Moosejaw: what do users think?
Michael Jay: Great toy store. If you're into the outdoors they have a pretty good selection of climbing, camping, and assorted outdoor gear. Friendly and helpful staff, and a fun quirky personality. They are a tad expensive as such places tend to be, but also offer discounts for some local groups which makes it a little more reasonable. They have a little bit of everything, and all of the basics to get you started with climbing. The new location at RoKC down south is pretty nice too.
Bryan Arri: Kyle was super helpful today - I had an exchange to make, and ended up chatting about backpacks with him. The guy was super informative, very kind, and very helpful
Andrew Ball: Great staff and great product. Also Mike is really handsome and smells nice. Next time you’re there get a whiff but don’t make it obvious as it might scare him. Ask for free stickers before you leave!! Oh and buy tons of stuff too.
Alexander Ducate: Good selection. Great prices
Matt Petelin: Kyle is the Man! Thanks for all your help
Charles Gerald: Awesome selection of outdoor gear
James Symmonds: Has big ticket items but if you need to grab any last minute items on your way out of town, you could leave empty handed. Fun and quirky atmosphere though.
Jes Caylor: It's definitely 60:40 on the amount of men to women's clothing, but it's a good selection and the staff is great.
Rhonda Rieck-Rush: Loved their selection, but way too pricey for me.
Jeremiah Novelo: Ive been at the plaza many times, but this time i went and evrytime i go in they have security there to watch,. I understand you need one in a store but why when i go in theres one, anyone can go in but somehow i go and im being watched, or felt like i was being watched.I left the first time it happened today to see if "I" was the problem and i came back half an hour later, and there was nobody but workers there. But get this im in here for 5 minutes no less and they alraedy call security. At this point i think they thought wrong of me, i was wearing pijamas and loose tee, not to mention im also brown. I honestly loved shopping here ehen i was little but now i kinda dont want to be near there. Along with that to what i think the manager with the beard whisperd to security and pointed/ looked at me while doing so. I useually come here to buy swaeters because nowhere else sells the ones i like, but after today i dont want to go ever again, the uneasiness of being watched while shopping sucks. Like ive said ive always shopped at the plaza but today was diffrent forshure.
Joshua Anderson: Unique selection and a friendly staff. Was fun to do pull ups on the rope.
Kalley lamport: Ridiculous on prices if you don't go in there looking nice they won't even greet you. Rich stuck up people
David Riffel: Awesome gear! Get outdoors!
Jeromey Bell: Nice enough store and staff, but $300-$800+ for a winter coat is definitely out of my tax bracket 😉
Keith Jones: The staff pointed me to the selection and was able to get what was there🆒
Victor Ferguson: Great service... Good place to shop for little bit everything Outdoors
Joleen and Tom Arnhold: Cool outdoor store. Wish it was bigger and had a larger selection
Levi Hirsch: Neat rockclimbing gear
Dail Hong: Today’s featured old-time hockey hero is Charlestown Chiefs defenseman Billy Charlebois, who hails from . . . if I can read the card here – Moosejaw, Saskatchewan...I buy my Exofficio underwear. Boxers. So comfy. Dries fast. Carabiners galore. Backpacks too.Experience hiker gear. But its cools.Wish the customer service was worse. The kind boy at that counter gave me a sticker. I'll put it in my pocket and take a look when I get home. Possibly put it on my tool box.
Kc Gunner: Hipster for sure but my lady liked it and they gave us a free sticker so that's a plus!
Kris H: Even though they didn't have the item I wanted the staff was incredibly polite and helpful

The North Face Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
carlos bustamante: Excellent service
Michael Pare: Friendly staff, decent selection.
Christopher Taylor-Durr: Exceptional Customer Service!!Thank you!
Nicolle Ortega: Literally disgusted after the horrible experience I had to deal with at this location with an employee. Not sure if he was a regular employee or manager but you can tell this guys has issues with races such as hispanics and black people. You guys have to train your employee better on giving a better customer service, no one is coming to get free items. Got so disgusted by this ignorant child that I decided to leave the location. I will definitely be contacting someone higher to have a conversation about this, since it seems not to be the first issue someone has had at this location, and I’m guessing it is the same person. We deserve respect and a better customer service employees!
Sahajveer Bajwa: Great Products And Simple
Mandi Bethard: Lots of options. Found a parka.
Alex Rosales: There is a "person" called Aaron, idk who's him but i guess a "manager" or something like that, he has a real bad attitude, quiet and super bad customer service...i think management needs to do something real fast, the store is super nice, the employees are nice and Friendly too (Brooke and Tyler)Idk if this guy Aaron has some races with Hispanic or black people, but you can see right away that tbh.Again nothing with the store or other employees, it's just this person that needs to be more friendly and has a better CUSTOMER SERVICE because no matter what, we don't go there to PLAZA LOCATION to ask for FREE clothes or items, we PAY/PAID for those and at same time we basically pay them salaries, so we deserve respect and a better customer service employees!!
Jim Stanford: Limited selection due to smaller size of the store but they have excellent products
Angela Ko: So sad that "The North Face' has gone down hill over the last few years. I have purchase "The North Face" for at least 15 years.. I recently ordered online 4 big kids jackets that cost around $115 each . On the website beware that if you order a size and you return it to the website it will take 3 weeks from the time they receive your return to exchange or get a refund. This is not stated on their website . It does state you can take it into a North face store to exchange, but if you live 80 miles from the closest store that is pointless. I love product , hate the process and service. There are other competitor's out there. I guess it is time to move on . Now I wait 3 weeks for a refund of $400.00.. WOW ..
Sean P: Nice merchandise and helpful staff. Helped me find the sizes I needed. Was knowledgeable on the products
Robert Stambaugh: Very nice place to find superb casual wear.
Michael Hill: This is in a safe and fun place in KC. Lots of shops and parking and restaurants with in walking distance of this shopping area. High-end stores. Good staff at North Face, helpful and professional but not overly friendly.
Suzette Owens: I love shopping here. Great customer service
Katia Milazzo: When you are body shamed because of your size and appearance, you realize how much society will always have impossible standards for women and lack of decency towards other humans. Women should be lifting each other up, not making them feel less than. Guess what? Being rich and skinny doesn’t make you better. You know what else? Shopping in comfy clothes is normal. Walking around in sweats does not make me less. Walking around in heels does not make you better. I walked in and was no where near greeted the same way the other lady was, who was dressed in heels and a nicer outfit. I was asking for help and was brushed off multiple times. North Face, shame on you for letting these employees represent you. Truly disappointed with this location. Do better.
Steven McAllister: Experience left a lot to be desired. Tried to return an item purchased a few days ago and wasn't able to. Dozens of other retailers can look up receipts based on 1) your account or 2) the card you paid with. They couldn't do either. Receipt wasn't emailed or text to me when the purchase was made. I'll stick to online ordering going forward.
Jaspreet Kaur: Excellent customer service!!
Kalim Dowdell: Laura was absolutely amazing. Knew everything about anything we picked out. Definitely someone you want at the front of your store. 10 stars👍🏼
james schaefer: A+ customer service. Highest quality gear.
Connie Hsu: Less crowded than other stores.
Serina B.: Ouch! Way overpriced and a poor selection of men's outerwear.
Katherine Delich: Went in store to exchange an item bought online. The young man that did the exchange at the register was wonderful and super helpful. I am leaving a 3 star rating solely for the unpleasant demeanor and attitude of the red-headed girl at the entrance of the store. Do better!

Riverside Survival Supply: what do users think?
Garrett Cotten: Your one stop shop for camping, survival, emergency supply, you name it. They even have a local dehydrated meal supplier that's better than the big name companies. On top of that the woman running the store is just awesome. Stop in and check them out.
Tony Inman: Great selection good prices
AMANDA: Amazing shop with everything you could want survival wise food med kits supplies everything !! Absolutely love this place.

Joe Devine: Good selection and pretty reasonable pricing.
Will hdg: The people are great that run the place.
Cathi Phillips: The workers are fabulous, the store clean and orderly. I had hoped for more of the large items that are unavailable at hardware stores. Generators, solar power, or advice/a catalog with those items. It was a nice store, just not as much that I was looking for.
Heather Beagley: Nice people!
Austin Herring: awesome found ammo I was needing
James Jaramillo: Not a bad place, just not my place to shop.
KC Metaphysical: Super knowledgeable staff. Glad to have this store in the city.

Meme FODDER: Much improved knife and gear selection, awesome! Only 4 stars because of the political overtones.
Dog Dude: I had to speak with her, name forgotten, sorry, twice over the phone for a couple of parts for my Berkey Filter. She was personable, friendly helpful and sent out parts same day. Any other needs, I am calling here first. 👍👍 I live in PA.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Union Station: what do users think?
RedBullKC: A blessing of a location to be in Union Station! We were exploring and visited the exhibit within a short amount of time! ⏲️ We looked the chocolate 🍫 treats over and decided upon ice cream 🍦 instead! The ice cream was locally made, and okay, flavors! 👍 The server wasn't very friendly, and I suspect she meets indecisive kids each day, but should be used to it! You'd think!
Taylor Collins: I really hate that the beautiful chocolate items we purchased were not edible:( looks good, taste awful
LisaJ Davis: Great efficient customer service and fair pricing on all things chocolate covered.
w.e. s, jr.: Amazing products, great service! Made my call in order so quick
Billie Evans: This place has insanely good looking chocolates. We were just going to browse, but decided to split a candy apple, 4 ways. I can't remember which flavor we chose, but I do remember it was probably one of the best sweet things I've had in quite a while. But, get this...what REALLY blew me away was how they sliced the apple. I have avoided candy apples since about the age of 10 because they're such a mess to eat. Well, the guy just took that apple like it had no stick and sliced it 4 times, like it had no stick...just like you do it in your kitchen. I know, right? Four of us looked in amazement at the simplicity of that task. If you don't get what I'm talking about, I really can't explain it. All I know is that the four of us, aged 30 to 65 were flabbergasted!! Call us crazy....Anyway, YES! GO!
Tyanne Johnson: So much chocolate to choose from! Everything we got was very good and the staff was really nice.
William Vivian Jr: Thank you SO much for having sugar free options! Amazing candy store!
Lucila Cejas: Yummmmm chocolate 🤤
Annette Landwehr: This delightful place deserves a resounding 5 stars! Many sweets, beautifully displayed, it was hard to choose only one. My son and I purchased chocolate (a cluster and a dipped ding dong), both very tasty, but the grand children got caramel apples and let us taste them, heaven! If you are anywhere near Union Station, make a point to drop in here. A plus from me.
Courtney Carter: Visited this location, when I got back to St. Louis I realized the half pound of fudge purchased was not in my bag. When I called to let the location to let them know the response was bring us your receipt. When I said I was in St. Louis I was told oh well have a nice day. Not the response I was looking for.
Nicole Broome: Average chocolate
David Hayward: Matthew and the caramel apples are awesome.
Ciara Hernandez: Workers were so friendly and patient with my annoying kids not being able to decide what they wanted. I got the black cherry truffle and chocolate covered Graham cracker and haven't stopped craving it since! My crew and I will deff be back!
Rudy Hernandez: Staff was super nice and friendly! The ice cream was deeeeeeeeeeelicious.. and they did not kick me out like at insomnia cookies.
Dav1d9I3: Ice cream was good and workers were helpful, me and my Patnas loved it
Madeline: The staff is super nice and the desserts are delicious! Would absolutely recommend it!
Leah Lambart: This is a cute little candy and ice cream shop within Union station. They have caramel apples, many candy choices such a truffles and turtles, hand scooped ice cream. We love stopping here while at Union station for a fun treat. They have a couple tables just outside the shop. Otherwise there's not really a place to sit.
Nicole Jackson: I still think about the pretzel stick covered in chocolate and caramel and rolled in M&Ms, and its been over 2 years.
Elina Lindelöw: Friendly adorable staff, great treats! Must try, Chocolate dipped candied orange slice!!!
Tammy Dial: Their chocolate is SO GOOD! The variety is awesome, and hard to decide what to buy!!
Jeff Kovar: Delicious. Friendly staff

REI: what do users think?
Bill Goodson: REI was great as always. Member since 1971. Member benefits and product support is well worth the membership.
Clay & Maggie Swanson: Extremely uncomfortable checkout process. Cashier asked 4 times if we wanted to be a member and then asked if we had any friends or family that wanted to join after repeatedly saying no.
Adell Mears: Excellent customer service every time I visit the store!!!
Pat Crockett: Always great products! Great sale for REI Co-op members! We shop there for all of our outdoor needs!
L Gascco: Was there this morning when I politely greeted the fellow David at the counter. He curtly replied, “What’s UP?”What’s up with rude people… I’m not rude, it’s only 9:30/ 10 AM …. and I am sorry you are already having a bad day!!!! Midway through “helping” me , began answering questions for another customer’s issues. I don’t expect jovial super happy customer service. ( some people around that area WILL at a business that charges prices like REI !!!! )… but please don’t be RUDE to me when I am looking you in the eye and kindly addressing you!!! Might as well shop from HOME.
James Symmonds: Smaller store. You have to look around or ask where some things are though. They sometimes take items from a place you would think they would be and make a special section somewhere else.
Doug Ewart: Good quality items; crowded for annual sale!
Remi Gelatt: The store itself was great and had a lot of selection to choose from. My check-out process was completely different. My teller was very pushy about becoming a member, which I understand as it’s their job to offer it, but when I refused he became rude and confrontational. He rudely insinuated that I was making a dumb choice for not saving money. I again told him that I was okay paying the price and thanked him for offering. He then continued on asking “you don’t have any friends or family who could use the money you’re wasting by not being a member?”. I felt very uncomfortable and ran out as soon as the transaction completed. I like REI, but was appalled by this verbal strong-arm attempt to make me a member.
Karie “Karebear” Helmuth: What a cool place!
Terry WC: Andy was a big help in shoes.
Brian Johnson: Looking for a new backpack and the staff was incredibly helpful. Between offering different brands and features to adding weight and sizing the packs, we were confident in the pack we chose.
Jason S: Kate was very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back.
Kas Waldron: Great place, felt welcomed from the get go. Felt like a kid in a candy store with the amount of things I could look at.
Jim Horlacher: Tom and Renee were very helpful in the shoe department. As usual, REI has great employees and a good selection in the trail running, hiking, walking and everyday running shoe categories.
J L: Great place that carry’s the brands I love. If your a first timer and on the fence about the membership, just do it. I kept putting it off and could have saved a lot of money.
Brother Bill: Not the same experience I've had at REI in the past. I was in the neighborhood, stopped in to get some shoes today, the guy back at the shoe dept was great, he knew his stuff and then some... Went up front to order them and things then changed. The lady at the checkout asked me if I was a Rewards member, I said no, she told me about the $30.00 Rewards program, at first I thought okay not bad, then I said I'm okay but thank you. My reason for it was I felt it was a hard sell..... I thought really ? At REI? When did this hard sell stuff start?? She then proceeded to tell me all of the reasons I should buy the card, there may be advantages to it, but here's the deal:: It's my choice if I don't want to... As irritated as she became and attempted to "shame" me for not doing so ( told me it's saving the environment to buy it ) okay that's great, ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLL I wanted to do today was buy shoes. That's it, it's not rocket science. I didn't argue or attempt to debate with her why I didn't want to buy it, It came off as if she's on commission to sell them. IDK if she is or not but it was not like any other time I've been there before which was simply "Hey here's our program, let us know if you'd like to sign up" approach.I didn't see it there, every other time I've ever been there it was pretty good, but if I go back I'll look for the "If you don't buy our Rewards card we don't want you here" sign....
David Marshall: Everything you need for your outdoor adventures
Raymond Hockman: This was my first time at REI. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. They made me feel right at home and helped me select the perfect pair of hiking boots.I'll definitely be back.
Andrew Stuehmer: I spend to much time and money here…🤣
Seth Ruder: Excellent customer service! Great sale on bikes. Kids love their new bikes just in time for the summer.
Tyler Remmert: A top-notch modern-day outfitter. The person in the hiking section is actually a hiker! The person in the backpacking section is actually a backpacker! Coupled with the membership benefits you get a world-class experience compared to buying cheap junk off of Amazon.

Playtri Kansas City: what do users think?
James Trahan: It appears to be closed permanently as of 03/03/2023.
Sara Banner: I love PlayTri. Sad that they are closing. They are always friendly, very knowledgeable about triathlon, and involved in the local community. They offer expertise in finding the perfect shoes. I
Travis B: Playtri is the best place for triathlon information. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Sydney Moyer: The customer service here is absolutely amazing! Anne helped me find new running shoes and recommended a lot of great nutrition options. The family friendly atmosphere makes shopping less stressful when training is already stressful enough. I always try to support small businesses when I can so I was so happy to learn about PlayTri in the area! Thank you guys for all your help and I hopefully will be back soon!
Rebecca Collett: At one point I gave PlayTri a favorable review. I had just finished my first half ironman and had lots of encouragement from the team and the coaches. I was new to the long-distance aspect of triathlon training and was willing to do what it took. In the second half of the year my opinion changed drastically as I began to communicate with the tri community and reflect on the training and coaching received. The good: The coaches can be an encouraging bunch to a first timer with lots of Atta boys and positive remarks. I drastically needed help with cycling and was given the right tools to be able to become a better cyclist. A lot of the teammates were also very encouraging. It seemed like we were all family. I even got my bicycle from one of the coaches at a better than fair price. Their bike mechanic is very knowledgeable and the store makes their teammates bikes a priority above all others. The bad: When you join the team you are getting a copy pasted plan that everyone follows. There is not any real detail in the plans. There were no defined swim drills to do, no broken down efforts for the runs (I don’t count saying to sprint 2-3 hills one day a week detailed), and the cycling workouts were too advanced for a novice. They did make changes to use TrainerRoad’s recommended cycling workouts for my second 70.3 (…which is free if you have a TrainerRoad subscription). You can find a much better plan on Training Peaks that will be more in tune with your goals. The ugly: After a year on the team, I noticed the trend that we were often promised changes that never took place. For instance, I was told multiple times that we would do team trail runs, track workouts, different swim workouts with drills written in. They put up a message in their team group saying that they’re open to hear what we were looking for as better coaches. I politely responded with some of the things I had been looking for in a private email and encouraged other teammates who were looking for change as well. One teammate responded first and told me her response from the head coach led them to believe that they didn’t care about our opinions at all and that they wanted to blame us for everything. I didn’t know what was said, but I immediately reached out to the one coach I trusted with my concern. This then blew up and merited a phone call with me and the coaches. The call: The call started with them saying, ‘I see how this all got thrown out of proportion. We posted that on facebook but weren’t looking for feedback.’. Then they proceeded to read through my feedback and gaslight me for 30 minutes where I tried to keep my composure. I’ll admit, when the lead coach said about halfway in, ‘Do you just want off the team?’, I lost my composure because at that time she hadn’t addressed anything I said and only told me I was wrong about everything and lying about what they had promised. I was genuinely upset because I had made so many friends on the team and knew that I had no choice but to leave. So, in not so nice fashion I confronted them on the lies and then left the team.In the end, I strongly do not recommend joining this team. I honestly debated writing this but find that cautioning others is more important. I wish someone had warned me.Oh, and if you’re looking to shop here for nutrition, beware, they don’t ever have anything in stock. You’re better off buying nutrition on amazon.
Datha Jackson: Playtri has helped my daughter numerous times with her wheelchair tires they are my life saver and hers they are always willing to go way out to help us I highly recommend them
Benjamin Murat: I brought 3 of our family bikes to them; after 2 weeks they estimated the prize to more than 150$; I did not want to fix any of them ; they still charge 15$ each just to review, and front office lady could not give the reports for the details…so pay 45$ for nothing BASICLY…;((
Russell Primeaux: Getting road ready has never been easier. Great and friendly staff will go back for sure !
Raiya Jensen: Very friendly and helpful! My bike's brakes got beat up while moving and it needed a tune-up anyway, so I took it here. They did an excellent job, and it rides great again. Thank you!
Jim Ward: I'm very frustrated with Playtri, Kestrel and Bikesdirect. I purchased a new Kestrel carbon fiber tri bike from Bikesdirect with the understanding that it would be 80% to 90% assembled, remaining assembly would be generally doable if you had some level of skill or you could use a bike shop, which and they recommended at a cost generally between $50 to $100. Totally misleading if not outright false. When I received my bike I searched online for assembly manuals and videos and learned Kestrel does not provide manuals to anyone other than their dealers. Additionally, they will not stand behind their warranty unless the bike is assembler by on of their dealers. This warranty is a big deal when purchasing a carbon fiber bike. All of this information should have been clearly provided to anyone considering a Kestrel. My first dilemma is that the nearest dealer is just under 250 miles from my home. Next, they charged me $200 to assemble the bike. I additionally spent another $80 in gas to get there and lost a day of my life. I've used the bike 3 times and whenever I attempt to shift to high gear the chain either comes off or it simply freewheels. I contacted Playtri with the hope that they would send me to a local shop and cover at least some of the cost if not all (as opposed to losing another day of my life and spending another $80 in gas). I would have expected a reasonable level of customer support at the very least. While they were polite and said it should be an easy repair, Playtri refused to cover any of the cost. Bottom line, this should not have occurred and they are not standing behind their work. I like the bike but the hidden costs continue to increase. Playtri, Kestrel and Bikesdirect will never see another dime from me and I definitely will not be shy about stating the reasons why.
Sydney Green: If I could rate under 1 star, I would. Absolute awful customer service. I was charged $137 for a wet suit rental, I attempted to bring it back less than 15 hours later due to a cancellation in swim event and I understood if they won't refund the entire rental fee, even though it was unused and less than a day later, but also would not refund the "cleaning fee" for an unused suit, that I was told would be refunded if it was brought back clean. The owner was very disrespectful toward me and I will NEVER shop here again. I work in the bike shop industry and would never want my customers to have such a terrible experience at my shop. Very disappointed in the staff and situation.
Greg Smith: I bought a bicycle from Costco and didn't feel comfortable with assembling the front tire and brakes. I called Playtri for assistance and they were very helpful putting my tire on and adjusting the front brakes and making a sure everything was in working order. Travis assisted me. He was extremely pleasant to work with and very friendly. The store inside looks fabulous. I would highly recommend Playtri to anyone needing help with assembling a bike or purchasing products from Playtri.
David Obenauf: The owner was great when I went in to buy a new bike for my daughter. He helped us find the right one, within our budget, and helped get it properly fitted to her. When my wife and I need to get new bikes I know where we'll be going.
Joe Leon: Awesome place and service! Travis ordered a wheel for my daughter's bike and mounted it for the same day I arrived to pick it up! Thank you!!
Stephanie Reed: They do professional bike fits and will look at how you run to recommend shoes. But the reason why I've been coming here for years is because the owners of this store are the nicest people ever! One day (I think in 2019) I was deciding if I wanted a Garmin watch and Anne let me try on her own personal Fenix watch to see how it worked. Reader, I bought it.
Gary Hiland: Went here Monday for some chain lube, first time. The employee came to help me, gave me some explanations of the different types of lube and we proceeded to exchange some anecdotes and short stories like cyclists do. I have had LBS employees kind of diss me before and act snooty maybe because I don't exactly look the part but this fellow was genuine and engaging. The shop is in a good location for me, better than having to cross I-29 or I-35 so I will definitely go there again.
Mark Fox: Went in for a tune up on my Batch bicycle. Travis dropped what he was doing and went right to work. He even spotted and fixed a couple of things I wasn't aware of. Great folks, great shop, you'll like them.
Julian Taylor: Highly recommend! Travis did a great job helping me with my tire!
Nicholas Bishop: Super friendly staff; helped teach me hands-on with my questions. A lot more MTB selection than I had expected!
Haley Haar: Great experience buying 2 bikes and getting one repaired. Customer service is awesome and very helpful!

Hubble Hill (Hub): The one in belton, mo is the best. Great customer service.
Clay: Amazing customer service and promptness. I drove 2.5 hours to pick up an online order, which they confirmed was in-stock beforehand. The drive ended up paying for itself and some because of the large discounts. 👌
Brad Dieckmann: I just wanted to give academy sports a shout out for going above and beyond. I had an incident with my Methican American neighbors and the Belton PD took my gun from me. Once the prosecutor saw the video, I was absolved of the accusations and was told to come get my gun. Well, turns out I needed a receipt from when and where I bought it... Enter Academy sports. The manager made me up a document sufficient to retrieve my firearm from the police property room. Thank you to that manager for helping me out. Great store. Good people. I highly recommend... Saved me a lot of money by helping me out.

Kansas City Scout Shop: what do users think?
Beau Martin: Helpful scouts work the store
Amber Lenhard: Super helpful and knowledgeable staff!! A Scout is 12 things, and everyone here demonstrates each one effortlessly. Thank you for your help with both Pack level awards, and Crew uniforms!
Kelle Boehmer: Has all the Cub scout belt badges
Landon Birks: They do interviews very fairly and have all of the out door and uniform items you may need for scouting and bushcraft.
Pam McCarrison: The gentleman that helped us was not only knowledgeable but incredibly nice and made sure that my grandson was fitted correctly and had everything to have a wonderful start into Scouting.
Jason Bohn: excellent, individualized help
Ken Ashley: I always love this place. Makes me miss being a Scoutmaster.
Mark Deering: This is where we get our supplies. We couldn't get by without it.
jon82nd: Man, scout prices are HIGH.
Baiju john: Best scout shop KC metro area ❤️
Julie: First off, the customer service is absolutely outstanding. If you're buying a Scout shirt, be sure to note they come with 4 patches already sewn on which makes it a bit more pricey. I don't mind paying for the patches, but the sewing job was not as neat as I'd expect from a professional shop, which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5.Otherwise a great place for great place to get your uniforms.
Julie Manning: This shop is just great! The sales associates are super helpful.
Greg Rickman: Staff is excellent and helpful as usual.
K K: The scout shop is amazing. As a father to three scouts, I find myself here more often than I prefer. Although I never participated in scouting I have purchased many merit badges. For instance I have one that says knot tying but every knot I tie looks the same, I just name them different things. Also on this particular trip they were out of “I am proud of my Eagle Scout” stickers. This however was not a problem as I do not have an Eagle Scout. Hopefully they willBe in stock in another year.
Banning Stuckey: I love going here haha never leave empty handed! :p
Dennis McMurdo: Always great service.
brian haynes: Great place to stop for your Scouting gear. The staff is always super friendly and very helpful. I've never had a question they couldn't answer.
RALPH MADDOX: Very helpful service. He knew what elements if the uniform we needed and gave guidance on proper placement of patches.
James Neugebauer: I was just trying to find Webelos accessories for my son on his existing Cub Scout uniform and wanted to use a 15% off coupon. Apparently, with some new uniform changes from Cub Scouts to Webelos, each Scout has to change their uniform. I think Nia, was her name, was trying to forcibly try to get me to buy a new Uniform, pants and other items and making me feel bad that our troop needs to be more compliant to these to dress code changes. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, that doesn't matter. She needs to adhere to the Scout Law and Oath, otherwise she needs to find another job. Her customer service was poor! No one deserves to be treated like that! I may not ever come back to this store location and go somewhere else.
Ibrahim Saeed: Adventures-in-waiting
Gary Guider: Super helpful, nice folks there. I always love stopping in.

Country Club Plaza: what do users think?
Ken Heaton: Love The Plaza
Freddie Weisshaar: Awesome people and great place to visit and have fun things to do 🖤🖤🖤
Linda Hammond: It's nice not very many clothing stores
Robert Dingman: Getting across the street is a chor sometimes, but the shops are nice.
James Symmonds: Chain stores in an open air mall setting. Seems to be on a slow decline. Absolute shame that they knocked down a classic part of Plaza architecture for someone who has decided to pull out. That's going to be a hard recovery and I suspect that the soul of the plaza is going to continue to get sucked out of the place by developers. Update: sure enough. Plaza lighting really sucked this year.
Les Bro: It is always nice to get to the Plaza. It's a great date night place. I love it in the summertime in the evenings. The fountains are beautiful and romantic. There are lots of restaurants and stores to stroll through during the day. If you are visiting Kansas City, the Plaza is a great place to go. You will see all types of people, especially in the summertime. It is a great place to people watch.Unattended teens have a 9:00 pm, police enforced curfew.
Levi Crane: More cops driving around than stores to shop from
Chris Godfrey: It's a Kansas City staple if you have out of town guests, but less of a destination for locals.
Nannette Young: Chuy's was great enjoyed the food and the atmosphere.
Kassi Moore: I only give it four stars because I didn't go anywhere other than three dog bakery and a cheese shop. The bakery is amazing!!
Lilith Bleed: A walk among historic buildings and sculptures. Nice stores and restaurants.
Angeles Fernandez Muciño: One of my fav shopping spots
Ndue Sokoli: Top-notch service
John Ross: It's been in my Life for 65 yo, always been a KC fav.
Jacob Rose: Yeah. Touristy, but nice. Enjoyable when underpopulated. Art fair is cool.
Marion Williams: I like going to the plaza. Cheesecake Factory. Barnes and Noble. So many places to explore.
Carter Taylor: It’s a known issue that the restroom accommodations are a huge issue and that the lack of publicly accessible facilities is a major failure of planning, a barrier to those who have disabilities and discriminatory against women. It does not matter if it’s you or your small child, they will not let you use the restrooms in many stores and even restaurants. They’ll send you down the street and you have to hope that the one place that lets others use the bathroom will be open, have no line, and not be out of order like they often are when handling that volume of people. These policies may have been put in place to prevent the unhoused from being in the area, but they majorly impact other groups as well.
katie boyce: Always beautiful.
Chau Nguyen: Nice place
Gary Snyder: Great shopping, variety, and atmosphere
