Sam Crigger: Placed a few mi Ike orders for curbside and park in the correct spot. 15 minutes go by and there’s no one in the drive thru. I pull through the drive through and explain I had mobile orders. The kid tried ringing me up for two happy meals. Explained all I needed was my coffee, apple slices and fries. Told me to pull back around to curbside. In total I waited almost 40 minutes. I am not happy at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the fries were over salted and I like them like that

I went again later but I went inside instead and the breakfast food tasted old and they'd just opened. The place was clean when I was inside, so that's a plus.Parking: The parking lot is narrow and close to the building. Wider cars have to watch for the maniacs flying in from the front side street. And then they didn't know who ordered what.I waited over 15 mins for a large fry and two cheeseburgers!Multiple cars who came AFTER me got their food before I did. Fortunately, when I went through the drive thru, which was clearly still open, they found my order.Erratic hours and unexpected closings are common at this location and have been for years; I'm just happy that they've gotten their order accuracy up, only one mistake every other order now, instead of every order.Kid-friendliness: This is one of the only McDonald's in the area with a Playplace. It closes pretty early, 7pm, but it's very well maintained for what it is.

Thomas Manzo: I live very close and have been going to this McDonalds for years. I have to say that to this day, it is still my favorite location. My orders are consistently correct. The Northeast sometimes reminds me of the Wild Wild West, and unfortunately the employees have to deal with less than courteous customers and that’s putting it nicely. Also, my girlfriend says they always get her Iced Latte right when other locations would always mess it up and add flavoring to it when she would request it plain. This has been a reoccurring issue, and sometimes it seems like only this location get its right! Thank you Independence Ave McDonalds.

I did over nights and the first week my catyladic converter got stolen.
