told by the person I spoke with over the phone that providing your own truck means that the movers don't unload but I was happy to pay the additional cost because it still ended up being cheaper than what I had planned on spending and what their quote was. They got my stuff out and into the new place within 2 hours. Cannot recommend LGM enough.

When Trevor and his partner showed up on the day of the move, they were both professional and worked quickly and efficiently. They had originally quoted my job with 3 movers and the 2 guys were able to complete it in less time than was originally estimated, saving me money. Stephanie Webster: Jeremiah, KB and DJ made my moving experience so much easier! I unexpectedly had to move from one 3rd floor apartment to another 3rd floor apartment in the same complex and they all went quickly and worked so hard, took no breaks and completed everything within the 2.5 hour quoted time. Not only that, but they all have wonderful, fun personalities and KB has a great taste in music and had the jams going for us!I will remind you if it's your first time moving, take loose shelves out of things just incase because I did have something break but Jeremiah helped me take pictures immediately and the claims department is working on taking care of that for me. Plus, only one thing breaking going from one 3rd floor to another 3rd floor in 2.5 hours I'd say is still amazing and honestly this did not take away from how amazing these guys really did. And on the other end of this, there were a few pieces of furniture that were my great-grandparent's that I asked they be extra careful with as I just lost my great grandpa in April. They all communicated this to each other and were EXTRA gentle with these pieces. This was NOT an easy move but these guys did amazing. This was my first time hiring movers and I will definitely hire them again. I recommend these guys for sure. Thank you Jeremiah, KB and DJ!!!

In particular, I had a washer and dryer that needed to be moved through a tight doorway and I was impressed by how well they managed to get it through. The price seemed a little high, but they did such a fantastic job, I can attribute the cost to "you get what you pay for." Great job Moving Proz.

Large items such as a leaf for my dining table, and the shelving part of some large warehouse shelves, not to mention having to purchase a new power source for my electric bed that I have yet to find.The guys were very friendly, timely and efficient, I am just disappointed in the items I have not been able to find.

Sahara Of The Desert: Nothing but communication issues. First interaction waited for over an hour and called the office numerous times that the movers were late, only to find out that there was a 4 hour window that the secretary neglected to inform me about. Movers finally arrive only to tell me they needed a 3rd guy and a lift gate bc the items were too heavy and they were informed incorrectly of items. There was not one available, we rescheduled, and after talking to the manager I was assured I would have 3 guys and a lift gate. Second interaction: No lift gate but they brought a fourth guy (which your charged $100 per guy per hour) Which I did not agree to, manager never called to talk to me about it, since there was no lift gate loading took twice as long which also cost me. I was not compensated for inconvenience or loss of time and I ended up paying twice as much as my initial quote. The movers are nice guys but the people in charge are incredibly unprofessional and incompetent, which will only cost you in the long run. Save yourself the trouble and go with another company.Service:Local moving

They moved their things out of the truck to the new location they are in, but then loaded everything back up and their excuse was “we just done with a really big job” they leave..and my boyfriends mom noticed things missing that was there before they left so she called the company and they said they didn’t steal anything but right after that they quit their jobs. This burns me the wrong way and I’m happy they do not continue to work here ! Don’t want it happening to anybody else.

J C: The two men that assisted me with my move were fast and extremely nice. I had some apprehension when I initially met them, because they smelt of cigarette smoke and pot. One guy was smoking when he came off the truck. I only mention this because I feared that the smell would transfer to my furniture - it didn't.Again they were fast when moving my items and saved me money in the long run. I was initially extremely pleased after the move and tipped them extra. As I started unpacking and rearranging furniture, I noticed minor damage to furniture such as scratches and small chips that weren't there before. Also other items such as the fabric on the head board and couch cushions were slightly dirty. Very minor things that wouldn't be worth filing a claim.This company beats out the competition in price and will get the job done quickly. Just don't expect a flawless move.Service:Local moving

It turned out to be one of my better decisions. We were MORE THAN PLEASED with Michael and the rest of his crew. Thank you for sending such fine young men to handle our move. It was hard tiring work for everyone yet they were happy and smiling all the time. These plesant young men turned a difficult experience into a plesant (although tiring) day. One note of interest...(I regreat I don't remember each one's name) ...but near the close of the day, one of the movers placed something on a dresser and said, "This fell out of one of the top drawers." I was busy and didn’t even look...this morning I noticed it, and realized that it was a small box containing one of my favorite diamond rings. Now we add HONEST to the list of words to describe your employees! I have been a small business owner and I know how important it is to know how our employees represent our business while they are on the job. I must tell you that each of the four young men who handled my move was an asset to your company. I hope you contact each one and let them know that they are very much appreciated...I'll take one step farther and suggest you double their salary!!! (Because they definately are worth it!) Cindy Natter: I coordinated my elderly parent's long-distance move from out of state. The Centurion team did everything to ensure it was a great experience. Jimmy, the move coordinator, was super helpful, responsive, and professional. His initial estimate was the lowest out of five estimates, and the actual cost came within $40 of the estimate. The packers and loaders (Robert, Gage, Gordon) went way above what I've experienced in the past with prior moves. They really cared and treated my dad's things as if they were their own. I can't say enough positive things about them. This was my fifth long distance move; it was the smoothest by far. It was a team effort, and the Centurion team made my life so much easier with the quality customer service they provided.

David Stone: Centurion Moving & Storage is the best moving company my wife and I have ever worked with out of 3-4 other local moving companies we’ve hired over the years.Jimmy scheduled an appointment to visit our residence to provide us with a quote and answer all of our questions prior to the actual move date.Robert and his crew did an incredible job, working both quickly and carefully. They completed the move under-budget and without damaging anything - including a 30+ year old upright piano that had to go down a flight of stairs and narrow passageway. All three of the crew were very professional, friendly and efficient. I don’t recall them taking any breaks or trying to stretch out their on-the-clock time at all. I was also impressed with Robert’s driving skills, as he maneuvered the box truck through a narrow dead end street at our new residence with ease.I would not hesitate to hire Centurion Moving & Storage again or recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company with transparent, upfront pricing, a single point of contact throughout the process, and capable and hardworking moving professionals to get the job done right and on or under-budget.

Mark Huerter: I typically do not write reviews, but in this case the service was far better than previous moves. Jimmy the Sales Rep was excellent from beginning to end and was very informative and available through the entire process. I have 4 previous out of state moves and this one was far superior. On my previous moves I had to watch the movers like a hawk as I did not like the way they were handling our furniture and they did not have a caring attitude. The guys and gal at Centurion were very trustworthy, friendly and professional. So much so, that I felt comfortable enough to leave the house and not have to be there watching their every move and I did in fact leave the home several times during the 4 day process. You can trust these folks with your house keys! They were so good at packing, I was amazed at some of the items they wrapped. Example my table saw and bandsaw. All previous movers just loaded them on the truck, but not these guys. They went out of their way to treat my furniture as if they were moving their own. All of the crew was great, but special shout out to Will and Tony who were at the move from start to end as these guys are good guys who you could hang out with and have a beer with. Items are in storage now until we find our next home, and we are not in a rush as we are in trust that Centurion will take good care of our items in storage and that they will be delivered to us in the same professional way they were removed from the home we sold.Service:Interstate moving

First, they handled our November 2019, 140 person office move from the Crossroads to a new 40k square foot Westport office and did an excellent job. They were on-time and at a very competitive cost.Then, in April 2021, I hired Centurion to move everything from our house in Shawnee to another home about six miles away. Their crew was great and made it all happen with efficiency, ease and even a sense of humor, which we greatly appreciated. They weren't the cheapest bid but we hired them anyway because I knew they would do the job right based on my previous experiences with them. Roxanne Fanning: Our movers from Centurion Moving and Storage were excellent. They were friendly and efficient. They were strategic getting into our cul-de-sac that was semi blocked for some utility work. They wrapped furniture just as we were told they would do, the laid plastic down on stairs and carpeted area as to keep the floor as clean as possible for next owner. There was a lot to move, and never did I hear one complaint while loading the trucks. Now, when we arrived at the new home, there was an issue getting the trucks into the drive, so everything (3 truck loads) had to be carried up the drive and to the location in the house. It was raining and the company did send some additional help to get the trucks unloaded. When the last of the movers were leaving I noticed that 2 magnetic boards were missing from our family photo, so I asked about it and the one gentleman said he would be in the shop the next day and would look for the boards. I am glad to let you know, that after this large, unexpected unloading issue, they were able to find the boards! It is the little things that matter. C A: Did my things make it to GA, yes. Did they make it in the condition that they left KS, NO! My belongings we not handled with care. Broken dresser mirror placed in closet and not brought to my attention, stains on white leather furniture when covers were provided, bedroom furniture attachments missing (I had to reach out to manufacturer for replacement), boxes clearly labeled kitchen, bath , dining, etc…packed into the garage and not moved to the correct location, heavy boxes stacked on boxes marked fragile, torn leather couch, just to name a few. Movers smelled like marijuana. This was a horrible experience overall! The owner tried to smooth things over but unfortunately, nothing could make this right! I had to hire another set of movers to complete their job. Please note, the owner offered to send his team back to complete the job, however after overhearing one of his team members (Larry) call my items sh*t, there was no way I wanted anything more to do with this company. I believe the owner’s intentions were above board and the entire team was not bad. The other two guys worked hard. His lead in particular, lacked decent work ethic and unfortunately, the other movers followed. I hate to leave this review because I believe the owner wants to do right by his customers, but I am still finding broken items that cannot be replaced. If you need your things moved, use them. If you care about your belongings and think you can trust this company to handle them with care, look elsewhere. I pray the owner takes a hard look at his leadership team and makes the necessary changes to ensure future customers have a better experience.

Kelly Copeland: The movers planned loading days and times carefully, keeping in mind that bad weather was expected on moving day. We paid several days in advance per the agreement and had no issues. All furniture was carefully examined, as several pieces needed to be wrapped by the movers prior to loading. On moving day, they drove several hours to deliver (to another state) and made sure that everything got transferred into the home as directed. Even though there was some difficulty at the new residence with the driveway access, they discussed options with us and made sure that the job was completed. The entire crew worked very hard and kept a professional attitude. We were very pleased with their service!!
