Troy Wherman: Found this store on the internet. Local company, Great service and a low price for my lift chair and portable scooter. I searched on line for the cheapest price but found out the online store delivery was only to my driveway and in a box from a freight company and I had to trouble shoot any problems and assemble by myself. Extra $250 on top to get the same thing that Happy Living did all included and with a professional person to assist and answer all my questions.Glad I puchased local from Happy Living. Thanks Eric.

Gerry Luke: Purchased a $400 ice machine for my wife’s knee replacement. Device struggled to get cold enough. Tried everything over a 3 week period to make this machine work better at which time the water pump quit completely. Took it back to the store. Was told the machine had a 5 day guarantee! I had not taken the machine out of the box for 5 days! Clerk was rude, lied and did not make an attempt to resolve the situation. Looked on Amazon and ice machines were $200 with 30 day guarantee. I think this company is ripping off Senior Citizens.I read the owners reply and he is a Liar and can’t be Trusted!He did not offer to replace the machine or refund my money. LiarHe did not tell me about a $150 machine. Liar again.I did not hit anyone as I am an old man! Liar again.I did use some profanities because the clerk was lying, rude and obnoxious.What a way to treat Senior Citizens! Rip them off.

Took multiple weeks to receive another bed, same installer was sent to assemble. Bed failed withing 24 hours. Eric promised for weeks that a new bed was on the way while my father remained bed bound with no capability to sit up. Eric consistently over-promised and under-delivered on his deadlines - everyday would promise the bed would be delivered tomorrow - for weeks.We purchased a bed from an alternate vendor, and have spent months trying to get the bed returned, the bed was returned and received by Eric over 5 weeks ago - everyday he promises he has sent the refund or will send it today or I should receive it today - he always has a story. Finally today after threatening to escalate I received a $500 refund, a fraction of what the bed and other equipment cost. **UPDATE - when I called Eric out for his refund amount he sent an additional $400 and claimed he has "adjusted the refund". Eric never provided an itemized receipt for our purchase no matter how many times it was requested.My experience has been that Eric is a very personable person who will over promise, under deliver and constantly lie to avoid accepting accountability for his failures, he will sound very convincing and authentic on the phone but will never follow through with his promises and will lie at every opportunity to avoid responsibility.I wouldn't wish Happy Living Medical Sales on my worst enemy.

Connie Williams: Accessibility Medical is a lifesaver! If you need medical equipment definitely visit the office to see what they have available and if it's not in stock they can order it for you. Jocelyn, Carl and Casey are world class! Extremely professional, very friendly and they do a great job of following up and making sure you get what you need. Not to mention they're very dedicated. The incorrect mattress was on the delivery truck, but Casey went to their service center and returned with the correct mattress, in the rain at 8:30pm that evening. NOW THAT'S DEDICATION!

After a bad experience with a third-party Amazon dealer, I chanced upon Accessibility. The staff took care of everything: calling me when they had what I needed in stock, delivering and setting up the bed, even moving furniture in my apartment so that it could be placed in the best location. Plus I learned about all the other services they provide for the disabled.This not-for-profit company proved to be a godsend. The bed, railings, mattress, and remote cost about 2/3 less than other companies with an incredibly dedicated staff thrown in for free. SPREAD THE WORD!

Charles Hoelzel: Amazing company - my Mom is home bound and was released from the hospital three days ago and desperately needed a commode. She’s unable to leave her home and is under quarantine. Originally I went to Amazon.com and ordered the item however was shocked that they couldn’t deliver this urgent medical equipment until a month from writing this review. I called Amazon who wouldn’t even answer the phone and chatted with an associate that wouldn’t even look into putting a rush on the item. Unfortunately I’m in California and she’s in Kansas City and because of the virus I’m unable to come back out to the Midwest at the moment because I have a newborn.I looked up a medical supply company with great reviews and 5 stars service and the first company was Assessability Medical Equipment. The process was absolutely effortless, compassionate, ethical, and professional. The person that answered the phone was actually the CEO of the company and I believe his name was Casey. He was able to place the order and the item is supposed to be delivered tomorrow morning. That’s less than 24 hours - Amazon can’t even do this. They have refurbished products at a tiny fraction of what new would cost, and even the new products are way below the prices I've seen elsewhere. The staff is extremely helpful and is only interested in trying to help you save money and get exactly what you need, and the fact that it's a nonprofit makes me feel good about spending my money there. As a rookie caregiver, I hadn't thought ahead to the time my husband (a cancer patient) would need. Well, I needed it the next day! I was about to order online, hoping I could get it delivered fast. Ed immediately identified the problem. The Rollator she had was made for a person 6' tall. Ed custom fitted a new Rollator for her. My step-mother always walked bent over with the old Rollator. Now she walks upright and is pain free. We are elated with the service we received. She had used the old Rollator for over a decade, and not once did a physical therapist tell us the problem was she had the wrong size Rollator. It is so nice to have a store that custom fits the equipment to the patient.On another note, we were so happy with the new Rollator, we purchased a new lift chair for my step-mother the same week. Again Ed custom fit the chair to her 4'11” stature. She is elated with the chair. She loves the TV and Sleep settings. The chair can be adjusted to any position. Thank you again for the great customer service!

Mari Distasio: Be careful, they are very deceptive. Purchased a wheelchair for my husband 2 years ago. We were lied to about the cost. We were told over and over again we would not be billed anything. We were told insurance was covering entire cost of wheelchair. Yet we received a bill. Called and disputed it several times and was told bill would be taken care of. Now we are getting a bill from a collection agency. Tried to reach out to Rehab Medical last week about this and still after 5 days no return call. Terrible customer service. They may have decent products but their customer service is very bad. Beyond disappointed. Guess we will be purchasing any other medical equipment elsewhere.

Jacob Feuerborn: This place is a nightmare, should be able to give them negative stars. The only thing they are good at is charging you for goods and services that you may or may not receive. I've informed them to cancel any future deliveries and to stop charging my card, that was 4 months ago and they stopped the deliveries but not the bills. Every time I've called to address this I was either passed from person to person by their very rude staff, or waited for 10+ minutes for them to just pick up and hang up the phone. If you want to do business with a company that operates in good faith and will work with you, find someone else. If you want to do business with a company that:1. Goes out of it's way to be the most expensive headache they can legally be.2. Calls you so frequently it is legal harassment which requires a cease and desist letter to stop, even AFTER you gave them a cancellation notice.3. Ships you the cheapest/lowest quality products they can legally get away with (Seriously, if you decide to go with these scam artists, sanitize any equipment you get before touching it with your own skin. Jennie Haskett: The most incompetent group of ‘customer service reps’ I’ve ever encountered. Any chance they get to pass the buck, they will. I’m not even really sure they help anyone, but they do like to transfer you around—a lot. I had to call 3 different times to tell them cancel my auto ship because they kept sending me supplies. Every single person I spoke to said they just “didn’t know why it didn’t get completed, I see you called and requested this”. I would love to know also. I sent the items back thinking this was resolved, now I’m getting a bill for them— a year later. You’ll think you’re making some sort of headway but really they’re just leaving you on hold hoping that you hang up. Rude, unhelpful, scam of a company sending fraudulent invoices to my insurance company when I’ve blatantly asked them to stop sending me stuff. Honestly I’m not even sure how they’re still filling this when I haven’t used this stuff in years. Avoid this company at all costs because it will end up costing you in the end.
Stephanie Hershey: They just posted a payment to my debit card, for over $600 dollars…. That they couldn’t even explain to me! The lady said “oh it has to do with insurance so it’s hard to explain it. You’ll have to dispute that charge through your bank.” Done. No explanation to a charge? please.
Chrisina Sogas: This is a terrible company would not recommend. I was to have someone come out to my home to release the water reservoir but they never called to schedule appointment. I attempted at least three times but never got back with me.Also, I always have issues obtaining a copy of an itemized statement. They always say it will take 10 to15 days to have it mailed but it has been a month. This is needed for my FSA. They never answer their phone when one tries to contact them again or if they do answer they will hang up. This is the worst company do not recommend!!!!
Laura Remy: They put my husband on 90-day supplies even after we declined rotation. Then they extracted money from his bank account twice even after we called to get off the supply rotation and asked for return shipping labels. They are bullies. There are no other suppliers and they abuse their monopoly. Extracting money from bank account even after told to stop sending supplies is elder abuse. Who oversees this company?
Laine Blanton: I was hesitant to set up an appointment based on published reviews. I held my breath and followed through to be pleasantly surprised! I had very little wait time. Kellie was experienced and thoughtful. She was organized with CPAP equipment, options, fitting equipment to my personal needs, fees and answered every question without making me feel rushed. I came home with a complete packet containing all the information I need including all the contact information. I'm glad I followed through and look forward to a continuing relationship with Medical West!

James Guise: I wish I could rate 0 stars! The company is an organizational nightmare. Been trying to get a CPAP for months, no one will call you back when they say they will, always transferring you to someone else who has no idea what is going on. Communication with in the company is non-existent. The only reason they are in business is because this is who the insurance will pay for. IF you have a choice DO NOT choose this. They are a nightmare!!!
Casey Myers: I have only had my CPAP machine for about 6 weeks. Just non commutation between staff, not knowing policies and slow. It took weeks to get my machine. I had to call and follow up three times. When I arrived for my sitting, they left me sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. A nice lady came out, she was knowledgeable and knew her job, so that is a plus. But she also said "Oh, no one told me you were here waiting."Wanted to get a different mask, said someone would call me within 48 hours to come in for a new fitting, it's been 6 days. I should have looked at the google reviews before choosing this company, but this is who my doctor's office suggested.
mary lynch: I am Very disappointed in this company. I used to get excellent service with technicians who knew how to do their job. Now Not only is it very difficult to get someone to return a service call but when they do send someone is it an inexperienced rude person who doesn't know how to fix anything.

Sharon Stewart: Terrible service, terrible incompetent staff, bad record keeping. Find any place else for your C-PAP supplies. Close at 5:00 pm. Can’t find anything. Treat all issues like their mistakes are not their fault. Rarely get anything right.

Seth Johnson: If you need supplies for your CPAP this company is horrible. I've been trying to order supplies from them for 8 months now and they never call back when they promise. Claim that they can't send them because I've already ordered them recently which I haven't. How they stay in business is hard to understand with how poor their customer service is.

Mal: This place supplies my mother with her breathing equipment. We have been pleased with their customer service and with their response to our inquiries. It's never been difficult to get a person on the phone when we call. And employees have made multiple trips to our house for issues as they arise.
