Side note: For some reason I did not have services after T-Mobile permanently absorbed sprint on May 1st. So I haven’t had a phone with service/internet since May 1st and T-Mobile has literally done absolutely nothing about it. T-Mobile stated that they will give me a free iPhone if I were to get my current iPhone screen fixed so I went up to the store and Kyle fixed my screen he handed it back to me and my phone screen was not only fixed but my service was restored!!!!!!! I asked him how he did it and he said “I don’t know!!!” with the sweetest smile. HAHAH! BUT he did it! The man is good y’all! God bless him. I will be back with my new iPhone to get a $30 screen protector with an unlimited warranty!!

Caleb admitted he installed back wrong, causing break and said he would replace for free. Over the next week excuses were either he needed to talk to his boss, then it was ordered, then FedEx lost it, then it would be in next day. I asked for a call whencit was finally in. I bought a phone and found 3 months later it was reported stolen and I could not activate it on another line yet they claim all devices are bought direct from the carrier. Also was lied to when I looked into purchasing a S-Pen replacement for my Note5, it was a cheap knockoff you can buy on the Wish app for a dollar that they were trying to pass in there for being the real deal and charge $30 for it when I called her out on it they denied it but you can tell the difference clearly in an original Samsung S Pen versus a knockoff from wish.

Zoe Harper: If you need to get your phone fixed and are looking to give back to the community this is the place to go! This was the best experience I’ve ever had repairing my phone. I didn’t catch the owner’s name, but he was incredibly nice to me and even answered some of my odd questions. I got my iphone screen replaced in 25 minutes and the owner even gave me a screen protector. Give this store your business! The owner deserves it!

See Mack: I have an odd-Chinese-brand phone, 'durable/extra rugged' that had stopped working after the first time I dropped it.The volume key was bent in, causing it to stay in factory mode.Jae did an evaluation to determine the issue; the part would have to come from China, so 10, 12, who knows how many weeks. But, from his evaluation, Jae thought he could likely bend the piece back into working form. I left it with him & the next day it was ready & working again, all for the cost of the diagnostic exam ($35, IIRC).This will be my go-to place for my phone & tech repairs from now on. Jae's deliberate process, his simple explanation of the problem & the solution in non-technical terms & his delivery of results are the reasons why.If you encounter phone/tech issues, I strongly urge you to go see Jae @ Mobile Revive in Westport.

Brad Max: Great customer experience yesterday at UBreakiFix on Ward Parkway, specifically with technician Lee. My iPhone wasn't broadcasting sound through the ear speaker. Lee took the phone to the back, cleaned the speaker (isopropyl and small brush), and handed it back to me--no charge. Can't usually do free work, but a simple fix, and I was on my way.

Joel Snyder: I had the pleasure to meet & have Ron fix my Android cellphone.With what I thought was an impossible challenge/issue, I brought my Android cellphone I bought 3 weeks ago for use in my house and work.Aside from that, a month ago, I needed to replace the battery in my cellphone and I took it to: uBreakiFix for a new cellphone battery and it took 1 day to take out my old battery and then replace it with a new battery.Overall, I think that they do a good job with their business of repairing (both) cellphones and computers in their location north of the Ward Parkway Shopping Mall.I didn't take any photos of this business when I was there 3 weeks ago.That said, if you're interested in fixing your cellphone or computer problem in the future, give uBreakiFix a call to get either device repaired.

Anthony Brown: Had a iphone screen replaced here. The screen didn't work properly (dead spots and spots activated without touch). Returned it after two days and had the repair fixed after the phone. Phone worked better for a day but re-returned the phone and asked for refund. Only solution offered was to purchase a more expensive screen. Refused to provide a refund for a repair that never worked.

Rebecca Wright: After having walked out of the 95th st/Lenexa location within the first 3min of my scheduled Noon appt time, just today, I called THIS location from 95th st’s parking lot, and they told me to come straight over and they would help me with my charging issue-which only ended up being a DIRTY port, so they cleaned it, at NO charge—and 95th street MANAGER (!)….TERYN (don’t know if spelling is correct because she REFUSED to answer me when I asked her how she spelled it) did not even take that approach-Nope. Just told me I’d have leave my phone there for TWO days!!! Anyways-those 2 guys at Ward Parkway location clearly know how to treat customers-left a tip for the one who so graciously helped me out when I got stiffed at the other location, and told him the world needs more people like him in the workplace-people that CARE and WANT to do their job! Should have gotten HIS name!! Thank you sir!
Richard Stuckey: Took my iPhone in for a broken screen and received my iPhone with the home button broken and a burn mark on my screen. I was told to deal with it or he would put my old broken screen back on. Do not go here!

Lexus Brown: 2 stars because they fixed my sister's phone fast but never called when it was ready . Also they stole her Sim card out her phone and said they didn't take it and they acted confused but I was the one who dropped it off and it definitely still had her Sim in it when i left.
