Carol Goad: Great quite place to live, but I'm
Allyssa Ramos: You don't want to live here. The "community manager " makes up her own rules because there's nobody to hold her accountable. Rent goes up every 6 months and they always find new ways to harass you about your yard or cars or home.
Renee Country: It's such a shame,When I applied for residency back in July. Tried to visit the office on 4 different attempts as I needed to be out my apartment in October. Office was always closed, set up to see in person on 4th attempt, showed up no one was in office. Sat around in parking lot for 30-45 minutes. Finally someone went in the office while waiting. Come to find out it was the regional manager he couldn't really help as he was from out of town and just filling in because the office person had quit. The other office manager was on vacation. He gave me his card and told me to email my application so I did. I tried to follow up a couple weeks after since I heard nothing and stopped in on a Saturday morning. Finally there was someone in the office the gentleman said he just got back from vacation. He gave us some properties to look at. There was one that really stuck to me so I told him which one I liked. He said there was one person ahead that just had paperwork that needed to be gone through and if everything was okay would be off the market. However I was told if it falls through they call the next person. Well here it is March 2023 and it still sits sale pending and never got a phone call Again we went in July to request this trailer. The overall experience was horrible, I'm actually glad I didn't get a call because now I'm in a community who actually cares about their residents.

Benjamin Jones: I own a mobile home at northland.Amanda is awesome, when ever I have a question or problem she provides answers and phone numbers. I live on a quite street most of the time. Enjoy hearing the cows behind my place. Just far unuf out of the city to have some peace.I recommend this place for future residents.

April Pearce: Can't ever get ahold of anyone in the office, neighbors blare music all hours of the night and purposely make loud noise. Kids ride mini bikes all hours of the day and night. No respect for one another. Plus they double charge us for trash pick up. I hate it here and wish I could move.

Shane Hatfield: Don’t try to buy any of the chairs they have out front, you have to call somewhere else to buy them. The guy working in there lacks any customer service skills and that’s putting it nicely.

Oh my gosh. They look uncomfortable, but not the case2. The staff was very nice. I got a catalog and, while there, called the salesman to inquire about construction, warranty, rusting, weathering, and price. Was very helpful.3. Decided on the product and went with 2 chairs, 3 chaise, 4 tables, and 1 3 seater glider.We chose cedar for the main color with chocolate for base.Turned out great, and delivery was earlier than expected.I'd buy from there again.

Beth Gelaw: We are second owners of a Starr home. The home is very beautiful. But, there were some things that were left unfinished. For example, there was a design flaw in the stonework outside that was letting rainwater seep in. It took the team a while to come out and fix the problem. They are not as quick to fix problems as they are to build new homes.
